Great service dept crew. Very professional and I highly recommend. Sales is a different story, hey but everyone has one of those stories. Feel safe at knowing you car or truck will be taken care of. ...........................................................................................................................I know have a very different opinion on the service department, my truck has been at their shop for 7 WEEKS now with very little communication. I had to remind them my truck was there and that the parts they were waiting on were in their parts department. I have texted and called in recent days with no response on the status of my truck. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT 7 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The people here were very friendly. Unfortunately, the entire world is out of cars, so they had very limited inventory. But Willowbrook Ford did seem to have more inventory than other dealerships in the area, so it's worth trying them if you are looking. I will go back when there is inventory again, as this seems like a good dealership.

Went into Willowbrook and met with Dave Palumbo. Discussed what I was looking for , then Dave set it up for the dealership to go to Wisconson about 200 miles away and pick up the truck the next day . The Body shop team was also great as they took care of the accesories I ordered.

Joe(The salesman) and Joel, (the sales manager) as well as the rest of the staff we interacted with went above and beyond to help us find the right SUV at the right price. Fair price, fair trade-in value and good financing rate. It didn't feel like the traditional experience where it's a wrestling match to get a fair deal on a car; this felt like a team of us trying yo get a mutually-satisfactory deal done. We love our certified, pre-owned Expedition! I would go to Willowbrook Ford for my next Ford.

We were just in for a test drive, to see how we liked the Ford Expeditions. Joe Ragusa helped us and we test drove a couple of the pre-owned 2015s Expeditions on the lot. Joe and his sales-manager went out of their way to work with us on trade-in value, finance rates and protection packages. We never felt pressured but we could tell they were working hard to get our business. At the end of the day we left with a 2015 Expedition EL XLT and we love it.

Had been looking for a year old used car then started to see new 2016 Ford Tauruses for less then used. Saw one at this dealership, test drove it, and sat down with them and worked out a great deal. David Palumbo was a no pressure kind of guy. The whole team there was fabulous. Drove home with a new car. Am very pleased with the whole experience.

Arrived an hour and a half from closing, salesman David Palumbo was great. He walked is through our options, allowed us a look at several different models of suv, then test drive. We had reservations about the costs involved with a brand new suv and he found a 2016 model that fit our needs and price range and explained everything to us so that my wife and I felt comfortable with the choice we made. Finance manager Sebastian was excellent in working his experience to get my payment to where I needed it to be to fit my budget. A very great experience all around with everyone at willowbrook ford!

I researched on line for a specific used car and found the vehicle I was looking for at Willowbrook Ford. The internet manager, Mike Hamilton, contacted me ASAP the following morning and was really a pleasure to talk to. He confirmed the used car I was looking for was still in stock. I drove from Chicago to Willowbrook that day and met with Mike whom was just as friendly in person as he was on the phone. He introduced me to a sales rep, Raul Figueroa, whom was also very friendly. Raul and I went on a test drive, and during that entire time not once did I feel pressured into buying the car. Raul was very friendly, helpful and did what he could to help me feel comfortable. I bought the car and the following day brought it to have an auto diagnostics test and was told by the service men that the car is in great working condition, no drips, no mechanical problems, etc. They basically said I bought a great car!! How cool is that! I would recommend both Raul and Willowbrook Ford to other folks interested in buying a car. Thanks guys!

I stopped in after playing golf nearby to see a Transit Connect Wagon at Willowbrook. After seeing a used car, I told my salesperson Carrie Pique the car I wanted. They found the car and had it at the dealer the next day. When my wife and I arrived, we were introduced to David Palumbo, because Carrie was busy selling a car to another customer. We did a test drive. My wife drove the van first, and then me. David was fun to be with and really enjoyed the benefits of XM radio. Being of a certain age, all of us enjoyed the oldies but goodies. After the test drive and a little haggling, with zero pressure, we arrived at a fair price. As you know, if you have ever purchased a new car, the paperwork takes a while because of the regulations imposed upon the dealer by the state and federal governments. We the met with the business manager, Sebastian. He was quick and efficient. We purchased an extended warranty given the complexity of the vehicles these days. I feel like this was the correct choice. My wife returned today to turn in our old van, and pick up the new. David met with my wife and gave her a tutorial on the touch screen system. I'm glad I didn't have to since my wife is the exact opposite of a geek times 10. Overall this purchase was a good experience. I recommend David Palumbo at Willowbrook Ford.

After looking through private buyers for quite some some time and seeing nothing but duds, it was a great change of pace to drive some cars that were in good condition and actually worth my while. I was hoping to not go the dealer route, but Ken Brown was able to hook me up with a car that worked great for me. Even though we came in at the tail end of their business hours, he was extremely friendly. He's very honest and forthcoming and doesn't apply pressure to get a car out of your price range. If I am in need of a great car and a good deal in the future, I'll definitely come to him.

Repeat buyer from the same salesman (3/2015 and 9/2015). David Dickey is the kindest, most easy going salesman there ever was. He doesn't waste your time going back and forth on price for hours on end. On both purchases (one in March, one last weekend) I made an offer on a brand new car. On one they actually came back UNDER what my offer was, stating they could do better than what I was willing to pay. On the second purchase they came extremely close and we walked away confident in the deal. We have been searching for a dealership for quite sometime that is fair and actually listens to what we are looking for...we actually drove 45 min to this dealership and are so thankful we did.

I just wanted everyone to know about the terrible experience I had with my family at this dealership and what makes it even worse is that I brought them there. Anyway we picked the car after all the B.S. they try to feed us, by trying to sell us some used cars, taking advantage of the fact that my brother in law did not have a good credit score. Finally my mother in law co-signed for him and we tried to talk the price down, the finance manager was fighting over $75. I told him that is unbelievable that he would fight over $75. Finally my mother in law said she will pay that stinking $75. Afterwards, the finance manager that was closing the papers with us was trying to sell us an (extra warranty) I told him fine, give us something off on it and we will take it. Besides the fact that he continued to insult our intelligence(practically saying that we are stupid) I can believe that they put somebody like that to work with people that spend thousands and thousands of $$$. Finally after spending a whole day there at the dealer, I got upset and raised my voice (which maybe I should not have done) but everyone has a limit, Right?! While I'm holding my three years old son in my hands, because he was so tired. He proceeds to ask me why am I talking to him like 'I'm getting ready to hit him" Can you imagine that they would talk to you like that in front of your family, not just that but A three years old child.Terrible, please save your self some time, energy and money. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALER.TERRIBLE

Me and my friend are both very tall and Willowbrook Ford had a used Thunderbird on their lot. We just wanted to sit in it and and see if we fit top up and down. Neither of us did. But the salesmen were more then accomodating and understanding.

Fraudulent dealership and dishonest salesman. Purchased a used car that was inspected to be in excellent condition just to find out that it had thousands of dollars in damage including faulty breaks and cracked motormount. Safety and honesty is not their concern. Find another dealer...
