I purchased a MINI Cooper from Wholesale Auto Group about 17 months ago. I should've known immediately that they sold me a lemon. The night I took the car home, the check engine light came on--and then wouldn't start. I had it towed back to their service department the very next day. They never were able to tell me what was wrong with it, but they kept it for over a week and fixed it...or so I thought. Here I am, 16 months later and the car just stops running while I'm driving. Nothing will turn it over. I had it towed to a MINI authorized repair shop. After he looks at it, he informs me the repairs will cost me over $6,000 because whoever worked on it last messed it up so badly--by doing things that were not MINI standard. They had parts missing, things in the wrong places--it was a complete hack job. So I paid $7,000 for a car that I now need to put $6,000 into to get it working again, just because of these people. Don't ever go.

Corey and his staff are on top of their game. I can't think of one thing that would make my experience dealing with them any better. My friend bought a car from them, first they forgot to put temporary tags on it and let her drive out of the lot. Next, there were issues with the car so she returned it to get fixed. A week later, they still haven't contacted her or let her know when her car will be ready. They don't answer their phones on the numbers they gave her and if she calls the shop, gets told that they are with a customer right now and will call her back (which never happens). Very poor customer service!
