Found a car advertised online for $35,352. Called to find out what the outdoor price would be and they marked it up $3000 before tax title and tags. When I asked them why they were honoring their price he said it wasn’t his choice. But attention to your paperwork because I guarantee they are speaking fees and costs in on their customers and not honoring their word. False advertise

Why only one star? My 2018 Ford engine blew, with no warning, while relocating. My car has only 33,000 miles and the oil was clean. Ford is replacing my engine as I am still under warranty, however they are doing NOTHING to help put me in a rental or bring my car to me once they fix it. Because my brother was driving my car but not on the registration they refused him a rental. They did offer me a rental(after days)from the dealer where my car had to be towed 22 hour round trip!! We already made that trip on my end to get my brother home!! So 11 days later still no rental still waiting on the replacement engine and now they are telling me they will not bring me my car when it's fixed!! Here's me , a single mom that just started a new job in a new location and Ford wants me to pay like $700( I don't have) to tow my car home?? Their product malfunctioned!! Ford should be doing EVERYTHING they can to help me, the customer.

I want to share my story, I love my jeep but in the past few months it has had a few problems. White Motors have done all my service work other than my tires. White Motors should be very proud of their service department, Tanner and April are top employees who really care. Your service guys always know who I am when I come into your dealership. They call me to make sure I'm happy with my service, they even gave me a rental car when my jeep needed big repairs. I would never buy at another dealership and will always refer my friends and family to your team. Yes, when I think of White Motors, I see team work. I could never say THANKS ENOUGH TO YOUR TEAM. I love my Jeep! I have never owned a vehicle that when you drive around the world people just wave at you all the time other than my Harley. People with Jeeps are just happy people most of the time. Previous experiences were not good...not being notified when work was completed...even though I was sitting in the waiting area, no one let me know my car was ready....poor customer service ! On another occasion requested work was not done...tire rotation.....had to get the car back in to complete the work. Rep blamed the software, but didn't seem interested in getting the software issue resolved. Yesterday was a better experience ...however...recall issue..notified by ford that the dealer would let me know when airbag parts were available, that never happened. I was told that parts will be ordered now..I assume I will be notified when they arrive...we will see...It boils down to attention to details and Customer Service

We were traveling out of state on our way to a beach vacation when our 1999 Ford van broke down. After nursing the vehicle into the dealership, your excellent and understanding service manager went out of his way to check the vehicle and get us into the garage with a mechanic working on the issue in no time despite the fact that we obviously did not have an appointment. The repairs were done in less time than expected, the price was reasonable for the work performed and most importantly, we were on our way again only missing out on a couple hours of vacation time at the beach. We can not thank you enough for treating us in the manner that we were treated. I would recommend White Motors to anyone!

This was the second time I had to take my 2014 Ford Escape to have the handle on the hatch put back on and the piece that adjust the passenger front seat. I was told they would have to be replaced and waited for the parts to be ordered. When I went for the appt. I was told they did not have to be replaced and they were put back on. I love my Escape, but not happy about the cheap plastic parts. Not sure I would buy another.

This was a service appointment - oil change (converted to Mobile 1) filter, check fluids, etc. I also had them check my back brakes which squeal when I back up. They were fine. As always, the staff was courteous and the service was completed in a timely manner. My service rep is April and she is always a joy to work with and very knowledgeable. I have been bringing my vehicles to White's for many years and expect to continue to do so.

My mother had only said the best things about her experience buying her car at White's and so when it was time for me to buy my own, I went to them first. As this was my first car buying experience, I was expecting a long day of paper pushing, but what I received was far from expected. Within a day of my expressing interest of buying a car, Berry called and started setting me up with a model I wanted with a price range I could afford. He set me up with a great payment plan and options like Gap insurance for my 2014 Chevy Spark. The next day, two representative drove all the way up to Washington DC with the car for a test drive. All the paperwork was there and I loved the car (still do). Absolutely painless car buying. I've never heard of such a concept. I'm telling all my NC and VA friends to go to White's!

I had came to White's on Sunday just browsing around, when I notice this Challenger that I've been on line, putting what I wanted together. When I saw it, I had told my girlfriend, " This is my car". This is exactly what I had in mind, when I put it altogether online. (I even had my paperwork, that I printed off) The car that I wanted, was up in Cheaspeake Va. I had my girlfriend take my picture next to it, and I was saying this is my car. The next day, I came by after work, and Bryan(the Saleman) greeted me with a smile, and asked me was there anything that I was interested in. I then proceeded to tell him, yes I want this challenger. He ask me if I had seen the interior I told him no. He went inside and brought the keys out and showed me the inside of the car. He even mention to me that the one next to it had red seats. I told him ok, but I like this one. To make a long story short, I purchase the 2014 Challenger Rallye Redline. Traded in my 2010 Red Charger.I always wanted a Challenger, reminded me of my Dad's Barracuda. Now I have the Challenger, and loving it more everyday. Love the way it handle's the road, and all I have to do is ease on the gas pedal and it takes off down the highway. Everyone there was pleasant, and helpful while I was there.By the time I cleaned out my charger it was 8:00pm, and kept Bryan there longer than he probably wanted to be there. He even helped me clean my charger out. Since my purchase, I have recommended my co-workers to come by and check out White's dealership in Roanoke Rapids before purchasing their vehicle. Thank you so much. I call my car Boss, for the simple fact it looks "Mean" on the highway.

I own a 2012 Dodge Journey.This SUV has been very very practical for me.Though it may not be as big as a van, it still holds what I need for it to hold. I have not had any major problems with this truck, mileage is good. My only thing would be that it had more inside storage space. It comes with the luggage rack outside but needs more storage space inside. More leg room for the second row of seats would be very helpful in the next edition of the Dodge Journey. Service was always with a smile.

While making a 725 mile trip in mid February, at temperatures in the teens our car broke down. While White Motors did not have the part that we needed for our car, they went out of there way to find it in a nearby town. Because of there thoughtfulness we lost only about 3.5 hours on our whole trip. Which if I may add kept of from having to get a hotel, and kept us ahead of a large snow storm. The employees was very nice and to top it off I forgot to tell the manager Chris that my car kept displaying the word pause on it and I didn't know why, but he fixed without me saying a word. That's what I call a good working crew that not only fixes the problem they were told about but really pays attention to other things as well.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The sales experience was quite seamless and my sales lady was professional, taking the time to fully explain all of the features on the car. The finance manager, explained all of the different options for financing as well as the benefits of purchasing the extended warranty. I even had a chance to meet the owner of the dealership! How often does that happen!! I would not hesitate purchasing my next Ford product through White Motors. Finally, I have found a dealership where the sales and financing process was actually enjoyable!

I was driving from Quebec Canada and my right tire blew on me. Manage to drive to Roanoke Rapids on installed spare mini tire.Was waiting at the service door until 7:30 am and Taner greeted me. Explained my situation and he his reply was " don't worry we will get you on your way".By 9:00 am got prices on four tires and the work was done by 11:30 am including balancing and alignment on all four wheels.We like to express my sincere thanks to Taner for being so courteous and helpfulness to my situation. 2014 Ford Escape. I had been called and stated the part was there. I made an appt to have the part put on. It was the cover to adjust the front passenger seat. I told the person at check in why I was there.After about 30 minutes the guy came in ask me what part it was. I told him and it only took about 5 minutes for him to install it. The only problem I see is it appears there is a communication problem.

This Jeep Compass isn't my first purchase from White. I've also bought two PT Cruisers and an HHR prior to the Compass. I've been a customer a long time and you're the only people I'll buy from or take my vehicles to for service (now my husband and children will look around for THEIR vehicles, but not me). The service has always been topnotch as is the staff. What I particularly love is that, as a woman, I'm treated and talked to like a "customer." The dealership I bought a car from, before coming to White, talked to me like I was an idiot and I'll never go back there. That's something I'm very picky about. I'm NOT knowledgeable about cars, but y'all don't talk to me like I'm not, you talk to me like I CAN understand once things are explained and I appreciate that.

If this car had concerns,meaning the 2011 Cruze why are they still selling them. All my savings went to buy this car so I could have a dependable car to take my granddaughter to Greenville to her doctors. I wish I had choose a another car. Professional staff and service. My only concern is that the heavy duty tires on my truck require 65psi and your technician indicated they were inflated to 35psi. The invoice did not indicate weather or not a full synthetic oil change had been performed as required/requested.

Tim needs a little more training. I understand he is new but he is slow and could have cost you $20 during my visit. I had a free oil change and I asked to have my tires rotated. When I got ready to go he said I didn't owe anything. I asked if they rotated my tires, he said yes. I asked again if I owed anything, he said no. I asked if he was sure. He said yes. I told him I have always paid in the past. He looked at his paperwork again and said "oh, that's for GMCs". So then I had to wait for him to redo all the paperwork again. If I had been a dishonest person, your company would have been short that day. And you really should consider lowering the price of your rotation. I can get it for half that at another location in town. I just try to keep all my business in one place. I also had an appointment and it took me 90 minutes to get done. Thank you, Jane Norwood

The tires were not only rotated, but the air pressure was adjusted to the specs needed to help us tow our 8000 lb travel trailer. Great service, friendly, helpful people. I was so lucky that their was a Ford Dealership at the exit I got off in N.C. when I stopped for dinner and found that my truck had just started smoking. Dropped it off at 7:40, part was to be delivered by Noon, then was called later on to let me know it wasn't in and will be in by around 1:30 - 2pm. I was bummed and behind for heading back to Florida; however, I was treated well and brought back to our hotel and picked back up. I appreciated that.

Your on line appointment system doesn't work and if I didn't call to confirm my appointment I'd of been out of luck as it wasn't there. When it was made manually they had to check if they had a filter which made me raise an eyebrow because White Motors has an MOA with Roanoke Valley Corvette Club. In turn, even though I have a RVCC sticker on the car it wasn't mentioned. You did have the filter though. Finally the manual calls for Mobil 1 dexoes1 and there was confusion on what oil to use in a 2013 Corvette. I never got a clear answer what oil was put in the car, Mobil 1, Mobil 1 Extended Performance, Mobil xxx?. I'm hoping you didn't void my warranty.

After my arrival they noted that I had two recalls and fixed those too. While I was waiting the staff came by and spoke to me. That says a lot-- A company that always makes you feel welcome and they never forget you.
