This was the easiest car buying experience that my husband and I have ever had. Start to finish, Mike and Jim did an outstanding job! They answered all of our questions and took the time to go over the process with us. I truly appreciate their proffessionalism and excellent customer service.

Sean Lounsbery was a great salesperson to deal with. Never pushy, always respectful and enthusiastic about the product as well as making sure we were satisfied. Even after the purchase he still contacts us to see if we have questions or issues and responds promptly. Mr Barth was also friendly, helpful and professional when it came time for finance options. No one at the dealership gave us the traditional "creepy" salesperson and we really appreciated it.

This is our seventh vehicle purchase at Williamsburg Chrysler. From our first purchase to our most recent service visit, we're always treated like family. Our sales person, Tyler Page takes good care of us and we don't sit around waiting, haggling back and forth. It's always been a great buying experience with each vehicle purchase.

Although very long process, staff was very professional, friendly & helpful. I've never bought a new vehicle before, so I didn't know what to expect, but Sean was very friendly, approachable & very knowledgeable.

We were on vacation and just stopped in to look. 2 1/2hrs later, we were driving off the lot in a new car. We traded in my car so my husband was in contact with the dealership to find me the perfect vehicle for our next visit. Mike found us a 2015 200c and a few other options to test drive. We made the 5hr drive 3 weeks after our 1st purchase to pick out my car. 3 hrs later I was leaving again in a new car. This dealership truly cares about their customers and provides a seamless experience front to back. You know you are providing quality service if your customers are willing to travel over 300 miles. I can't rave enough about Mike, Eric, & Keith.

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Williamsburg Chrysler. The experience has been exceptional on all three. The vehicles purchased were ready to drive off the lot. We did not have to return to get anything else done. Great Job!

i was very unhappy with my experience. i have a 2004 Crossfire that I took in for an oil change. It has 20,000 miles on it. It is really a new car. When I left I had a bill of $963.00. i was told that i had oil leaking. I accepted that but, they did not use quality parts to fix my vehicle. Now, my mint condition auto will never be the same. I ALSO DID NOT LIKE THE WAY THE MANAGER KEPT PUSHING THE ISSUES I HAD OFF ON SOMEONE ELSE. THE SERVICE MANAGER CONTINUED TO STICK TO THE SAME THING IN A NONCHALANT MANNER. I AM SO SORRY I WENT TO THE DEALER TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICED. I SHOULD HAVE JUST GOTTEN AN OIL CHANGE. I DO NOT FEEL I NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE DONE. WERE THEY JUST TRYING TO MAKE MONEY AT MY EXPENSE?

The primary reason I leased a Kia from your dealership is due to the trust I have in Michael Dye. Due to the advertisements received via e-mail advertisements and posted in the Gazette - that's what influenced me to meet with Michael and eventually sign a lease. The entire experience was very pleasant, and Michael went out of way to show us numerous cars to meet my daughter's satisfaction -and of course mine. Due to Michael's excellent customer service I feel confident I leased a safe vehicle for my daughter and received a very fair deal.

I've never had a more pleasant experience buying a car. I found the car I was interested in on a Tuesday but couldn't see it until Saturday. I contacted the Dealership via email and was put in contact with Michael Dye with internet sales. We set a time to meet & drive the vehicle. Once I arrived, Michael Dye met me and took me through the entire process from start to finish! He made me feel like I was the most important customer there. Truely one of a kind! I highly recommend Michael and this dealership to everyone. I did buy the vehicle that day and have been completely satisfied ever since. Kudos to Williamsburg Chrysler Jeep....you have a customer for life!
