No high pressure sales tactics or back and forth negotiating ploys. From my first call to picking up my "new to me" vehicle, it was a great experience. They are fair and honest and have quality used vehicles. They gave me a fair amount for my trade too. My salesman, Mark was great and so were my dealings with Mr. White. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a car. Go see them at White Motor Company on Kearney Street in Springfield!!!

My husband and I have been looking for a nice SUV for a while and had been getting the run around at some other places. My husband found a car from White Motor company and we went in to test drive the vehicle. Troy was our salesperson and he was great, he didn't try to push us into buying something we didn't want to buy. The finance manager Rob was great as well. They took care of us and the warranty we received with our vehicle is one of the best we have seen outside of buying a brand new car!! We will definitely recommend them to other people.

Really enjoyed buying our truck here. Mark was very helpful as a salesperson without being pushy. We feel like our purchase price was fair. Our kids were with us too, and all staff were friendly to them as well. Really like our truck so far but just got it so time will tell if quality is good. --Thanks!!

We had an excellent experience, we didn't feel pushed into making a purchase and we got a really fair deal compared with the other lots we had been to. My dad was also very satisfied with a purchase he made a few months ago which brought us to this lot in the first place. Thank you Gary and Rob for taking something we normally dread and turning it into a relaxing, enjoyable shopping excursion!

I'd been looking for a few months for a Honda S2000 in good shape at a reasonable price with a moderate amount of mileage. A car showed up on cars.com at White Motor Company in Springfield, MO, about a 3 - 4 hour drive from Columbia, MO. They were great to work with remotely, and the pictures on cars.com and their website matched the car I looked at. Most important I felt well treated - they were friendly and courteous to me, my wife, and (what most impressed me) they let us bring our dog, and they were really nice to him, too! The buying process was direct and simple. The business manager was patient with me and explained the process clearly, which I especially appreciated as someone who doesn't have a whole lot of experience with dealerships. It was also a quick process - much quicker than my experience at a large dealership in Columbia, which took hours to get all the paper work done on a less expensive car. They also let me examine the car inside and out (I do my own basic maintenance, so I spent a fair amount of time in the engine bay) without any pressure. For car history buffs, this dealership happens to be on a stretch of historic Route 66...I won't quote the song...but if you're looking for a fun car in Springfield, Missouri, this is a place worth checking out! And I love my S2000!

I went to White Motor Company looking for an inexpensive 4 wheel drive truck. It is very hard to find one at a low price that is not junk! The one I went to see was not what I wanted, but they had another one just in. We talked on a Saturday (right before close) and Monday morning, we made a deal. No pressure, just good people that like to make their customers happy.

They made my car trading/buying experience a great one! They were upfront with all the costs and even let me look online for the value of the vehicle I was looking at on their lot. I feel I received a good deal AND they serviced it after I bought the vehicle! I would highly recommend them to friends and family, I felt like a was taken care of there and that they really wanted to make me happy before I left.

A very solid and well maintained car. The dealer was very helpful and were willing to negotiate a fair price. The workers were very helpful and kind. If I ever need another used vehicle, or a friend needs one, I'll go to White first!

I traded on a motorcycle on a used truck. This in itself has made the buying process difficult. But Gary and Rob simplified it and did what they could to get me a fair trade in allowance for my bike. Even though I know they weren't going to sell the bike themselves, they still did more than anyone else in town was willing to do. My only complaint is that they insisted on keeping my helmet. I thought that was odd.
