Service department is complete trash. When you take a vehicle in with one issue then it comes out with another please tell me how that "remotely" makes sense? But a few days prior you took it in and was told everything is working as it should. Allison whitecotton in service is absolutely no help....she has no earthly idea what she's talking about. You tell her the a.c vents are blowing 75 degrees and she attempts to tell you that it's the cabin air filter. I'm telling you. Everyone stay away from the service dept. I can't speak for sales but this service department I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. 1000$ later and vehicle still is not fixed.

I went to get help with programming something for my Chevrolet and the staff wasn't rude but very stern and unfriendly. We felt very awkward and ended up walking around their parking lot for an hour after being told 10 to 15 minutes, twice. Just wouldn't ever go back.

The guy's are awesome. Very quick to answer questions or concerns that you might have. Wes and sean were very professional and helped explain financing options and made sure I comfortable with my purchase. They even delivered the truck I was buying 3 hours away. The delivery driver was very professional and helpful with the paperwork. I highly recommend these guys and this dealership for anyone looking to make a fair and amazing purchase.
