We have often used the service department at White's to service out cars, but the time finally came that it no longer made sense to put additional money into a car that was approaching 200 thousand miles. The service department reviewed the options and approximate cost for repairs. After I decided to purchase another car, Darlene Morrison in Sales, listened to our needs, desired price range etc, and showed us some options. We decided on a low mileage used car. The finance department worked with us on trading in a car that was no longer drivable and making the purchase process quick and convenient.

Whites Maibach Ford is the Cream of Crop in my opinion. All the personal that I dealt with in sales dept was very helpful and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend to anybody that is looking for a car

I bought my F-150 new from Maibach's after shopping around, and they gave me a comparable deal, and are the closest to my home for service. I generally don't stick with dealership service after the warranty runs out because, being a lady, it has been my experience that women are not treated with the same respect as men are at the repair shop. Well, my F-150 is now 16 years old, and I continue to use Maibach's service department because they have always treated me with upmost respect every time I have dealt with them. That figures quite large in my decision as to where I will spend my money on my vehicles and my service work. Another great thing is that they have a loaner car I can use whenever I take my truck in there for service. Being a single person, I really appreciate that service. There is usually a follow up call a few days after service work to see if you have any questions or complaints, and I think that is helpful, though I have never had a problem that needed to be addressed at that time. I want to support Maibach's because I would like for them to be there yet when I decide to make my next vehicle purchase. But, I still love that old F-150, and hopefully with their help, I can keep it for a while longer yet!

After visiting many local Ford dealerships,Whites Maibach Ford in Orrville was hands down the most helpful,fair, and friendly car dealership i have ever seen. I asked them would they be willing to accept some money down and the rest when I received my income tax. The lady on the phone told me she would check with the manager and would give me a call back in 15 mins. That was two days ago, so I guess that is a no.
