Great customer service, great employees! I had a problem with my car and was scared to drive. I called W.I Simonson Mercedes Benz service center and they suggested to bring the car to them right away, even though I didn’t make any prior appointment. Everyone was nice and helpful. My service advisor Mario was very nice and knowledgeable. He made the paperwork process very quick and easy, also helped me out with the loaner car, since I had to leave the car for a week. Horrible experience! I was treated like a king until after I purchased my vehicle. I was continuously given the run-around and their staff is extremely unprofessional in the way they handled everything. It is now 4 months later and I still have not received my registration, we were finally told that "the paperwork is sitting on their desk". No excuses for the way they have handled my situation. I had to send countless number of emails to my sales person just to get my spare key that was promised to me in two weeks, in which I finally got months later. There was many issues with the car after purchase, and since I don't live locally I made sure that some time was set aside and was scheduled with the sales agent for me to drop the vehicle off. Of course he was not prepared when I drove hours to drop the vehicle off, once I came to pick up the vehicle (4 days later) virtually nothing that was supposed to be fixed/done with the vehicle was done aside from a car wash. Including the fact that the tint was damaged, in which once I picked up the vehicle I was told that there was "magically" never any tint. I also purchased the interior and exterior warranty, originally nothing was applied to the interior and exterior as was promised, so I had to take the vehicle in again. This time the interior and exterior looked the exact same and to me nothing was applied again, however I was told it had been. I requested the docs to prove that it had been in which they failed to provide me. These are only a few of the issues I have with this dealership, I have since sent many emails and left VM's with their finance department and have yet to hear back. Save yourself the headache and do some research and go with a dealership that will take care of you. I would not recommend them to ANYONE!

I reached out to the dealership via cars.com. The only input I have for the dealership is that by the time they got back to me, I'd already had a chance to be in contact with two other dealerships about a similar car, and I'd already purchased a car from another dealership by the time someone reached out to me from this dealership. It didn't really impact me as I got a great deal on the car I ended up getting, but I would recommend to this dealership that if someone reaches out to them via Cars.com about a specific car, that probably means they're very interested in buying and I would recommend a faster response time. I know I (and I would think most people) have an idea of what they want, and reach out to several dealerships to try to set up a test drive. Therefore, the first that responds gets the first test drive, and usually ends up with the deal.

Simonson Mercedes has consistently provided excellent service for my vehicle. Most recently, I brought in my 2009 E350 late on a Saturday afternoon for repair. Volkan Sener was my service advisor. Though it was the end of the day, he took time to look at the treads on my tires and to explain to me that the flaking was due to misalignment. This confirmed my sense that the wheels needed to be aligned, and it demonstrated his knowledge of tire wear and tear. He also arranged to have one of my wheels repaired and took time to check if there were any scratches on the others. He was patient, friendly, professional, and accommodating. I couldn't ask for any more in a service advisor. And the work as always turned out to be perfect.

Extremely professional service from the moment I drove up for my scheduled appointment. They were expecting me, and extended a prompt friendly greeting. My car was just in for scheduled service, but they treated me right. My two back tires need replacing, but they didn't force the issue on me. They advised I get it done in the next few months. I don't put many miles on my car, but the dealership I went to a year ago insisted I needed to replace them immediately. At this point I know I need them, and will definitely go see Tim in Service when I'm ready. He was super professional, and even helped me connect my new cell phone to Bluetooth.

Recommended my brother to buy a Merc C 300.Went to the dealership and the person was very nice and showed us few cars and we picked up the one we wanted(Merc C 300 2015). He introduced us to the person to get forward with the buying process. The person was extremely rude and I wanted to walk out of the dealership but did not want spoil the deal for my brother so somehow tried to be patient in the whole process. I asked him to give me a final number so that I would talk to my bank for the loan. He insisted on getting the SSN as he said it was necessary on his part to go ahead with the process.Sounded kind of weird as I told him that I have a pre-approved loan from my bank,but since he insisted I thought maybe there is some element of this process that I am not aware of. Anyways the end result was that he submitted my loan application to 4 providers(I was notified by CreditKarma next day that I have 4 hard inquiries on my credit)without informing me that he was doing so. Instead of me insisting that my brother be the prime owner of the car and I was the co-signer, the dealership ended up processing it in the opposite way. The car was certified but did not have the "Start" or ignition button and was recommended that we take it to a dealership close by for the work. The dealership in long beach ended up keeping the car for about a week (loaner was provided) and said that W.I. Simonson did not do their work properly and so they had to do loads of work on the car. It sounds totally unacceptable with a certified car. The car is good but the experience was totally disappointing.

My service advisor was Jim Cornell. I arrived 15 mins. earlier before my 845am maintenance appt. and was greeted promptly by various staff members. Jim was exceptional in his customer service, was highly knowledgable about what maintenance my 2006 car needed, quoted me a good price on the possible costs of my services and constantly updated me on the progress of my car as I was waiting in the waiting area for 3 hours for my repairs. The waiting lounge was clean, had complimentary coffee, teas, cookies, had multiple tvs. It was great just to sit for 3 hours and read my magazines that I brought and get a time out from school, work, kids, etc. It was actually nice just to do nothing! :) My car was given a complimentary wash and they even polished my wheels and tires. Jim and the staff were amazing and I trust them with anything my car needs. They don't try to "upsell" you or be too overly pushy about anything. Great teamwork overall at this facility!

W. I. Simonson never disappoints! This was my first service appointment for my GLA, and they did a wonderful job! I was able to call and schedule the appointment without any issues. Derek did a wonderful job checking me in and going over what the service would entail. He said it would take about and hour and a half, but I was done before. They have a very comfortable waiting area with coffee and snacks. Definitely recommend!

I purchased a Mercedes C250 Couple 3 months ago. My experience with this dealership has been less than stellar and definitely has not lived up to my expectations of the Mercedes brand. I have reached out to management and appropriate personnel only to be met with slow and non-responsive service. My 2nd key was missing when I bought the car. It took 6 weeks of following up with my sales guy Henrik to finally get the key that I was supposed to have the week after I bought the car. I was supposed to receive a credit for my first month's payment as a part of a promotion when I bought the vehicle. Instead I received a bill. When I contacted the finance manager Mar Castro she said it was happening to lots of people and to call MB Finance. MB Finance said promotions are handled at the dealer level not the national. I asked Mar Castro for a copy of the entire file for my vehicle so that I could refer to the paperwork I signed with the promotion, the condition of my car when I purchased it, and all extended warranties I purchased. I had to contact Ms Castro 3 times via email and when I stopped by she told that the business office was closed and that I'd have to come back another day. I refused and told her that she had to pdf me the information that was missing. I had to go to Mercedes Benz service yesterday for a firmware update on my cars electronic system that should have been done before I bought it. I also asked specifically that they not wash my vehicle as I had it hand washed and waxed the day before. When the work for my vehicle was complete it was washed poorly with soap scum on the car and tires. When I called to follow up with the service manager, the young lady who failed to tell the service personnel not to wash my car while it was still in front of us before the work was to be performed, told me that the service manager preferred handwritten messages to voicemails. I asked for his voicemail and she put me on hold for 10 minutes before I had to call back and request to be directly transferred again to leave a complaint. In the inspection that I received for my car the tread on one of the tires was significantly lower than 3 of the others and I followed up with service to ask about this. He said maybe my alignment was off. How could my alignment be off if I have had the car for 90 days? I was referred to my salesman who surprisingly no longer works there. Referring to my purchase file, the document that contained my cars pre-purchase condition was nowhere to be found. Not a surprise. I have contacted the GM and left a voicemail with no follow up. I have contacted the sales manager and still waiting on a follow up. IF you want a Mercedes I would suggest ANY other Mercedes dealership the level of professionalism at this dealership is frustrating and shocking and definitely not on par with what I expect from Mercedes Benz.

Brought in our C-300 for it's 1 year maintenance service. Our Maintenance Rep was Stan and he met us at the service bay. He checked out the car and asked if we had any concerns. My wife had a couple (she's the main driver) concerns and Stan wrote them down and said he would have the mechanic check it out. He gave a time for when the car will be ready. We came at that time and the car was was all ready. Stan told my wife the mechanic checked out the two concerns she had and he made a little adjustments and nothing to be concerned about. Car came out cleaner than when we brought it in with the complimentary car was. Great service dept.

The 2011 Chevy equinox 2.4L FWD I got is a trade in vehicle with 33k miles. The car is in good condition, it has accident record, but I think it will be fine. And they fixed the two dings on the bumper I saw on the website picture, when I got the car, there is no dings anymore, and they didn't charge more. The buying process is fast, it is like print out a price tag paper, pay the money, sign a lot of papers (because it is a trade in vehicle, so they will not take care of it any longer) and drive away. They accept cash and check. There didn't want to sell me additional plans or packages, so the talking went pretty smooth. No additional charges. Remember to bring your insurance paper or you can't get the car. have driven the car for nearly 200 miles now, the car is pretty good. There is one thing bothers me is the fuel economy, the dealership website and all other website said it can go 22 MPG city, but in fact it can only go about 14.6 MPG in city, I didn't check the MPG data during the test drive, and only found out it after got home. I searched it on the web, a lot of people have the same issue, so it is Chevy put on the wrong information and the dealership didn't aware of it. Although, I got it in a fair price, and it has pretty good options and the car condition is pretty good. So I think it is a good car purchase experience.

Having brought my year-old leased Mercedes into the service department for its annual "check-up", I could not have been more pleased with the level of service, the care in which my needs were met, the turnaround of my service (which included sending the car out to have its wheels buffed)--the timing which was exactly as promised, and the total professionalism and kindness of my service advisor, Aram Coriuyan, who was absolutely top-notch. I purchased my car here, but would not recommend it to friends and family. After I purchased my car and wanted to cancel my extended warranty, I got the run around for a very long time and it was finally resolved after 3 months. I recently took my car in for service for an oil leak and it was completed after 2 weeks. I did like my service advisor, Tim Seigel, who was very nice and responsive. The low customer service rating is for the dealership, not for the service dept.

I had a great experience leasing my new 2016 C300. Brian in sales is a great guy who really shows pleasure working with you and not concerned as much as to just make a sale. I came to see him this past summer and spent some time with him. Then I wasnt ready to lease until this past dec, I stopped by to see Brian again and he made it EXACTLY what I wanted for me. He got me the car I want, at the price I want it, with color combinations that I want it, and I was able to pick up my ride the next day and take it to work. Not only that, when I went to Carmax to sell my car, Brian came to pick me up on the morning himself from Carmax and brought me to the dealership to take ownership of my new Mercedes. You want great sales experience, make sure you go and see Brian if you want to buy a Benz. Steven Nicolas was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very few great sales managers out there like him. I went there yesterday at around 8am to have my car fixed. I was craving for "coffee" to wake me up. I prefer to drink only "specialty coffee" like latte or cappuccino. I went to their mini- bar and saw the coffee machine. I tried to make coffee but there was "no coffee beans." I informed the cashier, who was in front of me. She said that she will check on it. After a while, I went back to her and said that I was still waiting for the coffee. Then, the other cashier came. She said that she cannot reach to refill the coffee beans and she will ask someone and it "will take a couple of minutes ". I was waiting the whole time! I saw both of the cashiers talking to each other and "never addressed the issue." I ended up drinking "hot tea" and I had to get hot water from the side water station. This is "Poor Customer Service ". The cashier said "couple of minutes ". I stayed there for " two hours" and they NEVER made an effort to put coffee, which is ridiculous when it is so "very easy" to put the beans.

I am a car guy. We have bought several New and CPO cars before (from different dealers). The Fleet manager Mr. Steve Lee and the General manager Mr. Chris Pass provided the best overall experience including service, knowledge, pricing, and aftersale follow-up. We are extremely happy to have bought our new GLA from this dealer. We also like their attention to detail and no pressure style. We'll definitely come back to this dealer for all our future Mercedes purchases. As a addendum, there was one item in the sales contract that needed clarification. Both the GM and the Fleet manager solved the item beyond our expectations! They deserve the highest praise!

I'm the type of shopper who does his research online extensively, narrows the choices down to a few and then wants as little fuss as possible when test driving the cars in person. I bought a CPO mercedes from this dealership. After a few weeks I noticed there was an issue with the vanity mirror which I didn't notice at the type of purchase. Allan was very helpful in getting this fixed as well as a few other issues I had. He went out of the way to set me up with a service member and get it covered at no additional cost. Ask for Allan!

Service Center left me in the line and never told me to wait someone would assist me. After I seen them placing number cones on cars, I including behind my car, I proceeded to get out my car and ask a rep if the cars behind had appointments she said no, I have to wait for a service rep to come over. Which no one ever came. She was not very friendly as well. The person who was nice was the gentleman who did my service paperwork. I would not recommend this service center.

I have been looking for a particular used convertible and I received an e-mail notice from cars.com that one of real interest was going to be for sale at this dealership. I sent an e-mail information request through the website and within a very short period of time got an e-mail response. We scheduled a phone conversation for that day which did occur. The sales rep said it was in pre-delivery service and he would go and check a few things for me and get right back. I mentioned I would come down (about 150 miles) and the conversation got "frosty". 4 days later I sent an e-mail to see where things were at. No response for 2 more days and then an e-mail saying that they were going to wholesale the car. I currently have 6 Mercedes and wanted specifically what they had listed on cars.com. My impression was that out of town buyers who could not get to the dealership "right now" were of very little value to them and were placed last in line. I am disappointed as my cars have come from Florida, Texas and Oregon and the Boston area and I am quite real. Still looking for the right CLK 500 Cabriolet but not from these folks.

What can I say about this dealership? Fantastic customer service, with very friendly sales people to boot! The salesperson who was in charge of my sale, Souharda Poudyal, couldn't be any more friendly and professional. He was as helpful as they come, making sure that the customer always felt like he/she was first priority. Even with the encountered problems I had with the title of my trade-in vehicle, the sales team still managed to make sure that my buying experience went along smoothly. I went to see a used infinity m35. My salesman was Patrick Anthony. We agreed on a price as long as they would fix certain things on the vehicle. Patrick advised me that the car would be ready for me for pick up the next day. I called the next day to tell him I will be in to pick it up and he told me they sold the car. This place is a joke and they do not believe in any type of customer service or verbal agreements. I talked to a manager he was also a joke and didn't even seem to care about my problem. If they do these type if things to customers, I wonder what other things they are hiding from their customers. This dealership is very dishonest and don't really care to make their customers happy. I will recommend not to step foot in this place is not worth it. I will be writing a bad review in all the major sites about this experience. W.I. Simonson lost a customer for life. THIS DEALERSHIP IS A JOKE!. DO NOT COME HERE BEWARE!. The only reason I gave them even 1 star is because cars.com required it. If it was up to me they will get no stars. Worse dealer ever!

The client advocate (salesperson), sales manager, and finance manager all were terrific. This dealer does not engage in any games. I did my homework and after a very short negotiation got the car I wanted for the price I set. I have always serviced my Mercedes at Simonson. If you are a buyer from outside the immediate area, BEWARE!!!This dealer maintains an internet sales organization that discriminates against buyers from outside the area. I was ready to buy a car in cash for the advertised price and the salesperson was completely disinterested in closing the transaction. I am a serious buyer and expressed my sgtrong interest in the Mercedes SLK320 advertised. Not only did the salesperson make no effort to secure my business, he then stalled me in time to sell it to another customer! To add insult to injury, the internet customer service department called me about my experience, and I expressed frustration and asked to speak to the sales manager. Not only was the associate not able transfer me to the sales manager, but he failed to follow through with a return call. What a dissappointment! While WI Simonson operates an internet sales group, they are not only inept, but failure to deliver on their commitments.

I was going to buy a differed brand but wanted to do my "due diligence" by driving all brands that met certain criteria and Mercedes was last on the list. I really liked the car I drove but that wouldn't have been enough to get me to change my mind if I hadn't had such a wonderful experience working with John H. He listened to what I said, found a car that met my needs and then worked with me on a price for the new car as well as my trade-in. Carl D in Finance then helped me with the "paperwork," taking time to explain different aspects of leasing, which was new to me. He also provided guidance on which options to take. We got burned driving to San Jose, so we were very leary! We arrived and it was the most pleasurable experience in buying a car ever!!! Buying a used car is never an easy process but it does help when the product is top quality and the staff are friendly and courteous. As an out of town buyer from Canada trying to purchase a car for our son who recently moved to California, the experience was pleasant. they seem to have a good selection of really nice cars and reasonably priced, in all price ranges My impression is that they want to stand behind their product and hence they do not sell poor quality or badly maintained autos. My only complaint is that it seemed to be a bit long in completion; some of that may be tied to California laws pertaining to paper work.

After 10 years I was ready to get a new car. In Santa Monica I have all the car dealerships available to me. The first stop was W.I. Simonson Mercedes Benz. We were greeted by Damien Wheat. I explained that I didn't know what I wanted and he proceeded to show me some models. He asked if I was ready to to make a "great deal". I said I needed some time to think it over. Several hours later I came back to meet with Damien. He was professional and polite and never made me feel rushed or intimidated. He was patient and well informed about their product. We then met with their finance guy Carl who was very knowledgeable. Didn't try to sell us extras we don't need but suggested what we should purchase. I spoke to John on the phone and we completed the majority of the transaction over the phone, as I live in Northern California. This was the first time I have bought a car over the internet which was scary, but the 5 hour trip was so worth it! Everything he had described about the SUV on the phone was completely accurate. When I arrived at the dealership, John had everything ready for me, including having my loan approved. John was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend John Halaka and W.I. Simonson dealership!!

We just bought a used Honda Odyssey from WI Simonson. We live out of town and actually purchased the vehicle sight-unseen. We worked with Ted, who from start to finish, did a great job as working with us on our price and making sure that every detail we wanted was taken care of. We contacted a number of dealerships with lazy sales people who always wanted to refer us to their website, but everyone we worked with at W.I. Simonson went the extra mile to make sure that all our questions were answered and we felt confident in making a purchase with them. Highly recommend this dealership.

I Purchased a 2009 E550 that I saw originally on the internet. Had never visited or even knew of them until I saw the informative internet ads. I requested a test drive and John Halaka called me the very next day and we set up an appointment. Very professional but laid way back at the same time. He treated my wife and I with respect & honesty. From the time I made the appoint. to the time I arrived at the dealership the internet price had been reduced & I didn't know it, of course John made me aware & passed it along to us. Saved $1000 Ching-Ching. An honest dealer? "Come on now". We drove 60 miles to the dealership,while passing many on the way, and we have no regrets. Of my many purchases over the years,with buyers remorse on more occasions than I like to remember,this was not one of them.

I Simonson was an outstanding sales professional, he made me feel very valued, appreciated, like you are important and comfortable,and i do want your business, NOT prejudging me as i came in with my "faithful" stick shift 1997 toyota rav 4, wanting to buy a Mercedes Benz CLK500 and worked hard with my budget, my kids came along and he was soooooo gracious with them, my daughter who is 13 wanted to write of her own.soooo.... glad I met John.love my car!!!

Rebecca Webb, sales person, was very accommodating. She got out of her way to make it easy for me, to the point of letting me have her own personal car to attend my business while she was preparing my new car for delivery.... Unheard of!!!
