They helped me a ton!! Very personable and nice. Blake wasn't like talking to a pushy salesperson. He worked with me and was like talking to an old friend. My friend brought me to the dealership because she purchased her car there. Thank you all!!!!

The hole experience was great. They work very well together and are all on the same team. It was quick and easy and that is what I want in a can transaction.

our salesman was awesome, he was easy to talk to really knew how to help. the van that he showed us had all that we needed but there were a couple issues with it. it pulled to the right as you're driving down the road, engine light, and almost bald tires. he assured us that it all would be taken care of. i was fine with that but when we asked how much was the price of the vehicle they would beat around the bush and change the subject. i saw the high pressure sales tactics starting and wanted to leave but i stayed for my wife.mind you i use to work at their sister store in aberdeen as a salesman. when we were in the sales managers office he told us how much the payments were going to be and they were 300 over what we said our max was. so after my wife said were just going to look around and see what else we could find thats when the rudeness started. i was done. he even tried to block the door when i was walking out to my kid on their portch. trying to hold me up by asking me a question when he already new the answer. then they tried showing us other options and blocked us in. so if the salesman goes somewhere else ill talk to him again but as for that dealership i will never go back there and recommend that all stay clear of this place.

I wanted to give a little shout out about Josh, and Whitneys Chevrolet. Josh, man let me tell you, that guy is all class. My wife and I value his experience and knowledge, and we really appreciated him meeting us this past Sunday. I know it probably wasnt the best time for him due to his fathers health concerns, but my family and I are highly appreciative. So please spread the word of Joshs hard work, and I personally thank Whitneys Chevrolet for a tremendous car buying experience. I have been visiting Whitney's Chevrolet for several years. I purchased of 2012 Traverse from them yesterday. I began my search for a car two weeks ago. I met with their sales person Josh F on a rainy night about a half hour before closing. He not only made me feel welcomed, but he allowed my wife and me to take a vehicle out on a test drive. He reached out to me the following day and thanked me for visiting. He continued to maintain contact with me and went above and beyond my expectations regarding searching for a vehicle. I had decided on a vehicle and went to pick it up on a Sunday. When I looked over the vehicle, I changed my mind and told him that I wanted a different color and style than what I previously told him. He took the time to not only look into his stock, but he also searched the stock of other surrounding dealers. He remained patient and unnerved with me throughout this process. In the end, I chose a beautiful Red Traverse. I extend many thanks to Josh, Gene, and the entire staff.Thanks again!!!!!!

My experience could not have been better!!! I have never been treated with as much respect and kindness while buying a car!!!! Blake was wonderful and he went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. I will tell everyone I know to go to Whitney's Chevrolet first to buy your new car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have purchased 7 vehicles from Whitney's Chevrolet. We live in Raymond, Wa and drive past other Chevrolet dealers because we enjoy the family atmosphere and the fact that Whitney's Chevrolet is not a "typical" car dealership. They are very straight forward with pricing and trade in values. Our newest vehicle is a 2013 Chevrolet Traverse - I was very specific with options and colors - Whitney's went to great lengths to find a vehicle that met my demands. We've gotten to know all Employee's and can count of them if we ever have a question or issue.
