The whole shopping for a new car was very overwhelming until I went to Wile Hyundai. John H. Coons made it so easy and made sure I got what I wanted. He went above and beyond what any car dealer would have done. Even after the sale was done he made sure I understood and knew the features it came with. While in the dealership Stan and Gus were very helpful as well. All the staff in the building were very helpful and nice. No one was pushy or rude. I have recommended many people to them since. John has since checked in on me and I can say I really appreciate it. Thank you John and Wile for a great experience.

Love While Hyundai! This is my third car from them. Never had a problem whether I was purchasing a new car or having my car looked at. Phil helped me this time around and he was fantastic! Very friendly and courteous. The service department always breaks everything down for you before they do any work and they always let you know what can wait and what can't. They show they really care.

Like many people, went over to buy a new vehicle. Liked my sales person. Was put off by 10 percent $$ premium on new vehicles. I understand that many dealers are doing it, but it goes to the owner's pocket without benefit to the buyer. I believe the situation will self- correct within 12-15 months. That said, IMHO think dealers could do a much better - and thoughtful - job of explanation and differentiation. Not everyone has to follow the same greedy path.

I went in for an oil change this morning and was pleasantly surprised with not only the upgraded waiting room, but the high quality customer service of the ever-so-charming Xavier. He managed to minimize my wait time, and I was able to get into work at a reasonable hour... which I GREATLY appreciated!

Jesse was the best!!!! Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Dan was great as well. Very nice man. I went in alone and being a woman that is not always a great idea but they treated me so well. They all at different times asked me if I wanted anything..water, coffee etc. This is the place to buy your next vehicle!!!!!

After driving my Volvo for ten years it was time for a new vehicle. Following three months of research and many different test drives I decided on the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport turbo in Mineral grey. It was the best decision. I love it! Besides having ALL of the bells and whistles, it has a five star safety rating which was very important to me. It's roomy and comfortable, great for daily use and road trips! From start to finish I worked with sales associate Rob Dupont. I can't say enough about this young man. He is patient, extremely knowledgeable, kind, easily accessible, the list goes on. Rob listened to me. He knew what I was looking for in a vehicle. When I settled on the Santa Fe, we sat in the vehicle on four occasions. Rob went over every detail with me. Rob and Dan worked to find me the exact car I wanted, in the color I wanted since there were no Sonata Hybrid Limited vehicles with the options I wanted in the color I wanted in anywhere in the area. They had it on site and ready for delivery within a few days even thought the car was located in New York. Delivery was fast, professional and very smooth. The owner, Andy, even offered to take the car in for servicing for me if I could not make it there since I live about 35 miles from the dealership and he lives in the same area as me!

Nobody likes having to battle during a new car buying experience, luckily for me Wile was amazing to work with. They found exactly what I was looking for, and give me a straight up front price. I informed them that I needed a little time to save up money to put down. They were very respectful of that and did not call me non stop every day trying to push me into a sale. When I was ready I came back and signed a few papers and was on my way. Very simplified process and an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family.

I bought my first Hyundai at Wile in 2013. I tested the "bigger" models and was not quite excited as I should have been. Dan, seeing my reaction, asked if I tested the Accent. I was actually looking for a smaller vehicle with excellent gas mileage...and once I took the Accent out on the road, my entire outlook changed. Dan recognized my needs and perfectly fit me into what it was I was looking for, without me even knowing it!! I've been very happy with my 2013. Then this year, Wile, looking to fill used car inventory, called me to ask about the condition of my car. When it fit their needs, they asked if I was interested in a new car. Sure, why not. I was put into a brand new car and Dan even got me a lower interest rate then last time!!!! I've been exceedingly happy with Wile, with their service dept. too. Their professionalism and friendliness is wonderful and their customer service is paramount. Won't buy my cars anywhere else!

The folks at Wile are fantastic. It is a small dealership that has a very family feel. While Rob was our primary sales contact, the finance manager Dan, the GM Andy, and Tania all helped us at various points in the process. We were never pressured and everyone went out of their way and showed great patience in answering all of our questions. I highly recommend Rob and the entire team at Wile.

Right when I walked in i got a bunch of "Hellos" and had a representative, names Rob, attentive and ready to listen to what I was looking for. Was not pushy and cared about my interests and listened. The process went from there and they were able to cater to my every need. I was satisfied with my purchase of a 2015 Hyundai Tucson and Dan was great in explaining and breaking down the finances involved. I would recommend this place for its 5 star customer service and for the wonderful abundance of Hyundai vehicles they have, and at great deals. No cons whatsoever. I was driving my car home in an hour in a half from stepping in the door even with the test drive.

When I was looking for a car I visited a lot of dealerships with rude and pushy sales people. Than I visited Wile and immediately knew that I would give them my business. I loved working with everyone at Wile Hyundia! Rob was my salesman and amazing to work with. Tania the sales manager sat with me and ran numbers until we found a car I loved that was in my budget. I signed my papers with Dan who was also great and even allowed me to push my first payment back 3 months:). Everyone I worked with was down to earth and friendly and most importantly honest. Before going to Wile I went to a Hyundai dealership closer to me and had a horrible experience with pushy and persistent salesmen that were not listening to what I wanted and we're trying to force me into purchasing a vehicle I was really not interested in. Wile is a small branch with honest people who truly want to make their customers happy and are not just interested in making a sale. I highly recommend wile to anyone looking for a car new or used! Drove nearly two hours to this dealership for a specific car and all the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Extremely helpful! Flat tire and no spare left me stranded. They were able to get my car to them, order a tire from a local supplier, mount and align, all while I still was able to make it to work. When I knew I couldn't get there before closing because of my job, they helped me out so I could still get my car back that evening. They even vacuumed the seats! wonderful customer service.

I recently bought a used car from the dealer and there were some problems after leaving the lot. We completed our exhaustive car search at Wile and all I can say is I wish we had started here first! Everyone we dealt with was informative, friendly, honest and helpful. There was absolutely no pressure at all and none of the tactics that we had experienced at other dealers. After some of our other experiences I have to say I was a little skeptical at first, definitely had my guard up thinking that this was all part of the game and at some point things were going to change. But they never did. The people here are for real and this ended up being the best experience we've had purchasing a vehicle. We will definitely come here first next time and will be recommending family and friends to do the same.

Looking for an Elantra GT, pulled up true car for a quote for the base model to see where the car was priced. Wile beat the true car price, even after finding me one the color I wanted, and with the Style package too! They gave me the price, with a nice amount of rebates, and didn't pressure me a few days later on a decision. It's such a relaxed, easy place to buy a car. You have to look at Wile for your next car, they really make it so easy to get a great deal.

At the time we came to Wile, we were shopping around. I had my heart set on a Ford Focus this time, though we have purchased new and used vehicles from Wile in the past. We have always had a great experience. I found my shopping elsewhere very stressful. I felt myself repeating the same info over and over at another dealership, as if I were easily forgotten. I also felt pressured. One day when my husband finally had a chance to shop with me, we stopped at Wile. We could not have been more impressed. Heather was amazing! While we planned on only looking at newer used vehicles, ( based on what had been going through at another dealer) Heather listened to us. Never once tried to push us another way. All questions concerning maybe buying new, were introduced by us. In the end, we were able to purchase new and have exactly the monthly payment we were hoping for. We still can't believe we have another brand new vehicle sitting in our driveway! We haven't had one in 15 years! I can't say enough about Heather and Dan. Four words when you need to purchase a new or used vehicle: Go To Wile First!My current vehicle (from another dealership) was coming off a 3-year lease, and I needed to purchase a replacement vehicle. I would rather stick a fork in my eye than sit down in a dealership and try to negotiate pricing. In the past, I have dealt with less than honest dealers to put it very nicely. You know or have heard of the type: they give you one price, but by the time you drill it down, it's hundreds or thousands more. They prey and bank on your ignorance of the costs of taxes, extras, fees, etc. I worked with Jesse Nye at Wile. We exchanged phone calls and emails for a few days in reference to the vehicle I wanted. In his very first email with me, Jesse gave me the price on the vehicle I wanted that I found to be fair. Hmm...interesting, but of course, I didn't put too much faith into it, because I've been to this rodeo before. I agreed to take the 35 mile ride down to Wile Hyundai to see the vehicle with every intention of walking out when the numbers starting rising.Jesse was friendly, down-to-earth, and most importantly, HONEST. After less than 10 minutes of having a seat, he gave me a bottom line. Wait...that number looked a little low, so I asked him to give me the total with tax, title, registration and cost of first born child. Imagine my utter shock when he told me THAT was the total! The employees at Wile had no idea how close I came to doing a dance right there in the middle of the dealership!Not only that, but they threw in a couple of extras....EXPENSIVE extras. (Do they have any idea just how badly I dance?!) Best of all, from the time I pulled into their parking lot to the time I drove off in my new vehicle was less than 2 hours! The last dealership I dealt with took almost 7 hours of my time while they assisted other customers in between. I have been a customer at Wile for 13+ years. In 2002, I bought a new Hyundai SantaFe. When it was finally time to retire my SantaFe, I talked to Marc in the service department. He said when I was ready to buy another Hyundai, they would take good care of me. Well they most certainly did. Now I am the proud owner of a new 2014 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and I love it. Of course I know without a doubt that all my questions and service needs will be met by Wile. They have been great to me over the years! My salesperson, Jeff, was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and convinced me to try the Hybrid. They are a great group of people!

Bought the Santa Fe 3 years ago, serviced by the same dealer since. The service is excellent. Can not say more about the service, that it is simply excellent. We can only say a very heart felt Thanks to the personnel at Wile Hyundai for an outstanding dedicated help that they rendered, our Santa Fe normal headlight went out and only the high beam was working. Late at about 5:20 p.m., we called for assistance, about how to replace/remove the light bulb(it appears not the normal screw type or bayonet/clip type), this is by now, after normal closing time, drove to the dealership for assistance. In just a few minutes,the job got done! It was very nice of them to do this for us, to say the least. I am a retired aviation tech., can only admire this kind of dedication or loyalty for these employees. The best,Thanks again!

Reached out to Wile Hyundai looking for specific new vehicle. I dealt with Sales Manager Kevin and Sales woman Heather. Both were absolutely fantastic, zero pressure and attentive to what I was looking for. This is my second purchase from Wile Hyundai, and I would not buy a Hyundai from another dealer. Negotiation process was straight forward and no-nonsense. I've also utilized their service department which is top notch. Great experience and I cannot recommend more highly.

I recently purchased an older, used vehicle from this dealership. My sales personnel was Jeff - he was GREAT! He was great during the test drive, answered my questions, and never came across as being unreasonable or pushy.Once settled with Jeff, Anthony helped me finalize the deal and a few days later the car was mine! The initial experience with them was pretty good! About a week and half later though, the battery just died. Because the car was older, there wasn't any warranty - not even 30 days! I wanted to get in touch with someone about this, seeing as I had just spent a pretty good amount of money for my battery to literally just die. I was tossed from person to person and no one was really helping, but rather just accusing me of doing something wrong that cause the battery to die, overall just being rude. Jeff, who I originally dealt with in sales, gave me a call after hearing about what had been going on, got me a new battery, and offered to put it in himself if I was unable to make it there by the 12 pm service closing hours for a Saturday. He never once accused me of doing something wrong and was very nice about the entire process. It was refreshing to find someone who helped me solve the problem! Jeff gave fantastic customer service and made the buying process an easy one for me. He also listened when we asked him to keep an eye out for a specific car in standard - just the other day he got in touch with us with a possible buy. I would most certainly go back to this dealer, but only for Jeff!.

I went into Wile with a friend/family member who had been buying their cars for several years from this dealership. I wasn't expecting the customer service I got. I worked at a car dealership for 5 years, and watched my mother work at that same dealership for 15, I had never seen, or been a part of even, when I bought my first car from that dealership, an interaction like this one. After taking the night to think it over and driving back to the dealership in the morning ready to put a hold on the car I test drove the night before, I found out it had already been sold minutes before I walked in. The best part about this was the Owner, Andy, came out to reassure me he could replace the car with the one I actually wanted, in the color I wanted and come to find out it had less miles. For the same price! WOW! Then after explaining that my current cars transmission had gone and I was in a pickle they worked something out so that I could get a loaner for the time until I drove off the lot with my new car. Not only is this dealership nothing like I've ever seen, they treated me like an old friend, someone that could be trusted and cared for. I have never seen anything like this ever in my life and I'm glad this was my first stop. I recommend this dealership to everyone!

I had a great time shopping for a used car here. They walked me through the whole process step by step and took their time with me. It was actually my first time buying a car from a dealership. Those I worked with made the whole process quick and easy. All three people I worked with took the time to explain everything to me, helped me find great insurance at a great price, helped me get a good loan set up. The insurance team walked me through the loan step by step, explained everything the warranty covered and what it didn't. They took their time with me it really was an easy and painless process. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone I had a great experience and I'm sure anyone else would too.

I went to Wile Hyundai to look at two used Hyundai Elantras they had advertised. I ruled out one because of leather seats and my dogs. The second one I took for a test drive with Jesse and automatically fell in love with vehicle. The few items that I asked to have touched up, they did with no complaints. The pricing was right there with the competition and even a little less. Using the Hyundai financing tool and filling out the forms was very easy. Everything with paperwork takes some time but it truly wasn't that much of a hassle at all for us. Approval came through quick and easy. All of the various people I dealt with or met at Wile, were very pleasant. I look forward to dealing with the company again in the future and can only hope their services department is just as good as their sales when it comes time to use that portion of the company.

First off, all I can say is the qualify of people at this location is truly rare. Each and every person didn't have that hunger look in their eyes like they ere looking at their next paycheck. From the time I arrived till the close of the deal they ere always so nice and made me feel as if I as among friends of many years. I went through dozens of dealers in the past 2 months and all talked a big talk, but when it comes to getting quality results and a great deal to boot? Wiley is the place to go hands down. I never once felt as if I was being talked down to or as if I was inferior in any way. Wiley has a life-long customer. And any time I hear anyone mention they are in the market for a car? I was shopping for a 2013 or 2014 Sonata, I had been shopping online and out of state as well, without much luck. A friend of mine told me to try Wile and said he would talk with someone he knew down there. Sure enough Tania gave me a call that day, we spoke briefly about what I was interested in and how I would want a bottom line price and didn't want to go through the negotiating process. She chuckled and said no problem. I made the appointment for the next day she said I will not be here but Jesse will take care of you and he will be informed of your likes and dislikes. I arrived and these people could not have been any more pleasant, I mean it!! There was never any pressure for me to make a decision that day (as I told them up front I would be comparing prices still) unlike other dealers.They told me up front they didn't have much in stock in a 2013 what I was looking for but offered to look around and see if they could get what I wanted, again no other dealer offered that help. So I drove the 25 minutes home thought about it and said to myself there is no way I am going out shopping some more today. I ate, drove back and ended up picking out the color of my new car. Which was still less expensive that any of the other dealers and without out all the gimmicks. I have to say an experience like no other and would have no problem recommending them to anyone!!

I searched used PT Cruiser within a 900 mile radius of my home. Not only did they have one of the cleanest cars but also had the best price and were by far the friendliest dealer I cantacted. The experience was so good in fact that my wife test drove a new Sonata Hybrid and if she buys it will be from Jeff at Wile Hyundai.

The best experience that I have ever had. I hate car shopping because it is always so time consuming and it always feels like the dealership is wasting your time for the sake of wasting your time to try to sway you to buy. Jesse was awesome, super helpful, no pressure, very thorough and I never felt like I was being pressured. I called the next day to continue to work out my deal and Tania and Jesse continued to give me superior customer service. I ended up driving away in my Ford Edge a few days later. This dealership is actually far from where I live and found the vehicle I was interested in on Autotrader.com and that's how I heard about them. Even though it was far from where I live - I was really interested in the vehicle and the price. I have to say - I would always go there first in the future.....Outstanding - thank you so much Jesse for all your help and I have never been in-love with a car until now!!!

The quality of the customer service that I received at Wile Hyundai was phenomenal. This was the first time that I dealt with a dealership and Todd really made this experience very easy and comfortable. He answered every question I had and explained everything very patiently and thoroughly. Todd even came in on his day off to meet with me and finalize my Tucson purchase. In the beginning, I was very nervous about the entire purchase and process but, thanks to Todd, everything was a lot easier and quicker than I had expected. I definitely recommend Wile Hyundai to anyone looking for a new car that comes with amazing customer service.

I am not a fan of the car buying experience but Todd at Wile Hyundai made it an extremely easy and truthful experience. I told Todd and Anthony what i wanted and how much i wanted to pay and they made it work without any gimmicks or pressure in less then 2 hours.I bought a brand new 2014 Hyundai Accent. The car was spotless( it had snowed the day before and they cleaned it before my arrival). I did not feel rushed during my test drive and Todd answered all my questions and some i even forgot to ask.

Best car sales experience ever so we returned to buy a second. Reps who didn't even sell to us (Todd) brought coffee and balloons for the baby to play with. They made everything work out within a very limited budget and did not try to upsell or treat us with any less courtesy than if we had bought the top-of-the-line model. When our car didn't start after church one day, a sales rep (Jesse) came to pick us up in the parking lot- within 15 minutes of calling. They brought a car-seat ready loaner and a good deal of comfort and support. Jeff was a no-pressure support through both of our sales and only showed us things which he knew would interest us. Anthony oversaw the process both times and worked out a great deal with a fabulous warranty and a payment we could handle. Would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I had been considering purchasing a newer vehicle for quite some time, but we don't have the best credit and the payments would have to be fairly reasonable. The problem is, the vehicle she was driving was constantly breaking down, and I was putting so much money into it just to keep it running. This frustrated me because as hard as we both work, I didn't like the fact that she did not have a reliable vehicle. We put our information out there and were quickly contacted by Wile Hyundai. My first thought was to give them a chance in the hopes that they would have a decent used car with fairly low mileage for a good price to get us into. I figured, with our credit, that was going to be our only option. I spoke with Anthony on the phone, and my number one concern at that point was whether making the 1 hour trip to the dealership was going to be a waste of my time. Obviously, nothing is guaranteed, but he took the time to have the right people look at our situation, and they came back to us with an honest assessment that it wouldn't be a waste of our time. My wife and I decided to make the trip up there, even though we were on a tight schedule. When we got there, we were quickly greeted by Anthony who knew exactly who we were. It didn't take long for us to become comfortable, as they were not stuck up and pushy like almost every other dealership I've ever been to. We did a little bit of paperwork and were then handed off to Jesse, who completed our paperwork and submitted it to Dan. The first thing I noticed is that every person in there was a straight shooter. They weren't going to try to sell us a dream or blow smoke up our butts, but at the same time they were confident that they would be able to send us on our way in a new vehicle. I was skeptical, but I let them do their jobs and hoped for the best. At that point, they asked us what kind of car we were interested in. We weren't looking for too much in the way of upgrades, but there were a few specific things we were looking for. Out of nowhere came the very excited voice of Dean from across the room who already had a car in mind. They brought that car around and it was exactly what we were looking for. This display of complete knowledge of their inventory by Dean was just another reason we were gaining more confidence and trust in the dealership. As much as I loved the car, however, I had serious doubts since it was a BRAND NEW car and we had much less than perfect credit, but the confidence that Dan had made me actually believe that this could possibly happen. We sat with Andy for a little while going over some specifics, and out of his back office came Dan with the news that it was all taken care of at the payment we stated that we could afford. I was absolutely baffled. He used whatever magic he has at his fingertips and made this deal happen. So, we basically made a trip to the dealership hoping for something decent and we ended up being approved for and driving away in a brand new Hyundai Elantra GT in about 2 hours!!! The owner, Mr. Andy Wile, even took the time to introduce himself and thank us for our business!!! Now I'm not saying that anybody that I've spoken about can make miracles happen, but what I will tell you is that these guys are on point. They are top-notch professionals who seem to break all they stereotypes of a "car dealership". I would actually call them "Auto Sales Professionals". I would recommend them to anybody looking for a new set of wheels every day of the week and twice on Tuesdays!Thanks for your great service and we look forward to future dealings!!!!!

I went to Wile Hyundai with a particular car in mind and was able to leave with that car without dealing with the usual car dealership shtick. They didnt try to push me to a more expensive car. They've didnt try to get me to purchase any out of the ordinary additions. They basically did their best to make sure I drove out that day with the car I had in mind and they did with absolute professionalism and friendliness that you'd hope to experience at most other dealership. I would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership!

They are a sharp contrast to the five other dealers I passed over. Their transparency was a breath of fresh air. For the first time ever I actually can say buying a new car was fun! You actually see your salesperson and the sales manager. They made the deal happen and the was no hocus - pocus nor the BS you have to endure at other dealers. My only disappointment is that I live so far away from them! These are the people to deal with and rest assured when it comes time to buy another car I am driving there again! Ninety percent of the deal was done via email and over the phone. I made an appointment on a SUNDAY, my only day off, and they had the car waiting for us to test drive. Arrived at one, drove home in a new Turbo Veloster at four.It was really a pleasure to deal with Todd and Anthony as well as the other members of their team. They made you feel like a person and not as a target to take to the cleaners as do most dealers.Car salesman jokes don't apply to Wile Hyundai! My wife and I have bought several vehicles from Wile over the years. We have always been treated well at the time of the sale and with service over the ensuing time that we had a given car. Everyone, without fail, has always been friendly and helpful. Our last experience was with Jesse Nye who did everything he could to help us. We were supposed to pick the car up at a given day and time, but my wife fell and hurt herself. I called him telling him that I would not be able to make our scheduled appointment and why. He not only understood, but offered to help us out if we needed something that we would not be able to do for ourselves. To me this goes beyond regular sales help. Mark Charon of the service department also has been extremely helpful over the years. He will do anything he can to make service appointments available and convenient. Andy Wile, the owner of the company will always come out to say hello and pass a few pleasantries if he's in the building. Someone whom we have never met before, but had contact with this time, was Tania Coomey. She was also very helpful and pleasant. Our original contact was with her and we left with the information we needed and felt that we were more than just a wallet that walked in the door. As I said, we have bought several cars from Wile over the years and have always been completely satisfied with the way we have been treated at the time of the sale, and in the times that service was needed. Would I recommend this dealer to someone else? Absolutely and without reservation.

I was ready to buy a new car and I had narrowed it down to the Hyundai Elantra. I had gone on line and checked out the Elantra. I visited a couple of dealerships because I do not like to buy without seeing and driving the car. I decided to buy at Wile Motors because they wanted to sell me a car, which is the business they are in, but they also wanted to sell me a car which fit my needs. I am very pleased with my car and it has everything I needed. John Zarillo was a salesman who set out to make my experience pleasant and make should that my car fit my needs.

I conducted my own comps and could not find a comparable vehicle at the price unless it had twice the mileage. I made numerous additional demands, all of which were respected and met. Great people- will be my first choice with my next car purchase and will reccommend to all.

I needed to buy a new car after my car of 21 yrs. was no longer worth fixing. Keeping in mind, I have not been in a dealership in all that time, it was something I dreaded. My first visit was to a Honda dealership, and though the young man was nice enough..I felt like I was in a typical dealership where only the bottom line truly mattered. Then, after much comparison shopping, I decided to go to Wile. I am so happy I did. From the first hello when Dean came out to the lot and introduced himself, to the entire staff on duty that day sending me off with such happy smiles and handshakes, it was a pleasant experience.Also, I was not "wedded" to any one particular model. I wanted reliability, safety and great gas mileage. It was Dan who recommended the Accent to me. I hadn't even seen it. But, once I took it out, boy, was I impressed. Never expected the car to have such pickup and a smooth ride. Dean took me out on 3 test drives for 3 different models just to make sure I was happy. He spent the better part of his afternoon with me and explained the differences so patiently. Once I drove the Accent, it was Dan who saw the difference on my face and said...That car has your name all over it doesn't it? Anthony and Dan also made sure I was comfortable with the terms/price of the deal. The overall feel of this dealership was one of genuine interest in helping the customer and that good old small town business attitude. I'm in the service business too and know how I treat my customers and I like the same. Wile Hyundai exceeded my expectations in a car dealer.

Superb experience. The staff were very friendly with smiles and jokes, but serious when actually conducting the business. Also, they seemed to genuinely care for their customers (yes its a business and they are there to make money, but you can still genuinely care about your customers). As for the vehicle, my wife and I couldn't be happier. Excellent condition with a fair price. I cannot say a bad thing about my experience with Wile. To sum it up, Good product, Great service, No games. Couldn't have been better IMO.

Bought a car from Wyle, nothing but problems. In 3 months the car has been in the shop a half dozen times for up to a week at a time. Major issues over and over and can't seem to get it right. Now it's costing me hundreds to get the vehicle in proper condition. TERRIBLE- do not buy from this dealer.

When I finally chose a vehicle, he found the one and delivered within days. Financing was easy thanks to Tania and I was given a good price for my trade in. Jesse went through my vehicle with me very thoroughly and was also very patient and friendly. I am very happy with my new Hyundai Elantra GT, and would recommend Wile for great customer service. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy.

Well we finally did it, made the decision to buy a car. But where should we go to do this? There are many dealerships in our area so lets go looking. The first one we went to was a big multi brand dealer with hundreds of cars on the lot with a lot of salesmen waiting for a possible sale. Everyone was very nice and professional but it was intimidating. After a test drive the car was very nice but....but... something didn't feel right. We weren't excited about this purchase. We needed to at the very least try somewhere else to at least compare two different cars/dealerships. So we stopped by Wile Motors in Willimantic CT. As you drive by you notice its a small (compared to mega dealers) dealership. Nice looking cars all lined up orderly. We parked got out and walked around casually comparing colors, pricing and design. After a few minutes a nice man came out of the dealership and introduced himself. Todd asked us if we had any questions or wanted to take a test drive (alone). Really alone!!!! No salesmen talking in our ears as we try to get a feel for this new vehicle.We really liked this so we made an appointment for the next day when we can spend plenty of time. The next day we came back and the car was already for us to take for an hour long private test drive. He said go wherever you want, try all options and really check out this wonderful car. We did this. Nice car, good feeling from the dealership, great salesmen with low pressure. We came back after about an hour and decided to commit to this Sonota. When we did every person in the dealership came up to congratulate us on this decision, shook our hands and welcomed us to their family. Todd worked on the paperwork and said I want to give you a tour of our service department. We went through a set of doors and wow in front of us was a impeccably clean and orderly shop. The floor shined under us. I am a mechanic and know how hard it is to keep a shop this clean. It's a investment daily to keep it like this. Impressive, very very impressive. We drove out after many hours in a brand new car, a great feeling and a sense of peace that we had made the right decision to go to Wile Hyundai. We left our old car there as a trade in since they offered us more money than the other dealership did. To all my fellow car purchasers, you need to at least give this dealership a shot at making your shopping experience enjoyable and low pressure. At the end right before we got into our new car the owner of the dealership came out to introduce himself and thank us personally for purchasing a vehicle from his family dealership. We came across Wile Hyundai while on an internet search for a safe, reliable car. Their website was easy to navigate, and what appealed to us was that each vehicle came with CARFAX. That and the VW 2009 Rabbit they had on the lot, what a beauty! My husband called Wile Hyundai on Sunday 8/4/13 and spoke with Jesse. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He scheduled us a test-drive that day. We anxiously drove our car to the dealership, as it's Check Engine light flashed. Thankfully we made it safely and were greeted by Anthony and Jesse. These two gentlemen are top-notch! Both are friendly, professional, and accommodating. In our short time at Wile Hyundai, we developed a rapport with Anthony and Jesse that made our experience memorable and pleasant. Jesse handed us the CARFAX and all the specifics on the Rabbit. This in an honest establishment, and they stand behind the vehicles they offer. The two answered any questions we had, clearly and kindly. This is our first experience with financing a car (and buying from a dealership), so we had a lot to ask. After some brief paperwork, we took our Rabbit for a test drive. What a dream! (I know that this is a Hyundai dealership, and I can assure you they have a fine selection of beautiful Hyundai's on the lot---but this VW was right up our alley). We knew that this is what we wanted/needed. Anthony took our trade-in for a spin, a very short spin, as it just about died in the parking lot. With a junk car and subpar credit, we weren't sure that we'd have any chance of driving that car off the lot. Jesse and Anthony went right to work. Anthony was determined to create an affordable finance plan for us, accepting our trade-in, making endless phone calls, giving us a stellar deal. It happened to become fairly busy during this time and we never once felt that we were being ignored or forgotten as the plans were being made. Jesse checked in on us frequently, letting us know what was happening as it was happening. Soon we were signing the paperwork! Anthony designed the perfect plan for us, complete with GAP insurance. He clearly went over all the details, so that we were in full understanding. Transferring our existing insurance to the new car, our new registration, all the things that you would usually have to do yourself, all these things were taken care of by Anthony and Jesse. When you walk in to this place, you are treated with the utmost respect. These are genuine, hard working people that will go to bat for you. The experience was refreshing--just fantastic. I felt that the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and were willing to go the extra mile to please a customer. Especially with a lot of the talking was done over the phone and did not actually meet the sales team until the day we signed and picked up our new car. The price was what made me come look at the car I did end up purchasing. I wouldn't ever hesitate to recommend a friend, family or even person on the street that asked, to go to Wile Hyundai. This is my 3rd vehicle but the first time I ever went to Wile and now I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else for another car ever again.

I worked with Todd to purchase my very irst car! He was very knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile in regards to customer service. Everyone at the dealership had a friendly word to say, but weren't pushy in making a sale. I was very pleased with my shopping experience although I wish the prices had been a little more negotiable! All of our communications with the dealership were very professional from the time we made our first online inquiry to the day of purchase. Todd was excellent in responding to our questions and honest in his answers. "What you see is what you get" with Wile. We searched online from Puerto Rico to find this vehicle and we were not disappointed when we arrived at Wile. Tania and Anthony were great in handling our purchase and went the extra mile to make sure we could walk out of the dealer with this van on the same day. Everyone at the dealership was professional, even on an extra busy sale of the year day. Jesse covered for Todd in his absence and we even met Andy the owner when we came back for a service, which they fit into an extremely busy service day. We would definitely recommend Wile to others as they care about their clientele.

I have just made my third vehicle purchase from WILE Hyundai of Columbia CT. Moving into the area a few years ago or so and in need of a vehicle for my daughter for college, I purchased a pre-owned 05 Elantra, which she still has and won't give up,... at 107K and counting. My second purchase was a new 08 Sonata, which I wasn't looking for at the time, but I could not pass up the excellent deal. I reluctantly just parted with the 08 at 117K for the same reason;...Could not pass up this deal on my 2013 Sonata Limited!! (The 08 was quickly snatched up by my neighbor for their daughter going to school soon).I have never cared for dealerships in the past, due to the negative experiences. The reason I clicked on everyone's picture for this review is that although I have purchased only three vehicles at WILE, I have dealt with everyone there and have come to know them well. This purchase was with DAN and JESS, who explained everything I needed to know and worked out the best deal I could get to my satisfaction. But no matter who you see when you go in, you will be met pleasantly and treated more than fairly. There really is no need to go anywhere else. Their reputation in the Willimantic area, as well as beyond, is outstanding. Just go to the mall or any shopping center around town. What cars do you see?...with who's name on the marker frame? Just stop in, even if you aren't really looking yet, and just speak to,...well, start anywhere. See EVERYONE!! I would be totally remiss if I did not recognize the SERVICE DEPT. (Why aren't their pictures here??) Whether you are currently driving a Hyundai or not (you should be!), the service department here is excellent. The service staff is as pleasant to deal with as anyone else you'll meet. MARK, BRIAN, PHIL AND TONY are whom I can recall by name (Don't need to go there much), and have been extremely helpful and informative. Once, not long ago when my daughter was visiting (lives out of the area), we noticed her car leaking radiator fluid. I called Mark and shot right down. It was a Friday!! The staff was leaving for the day as I called. Phil hung around. Determining the radiator had to be replaced, (showing me where and why) Mark went inside and returned with keys for a loaner which I took and was able to give my car to my daughter. Monday afternoon,...new radiator.This was gonna be short,...But I could go on even more. All you need to know is this....GO THERE!!!!

I stopped in with 2012 Hyundai with just under 30K late on a friday to see what it was worth. Requested to see the person with the sharpest pencil for a possible trade in...made it clear I was not in Need just looking! Todd, was the sales agent I had first contact with not sure if you rate these guys on scale of 1-10 ... but I would say the whole team was 12-15...it was so impressed with NO pressure feel of the conversations, had a chance to meet Andy Wile, Dan and Anthony. As it turned out after what appeared to be a full disclosure of the Numbers I felt the offer for the trade was about 300 low from what I had been offered at another dealer, however Everyone needs to make a buck and and the the monthly payment was a bit more than I wanted! So I opted not to due the deal unless we could get the number down to my limit.... then Todd mentioned that Anthony had a Demo unit less a trim package I was looking at that might work... so I took a look , asked for a Number and they made the deal work. So Anthony did not loose his shirt but he did loose his car.... Buy the time all this went down it was about closing Friday night, and I had a lot of stuff in my trade, they offered to stayed open , we did the paper work. Dan needed my Company Tax ID With me as it was required..I did not have it on hand and Dan allowed me to text it that night once I got back to my office...Dan Walked me through all of the paper work informed me of the Gap Ins.... which I did not understand and I bought that as well , Thanks Dan! Felt NO pressure through this all and I feel I got a step up deal based on all the factors..Todd worked with me to swap contents and followed me to fuel station to Top off the Tank... Thanks Todd! On Saturday I came in early with a few more Docs requested , and asked if they would detail the Car as it had been used by Antony prior, the car was clean but needed a detail.. so Dan said it would take a few hours, said the keys were in His car if I needed to go and care for business, of which I did so I took his car for a few hours returned the car was detailed and Todd Spent a little more time going over some Perks offered with the new Ride....I decided to do business with them extremely pleasurable experience with this dealership and they have gained a long term customer for sure as long as I live in this area, Andy you have a great team there and I thank you for your efforts to make this deal work!! I am also happy with the product as well Hyundai has done good things with this brand....

I found this process to be almost too good to be true. From the second I stepped into Wile Hyundai I was greeted by smiling faces and warm hello's. I went into the dealership very leery because I have been lied to by dealers before and screwed over on my trade-in prices.Also, the previous dealers who I visited in the immediate area were acting like they were the ones who are doing me a favor, even though I was the one looking to spend my hard earned money on a new car.This was the total opposite of what I encountered at Wile. From start to finish the staff at Wile was totally transparent with me and I very much appreciated it. The sales person who helped me out was Todd. He helped me choose the right car that met and exceeded all of my needs. He took time to explain every button, function, switch, and feature that the car had. I fell in love with the 2013 Sonata within 2 minutes of driving it. When we got back from the test drive I knew that this was the car for me. I never once felt pressured or pushed into buying the Sonata, it felt like it was meant to be. Dan was the finance guy that helped me through the financial process over there. He got me an amazing percentage rate which was even lower than my credit union. Dan was upfront and honest with me when it came time for the bottom line. There was no trickery or additional added on costs. I am thrilled with my new car and wanted to share my experience with anybody out there looking for a vehicle without all the BS games most other dealerships play. As I was walking out of the dealership everybody said congratulations and seemed genuinely happy for me. Even the owner Andy came up to me to thank me for my business and to congratulate me on my new car. He told me if I have any problems then come straight to him and he would fix it immediately. Overall this has been my best and most painless car buying experience ever, and I have had well over 20 cars throughout my years. Keep up the great work team WILE!!!!

From the moment we stepped into Wile Hyundai we were greeted with smiles and treated professionally. We had numerous questions about the various models that Hyundai offers and Anthony Gonci and Dean Chapman were extremely knowledgable about the various vehicles. We test drove many cars and did not get one complaint from either of them despite us not purchasing a vehicle the first day. They even helped us put air in our tire when we noticed it was low. In addition to this, they were extremely child friendly and talked to our 6 year old son like he was a part of their family.After returning home to do some research we noticed that our drivers license was left at the dealership. When we called Anthony, he informed us that Dean was already in route to our home to return it. The next day we returned to the dealership and test drove a couple models to ensure that we were purchasing the right vehicle, again with no complaints (they even pulled out the showroom car to let us test drive it as well). Both Dean and Anthony were extremely friendly and not pushy at all. After selecting the Hyundai Sonata Limited both of them helped us through the finance process and made us feel comfortable. We are very likely to purchase another vehicle from Wile Hyundai in the future. Thank you Dean and Anthony!!

I just bought a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe from Wile Hyundai, and all I can say is that I couldn't be happier. This is my second purchase from this dealership. My first was a pre-owned 2006 Sonata. I enjoyed my first experience so much that they were my first choice when I had an oppurtunity to upgrade my vehicle. Driving off the lot in the best car I ever owned felt great. This was only matched by the customer service I received by the whole team at Wile Hyundai in Columbia,Ct. Never once did I feel Conned or pressured. They were all friendly and acted in my best interest every step of the way. From locating the vehicle I really wanted, to arranging financing options, it was just such an easy process. Sometimes we're scared of dealerships or our credit when we really shouldn't be. These guys will do everything they can to make you happy. Overall I can't say how great they are. People that weren't even involved in my purchase were very friendly and accommadating. I never once felt that I was just a sale and not a person. This really meant alot to me. I have to personally thank Jesse Nye for spear-heading this great experience. He is a straight-shooter who really has mastered customer service. He was there for me every step of the way without being pushy. He never came across as a salesman. He never tried to push something on me that I didn't want or need. He was friendly, helpful, and most of all, honest. These are rare traights in this industry. I can't recommend him enough. This also says alot about Hyundai and this dealership. This company stands by their product so confidently that they offer the best warranties around. On top of that, they are wise enough to have people like Jesse representing their brand. I walked into Wile Hyundai on a Sunday afternoon to peruse their selection as I had read recently that the Elantra was a quality vehicle and had received a number of recommendations from friends and my barber. I was greeted by Doug who provided me answers to all of my questions about their used Elantras on the lot and allowed me to take a test drive of one of the vehicles. I left the dealership satisfied with the Elantra and after comparing their prices to those of other dealerships for comparable Elantras in the area, had found that their prices were the best. Doug and I met up again and discussed the one Elantra that had caught my eye and within a short while I had agreed to purchase the vehicle; they offered me a fair value for the trade in of my old Civic. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the price I paid for the Elantra and with both Doug and Tania and would recommend that anyone looking to purchase a vehicle consider taking a look at Wile.

In a nut shell I needed a new car with a solid warranty fast. Jesse and the team at Wile made that happen. In less than 24 hours I was able to drive off the lot in a brand new Accent with no money down and piece of mind that if anything happened the team at Wile would help get everything taken care of and I would not be carless. The service was great as we were greeted at the door and quickly were able to test drive a vehicle. We were also presented with a clear explanation of monthly payments and all warranty options. I purchased my first Hyundai in 2005, traded that one in for a Tuscon in 2007, then again traded for my first Sonata in 09. I was very interested in the 2013 Sonata, loved the look and decided to just check if I could do any better with the interest rate I was currently paying. I met with Jesse Nye and told him I was just thinking about it at this point and really wanted to see if he could help with the interest rate. He was great to deal with, and I told him the exact one I would want to purchase. Within a couple of days he had that one at the dealership and a few more days went by without him calling, he just did his job and helped us lower the interest rate quite a bit! I was so impressed by this dealership and Jesse as well, he actually came in on his day off to show me the new details of this vehicle. There were quite a few reasons I began, and ultimately ended, my search for a new vehicle at Wile Hyundai. Initially, it was about proximity, and their reputation forgetting loans done, since my credit in recent years had taken a beating due to the economy. When I got a call from Jesse Nye on a Sunday, the day after a snow storm, I couldn't help but be impressed by his dedication and professionalism. Jesse was upfront, but never pushy. When I arrived at the dealership, I felt comfortable and welcome, and knew I was in the right place. Jesse was down to earth, and certainly had a personality that was easy to find likable. I was also extremely impressed by Tania Coomey, who crunched the numbers to make the arrangement work for everybody. Both Jesse and Tania seemed as excited as I was to put me into my 2013 Accent. I felt they were truly invested in the entire process, to the point that, when I indicated that I wanted a manual transmission, they found the car,and options I wanted at another dealership, and it was delivered to their Columbia location. I have had the car for a week now, and absolutely love it. If the service department is as good as the experience I have had with the sales team, Wile will sell me my next vehicle.And the one after that. Outstanding experience from start to finish.

Couldn't be happier with this dealership and sales person. Went in looking to take a test drive and more info on a new Santa Fe, and came out buying one. No pressure and very knowledgeble on the different models. The sales manager was also very likable and no pressure at all to buy. This is a smaller dealership with plenty to choose from with different features but you don't feel like a number. Went back after purchase to help with setting up some features and they jumped to help me. Great place to buy!!!

Looking for a used car was proving to be a challenge until we went to Wile. Having found the car posting online, we were a bit apprehensive that we would have to drive a bit to see it and dreaded going to another high pressure dishonest dealer. How wrong we were! From the moment we walked in we felt like we belonged there. The no pressure atmosphere was a welcome change from previous experiences. Staff was knowledgeable, warm, friendly, honest, and very accommodating. I cannot say enough about them. All my friends are hearing me brag about having found the best dealer in Connecticut!

Both Andy Wile, dealership owner, and Jesse Nye were great to work with. They gave me a good price on the 2013 Hyundai Elantra and great service. Since I wanted a 6-speed manual and their current inventory had known, Andy arranged a quick swap and I had my car in 2 days. Jesse closed the deal with great customer service and superb knowledge of the vehicle. Will definitely return to Wile Hyundai in the future for my next auto purchase.

Owner is very nice but besides that would not recommend this dealership. Sales person and manager were rude during negotiation process. We felt rushed to make a decision and that our business was not valuable to them. We Ended up going to Central Auto Group and got exactly what we had wanted and asked Wile for, even more with no hassle or attitude. The owner should send his sales team to Central Auto for training and he probably would see more business.

My fiance and I chose wile Hyundai because of our not so good experience at another dealership a year ago. To our suprise it was a great experience.. We went in knowing exactly what I wanted and wasn't pressured into buying another car, EVERYONE was friendly and made us feel comfortable. Tania helped us out the best she could with the car I wanted. And the next day I was able to pick it up! I have actually had the experience of having work down on my car already because of A scratch we found. They worked on it and gave me a car in the meantime so I wouldn't be car-less..they ordered the part just in case something went wrong. All in all I had a great experience and I'm telling everyone to go to wile to buy a car!

i bought a car from john z yesterday.i have never bought a new or used car from a dealership before and i was really impressed with wile hyundai. last year i went to a dealership not far from them and spend 2 days there. all they could get me was a used car at a payment i couldnt afford. i didnt have many expectations of going home with a new car for myself when i went to wile. let me say how pleasantly surprised i was. the no bull no pressure attitude was refreshing. within 2 hours i was driving away in the car i had researched only the night before. thanks john z and everyone at wile. ill definitly be refering anyone i know there!

I am so pleased with the purchase of my new-used car. The sales associate Doug Bertone was very kind. He in fact went out of hos way to come pick me up to test drive a car, as I had ride issues. I felt very comfortable knowing he was available to answer any questions I had. In no way did I feel pressured to make a split-second decision on the purchase of my vehicle. Doug was clear on the paperwork I needed to get the car, and the time frame he gave to pick it up was right on. I would definitely work with Doug Bertone again should the need arise. Wile Hyundai is a fantastic dealership with great employees and a good location.

My husband and I have lived in major cities and have never needed to lease or buy a car. Due to work, we've been planning to relocate to CT where we will definitely need one. Because we currently live in Chicago, we haven't been able to visit dealerships or meet with people directly to discuss car options, etc. Doug and Dan were extremely helpful and communicative via phone and email. My husband and I both applaude the level of service at Wile Hyundai and the intelligence of the people working there. Nothing had to be said twice and both gentlemen were extremely accommodating.Before we were contacted by Wile Hyundai, we had some very frustrating experiences with other dealerships, particularly Key Hyundai where they mask receptionists as "internet specialists" and insist on in-person appointments for any information, despite having repeatedly explained that I AM IN CHICAGO. They were certainly willing to take and process our personal information via web. The least we're entitled to is some information about deals we might qualify for.Shortly after our exhausting experience with Key, I received a call from Doug. He noted our preferences and called me back with some options, as promised. We then dealt with Dan who put together a great lease deal that fit our budget. Both gentlemen were extremely straightforward and prompt with providing information. Our experience with Wile Hyundai was just good, simple, straightforward business. The ditzes working at Key should learn a thing or two from these guys.We'll be signing the papers and driving our car right after our move!

I don't write many reviews, but after such a horrible experience at Key Hyundai in Vernon, and having the exact opposite experience at Wiles, I felt compelled to write. Also, I noticed Wile of Hyundai only had 2 reviews. I would not have given Wiles 5's across the board, but I did have a great experience, and wanted to get them on the map. The sales person really knew his stuff, I didn't feel pressured, I met with the finance manager immediately without problems when I told the sales person I had a finance concern and it was just an easy experience. I wasn't able to haggle, but the car was priced well below book value, had a great car fax and was in nearly-new condistion. Also, the finance manager was very easy to work with, and explained everyting down to the penny. He also worked hard to get us a much better rate than we were able to get elsewhere. Would recommend them to anyone, great business, they have been around for years and everyone in that area buys their cars from them. Now I see why.

We have now purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and have had awesome service both times. I have to say first off there small and the place ain't much to look at. But what they saved on decorating they were willing to pass on. We were able to come to a fair price, straight talk no bull, we were 300 over invoice on one and invoice on the other. I need to note they do seem to turn over sales staff in as most dealers do (seems they have the same 4 core guys and 2 spots that rotate). Last thing to note they were just nice, polite, easy to deal with, we told them what we wanted, were willing to pay and they worked it out. Financing is always an issue but in our case we went with the Hyundai special rate and so it was fixed and no BS...easy enough. Otherwise I would figure on shopping against your credit union. All and all two very easy purchases.
