Our salesman Charles did a great job. He answered all of our questions, and if he didn’t know the answers he went to the people that did. I felt like it was more of a conversation with Charles instead of just a sales pitch. He was knowledgeable about the features in the car, and did a great job explaining them over and over. Mike the sales manager was professional and straightforward with us. We felt we got a fair deal. All in all, it was a very easy process.

I previously had a very unpleasant experience when I purchased a car Wilde Honda so I was reluctant to visit another Wilde dealership. Much to my surprise the experience was very different at the Wilde Subaru dealership and I received a very fair offer and purchased a new car. Mike and the sales manager were very helpful, unlike Honda salesman who seemed distracted and the Honda sales manager who first lectured me than tried to intimate me.

We worked with Matt Marman (on the recommendation of a previous customer). Great experience, no haggling, no pressure. Matt answered all of our questions. Matt's manner was very easy-going and seemed sincere in trying to answer all questions. I had been researching cars for about 3 months before purchasing. Even test drove a couple at the dealership about a month before deciding and there was no pressure to come back in, etc. I felt I got a very good price for what I had been seeing on various websites from different dealerships as well. Overall, the staff was excellent. Rhonda Rendon helped us in the business office and also took the time to explain. She was very patient when my husband read the contract and answered his questions. I rarely, if ever, buy a new car, but yesterday my wife and I bought our second new Subaru in the last 6 months. When we found out that our older car was going to need repairs costing more than it was worth it was not a difficult decision to return to Wilde Subaru and, specifically Matt Marman to help us with our purchase of a 2017 Subaru Outback.Matt made a stressful decision easier and I didn't feel like I was being sold a car. Instead I felt like I was buying a car. Matt's easy-going manner is non-threatening and I truly felt that he was interested in helping us find the right car and not just making another sale. We have actually looked forward to working with Matt and my only regret is that it may be a while before we get to return to Subaru and work with Matt. Overall the experience was very good. I bought Outback from WILDE, friendly staff and quick in process and negotiable. The Kyle Paul-Sales addressed each and every point.But finance wise not completely satisfied, since I would have to pay huge amount every for Subaru outback. The Chase has very stringent rules despite of very good history, 0% might not be nice option for immigrants when buying. I wish there could have been little more feasibility, but that's negative from the Subaru/Chase nothing with WILDE. The WILDE staff is excellent and my experience of buying was very good.Regards,Anil.

We went looking for a Subaru and found just what we were looking for yet wanted to see and hear about other models to be sure we were getting what was right for us. We had a pleasant experience at Wilde, found the right car, and were very pleased with Mike Frank and Brad Farris. Mike was fast to meet our needs, explained everything we needed to know, walking us through the lease process which was new for us. No up sells, no pressure tactics, he just informed us along the way, helped us get what we needed so we are very happy with our Subaru Legacy. He took the time to show us the features of our car, even helped sync my phone. Brad was excellent with the financial aspect and knowledge of additional packages available if we were interested but didn't try to sell us what we didn't need. We appreciated his honesty in wait times for processing the paperwork, we had the option to wait or return the next morning. We like honesty where we can make decisions based on facts and we got that with Mike and Brad.

Was given an equote and they had the lowest price out of all the equotes that we got out of a dozen dealerships. Drove two hours to trade in our Outback and they gave us a good price. We found Wilde via an online employee auto buying program. We had several options to choose from and glad we decided to drive out to Wilde to make our purchase. Our situation was a bit complicated to say the least and Matt and the team there did everything they could to figure out how to help us work through our trade-in situation. I placed an order for my first Subaru, a 2017 Outback Touring, in July, and was pleased by the sales experience. The salesperson went out of his way to explain various options, and to make sure I was happy with my selections. There was absolutely no pressure to add options, and I was allowed to make several test drives before placing this order. I was, however, confused when I received only one of the production updates I'd been told to expect. When I called the dealership to ask when to expect delivery, Corey Knoelke hit the ball out of the park and provided exceptional customer service. After explaining the original salesperson was no longer available, he went out of his way to locate the car, and called me back immediately to say the car would be ready within a few days. At pick-up, he spent a long time explaining the car's features, and let me take one final test drive to make sure everything was satisfactory. Before finishing the transaction, I met with Brad Farris, who explained various maintenance packages so I could easily understand them, but did not pressure me to make an additional purchase. I felt that the employees I dealt with were primarily interested in making sure that I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. Thank you, Wilde Subaru!

Matt never tried to force an upgrade, he simply kept explaining how the models we looked at fit (or didn't) into the budget and goals we had. This allowed us to easily make a choice we were comfortable with. Then Phil started running numbers for us to get into our price range. That is how it should be done-perfect.

I was able to call in the dealership and tell them exactly what I wanted. In less than a week the car was on site. We had a quick negotiation that was both easy and fair. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour and a half with my new car. They are one of the few car dealerships I'm ok with going to without feeling pressured or bombarded by dealers. They let you do what you want to do and make the process as simple as you let them.

Pulled in the express lube for an oil change. Two hours later, the oil change was completed.Quit going to this dealership years ago because of the terrible service. Thought I'd try them again since it's been a couple of years and they are 5 minutes from my house. Years ago this same car, had a leak in the tire due to getting new tires (someplace else). Came in for an oil change and asked them to re-seat the tire with the problem and charge me for the oil change and re-seating the tire. About 8 hours later, they called me and told me theyve been watching the tire and can't find a leak. Not what I asked them to do!!!! Today, all I need is an oil change and one of my tires has a bump on it which I am already aware of. Asked me to quote tires which I was ok with and specifically told them which tire I would want. All 3 quotes for tires did NOT have the tire I told them I wanted. Guess I'll be driving to the southside for service again. Terrible.

I purchased a 2015 Outback in June of 2015, we ordered a remote start option that they were supposed to call us to install, it was around $500. Come April of 2016 I had not received a call and called 3 times over the course of 2 months and left detailed messages for Mike, no response. We brought our car in for a recall to be fixed and I brought my contract and "we owe you" paperwork. I had Teddy copy it and told him to get back to me, that was June 15th or so. It is now July 14th and I finally got a message from Teddy stating that they don't have any record of my purchasing the add on, even though I gave him my contract which clearly states my purchase, the price and date etc along with the "we owe you". Teddy basically called me a liar on the message, "we don't show you purchased this option" even though I had the paper work right in front of him. Mike has never called me back and apparently researches as good as he responds to customers voice mail, not at all!!!I bought a 2015 Outback outright, and owe nothing to Subaru, apparently this means they owe nothing to me in return...

We needed a new Subaru fast. Our son's car finally quit and we needed to get him into a used car immediately. The best used car we knew of was our own 2010 Subaru with a history of absolutely no problems at 140,000 miles. To give that to our son we needed a new replacement Subaru at a fair price in 2 days for us. We were amazed to find Wilde Subaru was able to meet all our needs in just over 48 hours from initial contact to delivery. The sales staff was very knowledge about the Subaru car we purchased and spent a lot of time at delivery explaining and demonstrating all the options. Working with Jackie made the process very easy, answering all my questions and going over the options on the car, sometimes twice. Just purchased a 2016 Subaru Legacy, 3.6R. I get the sense this is an atypical car for the mainstream Subaru market in that it is not necessarily an "outdoorsy," carry your bikes and kayaks, type of vehicle. However, this is a vehicle that many sedan shoppers should not overlook. I was looking for a car with relative performance (the horizontal 3.6l 6-cylinder is plenty powerful), all-wheel-drive (Wisconsin weather), and some standard tech features. However, this vehicle provides so much more for the money. With the only standard AWD in it's class, and tech features that rival vehicles twice this car's price (Eyesight, etc.), a respectable 6-cylinder, and the highest resale in it's class. Camry, Accord, and Mazda 6 shoppers should not neglect this opportunity. This car is a "sleeper" amongst the mid-sized sedan market.....if not the rising conqueror. Countless professional reviews were proven similar in this vehicle. I spent over 4 months researching and driving a litany of cars, finding this 3.6 Legacy fitting all of my desires, all with an interior that is respectfully sophisticated, with clean lines, and not overly "busy" despite the technology provided. So far, very happy with my purchase. I wanted a mix of a WRX, Golf GTI/R, Taurus SHO, and Forester....how's that for an odd mix?......voila, the 3.6R Legacy. By no means a rally racer, but rather the WRX's "sophisticated, mature uncle." Thanks to Wilde for providing an opportunity on a brand new vehicle that was near the price point of a year-old used 3.6 Legacy in the Fox Valley (Wisconsin).

After dealing with numerous car dealerships that insist upon playing the pricing game tug-of-war, I found Wilde Subaru and couldn't be happier. I requested an internet price for the vehicle on their lot I wanted, was given a very fair price and they honored it completely. My trade-in was also fairly priced according to KBB. The transaction was clean, about as quick as it could be, and actually a pleasant experience. Matt did a wonderful job of helping us get acquainted with the new Outback. HIGHLY recommend Wilde Subaru.

I brought my 2014 Subaru Impreza to this dealership to have my oil changed (which is not cheap)before I drove from Milwaukee to Michigan. On my way home I begun to smell oil and there was smoke coming out from under my hood. I took my car to the dealer in Madison and they discovered oil EVERYWHERE! The dealership had not tightened the cap, most likely cause they were in a hurry, and as a result I had a giant leak all over the hood of my car,In my brakes and belts. Now 6 months later my air compressor went out, coincidence? I doubt it, it probably happened from all the oil that saturated everything under my hood...the car is only a year and a half old! They ordered the part for the compressor cause they didn't have it on hand so I had to drive back again to get it installed....guess what, they order the WRONG part! No apology or anything so I had to make yet another trip to the dealership to get it installed. They parked my car in so it took them half an hour to get out of the back lot!!! This place is a JOKE! Do not take your car here!

We bought a new Impreza and just a couple weeks later got t-boned, the car was totaled. I called Wilde Subaru and they really helped us through all the steps to replace the car. When we went to the dealer Philip and Matt helped us to locate the exact car we had lost and Rhonda took care of all the paperwork. My wife and I had recently decided we were going to look for and hopefully find and purchase a low mileage, good shape Subaru Outback. We had s looked at a lot of cars at several dealerships around the state and came upon several nice options via the Internet at Wilde Subaru. A phone call to the dealership and the random pairing with Salesman Bob Nebel proved to be wonderful. Bob had ready for us the five vehicles we were interested in test driving and supplied us with answers to all of our questions. Although things were busy on this Saturday afternoon Bob allowed us his undivided attention. While some things were missed on the sale (they appeared to have lost a license plate that was to be transferred and there are no car manuals in this Certifide Vehicle, Bob has gone the extra mile to make sure everything is correct. I appreciate his professionalism and follow up.

I do not often take the time to write reviews, but my sales experience at Wilde Subaru was so bad I am going to share it in the hopes of helping others - be cautious. My experience left me feeling that I could neither trust this dealer nor have confidence in their ability to manage basic transaction details. I left shaking my head about the whole thing and went to Subaru City where the difference was night and day. Here are some key points of feedback.1. First sales person trashed the Forester. Perhaps some candid honesty on the sales persons part, but there are better approaches to convey input to a consumer.2. I used the true car pricing system to get an internet price on a Subaru Outback. I was interested in adding an Impreza to the purchase to replace a recently totaled car. Came to the dealer to transact and was assigned to a salesperson. This is where my first deep concerns took root and I should have listened to my gut. I was set on the Outback and started the purchase process. I went out to look at an Impreza while the dealer searched for the color I wanted on the Outback (which was not in stock.) Decided to order out the Outback. When the contract came back, the sales person started talking through the lines really quickly. I stopped him and asked to start over as the numbers were not making sense. So he started with the same fast talk track. I questioned that the price was not lining up to my true car quote. Sales person seemed ruffled and first tried to blame that the contract required them to list things a certain way and then needed to talk with the sales manager. The sales person came back and explained that something was not included in the true car price and they had to add it. I disagreed, my price clearly included everything. The sales manager came out and ended up complaining about true car. Anyway, reluctantly the contract was rewritten with the proper price. 3. Despite signing a sales contract, I was not given a copy and was told on an order out they needed to keep it and could not give me a copy!!! This should have sent my alarm bells ringing as that just did not sit right, but I was weary, irritated, and just let it go. 4. As an aside the potential Impreza purchase was never brought up again. After what I had just gone through, I decided not to even bring it up. That same day, I bought a different new vehicle at a competitor. Sale lost to Subaru completely...5. After 3+ weeks went by with ZERO contact from the dealer - we decided to call. We could not get an answer and played phone tag for several days so I decided to stop in person. The sales manager saw me, seemed to recognize me, and proceeded to tell me that my Outback just came in on the truck. That was very unexpected, but I hoped a lucky turn of events. I asked him for the total amount I would need to bring in. Didnt seem right, but he was very confident that he had the right vehicle, so I accepted the answer and left.6. Sales person calls me the next morning, makes no mention of my in person visit, and asks me if the color of my order was white or gray. I said neither. Told them to check the sales contract where everything was specified. Seems they could not find my paperwork. Sales person says he will check and get back to me. When he does call he tells me the color I want is available for a dealer transfer. I decline. By this time I'm wondering how these guys sell any cars at all. I wonder what would have happened if I never made the phone call. 7. I went back to the dealer and asked to see the senior sales manager. I asked to just cancel the order and he agreed, without really asking much. I asked to see the sales contract torn up and again was told they could not provide that to me. I really do not trust anything they say any more. I am at a loss to explain this odd set of events. Total waste of my time.8. Went to Subaru City and had a totally different experience from start to finish. True, honest, professionalism. Ended up with better services and better price on top of it!!! Despite the extra 20 mile drive, wish I would have just started with them.

Helpful, cooperative, they listed to me, they may have made suggestions but my request was the final word. Everything they promised was fulfilled to the letter, made you feel like they really cared. When I picked up the car David spent a considerable amount of time going over everything, no rush.I'm looking forward to having my car serviced at Wilde, I now have almost 1,000 miles, see you soon!

My husband Thomas was in a serious car accident in January. The car was totaled and we needed to get a new car. We went to Wilde Subaru and they took care of our every need. Bradley Farris was very patient, fair and clear. The price was the best we saw on any online source and Wilde got it all done in one trip. My husband was in a cast and could not drive the car home, they had two of their guys follow us home one in our new car and one in a return car. We live almost an hour away and I don't know what we would have done otherwise. I drive a Subaru Outback and always go to Wilde for my service. It is great to know that my husband is also in a Subaru now!

Bradley Farris was very efficient and knowledgeable about the legacy. He was not pressuring me at all and I felt it was important to him to be professional and offer the assistance I needed. He seems to like his job and believe in this model. I do wish that the manager discussing pricing and explaining the lease would have been forthcoming with all the additional potential add-one the night I was in reviewing the options-- i.e. The maintenance, outside/inside protection, etc. I had researched other cars and it had been included in the agreement.

After months of vehicle research, my choices were narrowed down. A Subaru Crosstrek was one of my top picks, so I called Wilde for a test drive. Loved the car! I expected plenty of negotiating, haggling, and impatience (mine), but got absolutely none of that. Joe Hanke was totally low-key and offered me a great price. There was minimal waiting as all of the pieces fell into place. For the second time in a decade, I enjoyed a vehicle purchase that didn't involve pressure and pushiness on the part of the salesperson. Maybe there are still the stereotypes out there, but not at Wilde. Rhonda in finance was accomplished and made that part go smoothly. No one tried to push me if I said "no" to an option or a plan. The vehicle's been in my garage for three days and I have no inklings of buyer's remorse. It was a good deal, through and through.

We last owned an Outback about ten years ago. When our Honda grew old, the Subaru Outback was our first choice to replace it and Ian O'Connor at Wilde Subaru was a great help to us. Knew exactly what I wanted (first Subaru, first Outback). Bought via emails and one phone call over internet. No hassle! Quickly matched price I was looking for and I placed deposit over phone. Picked up car after factory built to my specs. (Was kept informed of process while car was being built.) Went in to pick up car and Alex Korotko quickly did his job with a big smile and a great attitude. Alex was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of any other salesperson I've ever dealt with. Geez, the guy really has a great attitude! Both Alex and Chris West (Finance) were not "pushy" at all. They explained all the add-on items available and I said no thanks. They showed no "attitude" and didn't try to continue to "push" the extras. I REALLY appreciate this because I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want. This experience changed my mind of what I always knew dealerships were like. I'm an old guy and this REALLY surprised me. I would definitely go back to buy a car from this crew at this dealership in the future. I was ready for the haggle, the pushy try at add-ons, and the attitude that went with it all. I got none of it and can give the whole process at Wilde a 100% rating!

Went here after Don Miller refused to let me test drive a WRX without cash in hand. Shiela gave me a quote that I was happy with (under $25500) and my wife and I left Don Miller in the dust. We showed up and they got us water and snacks while Teddy got the car warmed up. We went out to the car and he gave me a quick rundown of the features, and well the test drive sold the car. Teddy was helpful and knowledgeable about the brand and product. He actually guided me to a an option I wasn't sure of (body side moldings) on the WRX, and now that I have the car, they look awesome and add something to the side of the car. I ordered the car on 12/19 and car came in on leap day and I picked up 03/02. Car was detailed better than I expected for a dealer and I'm really happy with my experience. Teddy went over the car with me, Mike and Laura helped with finance and explained extended warranties. I went with an outside source (USAA) but Wilde was fine with it and they are actually a USAA preferred dealer. Really happy with my overall experience. I highly recommend.

We were forced into buying another Forester sooner than we wanted as my wife's 2011 model was totaled in a car accident. We were broadsided, spun around and hit a light pole. The side air bags deployed and my wife and I walked out without a scratch or even a sore muscle. The car had 87K miles and 5 years old yet we received over 60% of what we paid for it when new. So, in addition to being safe it really held its value. Obviously, we bought a new 2016 Forester! Also, I was ready for a new car so we bought a new Outback within a month.Matt Marman at Wilde Subaru in Waukesha, WI was out sales person. Matt patiently walked through the electronics so that we totally understand how to use them (we are Grandparents so we can be a bit slow on the gadgetry). The business manager (Chris West) and the secretarial staff were equally friendly, patient and considerate.If that wasn't enough, we got a great price on both cars! A big "thumbs up" for Wilde Subaru.

Walked into dealership and loved the fact that I wasn't bombarded by a sale associate immediately. I was given space and given help when asked. I liked the fact that I got a good deal and didn't have to haggle throughout the process. I felt like I was treated with respect throughout the process of turning in our 2014 Subaru and releasing a new one. The whole process went smooth and we were very happy with our experience. We had been talking about buying a new car for over a year and a half after several poor experiences. Finally settled on the Outback and heard pros and Cons on all the local Subaru dealers. Choosing Wilde in Waukesha ended up to be a good choice. Met with Ian O'Connor a couple of times and both were no pressure and informative. We downsized from a SUV to an Outback and are looking forward to the economical change without giving up some of the luxuries we were used to.

We agreed to purchase our new Subaru in December knowing that it would not be available until later in January. At the time of the original agreement a request that a $500 down payment be made so confirm our commitment. It was agreed that this $500 would be returned at the time of purchase. Papers were almost all signed when it was realized that this $500 had not been subtracted from the contract. Ronda did a great job of reworking the agreement however our payments it go up from earlier conversations. Was only a matter of a few dollars per month so not a deal breaker however it was a tense moment at the time. All in all Susan and I are very happy with our experience with buying experience at Wilde Subaru and would highly recommend others to visit Wilde.

This is the second experience that I have had with purchasing a new vehicle at Wilde Subaru. The first experience was great. The second experience was even better. I was there on Monday evening, January 18. Traded in my 2014 Outback for a 2016 Outback. Spoke with Mike on the phone during the day, worked with Corey and Laura that evening. Really felt well taken care of by a group of friendly knowledgeable individuals. It was a great experience and I would recommend anyone looking for a Subaru to go there.

We recently bought a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek from Wilde Subaru. We live about 3 hours away and were able to do all of the communication online. Once our car arrived, we were able to just show up and get the car. We worked primarily with Ian O'Connor, though everyone else that we talked with was very helpful. I was very impressed with how efficient they were. Ian always responded quickly to our emails. Even on his days off, he was sure to provide us with contact information for another sales associate in case we needed to reach someone. They offered us the best price which is why we chose to go through this dealership instead of a more local one. I would recommend looking into Wilde Subaru if you're in the market for a car. They are a straight forward and honest car dealership.

He was very patient and answered our questions and concerns completely. Kevin in the service department really cares about us as a customer too. A few weeks ago my dad and I stopped in to Wilde Subaru to look at my first new car. The circumstances were unfortunate, as just that morning I actually totaled the car I had been driving for many years. Anyways, having heard great things about Subaru, we decided to stop in and look at the new inventory. Immediately upon our arrival, we were greeted by a very kind and approachable gentlemen named Matthew Marman? who asked if there was anything he could help us with. We told him a bit about the situation, and that we did not know very much about Subaru other than they were great in snow. Over the next hour, Matt took us around the lot and showed us each option available to us given the vehicle characteristics we desired. He could not have been more helpful through the process! He answered all of our questions and explained everything in fine details, and made the process very comfortable and laid-back. Initially, my plan was to look at a few other dealerships and brands that day, but after probably just an hour with Matt I was signing the formal documents to purchase my new Crosstrek! I am sure most people are aware of the lengthy process comes with purchasing a vehicle, but the entire time we were there Matt ensured my dad and I were comfortable and informed. I was very pleased with all of the staff involved. Anyways, I love my new car! My dad and I have been telling everyone how great the buying experience was art Wilde, and we are both very confident our next cars will be Subaru's from Wilde.

after reading all the negative reviews on this website, I'm left wondering - did I get lucky or am i less picky than some of the other reviewers? We just bought a subaru crosstrek from Mike at Wilde. While I agree that the receptionist could have been nicer and could have acted a little less like I was an intrusion on her time, i thought the sales staff and finance guys were pretty amazing. I found the car i wanted on-line on a Saturday, emailed Wilde to inquire and began corresponding with their internet sales manager. Satisfied the car was worth the 45 minute drive to Waukesha to look at it, i let him know we were on our way. Mike had the car pulled up front and was waiting for us when we arrived. It was probably 10 minutes from the time we arrived at the dealership that i was sitting behind the wheel of the crosstrek, taking a test drive. Mike gave me the exact deal I wanted and we were on our way home in less than 90 minutes with an appointment to pick up the car on Monday evening. I had to call on Monday morning and reschedule the appointment due to a schedule conflict, but Mike was more than accommodating. When I arrived to get the car, the mechanic supervisor (I think?) came out to apologize that they had been unable to install the trailer hitch we purchased because they did not have it in stock. They had made a mistake on Saturday when they told us they had it in stock and it would be ready on Monday. eh..mistakes happen, what matters is how you deal with it once you realize it. I think they handled it well and I am very happy with how they chose to correct this error.The paperwork was long and tedious, because finance paperwork is, by nature, long and tedious. They sold me an extended warranty and gave me one year of dent protection for free. I drove home in my brand new crosstrek and I am thrilled.I would definitely go back and I would refer my friends to Mike if they are in the market for a new Subaru.

I have heard plenty of horror stories from friends buying cars, and we all know the stereotype that car salesmen have. The time had come for my husband and I to buy a car and we approached Wilde Subaru with much trepidation. But I can tell you- it was unwarranted! Thomas Olson was the one who helped us through the process, and there was not a single moment that I felt pressured in any way. Hubby and I waffled back and forth a bit (it's a big commitment!) and Thomas was entirely patient and helpful throughout all of our indecisiveness. He even went out of his way to help us test drive a Honda (Mom's recommendation.) The paperwork, the price negotiation, the changing of minds back and forth- none of it fazed him, he was as accommodating and helpful as you could ever imagine. Everyone else we encountered from the finance department or front desk was equally friendly and helpful. Everyone took the stress out of the process for me, and I highly highly recommend working with Wilde Subaru (and Tom in particular) to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru!

Made repeated trips to have my car serviced and our car is still not fixed. The AT OIL TEMP light still goes on even after 3 trips to the dealer. Also they never correctly fixed the flap over the steering column. This has taken two trips and still not fixed.

I decided to look at the Subaru Forester after reading a review in Consumer Reports which rated car very highly. I had also known people who had Subaru vehicles which had lasted forever and drove through Wisconsin winters. These were positive motivations for me. The attention to detail was great, and both Ian and Chris were extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the car, financing, extended warranty and service offerings. We recently purchased a new Outback from Wilde Subaru. Corey Knoelke met us on the lot and simply asked if he could help us with anything in regard to Subarus. He pretty much left us alone to browse at our own pace. When we felt that we would like to test drive an Outback and a Forester to compare them with all the other cars we had test driven, he came out with the keys for both of them. He did not bother us with a lot of talk while we drove, but he answered all our questions about the cars. He also did not try to control where we drove the cars, so we were able to get in a decent test. We left that day to decide what we wanted to do in regard to a new car purchase, or to decide if we even wanted a new car. One week later, after making our decision, we decided on an Outback, and we came back to Wilde to see Corey.

Trying to get an oil change done on a lunch has been consistently impossible. I arrive on time and 1 1/2 hours later I am still waiting. In talking to the service manager he doesn't seem to have any handle or even be aware of the lagging service times. This has happened consistently. If you need a timely oil change, get it somewhere else.

This past weekend was one of my best car buying experience EVER! A HUGE thanks to Alex Korotko and the Wilde Subaru staff who took such wonderful care of us and looked after our needs/wants. A car buying experience without gimmicks and tricks.I live in Northern Wisconsin and decided to drive to Wilde Subaru because they had the greatest selection at their dealership. Additionally, their extended weekend hours worked conveniently into my schedule. Once we began working with Alex we knew that it was worth the trip. My ride home in my new Outback was a dream. Additionally, I am 6'6" and don't fit in every vehicle, however the Outback fits well with room to spare.

I am so thankful for the service we received at Wilde Subaru. They answered all of my financial questions very promptly without playing the typical car salesman games and were respectful of my time. We were able to agree on a new lease within an hour of walking in the door! They were also very patient with my elderly mother. My sister and I had been working for over two weeks with another local dealer who was very unresponsive to doing business with us via telephone and email even though he knew my sister from out of state was paying for the vehicle. In the meantime, my elderly mother went into their dealership to choose the color of new car she wanted and they literally tried to sell her a car at MSRP. They also took money from her to hold a car even though they knew my sister was the one who was paying for the car and even though there were plenty of the type of car she liked available. If you want to deal with nice people with integrity who don't put you through all the new car sales B.S., go to Wilde and ask for Michael Frank.

The truck I set out to buy looks a lot like a 2016 Subaru Outback, and I'm fine with that. Matt Marman knows his product inside-and-out. He was able to put me at ease about the Outback's ability to meet a specific functional need (occasionally towing stuff) as well as clearly explaining the Outback's array of technical communications and safety features. Matt has that "every man" quality that's hard to beat in working with people. We have been General Motors fans for all our life. GM has slipped in our opinion, but this review is not about them. When we went to Wilde Subaru we were interested in a Light blue Outback with a 6 cylinder engine. We bought a silver metallic Outback with a 4 cylinder engine and are very pleased with the result. We wanted an ivory leather interior but ended up with a black one. The reason for this change was salesman Mathew Marmon and the obvious quality of the Outback he showed us. Matt was very thorough and took his time explaining the vehicle in total. Matt is an excellent salesman, one of the best we have dealt with.

I typically buy new cars every 4 to 5 years and I have being doing that since 1975. Most recently, I have bought 6 Subaru Outbacks. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Corey Knoelke was great! He was very knowledgeable about the car, responded to my needs and wants, didnt waste my time and DIDNT PLAY THE TYPICAL CAR SALESMAN GAMES! I got the price on the car I wanted via the Internet and I came into the dealership to meet Corey who didnt try to change a thing. He had me out of the dealership in 30 minutes and that included my car appraisal. I took my trade-in to CarMax and Wilde gave me a better trade-in value than CarMax. Everything was great from the customer service via the Internet, my trade-in appraisal and most of all Corey Knoelke. If you want a Subaru go to Wilde and see COREY KNOELKE!

I did a on line price and trade request, both Subaru and the dealer responded within 15 minutes. I made the trip from the Twin Cities to finalize the transaction and was met by Mike Frank. Mike is very professional, and the entire transaction took less then 45 minutes to complete. I picked up my Crosstrek the following week once it shipped to the dealer. I highly recommend this dealer, and it's worth the drive.

I purchased 2015 Subaru Outback from Wilde Subaru. They were very easy to deal with in order for me to get the features I needed while keeping my budget in mind, and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision without forcing me to buy something I didn't want. But most importantly, they provided me great personal attention and made sure that they were not blatantly trying to meet their monthly sales targets by forcing me to buy something quickly. For someone who has been very frustrated with the car buying process because of the forceful nature of car salespersons in general, I was very happy that I was afforded a chance to think about my options before making my decision. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who's interested in buying a Subaru and also a nice and friendly car buying experience.

My daughter totaled her car, so I gave her mine and needed a new one immediately. I shopped online and contacted the three local dealerships. It was a Sunday night and I was surprised to get a call almost immediately from Wilde's concierge service, giving me more information and helping me set up an appointment to test drive a Forester. Not only was Wilde the most responsive, they were also the most competitive with their pricing. Teddy Franklin was very accommodating to my needs and my schedule and was willing to go the extra mile for me with add ons. One very important aspect of my experience is the level of respect that I was shown as a single female shopping alone for a vehicle. This was the third Subaru dealership we had gone to. I knew what I wanted in a vehicle and I was getting frustrated because none of the salesmen took me seriously when I said I was looking for the best deal. I felt that I was finally taken seriously at Wilde Subaru. Matt Marmen did find me a vehicle that was close to what I wanted (except for the color) and was willing to negotiate a better price than the other two dealers. I felt more respected because of this and I felt more at ease dealing with Matt. But, I was disappointed when we went to pick-up the car that the interior could have been cleaner.

We got our new Subaru Forester last Thursday and love it. We bought it using Wilde's internet pricing, didn't have a trade-in and it was very pain free buying experience. Wilde gave us an excellent price right at the start and there was no need to haggle. I took a bus from Madison and Jackie Cobey picked me up at a nearby bus stop, brought me to the dealership and we finalized the transaction. We selected Wilde Subaru because of the dealerships high ratings, price and no pressure. We checked several dealerships and found Wilde to be worth the 150 mile trip to purchase. Most of our transaction was done on line and Jackie was wonderful to deal with. She had all our paperwork ready to go and we were in and out pretty darn quick. He was straight forward, laid back, and helped me and my husband find a great deal on the car we wanted. He also took the time to walk us through leasing versus buying a car so that we could make the right decision for us. The Outback offered the features we were looking for at an affordable price. Have only been driving the car for about a week but love it so far! I brought my car in at 3200 miles for the first free oil change and a rattle I heard in the B-pillar on the drivers side. I was told they found the rattle and changed the oil, which they did. A few weeks later, the door sill molding fell off that was removed to find the initial rattle. I also check the oil and found it to be overfilled!! This is worse than being low on oil as it can cause oil to leak out of the seals. I called and made a Saturday appointment and when I arrived, only two service writers were there with unpleasant attitudes. I told them I would wait outside and about 45 minutes later my car was driven around to the front of the dealership. I waited and waited for someone to tell me if my car was done. I had to ask the receptionist for help locating a service writer. I ended up finding one myself and could not get an answer of if my car was done or not. I ended up wasting over 3 hours of my time waiting and then being told I had to return again to get the sill plate plastic cover replaced. If the original mechanic was honest, he would of replaced the sill plate from a new car in stock, double checked my oil level and sent me on my way. It has been six days and still no call from the dealer. I did not even get any final paper work from my last visit.

Went to the dealership one Friday evening in spring. Pulled in, Corey was busy. Pulled up an Outback and a Forester for us to drive. Took them both for a drive and said we wiuld get back to him in a couple weeks when we were ready. We were waiting for a title on one of our vehicles. The Title came a week or so later. Dealer had no Foresters so we went to another dealer. Bought it there. bad experience at the other dealer. Car is great just the dealer wAsn't. Then I decided to order a new 2015 Outback with the eyesight feature. So it in action on my wifes Forester. Drive 100 miles a day so I wanted that safety feature. Well twio weeks before it arrived we bought a pick up instead. Needed one at the time. Then decided truck was something we really didnt need. So my ordered car was sold. So I ordered another one. It came in The beginning of December. I traded the truck great truck by the way. Love my Outback. Best vehicle I have ever owned. I generally drive Toyota's , Hondas so like the quality of the imports. Actually since they are made here in the states I like the engineering quality over american made Ford , Chevy or Dodge. No comparison. Corey was really great thru all this process. Always there to help and texted back and forth over both vehicles we ordered. Wilde Subaru was great. Will return to the dealership for our next car. Corey was great to deal with. Look him up when you get there. We chose him because of the test drive experiece. Always there to help. No matter what. After reading Motor Trends review of SUV's of the year I test drove the Honda and then went to Wilde to test drive the Outback. Chris West was the sales person I worked with and he made it so easy for me. After test driving the 2015 Outback I fell in love. I actually went on line and built my Outback and the sales team got back to me right away. They found a car for me which was being shipped in the next month which worked perfect for me.The car arrived on time and exactly to my specifications. Chris really explained many of the details about the car. They even gave me a great price for my trade in at the last minute.I'm telling everyone I know about the great experience I had. With them being in short supply and selling before even reaching the dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised at the great price they gave me when I went on the internet and checked their e-price. It was actually more than 10% below MSRP, so it was a no-brainer. Couple that with friendly service and a painless delivery experience, and we were very happy with our new car purchase.

My experience which started with an internet price query. The vehicle I wanted with a specific color was already sold but I received a call a couple days later and notified the car was now available as the customers backed out. I drove up to Wisconsin on short notice without some necessary paperwork and the sales team made it work for us and we were able to drive the car home afetr agreeing on the trade and new car prices. The dealership got everything together late afternoon in spite of many other deliveries at the same time so we were very grateful since it was just before Christmas. Thank you Teddy and your team. While I have no direct information about the character or and beliefs of the Wilde Subaru Ownership, I can clearly see through the sincerely professional and personal interactions with John Scudder and Chris West, that it is a values driven organization. I was always given honest and candid information regarding my questions, I was never pressured in aspect of the purchasing or finance process, I was given one of the most personal and complete overviews of a new vehicle ever... I never felt like I was being sold on anything, more that I had a team trying to find me the best solution for a unique set of challenges.I am a consumate observer, and while spending a great deal of time discussing our options for the highly sought after 2015 Subaru Outback, I was totally impressed by how willing the sales team, as observed through their dealing with John Scudder on other deals, were sincerely trying to offer people what appeared to be the best solutions and options for their needs. No one was being held over a barrel for what has proven to be a very difficult to attain Outback... Demand has been just crazy and finding an Outback has been very challenging. I think the previous point shows great longterm vision of the leaders and dealers at Wilde, opting to build long-term relationships and repeat business built on trust versus taking what could be very steep markups on incredible demand for the Outback platform. Actions speak so much louder than words. Quality team based on a quality product.This is my 4th new car purchase in 4 years, from Audi to Subaru, and the this experience has hands down been the best in all regards...Wilde is lucky to have John and Chris on their team!

From the moment I got there it was a very pleasant experience. I was met by a salesman by the name of Ric Hawthorne. He was very pleasant and low-pressure he showed me the vehicles and give me a test drive. When it came time to talk price there was no pressure I was given a very good price under sticker and I bought the vehicle the next day. Would definitely recommend the dealership and Ric.

I arrived at the dealership after a 2 1/2 hour drive to Waukesha and was warmly greeted by Jackie Cobey. She provided great information on the Forester that I purchased after viewing and reviewing it on the Wilde website. Jackie went over all the details of the new vehicle and then graciously helped me return my rental vehicle. I hope it will be a few years before I purchase another new car, but I know that I would return to Jackie as a salesperson.

I had a wonderful experience with Teddy Franklin at Wilde Subaru. He went out of his way to look in to every option I requested and although I wanted to initially purchase another Outback, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I liked the new 2015 Forrester instead. I was a bit apprehensive about the head and leg room due to my height, but after he asked me to get in the car which was on your showcase floor, I found that it fit my needs perfectly. Teddy was patient, friendly, very focused on listening to my needs and in the end the floor model was the one I purchased I would highly encourage my friends and family to buy a Subaru and I would definitely recommend Teddy. Great job and I am a very pleased customer!

A great purchasing experience. We ordered a 2015 Subaru Outback because we were getting tired of the winters in our front wheel drive Toyota. We did the research and Subaru is the way to go for all wheel drive. After we ordered ours, we went on a trip to Denver. It seemed that every 3rd car was a Subaru product. We knew right then we made the correct choice for a vehicle made to get through the snow. Our salesperson was Matthew Marman and we enjoyed the purchasing experience with him. He explained everything we needed to know to enjoy our new Outback. Wilde Subaru was very competitive with their pricing and gave us a great trade in value on our Toyota. I haven't bought a new car in 20 years, so I was looking for a car that was safe to drive , had good mileage, but also was not so complicated that I wouldn't understand how to use the features safely. I found that car in the 2015 Outback! I've only had it 2 days and I love it already.Even better, the experience of buying the car couldn't have been better. My sales professional, Matthew Marman was very thorough in explaining all the workings of the car. He was patient in answering our questions and he was flexible in scheduling our appointment. He also has a great sense of humor and was very pleasant to work with.After Matt's instructions, I was able to jump in the car and drive back to Madison in the dark with no problems as I marveled how easy the car was to drive as it softly beeped at me when I strayed over the line at the edge of the road, or when someone was in my blind spot. Laura Scharnott was the Business Manager we worked with to purchase the car. She was friendly and thorough and professional as we worked through all the paperwork. It was enjoyable making the transaction.

We were looking to purchase a 2015 Outback and after checking the Wilde website we were contacted by Wilde to test drive a vehicle. Prior to coming to the dealership, we made contact with another Subaru dealer who basically sounded threatening if we didn't buy our vehicle from them if we intended to service it with them. Wilde was awesome about not only the sale, but the servicing of our vehicle. Looking forward to having the Outback for many years to come - and based on their reliability, we don't doubt that we will be driving this for a long time.

We wanted to purchase an all wheel drive sedan for winter driving and chose 2015 Subaru Legacy Premium. Salesman Matthew Marman was very knowledgeable and explained the features in detail.He took extra time to teach the electronics . He told we can call him anytime with questions. I was trying to find a 2015 Outback with limited success in Madison, WI. They were recently released and dealers in the Madison area were slow getting inventory in. I called Wilde and worked with Chris West. He was very easy to work with over the phone and was able to get pricing and multiple models.I might have paid a little more (a couple hundred) than some of the local places in Madison but I was willing to pay more to get something sooner.

My daughter and I went to Wilde Subaru to evaluate a Forester to possibly lease as she begins her nursing career. We were met at the door and directed to Teddy Franklin to assist us. He was knowledgable about all of the models and was very helpful in narrowing the model choices after he took us on several test drives of other models. The best Subaru model worked out to be a Forester for my daughter's driving needs and Teddy then worked to get the best options for her. The lease price was a good selling point. I think she will be very happy working with the Wilde Subaru staff in the future, and Teddy asked to be called for any questions or concerns as my daughter started driving the car regularly.

My husband and I stopped in at Wilde to look at Foresters, but after driving the Forester and the Outback, we were impressed with how nice a ride the Outback offers. A few days later we were back to purchase the Outback. We didn't bother to look at other dealers - Wilde had a nice selection, and working with Mike was such a pleasure, I did not feel the need to comparison shop. I feel like we got a great deal, the trade in went quickly, and the entire process from beginning to end was very professional and positive. Mike got us the price we wanted, and Joey was great in helping us finish up in the financing department. I highly recommend this dealership!

I went to Wilde Subaru to check out the new Forester and Outback models and drove home in a new 2014 Outback. From my first internet contact with Jenni Scholze to my last handshake with Corey Knoelke, everyone was friendly, attentive and accommodating, but not overbearing as is the case at with a lot of dealers. This was our first experience at a Wilde dealership, but I'm sure it won't be our last. We're banking on the service department living up to their reputation, too!

This is my third Impreza lease. Willing to turn my current lease in early and knowing dealers are looking for used Impreza's, I checked with other Subaru dealers to determine what they might do for me. At Wilde, Teddy worked with me to get me what I wanted at a price I was satisfied with. He did not pressure me. He was very patient and professional. (I didn't have to go through the "sweats" I've gone through before in putting together a package deal.) Wilde will be my first go to dealer when I'm ready for my next lease.

We called and talked to Jackie Cobey and let her know our needs. She called us back asap with some information and I requested a price and was emailed a detailed summary with prices. We were 1.5 hrs away so we were very pleased to have this all done by phone and email. Jackie price was the very best we could fine and just the car we wanted. She kept us informed and was a great help. Two weeks later we picked the car up without the normal hassles that comes with some dealers. Customer service is not their top priority and their employees are not qualified in what they do. If you want a brand new car that does not work, purchase it and have it serviced at Wilde. My brand new, less than one year old cars engine blew because during an oil change here they forgot to put in the oil. No problem if you want a new car, because after their mess up, they will be happy to sell you a new one. Only problem is you will be out money from their major mistake. They bought my car back at auction value and sold me a new one for more than they would to a random person walking through their doors. They did this because they knew my hands were tied, I waited over three months for them to fix my car with a new engine that was covered under warranty that never happened due to a number of mistakes made by their staff.

I just recently purchased a 2014 Subaru WRX Impreza, the sales experience was fast, I didn't expect to purchase that vehicle that night but they made it happen. That was great. Friendly staff, Didn't really haggle with the price since it is a vehicle that there isn't a bunch of, especially in the color I wanted. The issue I had was after the purchase, the sales person didn't seem much interested anymore with me after I had purchased the vehicle from him. I was told that they normally always take a picture of you and the vehicle you purchased and send it to your e-mail. I never got the e-mail of that picture, and only until I asked about it, did he say I had to come back in to take another one and didn't explain what happened to the original one taken, and no apology or explanation. Second item was that I have to send 2 to 3 e-mails and follow up on them before getting a reply back to a question that I have about the vehicle. The latest e-mail I sent was about seven days ago, and still no reply about if there is any way I can get some assistant on a price break on a part for my car. Whether you can or can't, at least please reply back with an inquiry. Doesn't take long to send an e-mail either yes or no. I believe that the customer experience doesn't begin with the sale and visiting the dealership, it begins after the sale or even if the sale didn't happen, the follow up with the client and making sure you have their best interest first, not your own, and in this transaction, i felt that my best interest wasn't attended to. I gave the sales person the oppurtinity to correct it, but haven't heard anything from him, e-mail or voice mail or a call. So I take it that I'm on my own after the purchase. Thanks for the eye opening experience with Wilde. It's one I won't forget anytime soon.

My wife and I decided to buy our 4th New Subaru. We emailed 4 dealerships, all responded, but Cheryl Friedman of Wilde Subaru in Waukesha was very informative, answered all our questions, gave us a price, financing details, and delivery information via email. We bought the vehicle over the phone and Cheryl passed us on to Jackie Cobey to complete the transaction and vehicle pickup. The transistion was seemless. Jackie had arranged for us to sign the papers and pick up the vehicle prior to arrival and that was important as we drove 75 miles to Wilde. Our time at the dealership was approximately 2 hours, which included lunch, and we were on our way home, with the new vehicle. We would recommend Wilde Subaru.

Came to dealership in early December to test drive and get pricing for a 2014 Subaru Outback. After some preliminary negotiation with the sales person and the sales manager, the sales manager informed us that he would sell us the vehicle for $30,000, this included tax, title, and license transfer. He said to check around, that none of his competitors could match this deal and that we would be back, he even shook my hand. With the busy Christmas season upon us, we decided to buy the vehicle after Christmas. I made an appointment and went to the dealer.After finding out that the car we wanted was not in stock, and would have to wait a few weeks, we talked about and confirmed the accessories,we originally agreed upon. The sales manager came back and told us that he couldn't sell us the car for the price he originally quoted, and added another 3% to the cost, 31,200+. He gave me some excuse about an allocation sale, which he NEVER informed us about. I told him that he should honor the original quote of 30k, he refused. What kind of dealership employs people of this caliber? Give you some unbelievable price, allow you to shop it, and the try to screw you when you come back to purchase. These are the sales tactics of unscrupulous sales people and this dealership just simply cannot be trusted. Simply put: BAIT and SWITCH....BUYER BEWARE!

Wilde was the very best, Jackie knew her cars very well and took all the time we needed to understand what we were buying. We were told to test drive the cars as long as we wanted, no preasure. I have very positive experiences with Jackie Cobey. She kept her words and tried her best to meet my needs. The only issue I want to point out is the service people applied Trident 3 times to the interior, even so, more than a week has passed, I still notice spray marks of Trident, especially in the truck.

We were in the market for a smaller SUV, AWD or 4WD, and had test driven Rav4, Escape, CRV, Equinox. Spoke to various family members who suggested we check out Subaru before we do anything. The Forester was definitely the best ride and handling of the other contenders, and convinced the AWD was the way to go. Also pleasantly surprised by the price and fuel economy (improved from the 2013 model). Interior seemed a little better quality too. I've loved driving this vehicle, put on almost 700mi in the week I've had it!Mike Frank and staff were a pleasure to work with, efficient, fair and followed up to be sure we were happy. Will definitely recommend Mike F and the staff.

My wife and I were perusing the used car lot, it was nice have some space and not be 'swarmed' by salesman right when you arrive. As soon as we looked around for some assistance Nick Stover was right on point and came over to help! We started out looking at a 2005 Subraru WRX wagon and were given the keys to take a test drive, it was a nice car but upon our return we saw a newer 2011 WRX in the lot as well which peaked our interest. He urged us to take this newer one for a ride and see the improvements Subaru has made, I will say, we were hooked on the newer model after that, however Blue was not the color for us.He took alot time going over our budget and options new vs. preowned, interest rates, payments and found us the right car, the right color and the right price! We could not be happier, Nick and Wilde Subaru changed our view on dealerships and the way customers are treated. Very low pressure sales people at this dealership. I knew what I wanted and they located it for me. Laura was very friendly and well versed on the vehicles she sells.We are very happy with our new Forester.

Terrible cars, terrible service. I've had my car for 2 months and have had to take it in twice. The transmission had to be replaced within the first month and now there is a leak somewhere causing the check engine light to go on. My appointment to get the car fixed was at 11 and they didn't even start my car until after 12:30. It is now after 1:30 and I am still sitting here. The service people and the managers keep acting like they are doing me a favor by fixing my car (which I have to pay for) when they obviously sold me a vehicle that had problems that weren't disclosed when I bought it. Do not buy a car from here!!

When I began the excursion of a possible new car purchase, I had no idea what I wanted. When we entered the showroom, Steve approached us (my sister and myself) and told him we were in unknown waters and had no idea what was wanted. He asked a few questions and brought a car up for us to see - it was an Impreza. It was about the size that was being sought and he gave us a booklet of information for us to review - and as we left, he assured us we'd be back. Right he was - then we drove it and it was indeed comfortable. Consumer Reports is our guide for a major purchase and this indeed was a major purchase. Ended up purchasing an Impreza and am totally happy with it - and although it is still very (one week and 200 miles) new - I expect that happiness to continue. I am trusting the Service Department is good also. Steve was very low-keyed and answered all of my questions and offered plentiful information. There would not be a second of hesitation to recommend Steve to any of my friends who may be interested in a new car.

Salesman MICHAEL FRANK was a joy to work with in my recent purchase of my second Forester. (My daughter is buying my 7 year first Forester which is running strong.) Some dealerships and salesmen are arrogant, play games, bounce you between salesman and manager--I experienced none of that at Wilde Subaru with MICHAEL FRANK. He gave me an email price quote--lower than another dealership. He let me measure the cargo area to meet my hauling needs. He was knowledgable, a good listener, and anticipated my needs. I'm a happy customer.

Our previous vehicle was in need of some repairs, which we weren't sure we wanted to invest in. Having worked with Scott Obst previously, we called into the dealership and left him a voice mail asking him to price out a new Forester - gave him which model we were interested in and asked for prices to lease and to buy. The dealership was running some fantastic offers and had a good selection to consider. Scott gave us a call the next morning and we were ready to talk over our plan. He was able to provide us with some great options in the price range we were looking to spend, and he made himself available to us prior to coming into the dealership to buy. Both my husband and I greatly appreciate his determination in finding the best deal for us, while we also had a great sense of trust working with him.

Jackie is a consummate professional that knowledgeable and experienced which is a great asset to this dealer. There is nothing more frustrating than wasting time or training a rookie through the car buying process, thus the dealer gets credit for keeping Jackie as she would be highly successful in any business or industry. After working with Jackie, I will never buy a car from anyone else as Jackie represents your best interest. What more could you ask for? This dealer deals! I swore I'd never shop at another Wilde Dealership after a very poor experience at the Toyota dealer in the mid-nineties. I maintained that promise to myself until my Subaru dealer, Don Jacobs, closed its doors a few years ago. Seeing Wilde take over as the Subaru dealer in this area sent shivers down my spine as I knew a new Subaru (#6) was in my future. However, realizing that many of the DJ people transferred to Wilde, I stopped in to check it out.I met Jacie Cobey there, a previous DJ salesperson and we able to work together and got me in a Crosstrek in a more than reasonable length of time.Jackie was friendly, courteous and most importantly, professional in her approach to selling me a car. I was most impressed when she and Wilde in general, were able to find exactly the car I wanted at another dealership after I balked at the prospect of having to wait up to three months for standard delivery. A good presentation of "service". I might mention here that Jackie insisted that I call her with any and all questions (and continues that insistence) I may have had regarding my purchase.The other people I met at the dealership during this process were equally helpful, particularly after Jackie became ill with a seasonal malady. These "others" stepped in for her, delivering the car on time, when promised.Now, I realize that the Toyota incident may have been an off-day for everyone and Wilde Subaru is in the business of selling cars so "friendliness" is expected but this experience has alleviated my concerns regarding Wilde Subaru.

I received an acceptable (and competitive) price quote via email, all handled quite efficiently. I telephoned to make an appointment, and the car and paperwork was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. My interactions with the sales consultant and the financing representative was pleasant, informative and efficient. All in all, a very good experience.

I went to Wilde to test drive a Forester. After a brief converation with Scott about the type of car and the model, I drove a Forester. Scott was very informative and helpful when I asked him questions. He was not a high-pressure salesman and I actually was going to leave when Scott asked me to meet his manager Mike. Mike was able to work out a deal with me that I could not refuse..and that made me change my mind about the Rav 4 I had driven a week ago. I went into the dealership to look at a new car that would be good for driving in snowy weather, as a friend had recommended the Subaru after having driven two of them. Corey took time to understand what I was looking for and showed me what I wanted. The trade in on my vehicle seemed reasonable which allowed me not to have to try and sell it myself. All in all a good experience! I would recommend the dealership and Corey for his excellent service.

This is my 4th lease with Wilde. The first two were with the Honda dealership and then when I switched to a Subaru I went to the Wilde Subaru dealership. This is the first time that I can actually say I "kind of" enjoyed my visit. Steve made the transaction of turning in my 2010 Legacy for a new 2013 much more friendlier, easier, and the transaction so much shorter than in the past. I've always dreaded looking for a new car because of the time spent at a dealership, the negotiation process, and most important, the cockiness/arrogance of some of the sales people who only seemed to care about the sale, not about you or the time spent there. Right now time and money is a very precious commodity. Steve did a great job and I would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle to see Steve at Wilde Subaru.

I was very pleased with my auto-buying experience at Wilde Subaru. Salesman Michael Frank was courteous, informative and had an easy low-pressure approach. Wilde had an excellent selection of Outbacks, and had the right color with my preferred options on the lot. When it came to agreeing upon sales price, Wilde agreed to beat by a small amount the best price I obtained elsewhere. That negotiation took place over the phone, which I really appreciate - no long drawn out haggling over price at the dealership! The only negotiation at the dealership was for my trade, which I felt ended up fairly. Michael Frank and others ended up staying well past closing time to complete the purchase arrangements, and review with me all features of the vehicle. At no time did I feel rushed. I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything went.

We chose Wilde Subaru after seeing great reviews, positive feedback and input from previous customers. We have friends that have Subaru vehicles and know them to be reliable, capable performance-oriented vehicles that "fit the bill" for not only our lifestyle, but price range as well. In choosing Wilde Subaru, we based it off of a jaw-dropping quote we received and could NOT pass up! Everyone at Wilde Subaru, and especially Steve Kuczkowski, was incredibly helpful, personable, and down-to-earth. The friendly, warm & welcoming environment made for a relaxing, at-ease experience; we felt like friends...not customers. Our whole experience was hassle-free and very personalized. Steve (& our finance guy, Predrag) were obviously "working for us" during the car-buying experience and truly listened to what our intentions were, instead of pushing deal packages, option packages, and "extra's" at us. They were straight-shooters and did not at all try to "sugar-coat" any aspect of the vehicle, performance capabilities or highlights, financing options, or trade-in pricing. Our entire time spent at Wilde Subaru was efficient and productive, but not at all rushed or hurried; we were encouraged to move a pace comfortable for making our decision how we wanted to. As we had seen in reviews prior to choosing Wilde Subaru, it was laid-back, easy-going, and as UNstressful as a car-buying experience could be.

I can truthfully say that I have never been handled with such professionalism and sincerity as we experienced with Scott Obst at Wilde. I am bringing my 2010 Outback here for services since new. On my 36K service they first time mentioned air filter replacement. I dont know much about cars but when they took it out it was black full of bugs. I dont think air filter replacement is recommended every 36K but what do I know. I know for my other car this is done every year. And on top of everything they charge me $32 to replace it. I would be better of going to autozone and asking them to do it. I will not go back there for services. If they miss air filter what else I should have done by now? Midas here I come.

He arranged for 2 test drives nad went over spedcifics for each model inclusively.He was not high pressure, and pointed out advantages and disadvantages to features that helped us make a decision. He also came in for delivery to me on his night off!Paeja was also excellent at explaining all finance and warranty options without being pushy. He was efficient and worked nicely to ehlp us get the optoins that we wanted.Overall great experience and I woudl certainly recommend your dealership an staff.

I just purchased my first Subaru Outback with the help of Jackie Cobe at Wilde-Waukesha. I spent 8 months researching my purchase and in the process had contact with 6 Subaru dealerships in Wisconsin. I decided to buy from Wilde-Waukesha since my overall experience there was excellent. I highly recomment this dealership and the opportunity to work with Jackie Cobe.Needless to say, I am not a person who makes a quick decision with my money. I studied the vehicle, made repeated trips to Wilde to ask questions, and to drive the 2012 and 2013 Outbacks. Jackie Cobe made sure I had answers and went out of her way to provide the information I needed. When I stopped in on Jackie's day off, other salesmen made sure that she knew of my visit, and I would receive a follow-up call from her. The employees at Wilde worked as a team to support each other. Finally,I was able to get the price I wanted along with the service plan the Wilde and I created. I am very pleased with my new car and the excellent customer service I recieved at Wilde.

I was greeted right away, a sales person was asigned to me. (Joe Woolfolk) I test drove two models and was informed what each one included.I asked what my car would be worth on trade and it seemed a little low.I left and shopped around and decided I would email Joe and tell him what I thought was reasonable. He said that will probably work, come back in and we'll look at your trade again. We made a deal that day. I put down a deposit and they held the car for me for two weeks, which was nice. I then came back and paid for the car and drove it home. I love the look of it, how it rides, the details, the GPS, the all-wheel drive. It's a great car and I had a good experience dealing with Wilde Subaru. Thanks.

We are from the Madison area and were disgusted with the inventory available at our local dealership as well as the customer service (we literally walked around the Madison dealership for 15 minutes outside and did not see one salesman). We decided to look outside the area and phoned the Wilde Waukesha dealership the night prior to purchase to verify the car we wanted was in stock. Our call was answered by Michael Frank. Michael stated that the car was in and we informed him we would be coming the following morning. Michael greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and took us to the specific car we were looking for. This is the first Subaru we had ever considered purchasing and Michael was very informative. When negotiating we settled on a price that was nearly $1,000 lower than our local dealership offered. We were out of the dealership with our brand new legacy in less than 3 hours.

Purchasing two new vehicles in one week is an interesting experience and allowed us the opportunity to compare the two different dealers. In both cases, the sales representatives were excellent. Scott Obst is by far the best. The business people at Wilde Subaru were far and above the other dealer we dealt with. Unfortunately for us, Wilde was our second purchase. Had it been the other way around, the other dealer would not have stood a chance. Last week I purchased an Impreza from Wilde Subaru after spotting it on Autotrader. I had been looking for a new car for almost a year. Erika was very prompt in responding to my questions via email. Wilde Subaru's price was very fair and competitive. I was a little nervous about coming from out of state (MI),but once I arrived at the dealership, the entire sales team made me feel welcome, including their special attention to my dog who made the trip with me. This was my third new car purchase and definitely the best experience. Scott walked me through the details about the car itself, and he made the purchase process really easy. I would highly recommend Wilde Subaru, and only wish I lived closer so I could continue to do business with them for service as I enjoy my new Subaru. Definitely worth the trip--thanks!

When we had to change our plans as to the car we wanted based on affordability, Scott willingly started over with us. And when Wilde didn't have the car we chose in the color we wanted, Scott located one outside the city and had it delivered the next day. We feel we got a great vehicle at a great price. We had been looking for a Subaru for at least 3 years. Our 2001 kept purring like a kitten,with 230,000 miles on it, so we kept putting off getting rid of our faithful car. We checked out other dealers--the problem being certain sales people didnt believe we really wanted a new car. (Is it ok to mindread when you're in sales???) Well, we DID want a new car and we wanted someone to interact intelligently with us. We had been back and forth to Jackie for years, and looked her up again. She willingly invited us back and encouraged us to look at and drive the new Subarus.Of course we were already sold on them, it was just deciding which one! So when we did decide, there was no question we would purchase from Wilde and Jackie. From start (years ago) to finish--Wilde is the best.

I've purchased over 10 new cars and the staff at Wilde Subaru made this the best experience I've ever had. The salesman, Scott Obst, was extremely knowledge and friendly. He answered all questions I had and went way out of his way to make sure the car was exactly what I wanted. I called him on Thursday afternoon and told him about the car I wanted. They didn't have that color on their lot, but within 5 minutes he found one in Illinois and had it picked up the very next morning. Mike Scott and Omar (Finance) were also both very helpful and a pleasure to work with.I've been hooked on Subaru's for a few years now, and now I'm hooked on Wilde Subaru. I won't buy a car from anybody else. You can't beat their prices, staff, and overall experience.

I just recently purchased a Subaru Forrester from Wilde Subaru. From the minute I stepped in the door, I was treated kindly and taken care of. The car I was looking at was pulled up in front and ready to be test driven. On the test drive, Mike took great care to explain all of the features of the care as well as what makes a Subaru different than other brands out there. When we got back he took the time to sit down with me and go through all of my options. It was an extremely busy day, and Mike still gave me the attention that any customer deserves while still make sure that the other customers were taken care of as well. The day of purchase went well also. The only thing I will say is that finance was a little pushy trying to get me to add on extra services even though I said multiple times I didn't want any add ons. Other than that, it was a great experience. Thanks Mike for all of your hard work!!! :)

Kuch was extremely thorough in explaining the Fortester's benefits and in reviewing the intrumentation, dash boardbaord and transmission and shifting particulars. Well done. I found the sale after the sale (of the service options) somewhat tedious, but understand the dealer's point of view.

From the moment I walked into the showroom, everyone I came in contact with was friendly. All of my questions were answered and I felt they were answered honestly. Mike Frank was very kind and not aggressive. He was knowledgeable and honest. I spoke with Dave Colla in the service department and he answered all of my questions. Dave was very kind as well. I felt I got a good deal and would highly recommend this dealership.

As you may be aware, there was a recall, followed by a stop sale of Imprezas in December, 2011 this related to the 2012 models. So, I waited until late January when all was fixed and ordered a specific car. Wilde Suburu advised it would take 6 to 8 weeks to manufacture. The car came in this week. I picked up yesterday, and low and behold, I received a call today that my car had a recall order. Another one I questioned. No they sold me a car that was made in October of 2011 where the recall problem was never fixed. I would not think that is even legal (?) as I would assume they would need to check before releasing. But, mainly, where is the factory fresh car that they promised. They will do nothing for me other than fix the recall problem as they see nothing wrong.

Customer service to me means being welcomed and asked if I can be helped and that was done. Quality service was provided through answering all my questions and quick reaction and response to getting my needs answered. Friendliness was used when answering all my questions and taking action with the help I received when buying my car. Overall experience was great with customer satisfaction and price to my liking so much that the deal was closed! I expect my service at this dealership will be as great as my experience when buying my Subaru Outback!

Mike was very friendly and personable. He definitely was not your typical "salesman", which I appreciated. Buying a new car is stressful enough, so I was happy to have dealt with friendly people who honestly wanted to give me the best deal. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely helpful and professional. I would recommend Wilde Subaru to anyone looking to buy new or used. Ask for Mike and you will have a positive experience!

My overall experience at Wilde Subaru was very good. Michael Frank was helpful and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable working with him because he wasn't too pushy. He listened to what I was looking for in a car. The Subaru Outback sold itself! I would definitely recommend Wilde Subaru to others.

We purchased two new Foresters a little over 2 years ago and were sure we would not be buying a new one on our trip last week but decided to check out our equity deal. We called and made an appointment to see Jackie and here we are New Forester owners again!! The improvements to the vehicle were great and Jackie was very informative and not pushy at all. We felt like she was there for us and answered all our questions. She spend quality time with us to make sure the deal and the cars were great. She really cares about her customers and wants them, whether they purchase a Subaru or not, to be happy with their choice. That is what is important to us. We love our new Subarus and Jackie was a true pleasure to work with.

My wife and I met Scott at the auto show while going back and forth between the Fordand the Subaru areas. He was very informative and friendly without sales pressure,exactly what we needed for the approx.4 hrs.we spent comparing the 2 makes. At thedealership He found us the exact car we were looking for that had been unloaded fromthe car carrier that afternoon. No regrets, We recommend Scott if your just lookingor seriously buying.

I recently purchased a new Forester from Scott. I originally got an email from Wilde, describing a deal that sounded "too good to be true", but I thought, what the heck, so I gave them a call. I was eventually connected with Scott. After Scott reassured me that the deal was for real, I was still skeptical, but decided to continue looking into it. Because I live in Madison, I also started negotiating with a dealer there. Scott continued to communicate with me as well. I could not work out a deal with the Madison dealer, but they did give me a benchmark to compare with the Wilde Subaru dealership. Scott found me a Forester that met my needs, and again, he reassured me that he could make the deal he promised. I made one visit to the dealership, finalized the exact vehicle I was interested in, and then let the store manager prove they could do what they promised. There was virtually no dickering involved. They not only did what they said they would, they even lowered my payments. All in all, there was a $3,000.00 difference between the 2 dealers. This is the second Forester I have purchased from Wilde. Both times, they did what they said they would do. I will still get my service needs done in Madison, because the service department has treated me well, and it eliminated a 75 mile drive, but Wilde is must dealership to have in the "new car purchase" mix, and Scott did a very fine job keeping me informed and making sure the vehicle I purchased was exactly what I wanted.

I did not feel pressure to buy a car. I felt they were really trying to find the car I would want to keep for a long time. They made the whole process as speedy as possible and they thanked us many times for coming to them to buy a car.

I walked in to the dealership 2 weeks ago to test drive a Subaru Impreza and met Scott. He gave me the keys and told me to take it for a test drive. Of course I fell in love with the car and when I returned I did not feel pressured to buy. The car with the options I wanted was not at Wilde but Scott found one for me and had it delivered to the dealership in 2 days. Any time I call about the new car I get friendly customer service and all of my questions are answered. Ask for Scott if you visit Wilde Subaru.

This is the best experience I ever had buy a car from a dealer. All the staffs were friendly and upfront. You are treated with respect from beginning to end. Even though they were extremely busy they take the time to make sure you have all the information to make a well informed decision. The price is very fair and you don't need to sit through a labor union negotiation session. The entire process is fast and very pleasant. Other dealerships need to take a lesson from Scott and this dealership.

When shopping for a Subrau be sure to stop at Wilde (Waukesha WI) and ask for Nick Stove as he is the best car sales person I have ever dealt with. The Subaru Outback is a GREAT all around wagon, if you get the 2.5L engine you will get great MPG and it has enough power to take you wherever you want to go in any type of weather.......

I dealt mostly with Scott Obst, the salesperson, who sold me my new Forester. Scott was always professional, easy to converse with, friendly, not at all pushy and knowledgeable about Subarus. Since I traded in my 2007 Forester, I believe I received a fair price for the trade and a fair price for my new Forester. Although most of my dealings were with Scott, the other people I had contact with made buying a new car easy. All in all, it was a good experience. This is the first car I have bought at Wilde Subaru. I would recommend this dealership to my friends, specifically, Scott, if buying a Subaru. I am basically a Subaru person, and if and when I buy another Subaru, I will buy it at Wilde Subaru.All in all, I would recommend this dealership when buying a car, whether it's a Subaru or not.

This has been by far the greatest experience I have ever had with going into the dealership and actually going through and buying a brand new car. I walked in there completely by myself one afternoon looking to test drive a Legacy. All of the people in there were friendly, but Corey came right up to me and asked me if he could help me with anything. It was surprising that he offered to help because I am such a young girl and most would think, "Oh she's not going to buy it." I showed him what I was looking for and he got me exactly what I wanted. I test drove the car and instantly fell in love with it. I said that I was looking for a used one, but then Corey said that he could get me a good deal on a brand new one. I took the deal and came in the next day to set everything up. I wanted a white one, and he was able to find one that was better than what I expected. He walked me through the entire process step by step and he was so helpful. I felt so comfortable asking questions and being able to call and just ask a question knowing that Corey would answer it. He even came in on his day off to help me out with the car! He was the most helpful person in this process and I don't think I would have gone through with this if someone wasn't as nice as him. Also Brain helped a lot with my finances, being so young I didn't think I would be approved for a loan by myself, but I was! They both were the nicest, and funniest people. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I will recommend this dealer to everyone. I have been braging about how good of an experience I've had since I walked out the door the first time. This really was the best experience I could have asked for thanks to Corey.

My wife and I bought are first Subaru from Wilde ,because we were referred by a friend. We went in and Jackie assisted us with purchasing a 2010 Subaru Legacy Limited. She explained everything ,about the car all the safety features and everything. So she sold us on this car. Best and only person besides John the financial manager that I would recommend talking to. This dealership is the best and they will work with you to get financed. We recently a couple days ago picked up another Subaru Legacy Limited 2012 model from Jackie. 2012 Subaru Outback Limited - Ruby Red PearlI would consider my overall car buying experience with Wilde Subaru an A-1! My initial research began on the Internet, surveying many Subaru dealers near and not so near. My initial contact with Wilde was in the person of Christine Glass. All of the internet correspondence was done via e-mail and it easily enabled me to zero in on the best price among the many dealerships I solicited. Christine was always courteous, responsive and complete when answering my questions. I DID ask lots of questions! When I finally asked for an "out the door" price, that was what I received that same day. No "surprises" was the term she used and that was what I wanted to hear. Wilde's pricing bettered the competition by enough of an amount that I decided to do business with Wilde despite the distance.I had a trade in and Christine and I discussed the range of values I would consider "fair" and I mentioned that in my past experiences, the trade deal was usually the most difficult and sometimes a possible deal breaker. Christine felt that the ranges of my pricing expectations were realistic and assured me once again that there would be no "surprises".Scott Obst was the sales person who would be handling my delivery. Scott was excellent. The vehicle decided upon was already on order direct from Subaru and it was estimated for delivery on 1/25/12. Scott always kept me posted on the delivery status. Delivery occurred as scheduled and he called immediately to let me know that my car was in and it was sharp! We set up an appointment for the following Saturday, 1/28/12. Even though it was a busy sales day right from the get - go, Scott took care of our business promptly, efficiently and courteously. The trade valuation was indeed fair and went off without a hitch. We dealt with Brian Omets briefly to take care of the financing part of the deal. That was a pleasurable experience as well. No hassles or high pressure on anything. When looking for a new car, I have an unique advantage; my son test drives and writes reviews on new cars. When I unexpectedly found myself in need of a new vehicle, I asked him what he recommended. He rated Subaru very highly in general, and specifically recommended the Impreza. Having driven a small SUV for the past 8 years, I was very impressed that this sedan had all-wheel drive, a feature which I find to be extremely important. I went to Wilde, met Jackie, and was introduced to my first Subaru. Everyone in the dealership was welcoming and accommodating; they even welcome our 4-legged furry friends, one of which we had with us at the time. Jackie was very knowledgable about all aspects of the Impreza, as well as all the other models, and successfully imparted that knowledge to me in terms that I could easily understand. After selecting what I wanted, I was informed that I would have to wait 5-6 weeks to get the particular model and color that I wanted. Knowing that my need for a new car were more immediate than that, Jackie went to work scouring the entire midwest to find me a car in a more timely manner. In less than a week, I was driving away in my new Impreza. The vehicle she found for me had everything that I wanted, and it was my second choice in color. As it turns out, I think I like the ice silver better anyway. I love my new Subaru and am looking forward to returning to the friendly atmosphere of Wilde Subaru for my first scheduled maintenance. I would highly recommend the dealership and Jackie to anyone in the market for a new car.

We went on the internet to find an Outback and when we found one we liked, we called Chris and she gave us a price we thought was very reasonable. We then went to the dealer and Steve assisted us some more and let us drive the one we found on the internet. It turned out to be the one we bought and at the price Chris quoted us. No hidden fees or charges. They gave us a good trade in price for our old car and everything went very smoothly and quickly. Actually it was a very enjoyable experience,(a first when it comes to buying a car) and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We love our Outback!

Drove my last Subaru for 14 years and as it prepared to breath it's last breaths I drove it onto the Wilde Subaru lot. Staff was friendly and helpful. I test drove effectively every model they had available so I took up a lot of staff time. Got what I think is a very good deal on a vehicle that is in high demand. I was even given trade-in value for my old car which I'm not sure I could have driven back off the lot. My sales persons could not have been more accommodating. This was perhaps the first time I've ever walked away from a new car transaction without a headache.

A friend sent me to Wilde. I knew the car I wanted, the color and the options. I dealt with John Scudder and, after determining that he had exactly what I wanted on the lot, we talked price. I had done my research and, within a very pleasnt 5 minutes, we agreed on a price.I came the next day, traded in my old car at a mutually satisfactory number, and picked up my new car. Ian Scudder spent as much time as I needed going over the new vehicle and even helped me transfer what I needed from the old acr to the new.It is a fw days later and the dealership has already followed up to make sure I am happy. I AM VERY HAPPY!

I had checked out two cars on their website, an Impreza and a Legacy. Chris had sent me the online sale pricing, so I went over to the dealer. I've had experience with Wilde in the past. I had bought a 2009 Forester and they treated me very well. Nothing has changed since. Chris left me in the capable hands of Lee Stoehr. He wasn't pushy, and was quite friendly and helpful. I test drove both cars before settling on the Legacy, due to more room. Lee guided me through the process, and made sure I saw the people I needed to see. I would recommend Wilde, and Lee, to any of my friends without reservation. I've had my Legacy for just over a week now, and I love it! Talk about sweet! I made no mistake by buying another Subaru, and I definitely made no mistake by buying from Wilde and Lee. Kudos!

We had a very good experiance working with salesperson Corey as well as managers John and Josh. Eventhough it was very busy they made sure our needs were met and found us the car we wanted and did not hesitate going over 200 miles just to get it for us. The price was right and trade values fair. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from the Wilde Automotive group and with the new facility and customer care I would reccomend them.

After correspondence with six dealerships, Chris was the only internet manager who came back with straight answers and a no-hassel price. That gave us confidence to visit Wilde, and Steve was very accommodating in accepting our trade-in and closing the deal on a new Outback to our satisfaction. Steve was very attentive to following through on details, keeping us apprised of delivery of our new car - even on his day off! Brian was very friendly and made the final paperwork shuffle rather painless. Overall, this was a very good new-car buying experience.

My wife and I stopped in to look at the new 2012 Impreza sedan. Met Steve in Sales who was very knowledgeable, informative, helpful and straightforward. After a test drive and look at some other car options we returned to the showroom for a quotation. Based on "homework" we had done previously this looked to be a very fair price. Never one to rush into a purchase we checked with other dealers locally and ended up coming back two days later to purchase the auto from Steve. He went above and beyond what we expected and geunuinely had an interest in making sure we were happy and satisfied with our decision.

I hate buying new cars, the dealers try beating you up for an extra 100 or 200 dollars, offer you nothing for your trade, try and force you into paint sealant and extended warranties and lock you up in the show room until you agree to their terms. I can tell you, I experienced none of this at Wilde Subaru. The entire team and process was fair. I walked out not feeling beaten up. These guys are good.

I began my research three years ago. I was recently in China and what was really weird was that I did not see a single Subaru. I spent a lot of time while there looking at cars online. I viewed inventories and all from hotel in Shanghai. There were a couple of dealers closer than Wilde, but I chose them due to their selection. I first contacted them by email and Chris Glass responded. She was very helpful. I then made an appt. and got hooked up with Corey. I ordered a vehicle, and vois la it was there 3 months later. A real pleasant experience, and I love the car with my first 100 miles logged. I would recommend this dealership.

This has been the best car buying experience EVER. Joe Taylor was extremely friendly and informative. It is REALLY nice to not have to haggle price with some slippery car salesman, to know that the sales people really want you to be happy with your purchase, and want you to return. I traveled a distance to pick up this car and she made sure the paperwork was in place and the car was cleaned and ready to go. I had already investigated and test driven my choice of car which was the Subaru Forester (2011), so I knew what I wanted and had researched a good price. I checked prices via Wilde's internet and sent an email to Christine. She responded very quickly with an awesome price and their was a special financing price going on for 2011 models which is why I was going new. We agreed upon a price and within days I had an appointment to meet with Christine, Ian and the business manager for the financing. Chris was there to meet me at our agreed upon time and everything was handled quickly, efficiently and in a very friendly, customer oriented manner. I am very happy with the car and the service I received. I would highly recommend this dealership. I think they were outstanding in all areas and marked good in the quality of work because I am not sure what this means and haven't had any work done on my car there. The setup of the car and instruction given was outstanding.

Having spent some time choosing my favorite car which was a Subaru Outback, I started checking prices. Wilde Subaru in Waukesha charged $1500 less than the other dealerships I checked. Once I agreed to the price, I was pleased with the salesman Joe Taylor's personal service. He didn't pressure me to buy extra options, but he did point out one feature I hadn't noticed and decided I did want. Even after the sale was completed, he spent an hour helping me to set up the blue tooth to my phone and answering my questions.

My wife and I were in the market for a new Subaru Ouback since about early spring.We had initially gone to Wilde Subaru due to the fact that it was convienient to get to.There we were introduced to Jackie Coby.She was very knowledgeable about the Subaru line.We were very comfortable talking to her.We took an Ouback for a test drive but didn't purchase one at that time.There was no pressure to buy,which really caught me off guard.We did stay in contact with Jackie for a few months,but then just stayed put as far as a purchase decision went.Then came Sept.It was the right time for the purchase and we again talked to Jackie.Our whole experience with the purchase was great.I thought we didn't haggle enough on price,but then again,we didn't have to.We went in armed with Kelly Blue Book price information,and came out with a better deal than we thought was possible.Thankyou to Jackie and the rest of the Wilde staff for a really pleasant experience!

Steve was excellent. He didn't push a sale and he didn't use gimmicky sales techniques to try and get the sale. He helped us out, listened to what we wanted, and provided his input. When the time came to buy, he helped us make an informed decision. Extremely friendly and got me the vehicle I wanted with limited 'haggling' at better than the price I asked for. Everyone I dealt with was energetic and appeared to genuinely enjoy helping the customer. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Wilde Subaru, and each time the service has been excellent.

After lots of research my wife & I decided to purchase a Subaru Outback with manual transmission, which is hard to find. We worked with a local dealer and also contacted every Subaru dealership within a reasonable driving distance of our city. Christine Glass, the on-line representative at Wilde, was very responsive and went out of her way to identify a vehicle for us. Jackie Cobey, the sales representative, was extremely helpful when we arrived to purchase the Outback. We would highly recommend Wilde to anyone looking for efficient, friendly service. And incidentally, they also had the best price. A winning combination for us.

Due to some very questionable sales tactics and outright lies told by the salesman from the other dealership, we became very frustrated and discouraged, almost to the point of postponing our plans to purchase a new vehicle. On a whim, I contacted Wilde Subaru and spoke with Lee Stoehr, an experienced salesman, and I explained our situation. Despite the fact that Wilde Subaru was not one of the dealerships that participated in the new car purchase agreement program with our auto insurance, Mr. Stoehr was willing and able to match the price quoted through that program. Not only did he honor that sales price, which was extremely reasonable, he went out of his way to secure us auto financing that was at an ever better interest rate than our pre-approved rate through our auto insurance! We stopped by Wilde Subaru the following day and purchased a 2011 Subaru Forester and it was exactly as we had discussed. There were no surprises or unexpected charges, the price, including taxes and fees, was exactly what Mr. Stoehr had quoted, the the vehicle was in perfect condition and exactly as he had described. Mr. Stroehr made the car buying process quick and easy, and we were thrilled with the ease and convenience of entire experience, and we are delighted with our new vehicle. Our experience was, by far, the most positive auto buying experience we have encountered, and we have purchased numerous cars over the years. We would highly recommend Wilde Subaru and Mr. Stoehr because of our positive experience. Both the dealership and Mr. Stoehr proved themselves to be honest and trustworthy. We received excellent service and we will definitely do business with the Wilde family of auto dealerships in the future for our next vehicle purchase.

Lee would have received all 5's, however, we felt there was too much time spent on selling the "extra's" which could have been spent going over the car, which is the dealer's protocol. Just a mention of the fact that you need to hold the buttons for the trunk and garage (which was different from my Saab) would have been appreciated.Also verify the fact the title will be coming in the mail. We assumed that but it probabley should have been mentioned as we purchased the car outright.Also, when followup thank you's come from the management, it might be a good idea to at least include the principle driver/purchaser instead of addressing her husband exclusively. Repeat business can sometimes depend on the little things. Again, Lee, would have received all 5's except some of the things relating to the dealership.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable, providing much and excellent information about the vehicles. Price was excellent, also. Only glitch was the financing paperwork, as computer problems had us waiting over 2 hours to complete after approved. But apologies were made and accepted!

We are now a two Subaru car family with my wife driving a Forester and me driving a 2011 Outback bought from Vicki at Wilde. I was looking to replace my 1999 SAAB 9-5 Wagon with a new vehicle with the same degree of utility as the SAAB and my research had led me to the Outback. This is where Vicki entered the picture. I wanted to test drive both the manual and the automatic transmission cars and Vicki was very accommodating in arranging the test drives and getting answers to my technical questions. The buying transaction was a pleasure with Vicki being very professional in this role. I went to a couple of Subaru dealers in my area, and I would say that Wilde made my experience quite pleasant. There pricing was very competitive, and I didn't feel the pressure like you do at some dealers. It is a very clean dealership also. So far, my experience with Wilde has been very good.

He went over the different features of the car and kept us laughing the whole time. i finally got my Forester after waiting 3 years, and am still absorbing the details of finally owning a brand new car. we appreciated lee's knowledge of subaru's as i am a gearhead and really got excited about the Forester's new timing chain. thanks a bunch. i highly recommend this dealership over any in the state(we have visited many). thanks.

I went to Wilde Subaru with the exact specifics of what I wanted and Vicki was great in executing the sale while not being pushy. She definitely made me comfortable and welcome, as well as her partner in Finance, Alex. Together they represent a great presence for the dealership that they should be proud of. We bought our first Subaru from Wilde in 2009, and we were very happy with the new Outback and the service and kindness we received from Jackie Cobey, our sales rep, and others in the Wilde organization,that when we decided to make a trade we of course came back to Wilde. It seems that everyone you see that drives a Subaru is quick to tell you how much they love their Subaru. That's the reason why Subaru adopted the "love your Subaru theme" in its advertising. The company smartly listened to what their customers were saying. We just took delivery of our new 2011 Outback and,well,it's love all over again. I enjoyed Jackie's style, she educated me answered questions and was not high pressure. You can telll she is knowledable and works hard for her customers.I did not enjoy my interactions with the dealer Mgr quite as much. I do not enjoy the old school game playing- with Jackie having to take a reasonable offer to someone else to make a decison and then return to me to give me his decision. This was our first Subaru purchase. We had done some earlier research and knew what we were looking for when we came in. Jackie was able to show us a vehicle that was right in line with what we were looking for. She listened to our needs, relayed them to the manager and was able to work out a deal with us that we felt very satisfied with. Eveyone we worked with was friendly and personable. Overall it was a very pleasant buying experience.

This was a very painless experience. My family feels we got a great deal on a great Outback. Love the Outback especially the Continuously Variable Transmission. We checked out many cars at the recent car show. After seeing many vehicles up close, we decided that Subaru was for us.

We just purchased a 2011 Subaru Outback. We were weighing options on which Subaru to purchase or whether to get a new car at all. We went to another dealer closer to our home first. Based on that experience we had almost decided not to purchase at all.My husband met with Lee and discussed what we were looking for before we went in and talked to Lee together. Ken was a very "no pressure" salesman. Ken was very Knowledgable about the Subaru product line. The new dealership was a great facility. My relatives bought a Forester from Ken and he was equally helpful to them. I would definitely recommend Ken and this dealership to any of my friends.

The whole experience that my wife and I had at Wilde Subaru was top notch, and first class! Corey Knoelke our salesperson, who we met for the first time when we walked through the door did an excellent job! He was friendly and sincere, and took the time to answer all our questions. We never felt presssured or hurried. Wilde Subaru is a superior Dealership, classy, clean and very sincerly friendly. Let me add that Corey always answered my emails and phone calls very promptly, and has followed up with us after the sale, to make sure we were completely happy! It was recently time to trade in my beloved 1999 Saab 9-5 Wagon with 185k miles for a 2011 Outback. I had been looking at the Outback since it was redesigned for the 2010 model year and had concluded that of all wagons on the market this vehicle would best meet my requirements regarding space, fuel consumption, etc. After considerable web research regarding pricing I contacted Wilde Subaru for a test drive. Vicki Kroeger was the sales person assigned me. In our dealings she did an excellent job and was always forthright and honest. She went over and above me expectations by offering to come to my home to swap cars. This level of customer service impressed me greatly. I am very happy with my 2011 Outback and it does everything I hoped it would in a competent manner. I highly recommend Vicki Kroeger and Wilde Subaru.

Our experience at Wilde Subaru was a very pleasant one. Our sales person was able to show and explain all of the features that the car has in simple terms. The deal on the car was extremely fair including the value on our trade-in along with the cost of the new car. Wilde went the extra mile to locate a car that all of the features we needed. Delivery was smooth and we found that the car had a few extra features that we just love. Its only been a week since we picked up our new Outback and with the Wilde experience we are very happy and pleased with our recent Subaru purchase.

My vehicle had been totaled, I needed a vehicle quickly (within 24 hrs). Vickie was friendly and quickly set me up with a test drive. The Outback was a wonderful vehicle, in fact the wife wanted to give me her car and take the new one. When I told her that I would make my decision the next day, she was gracious and professional and told me to call if their was anything she could do. I did go with a different manufacturer, because of how I fit the vehicle, but I know that when it's the wife's turn to purchase, she will be giving Vickie a call.

Bought my new Subaru in July from Vicki. Have enjoyed my new car for several months now and love it. I have been a previous Subaru owner for the past 30 years. Vicki Kroeger (our saleperson)not only sold me a brand new Subaru, but also was our salesperson in selling my wife a brand new Chrysler Town & Country. She also loves it. As good as my experience was with my puchase of the Subaru, I have had as great an experience with Subaru Service. They have treated me like a King. Shopped at three other Subaru dealers before going to Wilde and meeting with Vicki. Bargaining went quickly and I came away with a price I thought was fair for all and which was also hundreds of dollars less than what I was quoted at other dealers. Had a trailer hitch added later that week as part of the deal. That also went smooth and fast. It was worth my time leaving my neighborhood Subaru dealer and purchasing my car from Vicki and Wilde Subaru.

We typically are not huge fans of buying cars, but our experience with Vicki and the rest of the team was fabulous. They were not pushy, were efficient, and we got a great deal. We drove over an hour to get there and would do so again in a heartbeat! We had our 2 children with us, and everyone was quite nice to them as well. We had some extras added to the vehicle. They were able to add those on and we drove home that day with our new car. Customer services appears to be a top priority to this team.
