Overall experience I wasn’t to pleased with the issue we had encountered. On the other hand our sales rep Adam W. was by far the best salesman I’d ever met. He bent over backwards to make sure we got the issue resolved and fast. Along with Stacey in the finance department. These two men did everything in their power to make sure my wife and I were happy in the end.

So Shannon tried ten times to get us financed. The attempts have all been mailed to us. I think once or twice would have sufficed. Strange fact our credit is fine, absolutely stellar. The criminally insane loan she did offer us was surreal. Something is not right in this regard at all. Eric was great. Rick is a petulant child who screams in the background while adults are having conversations. Also the truck I got had an absolutely filthy air filter. Most reputable dealers change the oil and the filter before sale. Not your joint. I will not be back or recommend your poor excuse for a car dealership. Do some research see how successful places run and implement it. Eric deserves better.

I'm very upset to hear that numerous people, along with myself have been getting the run around about my service advisor George Lewis. I've been coming to William's for almost 10 year's because of him. He is NOT on vacation like many of the staff have been lying to customers! I would appreciate honest work like he has always given me and I am glad I found him still locally.
