Gene Simmons could not possibly have been more informative and eager to help. He made my buying experience quick and easy. He is very knowledgeable about the GMC product and answers all questions with ease. From describing the mechanical aspects of the car to the cosmetics to the financial help, he made the buying experience a pleasure. Gene Simmons is indeed a pro. 10/28/20 I've bought two cars now from Gene Simmons at William Buck GMC! They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I've enjoyed doing business here both times I bought from them. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new car. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles. Gene really knows his cars well, you won't find a better new/car dealer than William Buick GMC

My husband and I went to look at vehicles on their lot. Joe greeted us and asked if we had been help and at that time we had not. Joe introduced us to Greg who was courteous and patient with us as we were deciding to purchase a vehicle or not. He was not pushy and had good conversation with us that made my husband and I feel at home. The process was quick and then Greg introduced the finance person, Tony. Tony helped us decide on what we needed to maintain the longevity of our vehicle. My husband I were so grateful to the staff at Williams Buick and we are enjoying our new addition to our family. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Katherine Donovan and Tony Bryant made the process so easy. We drove an hour and 45 minutes to this dealership after having a not so good experience at another dealership. We had an appointment at 6 pm and mind you they closed at 7. Katherine and Tony stayed to make sure we got exactly what we needed and on top of that they were so pleasant and didn't make us feel rushed at all!! Their prices are truly the best around and Katherine was upfront and transparent from the very beginning. I also work in sales and it is often times hard to "sell" someone who sells for a living but Katherine had me sold from the very beginning with her open and honest communication. Tony made the discussion about money fun and easy - often times that part of the conversation is the hard part and Tony's great personality made it super easy. Williams Buick is lucky to have these 2. I am only giving them 5 stars because I can't give 10!!

Excellent buying experience. I called ahead and made an appointment, and when I showed up, they had the truck out front waiting for me. I was quickly on the road on the test drive, and when we got back to the dealership, my trade in was getting appraised. Everything flowed seamlessly, and the whole process was explained each step of the way. Everyone we dealt with that day was wonderful. From Kristen to Sonia to Bruno and Tony, everyone was awesome. Polite, knowledgeable, and willing to work with you to make the deal happen. The whole experience was quick too, we did not have to spend 7 hours there like we have before at other places. Came in at 1, and on the road before 5 in a brand new truck. Bruno even took us out the truck, and went over every single button and every option on the truck and showed us how it all worked. He even called two days later to see how i liked the truck and if i had any more questions for him. Awesome customer service, highly recommend. Thank you to everyone at Williams Buick and GMC!

Enjoyed speaking with Cassandra thru the process of selecting a vehicle prior to driving there to test drive the 2 i was interested in online. When i got there, Dominic was such a treat to work with. He was so patient with me on the test drive and helping us make the best decision for our family. Love the friendly atmosphere and the down to earth personality of the staff. Thank you for helping me get my OnStar set up and showing me how to work the new controls in the vehicle. Your patience is truly amazing!
