Went here to upgrade our old van and found a great used van with every amenity we wanted. I was able to work out a fair deal and got a great vehicle in the process. At no time was Blake or the rest of the crew pushy or put on any pressure in the process. Honestly, it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had to date! Even their delivery guy sat with me for over 30 minutes after my purchase to run me through EVERYTHING about my "new to me" vehicle. I thought that was awesome considering I wasn't spending $60k on a new Lexus or anything. I can say that when I am ready to upgrade our next vehicle, I will be heading back to Willis. Update: Now 2 years later, I went back looking for another vehicle. Found something within my range, but it had some clear engine issues as it was visibly rocking back and forth at idle. Was told that all was fine and well, but it was clear this was uncharacteristic of the vehicle. Felt like the concern was brushed off and I definitely didn't get the same level of service as before. Also, there were two times I was interested in vehicles that were a part of their Guest Fleet (the summer of 2020 and more recently), yet every time I inquired about them, they were never available. No efforts were made to try to bring those vehicles back to look at, which was a deal breaker for me as well. Just felt a huge disconnect this time around after working with the same person who sold me the vehicle I mentioned above two years ago. I was in the $12-$15k range, so while I know it wasn't an expensive vehicle, it seems they didn't care much about making the sale from a potential repeat customer. A disappointing experience all around. Sadly, I won't be going back to Willis the next time I'm in the market.

Mini Service at Willis Auto Campus is the best. Fast. Friendly. Accurate. Neat and Tidy. It doesn't get any better. I wouldn't risk my Mini Cooper S Countryman ALL4 anyplace else. Because there is no risk at Willis. Jeremiah is WONDERFUL to work with and will make sure you get the best service anywhere, bar none. Willis/Mini always has been and always will be THE BEST! Did I mention that Anthony Perry in Sales is pretty great too! If you’re financing, there are none better to work with than Brent Appledorn. Great people, great service, great deals!

Advertising the price of a car at a certain amount then jacking the price when the customer is interested is bad business.

We purchased a certified Lexus RX350l from Willis. Before purchasing we were undecided on what 3rd row SUV we wanted. They let us take home and drive 3 different vehicles to test. At no time did the sales ever call bothering us on how we liked what we took home. After purchasing the finance was short and simple and the technology person was top notch as well. Best vehicle buying experience ever!

I had an issue with some paint peeling off my 2018 QX80. Matt was exceptional, he stood behind this and I needed to tout them on their customer service.
