The BEST, I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM OVER 26 YEARS. VERY PROFESSIONAL, LISTEN TO YOUR PROBLEMS, THE STAFF IS WILLING TO HELP IN ANY WAY I GIVE THEM THE FIVE STARS WITH PLEASURE. YOU COULD NOT GET ME TO GO TO ANOTHER DEALER THANKS TOMMIE AND THE WORKERS IN EACH DEPARTMENT, ALWAYS WHITMORE CHEVROLET FOR ME.i have purchased 3 cars 🚗 from the company, one i kept for 18 years with all the maintance work done only by the repair and maintenance shop. Not from the area, my truck started loosing power as I was driving up I64 on a Friday afternoon at 4:30. My wife called Whitmore after a Google search of Chevrolet dealers near us. The closest dealer, Loyalty, wouldn't give us the time of day and were actually rude on the phone with her. My wife then went down the line to Whitmore and the representative that answered the phone was kind and went out of her way to get my wife's call to John Chandler the Service Manager. She talked to John Chandler who assured her that even though they closed at 5, they would take a look at it. Got there at 4:45, not only did he stay after 5, but also one of his technicians. Unfortunately, I needed a fuel pump to continue, but they really went above and beyond to at least try to get me back on the road. Monday morning, they got to work, ordered the pump and I was able to pick it up Tuesday afternoon. Can not say enough about the quality of service and the fair price. It would have been very easy to take advantage of my situation, but they really abide by the smaller family owned dealership values!

Went there in Summer 2020. My Traverse brakes were spongy. I wanted to use a Chevy dealer. I had just bought the car used in June. It turned out the brake fluid was bad, so they changed it. In the process both bleeder bolts busted. I had to get 2 new calibers. It took about 3 hours wait. I got there at 1pm. Didn't leave till 4:30. My husband took me to eat during the process (after he got off work). After I sent him home, expecting my car fixed I was a told my car was not drivable. They didn't have a loaner for me. My husband had to come back. I couldn't get the car till next day. This was due to not having parts in. It cost 500 bucks. The service guy said they took off some for labor. It was not the best experience. The service guy was very kind and it seemed like they were understaffed. I can't take that risk again of not having a car or being offered a loaner. I was pregnant at the time and it was stressful. It seemed weird that both my bleeder bolts broke at same time. They broke when they were bleeding my brakes. My brakes are better but they still make a small sound. Not a good way to treat a new customer or any customer for that matter. 😕
