We came from Philadelphia for a particular car. Both Tyler and Ashley worked hard to make sure that everything was in place so the sale went through smoothly, after a fun test drive of course. Tyler was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions about the origin of the car and the dealership's pricing policy. I felt that we were dealing with honest people. I wish this dealership was closer to my home so I could take advantage of the service plans.

I walked in with a list of what I wanted in my next SUV. Tyler said okay let's have some fun with it, come back and we drive and look at as many as you like even if it takes all day. I think he would have left me drive them all. Luckily I didn't need to. So we looked at several vehicles and drove some, Until I narrowed it down between 2. Tyler was very patient and able to answer all my questions. He only showed me the vehicles that had what I was looking for and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want. Most of all he didn't push or pressure me. I must admit it was a fun experience to buy a car. Thanks you, for making it fun. Love my Escape.

We saw a car online that we were interested in and went to test drive. We were immediately impressed with the level of friendliness and non-pushy approach. We ended up testing driving 2 vehicles, both which were priced competitively based on our research. Tyler was great to work with- he was honest, straightforward and personable. He did everything he could to help walk us through the process. We walked away very happy with our car (I love it!) and feeling positive about the overall experience.

My wife and I drove over 100 miles to test drive a truck we were interested in. Our car broke down approx. 35 miles from the dealership. Lost and confused we called Tyler and asked if they had a shop. We had our car towed to the dealership and they repaired it in less than an hour (bad water pump). We test drove the truck and were very pleased but we had pre-approved financing from an out of state credit union. Their requirements were unreasonable and would have required at least one more visit. Tyler applied no pressure but suggested several alternatives once we were in agreement he suggested a nice resturant for us while he finished the paperwork and detailed the truck (yes, he detialed the truck, everyone else was gone.) We returned 45 minutes later (closing time) , signed all documents and drove off in our beautiful new/used truck.I would be lying if I was to say the 14 hour day was a pleasure and stress free but Wissler Motors and Tyler did all they could to accomodate and assist.Not only would i reccommend them I will return (100 miles) to use them again.

Been looking for a very specific make and model, found the car thru autotrader.com which took me directly to their website. I used their online contact to register my interest, much to my surprise I heard back from their salesman Tyler Ashley almost immediately. Very pleasant experience, no high pressure, so unlike today's typical car buying adventure. They were just down the road in Mt. Joy but I was unaware of their existence, wish I had known about Wissler before I had sold my previous car at Car Max. Wissler will buy your car outright with no pressure to buy their cars, would have saved myself some tax dollars. Tyler was great to work with; friendly, honest and again no games or high pressure sales pitch. Also received a great restaurant recommendation (Harvey's) in Mt. Joy. Will definently return for my next car purchase. PS: car was beautifully detailed!

Tyler was so patient and helpful. We drove many many vehicles until I found the right one! He was informative, he cared, and wanted to make sure I was completely happy with the car choice I was making. I work all day and get off work late but Tyler was very accommodating to my schedule. He even stayed late 2 days in a row to continue talking and test driving vehicles with me! I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone. My parents will soon be car shopping and were very impressed with how helpful he was that they will be going to him for their next vehicle. My wife and I stopped at Wissler Motors on Saturday 9/3/16 to test drive a 2016 Nissan Rouge and a 2014 Ford Explorer. Tyler A greeted us as our salesman. He was knowledge, professional and made us feel very comfortable at the dealership. Although in the end, we did not find the exact match of vehicle we were looking for at Wisslers, the experience was first class as was Tyler. I had an appointment to test drive a 2012 Kia Soul at CarMax that evening, but saw a 2014 Soul listed on CarGuru at Wissler and decided to go see it just to compare. Salesman Tyler Ashley was so gracious and straight forward in providing information and a thorough test drive. When I asked for a simple out-the-door price, he said it was exactly what was listed plus state tax and title. No gimmicks, no add-ons. He even gave a generous allowance and took my old car. They even gave an immediate new state inspection. I wrote a check and drove it home (and cancelled the other appointment.) This is a remarkable dealership! They are honest and open and genuinely desire to serve the customer. I'm 70 years old and have never had such a positive car buying experience.

Took my vehicle to them because it had shut off during driving. Wissler did their so called diagnositic check, but wasn't able to find the problem. Took vehicle to Ford thinking "this is going to be expensive", but it turned out to be a blown fuse. Contacted Wissler to contest the charges to receive a full refund, but they will not refund anything. Reason: Wissler completed a diagnostic check to the best of their ability and deemed the problem couldn't be fixed at their facility. All, I would be worried if I were you. If Wissler can't even fix a simple fuse... what kind of service are you all getting. If you don't heed this warning, best of luck.

Both my wife and I have purchased many pre-owned vehicles in the past, and this was certainly one of the better experiences. Our sales person, Ashley, went out of her way to accomodate us. The vehicle was fairly priced compared to similar ones on the market. After the first test drive I really liked the vehicle but had a few concerns about how it drove. The next day she had it in the shop to see if they could correct the minor issues, which had to do with the balancing of the new tires. The next day via emails back and forth, she answered all of my questions (and I have a lot before making a large purchase like that one) and priced all of the options as far as warranties and gap insurance. We spoke about which ones made sense and which ones didn't. She seemed to have knowledge of both automobiles and the auto business in general. As my schedule would not permit me to return when she was working, she came back after she was off for the day and let me take a second test drive, which showed me that my previous concerns had been corrected. We got the loan approved, did the paperwork, discussed all of the service perks, and scooted out with a new auto. We apprciated her information without ever asking "what can i do to get you in this car today?' We never felt pressured and overall was just a pleasant experience.

I knew it was soon time to buy a new car. I've been driving my mini-van for 15 years. That time came when my van did not pass inspection in June. We shopped and looked at vehicles online and in car dealer lots. I saw a beauty of a Jeep Wrangler on Wissler's website. Emailed Ashley and received a prompt reply. I went to see it on a Tuesday and we put a deposit on it Wednesday and purchased it a day later. The only down side was making an appointment with Ashley for 6:00 p.m. and not being able to receive service from her as she was busy with another customer. Alex took great care of us though and we didn't mind the wait and the time it took to complete the paperwork. I drove away a happy customer in my Jeep Wrangler.

The dealership is first class. It was a pleasure working with someone who was down to earth and honest. He didn't have that "car salesman attitude." Our car insurance company was contacted for us therefore we had zero leg work. They used our bank of choice and dealt with them directly. Recently purchased a 2014 Honda Pilot Touring from Wissler Motors. Tyler Ashley was very friendly, professional, and honest. We had been in the market for said vehicle, so even though the price was not negotiable, the research we had done showed that it was more than fairly priced. We looked for the right used vehicle for about a month. We stopped at Wissler's because of a red Jeep that caught my eye. We met Ashley Joline and were very impressed with her. She was very helpful and not pushy. We wanted to shop around and went to 2 other dealerships. I was not impressed and knew I wanted to go back and work with Ashley although I didn't know what car I even wanted and was unsure about giving up my car that I was attached to even though it was too small. I saw the car with the top down as I was passing the dealership. It caught my eye. Stopped in to take a look at it. It was love at first sight. I wasn't looking to buy a car - I have a Dodge Caravan that's in great shape. Anyway, I left and returned a couple of days later to take it for a test drive. Alex Pared took me out for the test drive. He's very knowledgeable, soft-spoken, laughs easily, and just a great guy to work with. It took at least a month before I finally decided to buy it. In the meantime, I was looking at other vehicles, but Alex kept in touch with me. I made an offer and waited for a response from the dealership. I thought if it sells, then it wasn't meant to be. I didn't NEED a car, but I WANTED a convertible. Finally, we were able to agree on a price! Now the car is MINE!Thank you Alex for your diligence, determination, and courtesy. When we arrived at Wissler with no plans of buying a car and window shopping, we were greeted by a friendly and courteous salesman named Alex! He was very polite and nice and we did not feel pressured during our visit. Alex was very informative and able to answer all our questions thoroughly! We were extremely interested in a couple different brands but the Subaru on Wisslers lot was very appealing and right for the price. Alex helped us understand the pros and cons of all the brands were looking at including Subaru and helped us to discover that Subaru was the right fit for our growing family! He was not only helpful and courteous but very professional and organized!! We had a great experience with him and are so glad we got to meet him and have him help us with our transaction! Tyler answered some questions on the phone, and when we arrived at the dealership, we were happy to see a clean, modern, spacious facility with very professional personnel. In spite of the late hour on a Saturday, Tyler patiently gave us the information we needed and we sealed the deal! I had already been to some other dealers and was not satisfied with my experience. My feelings changed when I met Tyler. He was personable and upfront. He let us take our time looking, made some suggestions, and helped us narrow down our choices. As he juggled several customers on a busy Saturday, he always made sure we were taken care of and felt like we were a priority. He followed up with a friendly phone call after our visit as well. This place was quite a find, well worth the drive from Hershey/Harrisburg area. They had a Honda Accord I was interested in seeing. I inquired about the car via Carsguru,com. Ashley got back to me right away. I went there and test drove the car, no pressure at all. The car was just what I was looking for. Ashley was very knowledgeable and professional. I can't recommend Wissler Motors and Ashley enough. If you want a used car in great shape, definitely check out their inventory.

I have been searching all over the Philly area for the last 7 weeks for a deal on a certified Jeep Grand Cherokee, and had visited quite a few dealers in the area to test drive and get the best deal possible. I have also been scouring the internet on every single auto purchase website that has ever been created, searching for just the right vehicle. I finally came across Wissler Motors in Mount Joy and found a couple of vehicles I was interested in and their pricing listed on the internet was fantastic. I reached out to Wissler Motors and got a hold of Alex Pared and talked to him about the cars I was interested in and that I would like to come in. Very polite and courteous on the phone and I ended up getting anxious and taking a friday afternoon drive out to the dealership, which is about an hour and a half from my house. In the meantime I reached out to some co-workers who live in Mt. Joy to see if anyone had purchased from Wissler and heard some great feedback.When I got to the dealership one of the cars I was looking at had sold but they still had the one 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee I was more interested in available. Alex was very apologetic about the other vehicle, it wasn't that big of a deal for me in the end anyway. There was no pressure whatsoever from the second we started talking. Spoke with a few other people on staff and all were very nice and approachable. This was refreshing after being at other dealerships who acted the exact opposite.Took the car for a test drive and knew that was the car i wanted. The price on the internet was super competitive and the best deal I could find for this model and trim within a couple hundred mile search. When it came time for my trade in I knew I wasn't going to get much on an 11 year old car with 237K miles on it. But instead of just throwing a number at me Alex showed me exactly how they got there with the KBB Dealer valuation. This was something that really impressed me and made me feel that everything was transparent and out in the open. After a few rounds we finally got down to a price i was comfortable with. We had a little trouble with the paperwork and had to push the deal back a couple days but Alex was very understanding and after putting down a deposit made me feel reassured I was not going to miss on on this deal.I have been in my new car for the last week and love it so far. I have been praising the staff at Wissler and telling friends, co-workers and family if they need a vehicle to look up Wissler Motors. It was ultimately their pricing, customer service, and transparent approach that made me feel great driving off the lot with my new vehicle. Overall I had a very good experience with Wissler Motors during my car search. The Sales representative, Tyler, was very courteous and did his best to answer any questions I had. There was no high pressure salesmanship and I did feel that I got a good deal. They had a good selection of cars to test drive and all were in good condition. I felt free to take my time and choose what I felt was the best option for me and my family. Tyler worked very hard to ensure I was able to leave with my new purchase that evening even going so far as to wash and clean it himself as it was late in the evening. I would go there again if I was in search of another vehicle.

So after an awful experience earlier in the week at another car dealership, we decided to try our hand at Wissler Motors in Mount Joy, based on the positive Google Reviews.We entered the dealership very hesitant around 11:00 am, and proceeded into the showroom. A young man was walking out the doors, but turned around and smiled. I wasnt sure if he worked at Wissler, but I asked if he knew who could help us. He came right back into the showroom and introductions were made. Little did I know this was going to be the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had !I explained there were 2 vehicles listed online, we were interested in looking at. The young man found the keys to both and we headed outside. The first vehicle was a beautiful Chrysler 200. We looked it over and the young man showed us all the features and was happy to answer all questions we had. My husband had driven the same car earlier in the week, however the young man stated all cars are different, so please test drive it. He was not trying to give us any song and dance, but I still had my guard up.We then went and looked at a gorgeous Ford Fusion. It was like this car was brand new right off the manufacture line, however it was a used car. Mrs. Wissler does an amazing job buying cars for this dealership and should also be commended. The young man was again eager to show us all the features and answer any questions. My husband wanted to test drive this beauty, so they embarked onto the open road, but before that, the young man showed myself & my daughter to the waiting room like a true gentleman would.Upon return, I could tell my husband liked the car. We decided to sit down and start the worst part of car buying - negotiations. The young man went over all that Wissler Motors had to offer and we came to an agreement. WAIT, did that just happen ! No sleezy sales technics ? No one trying to pull one over on us ? Someone who was honest and we could be honest with as well ? YES IT DID !!!As you can see from my remarks above, I never reference the young man that helped us as a car salesman or sales representative, as he was neither to us. He was a true gentleman through the entire process. Needless to say, when my old car finally reached the end of its life, I was very stressed about how I would go about finding a nice, newer, used car at a decent price. Black Ice brought my Ram 1500 and Wissler Motors together. From the first phone call with Ted Morelock in collision, I felt at ease that this was the place to get my truck repaired. Met with him, took pictures of the issues and he took care of my insurance situations plus got a call for a local rental car that I picked up at Wisslers. No need to run all over creation and make more stress from a stressful situation. With all the questions Ted could get in a days time from everyone, he was patient with me and answered everything. They had my truck for 9 days and when I went to pick it up, it was beautiful again. Dropped the rental car there and he took care of contacting the rental company. I hadn't used Wissler for service in a couple of years for no particular reason, then recently, my minivan broke down and my husband suggested towing the car over to Wissler as opposed to our dealer. What a great decision that turned out to be! Not only was Hans friendly, sympathetic and kind (and it was an hour before closing!), but he assured me that they could take care of seeing what my car might need and they had a loaner car which I was allowed to use in the meantime. My minivan was fixed by the end of the very next day --- at a price much less than our dealer would have charged -- plus we had the use of the loaner vehicle which was a big help with the kids and both of our jobs.. etc..Hans could not have been more polite and professional. I highly recommend Wissler and Hans Seidel for any of your car service needs and I'll definitely be a returning customer!! :)

When it comes to cars, my husband and I know exactly what we are looking for, and we knew coming into Wissler Motors that we would buy the car, but what we didn't know were all the road bumps we would come across with getting the new car. Alex Pared was our salesman, and he was helpful, professional, personable, and understanding. We test drove the car with Alex and knew it was the car for us. After we drove it, Alex made everything as smooth as possible. We had a couple hiccups with the title and registration of our own trade-in car, but with the help of Alex and the other employees there at Wissler, they made it an easy process and were very understanding with everything! Alex went over all kinds of records and explained everything we needed help with. They truly make it an easy and fun process to buy a car. We are loving our car, we love the low price Wissler had it at, and we love the customer service we received by everyone involved, especially our salesman Alex Pared. I'm a very picky person when it comes to customer service, and they exceeded our expectations. My husband and I are sure to go back to Wissler for oil changes and other services needed on our car. I made an inquiry on Wissler's website back in September and Alex followed up on it with me. I wasn't very optimistic about being able to find anything (I had very specific needs) but Alex matched me with a vehicle that fit perfectly. Then, Chris helped get me financing in what was undoubtedly a difficult situation. Then, after a boo boo on my part (truck is a tight fit in my garage, I learned the hard way), Ted worked to find a replacement for my side view mirror (challenging for a 9 year old vehicle, I'd imagine).All in all, I had a great experience with Wissler and have recommended them to several friends (even out of state residents) for just that reason. I admit, I waited a little bit to post a review, wanting the shine to wear off a bit and to see how their post-purchase service holds up. I've had my Explorer for a month now and at no time have I ever gotten anything but top notch service when I contacted Wissler (or just walked in out of the blue, since they're right down the street from me). I have recommended them to people I know unabashedly.

Have been looking for good 1 or 2 year old mid sized SUV and needed in a few days for trip. Wissler was recommended by a friend and now I know why. I've been a little stressed to find a replacement car at a good price. Lex took care of everything. I'm sure I did not make things easy..changing my mind on my trade in and causing Lex to have to revise the paperwork, but he just rolled with it and made everything on his end as smooth as possible. I got a great deal on a car I'm sure I will love. There are little perks to buying from Wissler like free car washes and reward program points worth 3 free oil changes, but the real advantage is working with trustworthy people. Their focus is on getting you a good solid car at a good price, not just making a quick sale.

My vehicle had been making an odd noise so I called Wisslers to make an appointment. They were very helpful and got me an appointment as soon as possible. I had asked to go on the test ride with the mechanic and that was no problem at all. Through the whole process of my vehicle being serviced they explained what was happening and the steps they needed to take. When I asked questions they responded well and if they did not have the answers would go directly to the mechanics to verify. Also, in terms of price by bill ended up being larger than I expected but it was beacuse of all the man labor. They had a written report and breakdown of the costs as they went and were very open to discuss cost instead of hiding it until the end. Being a young female most automotive places try to pull a fast one on me assuming I know nothing about cars. Wissler's did not do that and instead worked well with me instead of making me feel that I had no choice but to agree with exactly what they were saying. Overall I would recommend their service to anyone.

Experience was super easy with no pressure. Sales rep was friendly but not overbearing. The financing was fast and easy. We did not have to sit around for hours bargaining. Gave us a fair value for our trade. The car we purchased was priced $1400 below KBB price recommendation. Third car we've purchased here in past 10 years.

To ensure safety, they recommended strapping it down. Went to purchase straps and stunned to find Phil running (literally) to the next door hardware store to help me purchase exact size and kind of what I needed. He showed a work ethic that seems to be rare these days. The rest of the staff were top notch as well.

I am writing on behalf of both myself and my wife since we both are picking up cars later today... a Hyundai Sonata 2.0T and a Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0T. Our salesman, Lex Amaro, is absolutely top notch. I first met him when I stopped in to test drive a car that I saw on CarGurus.com. I turned out to be very lucky that Lex was on duty. He not only walked me through choosing a car for myself, but also suggested another car on the lot for my wife, who was also looking. His professionalism and love for what he does comes through loud and clear. He is incredibly knowledgeable about their cars, but he is also a great person who is clearly honest and down to earth. He definitely breaks the typical negative stereotype for used car salesmen. We trust him completely and we both feel like valued customers and almost like family. Wissler Motors is an amazing family owned 50+ year old dealership with the highest quality standards for their cars and obviously for their staff as well. We will definitely recommend both Lex and the dealership to our friends and we will definitely look forward to buying cars from them in the future! I give them my highest rating... and I am not easy to impress.Lastly, and this might not seem important to many people, but it is to me. They do not "pollute" their cars with a large obnoxious permanent dealer sticker with their name printed larger than the car manufacturer... just a small stylized "W" which looks distinctive. Trust me, I've seen lots of other dealers who are obviously after years of free advertising at your expense. Wissler Motors Service Department is a rare breed of service technicians. They treat each person with the utmost respect, kindness and patience. I am taken back by the effort each member of the service department takes to make sure their customers are cared for, are satisfied and walk away knowing the absolute best was done for their vehicle. My experience with the service department is always uplifting and each time I come in, a little more of my faith in service technicians is restored. I trust the recommendations Hans Seidel gives because: 1) he is honest with me, 2) he does not leave me guessing about what repairs are needed or how much they will cost and 3) he allows me the time to think things through as far as what is best for my vehicle and my budget. I, also, appreciate Hans taking the time to make sure I understand all the repairs that were done or needs done in order to keep my vehicle in good running condition.And my latest experience with Wissler Motors' Service Department went above and beyond what I would expect from anyone. Last week, I received the best care for my vehicle and me that I ever received since owning my first car! I was absolutely floored by the service I received!Hans and another gentleman, whose name I did not learn, helped me with an unsettling car issue. Hans and the other gentleman were patient with me as I took up much of their time deciding what to do with my vehicle. They stayed with me longer than I expected anyone would and they made sure I had what I needed in order for me to get through the next few days. It is service like this that lets me know Wissler Motors Service Department truly cares about their customers and their customers' cars. I immediately felt comfortable with Ashley. She is very down to earth and listened to what I was saying. I described what I wanted and a few days later she called with it. My husband has a strong dislike for 'sales' people in general, but he liked Ashley. She was not at all pushy and willing to tell us that the car wouldn't stay on the lot 'forever' but gave us time to make a decision. The transaction overall was very quick and smooth. I have been to Wissler several times for oil changes and each time I was able to be seen at the time I requested. Once, I showed up unannounced due to a miscommunication on my part and I was still able to be seen as a walk-in with very little wait time.For this most recent visit, I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM, filled out some paperwork, and Phil had my courtesy vehicle ready to go with the keys in the ignition, engine running, and the heater on high (it was a chilly morning). I was able to be in, out, and to work without any holdups. Phil gave me a call around 11:00 AM informing me that the many items on my service list had been completed. I was pleasantly surprised at how little time it had taken to repair all of the issues my vehicle had. I stopped back in the office at 4:30 PM and my car was ready to go. I paid the bill, which was also less that I was quoted, and that made the experience even better.What really keeps me coming back to Wissler, however, is the personal touch from the staff. Phil, Hans, and Mike were all extremely cordial and I could tell that they actually cared about making sure their customers are completely satisfied with each and every visit.To top it off, my car is running better than ever. I couldn't be happier. I will always recommend Wissler and continue to bring my car in for all servicing needs. Thanks Wissler!

I called ahead for a particular vehicle and spoke with the sales representive Alex Pared. Upon arriving at a designated time Alex was ready to go. He was knowledgable about the vehicle to a great extent. He was understandable about my time and what I wanted. Alex was an overall great representive! However I was surprised at how firm they were on their selling price. Even after the manager Lex Amaro came out they only came down a couple hundred and did not offer any real additional incentive. Unfortunately, I was not able to make a deal and drive a vehicle off their lot. Still I would recommend the dealership for their excellent service.

As parents, many of our purchases and decisions are made "with our children present"... Literally. Wissler had a kid friendly attitude, which includes a playroom for kids. Our kids loved it and it provided us the time to talk with Ashley to work through getting a car that fit our family's needs. I love the child friendly waiting room for their service department! It is loaded with toys, has a baby gate and a giant window that is at child level so the kids can look down in the service area and watch the action!! Everyone we have ever dealt with there has been wonderful, very polite and helpful! The last time we were in, the gentleman at the desk walked us to the waiting area and turned the t.v. on to PBS for my young son. It was very thoughtful! We highly recommend them!

As per my survey you can see that my experience was very good. You could tell that customer service is important at Wissler Motors. It seems that you understand what brings customers back, ie. quality work, fair price, and timely service. It was also nice to meet Del Wissler and actually test drive a vehicle while waiting for my vehicle. I like to watch people and it seemed that Wisslers has a good team of people that are interested in serving the customer. Of course I'm making these comments with very little time spent at Wisslers, but it seemed to me that the desk service people were very courteous on the phone and with people bringing their cars in. And just walking around in the show room, the people seemed pleasant to me and each other. Again, little time was spent interacting (a couple hours), but this is what I perceived during that time.

Whan an over the top experience. From the purchase of my car to the first service everything has been excellent. Chris and Alex - easy to work with no pressure salesmen. I have never had a serivce experience like I have had at Wissler Motors. Email notifications, a link to put the appt in my calendar, a walkthrough around the car. Hans - you rock! And Ted....nobody touches my cars except for Ted. Best bodywork guy (and as far as I am concerned) the ony bodywork guy in Central PA. Good pricing and great value!

I have never had a worse experience with a dealership. There were several things wrong with my 2010 Honda Odyssey when I purchased it but didn't realize until about a week later. It was Motor Trend certified but the windshield wipers had huge cracks in them which wouldn't even come close to cleaning the windshield. The tires were unbalanced and the whole van violently shook when driving at highway speeds. Although I purchased an extended warranty, NOTHING was covered. The only thing Wissler would do was give us service reward points. Well, whenever we go to use the points, there are things broken which aren't covered by the points, and I'm convinced they are breaking things so they can charge to repair them. What should be a free service turns into hundreds of dollars. There was a small ding in the windshield which they said they would fix, but never did. Now, with the cold weather, there is a crack the whole way across the windshield and I have to pay to replace it. I would strongly recommend staying away from here.

We had the battery die on our purchased vehicle a week after purchase and Wissler happily sent us a check to cover it. Overall great experience.

My Toyota Echo was totaled by a deer. I looked at quite a few car buying places online for another Toyota totally forgetting that Wissler was right down the street and never came to mind for a few minutes and then I found www.wisslermotorsinc.com (copy and paste into your browser) and then there it was on the front page of their website, my next Toyota and boy was she beautiful to look at. A 2012 Toyota Corolla S!! I drove in on a Sunday and looked her over and she was every bit as good looking as it was online. They have many online tools to choose from like scheduling a test drive and their vehicles are Motor Trend certified along with the Carfax so you can be guaranteed they are up front about each and every car and truck for sale on the lot. Not only are they knowledgeable about what they sell but courteous too (Would you care for something to drink?) Once you step into the showroom they will do everything reasonable in their power to get you setup driving away in your next car or truck. I couldn't believe how easy they made the experience for me. Wissler Motors isn't just caring about selling vehicles THEY are interested in taking care of us, the customer. They worked with me and my down payment and worked at finding me a lender for the balance, even gave me a new license plate for my new car, well it was a Motor Trend certified used car but they treated me as though I was buying new. We took care of the financial stuff, went through all the paperwork, received December's gift of 2 yrs. worth of free oil changes too and I was on my merry way behind the wheel of my next car after just a couple of hours I couldn't believe how relaxed and stress-free I was even joking around with Chris and John. Title explains it. Chuck Adams was friendly along with everyone else. Listened to any issues I had with the vehicle and tried to resolve them or listed them for future repair. I like the added Easycare items free and discounts with the purchase.

Before going to Wissler's, I went to several dealerships looking for just the right car to fit my needs, with no luck whatsoever. But one day I was driving by and saw a nice 2001 Honda CR-V for $6300, I had been looking for one just like it and had to stop in. I walked in and was greeted warmly at the door, spoke with Lex about the vehicle briefly, and wanted to test drive it. Lex was nice enough to cross the road and pull the car up to the dealership for me, so that I didn't have to dodge traffic to get to it. I was already impressed, as (sadly) the other dealerships I tried out would have never done that. The car was exactly what I'd been looking for, and Lex sat down with me to go over some financing options. I was very comfortable in this dealership, and Lex even offered to grab me something to drink (hospitality is huge at this dealership). We went over some options, and I gave him the go-ahead to run my credit for a loan application. Two days later, I received a callback from Lex, telling me that I was approved and good to go. He went over what I had to bring to the dealer to bring the car home, and I had my new (used) car in under a week. Plain and simple, at other dealerships I felt like the sales team looked at me like I was a walking, talking check book. At Wissler, they treat you like a friend or family member. Also, Chris on the sales team helped finalize my sale, and he was great as well. Very patient and helpful. I have zero complaints about my experience at Wissler. I will be going back when my girlfriend is in need of a new car, and I would definitely recommend Wissler to anyone!

We arrived at Wissler Motors as a walkin and left an hour later with a 2010 Prius in excellent condition. Lex answered all of our questions and gave us a great rundown on the Prius. There was no pressure and we were allowed an unacccompanied test drive. The mileage on the car was higher than I wanted, but the condition and the detailing made it seem like a barely used car. Though we hope we don't need to use the warranty, it is better than what most dealers offer.

I rated Lex Amaro and Wissler Motors highly because I felt I was dealt with honestly and fairly. Lex did not try to sell me a car. He tried to answer my questions and help me find something that suited my needs. There was no emotional push, there was no high pressure sales, there was no hiding of fees and other charges. He was my friend as well as a representative of Wissler Motors and he filled both roles well. I felt the price on my vehicle was reasonable and I appreciated the way the sales manager (Chris Conrad) justified his pricing and was willing to share his information with me. Again, I didn't feel like anything was being hidden from me. Everyone was upfront and honest about the value of the vehicle, the value of my potential trade, and the needs of the dealership. Did I pay more for my vehicle by purchasing it from Wissler Motors than I would have if I had bought it from a private seller? Yes. But, I gained the assurance that the vehicle was reviewed by the shop at the dealership and everything was/is in fine working order. They even replaced a control arm bushing that I was not aware was in need of being replaced and they do so at their own expense.I would recommend Wissler Motors and Lex Amaro to anyone.

I used to say that I would rather go to the dentist than go car shopping but my experience with John Heistand at Wissler Motors was really a pleasure. John was thoughtful and patient with our family of six as we took our test drive and followed through with knowledgeable answers to all of our questions. Very nice car selection and prices are reasonable. I was not pressured as soon as I walked on the lot, which I appreciated. A bonus for me was that they worked with my credit union for the financing, which made the process smoother. I would recommend this dealer to others without hesitation.

After seeing the truck on Wissler's lot the weekend before while visiting family I made arrangements to drive down the next Friday after work, ( 145 miles) to buy the truck. I looked everywhere and could not beat the deal they were asking for the vehicle. I arrived and they stayed open for more than 1/2 hour past closing time to make the transaction. I would recommend them to anyone. The only regret I have is I live to far away to take advantage of the free car washes anytime they offer if you buy a vehicle from them. Julia was the sales rep that helped me the first time i came, She so sweet and nice to my mother and I. She answered all of my questions i had concerning the car to the best of her abilities. When she took us to the car it was like a brand new! Inside and out the car was in perfect condition and very clean. My overall experience there was just wonderful. I had a wonderful experience! All the staff were friendly and welcoming, even ones that we did not work directly with. John and Chris were very helpful and worked with my family to find the right car for us. Unlike other dealerships, I did not feel like I was being pressured into purchasing a vehicle which made the car search a more enjoyable experience for me. Even after purchasing the car both Chris and John followed up to make sure that we were happy with the vehicle and to see if we had any questions. Great customer service! I highly recommend Wissler Motors and will use them again in the future.

I tried to respond to my original post, but could not. I recently traded in my 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 that I originally purchased (with many problems) at Wissler Motors. Not getting into the many problems it did have during the time I owned the vehicle, one thing stood out recently. I am adamant about checking for and reading Carfax's and the like. I never read anywhere that the truck had any accidents or damage. When I traded in the truck, I found that the truck was wrecked with front center damage in Marietta during the late summer (Sept. I think) before I bought it in June of the following year. With the many problems I had with the transfer case, the rear differential, the 4WD, and the fact that the front bumper never looked right (they would have fixed it for me for about $200!), I am frustrated that this was not disclosed to me, even though I asked about prior damaged and would have insisted on a Vehicle History Report. So glad I am rid of this truck that brought nothing but costly problems. I now have a great truck that WILL last me for many years to come. I will never patronize Wissler Motors or any of their other affiliates, including Susquehanna Dodge. I like dealing with honest, respectful, courteous people. I found that elsewhere. So glad I did! It was definitely not present at Wissler Motors.

Oil changes don't usually involve a lot, yet they washed the car afterwards and answered patiently a few questions I had regarding the tires, etc. A pleasant hour that seemed to go much faster than they initially stated it would take (yes, it was under an hour).

My family has been using Wissler Motors for nearly 28 years. Over those years we have used the service center, sales, and even the body shop. Our first vehicle that we purchased from Wissler Motors was a new 1988 Eagle Premier. The Premier was traded in for a new 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. A used 1997 Honda Accord was purchased in December 1998 with 14,000 miles on it. The 1996 Jeep was traded in around 100,000 miles for another new 2004 Grand Cherokee. My wife is still driving this vehicle. The 1997 Honda Accord was just traded in last year, (2013), for a used 2008 Honda Accord, which only had 7,200 miles on it. Also in 2013, I purchased a used 2005 Ram 3500. My oldest son has purchased two vehicles from Wissler's, including a VW and a Chevrolet, which he is currently driving. My youngest son is still driving a 1998 Honda Accord, which was purchased from Wissler's. As you can see we have purchased all of our transportation needs from Wissler's and will continue. I was VERY impressed with Julia. She was friendly and customer oriented. She was able to answer all of my questions and if she couldn't, she found someone who could. Nick was awesome. When when I got there he already have the car waiting for me to test drive.he allowed me to test drive separate cars. Never once did he pressure me. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They really worked with me so that I was able to get my drwam car. I recommend them to everyone.

Lex Amaro responded to an inquiry I made online offering his assistance. I set up an appointmet to test drive a 2009 Toyota Venza. I have purchased many cars over the past 50 years and this experience was the first time I did not have to haggle over the deal. I recently purchased a Jeep Compass from Wissler Motors. The whole experience was great from the moment my boyfriend and I stepped onto the lot! Lex came out to greet us right away and find out what I was looking for. He offered us something to drink before we took the Compass out for a test drive. After the test drive we went into his office where we filled out some paperwork and Lex explained everything and answered any questions we had. Through the whole process of purchasing Lex was helpful and very friendly. This is not the first vehicle I have bought from Wisslers and it won't be the last one. I am a repeat customer and Lex made the experience just as good as my first car buying experience with Wisslers. I would recommend Wisslers to anyone!

I contacted Wissler, after finding a vehicle I was interested in, on AutoTraders.com. Bryan responded right away; we set up an appointment for the following evening, to look at the Jeep. Took a test drive; reviewed numbers; and decided to purchase the vehicle. Bryan was very helpful; a pleasure to work with. Transaction went very well, in spite of the fact that we live in a different state than PA. This required just a bit more "red tape". All went well, however. I have already mentioned Wissler, and particularly Bryan, to a few friends & family.

Some months ago, my wife and I came in to see about a used car. That was the lst time we met Bryan. We sat down and discussed what it was we were looking for. Bryan never forgot about us. We got phone calls from him in regards to vehicles that came in and we finally found the car we were looking for and we are now the proud owner of a Jeep. Bryan NEVER pushed us, was always courteous and his integrity impressed us. He was also polite and ALWAYS had a smile for us, even when we said no to a certain vehicle. Of all the cars we have bought in the past, this was the best, as far as their being no pressure at all from Bryan. Well when we pulled into Wisslers on a cold and windy night, a young man greeted us. It was Lex. He asked how we were doing, invited us into the dealership, to his desk and wanted to know what we were looking for. He said he would look, he did and found a vehicle that we took for a test drive. They put it through their tests and it failed, so Lex looked for another. He found a nice Chevy Colorado for us and we drove off the lot on the 24 th of December in our pickup, and have enjoyed it since. I would recommend Lex to anyone if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks Don and Joy.

Found a great Outlander and a good deal, and they guys at Wissler's made the transaction very easy. They answered all of my questions and followed up with emails promptly. Bryan Hege worked with me on my trade-in and with some minor repairs the auto needed. He was informative about warranty info and available options. Still pleased with the vehicle and and having it serviced at their dealership.

It's all about customer service! I was in a bind and needed to buy another vehicle. The questions were Where, What , and How Much! What was an Explorer and Wissler's had a 2008 with low mileage on the lot. I can't rate too high on this one because it was just as likely that they wouldn't have such a vehicle so a bit of luck was involved. I can;t hold that against them so a 4 out of 5 is awarded. How much was a factor but given my bind, I could not afford to spend days shopping around. I paid their price at the time and have since (either because I was glutting for punishment or I was just curious) starting comparative shopping after-the-fact. What I am finding is that the price I paid was very reasonable. The true measure of this will be in the future as the mileage pours on. Where was answered by a random scan of vehicles for sale on cars.com website. I did a quick check on this business and found nothing negative so I went to look at the vehicle. What did I find??? JACKPOT! What a great group of guys! Bryan and Adam were extremely accommodating. How? Long story short involved me driving a loaner vehicle to Lititz with Bryan driving the 2008 Explorer in a snowstorm passing accidents and not without related detours only to have to drive Bryan back to Mt. Joy in my new vehicle. How's that for Customer Service??? I wonder....if they did this for me for the sale of a used vehicle, what would they do if I was buying new??? Nevermind...intended to be rhetorical in nature! Thanks for the extra effort guys. You guys made an otherwise miserable situation bearable!

Appointment made for oil change and tire rotation. While on site, my wife inquired of the staff if anything could be done to eliminate a severe scratch on the side of the vehicle as I was told by another dealer that the entire rear panel had to be painted at a cost of $500.00. The body shop technician investigated, "performed his magic" and for less than the cost of a lunch in NYC made the car look brand new. Both my wife and I were extremely impressed. No sign of the scratch. We also had an inspection and emissions completed and the bill for all work was less than $100.00. Hats off to all.

Best dealership I've ever worked with. Very thorough and detailed, upfront in disclosing everything about the vehicle. Wasn't aware of Motor Trend certfication previously, but seems like a legitimate benefit. Chuck and Adam were helpful without being pushy, and for a family owned dealership (big plus) it did not lack in resources. Bought 2 days ago and have already recommended.

The Sales Department:In February 2012 my husband purchased a 2007 Dodge Durango for me from Wissler Motors. Originally, the transaction was easy and completed within two days. We called and expressed interest; David Diehl pulled his credit at our request and asked where we wanted payments to be. My husband chose a payment, went in and we were able to drive off the lot same day. It was a pleasant experience and we agreed that we would be back in the summer when I was going to purchase a car.The Durango always ran a little loud, however my husband claimed that David told him that was because it was a powerful engine. That aside, in July or August, I noticed that the 2008 Pontiac G6 we had traded in was still available and debated buying it back for my husband. I spoke with a very friendly salesman whose name I cannot remember and told him I would set up a time to come in when my three children had childcare so we could expedite the process. When they fell ill, I decided the best thing to do was to go about it the same way that my husband did, and called in to provide my information and obtain a credit pull so we could ensure a smooth transaction before driving all the way out there. The gentleman I was working with was not in and I spoke with a different person (sounded a bit older) who informed me that they do not do that, and if they were to do that a $500 deposit would be needed as that is their policy. I told the man that was not the case and those we in fact purchased a car that very way a few months earlier. He refused and I decided to go with Kia Motors and purchased a different vehicle. With Wissler, some sales people are fabulous (I do wish I could remember that gentlemans name so that I could recommend him) and some people are not (David, and whoever told me that they did not do prequalifications without a deposit). The Service DepartmentAround that time, the noise in the Durango picked up a little and we took it in to Pep boys, who found nothing wrong with it. By November, the vehicle was running so loud that it was impossible to even turn on the radio without hearing the rumbling. We then took the car to Meineke, and they stated it was a transmission problem since it started slipping into neutral. We had not owned the car long enough to have such a major issue, so I was very much annoyed at both the idea that it needed a costly repair so soon and that no one knew what it was until then. I took it to Jims Transmission and Engine for a second opinion and was quoted six thousand dollars!!!! Again, having only had the car for about ten months I was livid. I called in to Wissler Motors, requested warranty information as my husband stated that David told him it had a year warranty, and was told that could not have been the case and that it was a six month warranty. So the vehicle had a major issue one month out of warranty! My husband was 99% positive that he was told a year and they were 100% positive that he was told six months, so I prepared to pay a few thousand dollars and left this negative review as I did not see how this newer vehicle could have such an issue so soon after purchase.After reviewing the company here, Wissler Motors did contact me and I brought the vehicle in to Jay in the service department. He was very helpful and took the vehicle on a test drive with me in it. He immediately noted the sound and initially suspected that it was the transmission as did the other two shops. He went out of his way to arrange a loaner vehicle for us, and even swapped it when our car seat would not fit in it. The same day he called me back with great news, it was not the transmission or the engine as I was previously told; it was simply worn out wheel bearings that were causing all of the noise and issues. He then gave me a quote of $751 and I was relieved that it turned out to not be something major. I told my husband, who then called back and said he would bring Duralast bearings as they are significantly cheaper and still carry the same warranty, and the service department agreed they would place them instead, saving me almost $300 in costs. I was very happy with the ultimate outcome and resolution and even called back to have the vehicle inspected while it was there. The service department is impressive and helpful. They were able to take a livid soccer mom and turn her into a satisfied customer.MiscellaneousMy only other issue was in looking at the response sheet to my initial complaint, there were a few inaccuracies. It stated At the time of delivery Laura signed 3 separate documents acknowledging the 6/7500 warranty and electing not to purchase any warranty, aside from the fact that my name is NOT Laura, I was a little annoyed that they did not check to see that I never signed anything on the car as I did not purchase it, my husband did, which is why I called to verify the warranty information. It made me a little nervous as to how thoroughly the complaint was investigated if they did not know who purchased it. I did not know what he signed and that is why I called for clarification. However Jays excellent customer service made up for any uneasy feeling I had from the official response sheet. ResolutionUltimately, their service department did provide great customer service in resolving this issue and though I personally will not be purchasing another vehicle from them, my husbands quick and seamless purchase in February leaves him open to going back there in the future if they are open to it. This time however, he WILL absolutely purchase an extended warranty so as not to run into this type of problem/scare again. It may also be worth our while to make the trip to Wissler for serving all of our vehicles as they were the only company out of four total that were able to find and correct the problem with our Durango. Kudos for that! We were literally inches from having to back out of a home purchase to pay for a transmission that we did not need, and Wissler saved us from that. My apologies for the length of the review, as we have dealt with both sides of the company, sales and service I wanted to provide as thorough of a review as possible.

We were not familiar with this area at all. Never even new that Wissler existed. As soon as we pulled in and got out the car Lex was there to greet us. What a great smile.He took us in and we met the manager, James, who Bob(my husband) had spoken to on the phone. Lex was given to us as our Salesman. He is very very good. It's hard to find a truthful and patient man now a days. But Lex was right from the heart. He showed us everything about the business that we needed to know, encase we needed any type of repair. Bob mentioned that it's to bad that we live so far away, we would definitely go there for all our needs. Lex made sure we new everything about the Easy Care,trade in values, insurance, transfer, titles, and he was very open about the problems that our old car had and we agreed. We asked him about putting a rack on the new truck, and he immediatley called Lear and found out for us if it could be done. He was very quick to answer any question. Everything was above board. He hid nothing. No matter what we asked, he would stop and answer our question. He made us know that we are doing what we want and he was not trying to talk us into anything else. We truly believe that Lex is a great asset to Wissler Motors. He's what you would call a down home kind of guy.

On our way home, we had to pull off the side of the road and shut the hood because someone never closed it completely prior to our pickup and while driving it started rattling. The vehicle that we purchased from them needed to be brought back for missing turn signal lenses and covers from the side mirrors and when we picked the car up, only half of the problem was fixed. I had to explain the problem all over again. I told them to just mail me the part so that I could do it myself since I was not going to drive over 30 miles just to get it serviced again. On the night of the sale they tried telling us that 8.99% interest rate was the best rate they could offer, even though the bank that we were using and they claim to do a lot of business with had a 5.49% interest rate advertised on their website. They were blown away on how I was able to get that interest rate and would have to make a call to the bank to make sure they could get the same rate from them. I called and complained to the sales associate as well as the owner and out of it all I was told "Sorry, we will try harder next time." Wissler does not offer the customer service they claim to have. They offer good vehicles for sale, but do not expect anyone to be there for you after the sale. Also, we never received the coupon book, worht over $800, that they advertise with every car on their website.

I have owned two jeeps and always brought them to wisslers for service and feel they are always fair and know exactly what needs to be done to keep me driving safely. I travel almost 40 miles round trip to take my Jeep where I feel I will be treated with care and kindness and the work will be top notch.

David Diehl provided me with excellent service as I was searching for a Honda Civic EX-L on the internet. Wissler had one of three that I was considering. David emailed me with a full video review of the car which helped tremendously, making it as if I were actually there to see the car. I ended up purchasing another vehicle closer to my location, & was treated very well & professionally when I notified David of the outcome. The overall experience was great & I was never pressured at any time. I would recommend this dealership & David Diehl to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Saw vehicle online, liked all the info and pictures on the ad. Got a call from David Diehl within minutes of showing interest, told David that i was 1hour 40minutes away and i didnt want to waste a trip down to Mt. Joy without coiming home with the vehicle. All the staff was nice and professional, the vehicle was super clean and ready to go. I would recommend going to this dealership to everyone....

Jason did a very good job in scheduling my appointments. Always pleasant and helpful.The Compass Jeep was in need of repair. Gary gave me a dollar amount quote for the parts. At time of payment for repair, the dollar amount for parts was exactly as quoted. No surprises. All employees from appointment scheduler, to the desk rep. who writes up the paper work, until the time you leave the business, all are helpful and very pleasant to work with. I like the choice in waiting rooms which are clean and inviting. One upstairs and one downstairs. There is always coffee and snacks and of course the FREE car wash. Have been coming to Wisslers for the past 9 years and will continue to do so. Thank you Wisslers.

The customer service that I experienced was great. I bought a 2004 Dodge Caravan and it was immaculate! If I didn't know what car models came out when at a glance you would have thought this car was brand new. That said the dealer did an incredible job of servicing the vehicle before I bought it so that I was getting a quality product. I dealt with Adam Yoder who I would highly recommend. He was professional and friendly as he showed us several vehicles that we might have been interested in. He was also very timely in getting the paperwork turned around after he sold us the vehicle. For any one looking for a used car I would highly recommend this dealer. Because with them you know that you are getting a great product with quality service.

I had a horrible experience at another dealership they tried to push me into a Jeep that had very high miles and did not tell me it was a rental car. I paid for a carfax report and found that out. After that I spoke to a dear friend and she told me about Wisslers Motors and they took time and did not push her into anything. They talk to her to find out what she was looking for and she found a Jeep Liberty and has had this for about 5 years and is just thrilled with her purchase. I took her advise and drove to Wisslers, walked into their showroom and I felt very at ease, I looked at a Jeep and they tried to get me into the car but it did not work out financially, I was crushed, The finance manager told me what they would approve me for and we went from there, I left the dealership that evening not knowing what to do. The next day I recieved a call from Ryan the saleman (who by the way is a wonderful person) stating to me they will find a car to meeting my needs. I am pleased to say I am a prowed owner of a 2008 chevy HHR and it is wonderful. I will never go to any other dealership these guys are great. Best Experience of a Lifetime. I have the capability of making appointments online.At time of arrival for appointment, am greeted by name and paperwork done immediatelyThe waiting room (2nd floor) was always clean including the bathroom. Even the person cleaing the window (looks down unto the floor where cars are being worked on) was pleasant.If/when they find problems,they come to you in wating room to let you know the severity of the problem, if it can be fixed now, or if part/s have to be ordered.You are kept informed of the throughout the process of the completion of the job.All personnel including the person answering the phone is considerated and professional. Very friendly place to come to.Love the free car wash and coupons.

Pro's:I found my truck online at Wissler Motors. After seeing the truck and reading the review I called and asked to have photos taken of the under carriage as I live in Vermont and stopping down at the dealership that was 350 miles away was a bit out of the question. Chuck put the truck up on the lift and took about 30 photos. I now had a clear picture of the truck. I spoke with him over the course of a couple of weeks via phone and email asking more questions. Chuck and the other members of the team answered all of my questions and concerns. Finally I made a deposit over the phone. I was nervous about doing this sight unseen and asked that my deposit be refunded should there be something mechanically wrong with the car, they agreed. When I arrived I inspected the car and took it for a test drive. It was just as nice as they said it was. Overall this was a positive experience and I would recommend shopping at Wissler Motors for your next car. P.S. The shop was immaculate. Cons:Although they accommodated me for a longer period (3 Days), they said they would only hold a car for 24 hours with a deposit. I personally find this unacceptable. If I am willing to make a $500 deposit and already have financing lined up, as I did, I feel a seller should be more accommodating. I might have put a deposit sooner, possibly on Monday instead of Wednesday, had this not been an issue. I am only talking about a weeks time.

First, I saw the car I wanted on cars.com, talked online to Adam, came in and took the car for a test drive, James looked my car I wanted to trade, did some paperwork, I was more than happy with the trade value, and the loan itself for the car was ok, but not what I wanted at first, then James and Adam did a lil more work, and they both came through in the clutch.... Finally a dealership that works with you, no hassle, and everyone that works there spoke to me and asked how I was doing, and if I was comfy while I was waiting. Picking up the car tomorrow!!!!

In November, we purchased a used car from Adam Yoder at Wissler Motors. We couldn't be happier with the car and the service we received from Adam. The car was very clean and his service was excellent. Adam was very friendly, easy to work with, and able to find a car that fit our needs and our budget. After visiting several dealerships throughout Lancaster County in the weeks prior to our purchase, I can say, without hesitation, that the service we received from Adam at Wissler's was the best. While other dealerships pressed us to make a decision or tried to push us toward more expensive cars, Adam seemed more interested in finding the right car to fit our needs. When I need my next car, my first call will be to Adam at Wissler Motors.We have also used Wissler Motors for service on our 1998 Voyager. In fact that is one of the reasons we even considered looking at Wissler when we starting looking for the car. The service we received from the service department was also top-notch and reasonably priced.

Everyone that we worked with at Wissler Motors went out of their way to provide a positive experience as we purchased our minivan. I was a bit apprehensive buying my first used car, but Devin, James, Adam, and Kevin were all really helpful, honest, and understanding our our needs (and wants). They promptly took care of some suggestions regarding cleaning up the interior of the car and did a great job. They gave us a very fair price and were never pushy but always willing to answer questions. Great job Wisslers!!

Dealship means works with you on a DEAL....Not sure what happened we test drove first thing in the door , they took a deposit then had us fill out credit application seems backwards. Didn't work out so I had to call to get deposit refunded then we asked for them to call and they I guess forgot....so much for buying from a local business.....lesson learned!

This Dealership deservrves an "A" for the entire experience. From the very first day we were treated with the highest of respect. They went above expectations to secure our desicion to purchase our used vehicle. Even after the purchase the Customer Service was just as amazing as the original purchase experience. This dealership needs to be commended on their level of quality of service and support to customers and potential customers. I honsestly think Wisserlers is one of Pennsylvanias #1 car dealerships.

Always been treated very well here. Honest, concientious. I went to a brake shop one time, they told me I Medes new brak. The folks at Wissler told me they were fine and I passed 3 inspections before I neded to replace. I trust the folks at Wissler!

I originally went to purchase another vehicle from another dealer and decided to look at the vehicles on the lot of Wissler motors. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by the sales man Chuck. I then had to have some work done on my new purchased pre owned vehicle and they promptly took my vehicle in and worked on it, they called and kept me up to date every step of the way, and when they said when it would be done I was able to come pick up my vehicle. I would Highly recommend Wissler in Mount Joy to friends and family even though they are a 2 hour drive from my location, I will purchase another vehicle in the future.Michael Garcia

I went to Wissler Motors 4 times looking at and test driving cars within a period of 2 weeks. Becky Waltemyer greeted us at our first visit, answered questions and offered her help if we needed it. I came to test drive several vehicles. I was permitted to drive on my own so not to be distracted by a salesperson. One night my husband and I test drove 4 cars. Becky brought the cars to the front, had the AC on for our comfort, and was ready with the next car upon our return. I did not feel pressure in any way throughout this experience, otherwise I would have walked away. I did a lot of research, and the cars at Wissler are priced very fair as compared to similar cars. We ended up buying 2 cars from Becky. She was exremely helpful and very patient. I would recommend this dealership and Becky to anyone looking for a car!

This was my first time buying a car and I have to say that it was an overall great experience! I felt welcomed from the beginning by Becky, who was so helpful and more than willing to make sure my experience was a positive one! I was very pleased with how laid back it was when it came to test driving the car. I didn't feel any pressure from anyone while checking it out and was happy I got to go out and test drive it alone to really get a feel for everything. Though the car was not ready to be taken home the day that I test drove it, I was able to come back at the end of the week to see all the changes they made to the car. During that week, Becky stayed in contact with me to set up an appointment time and to answer any questions I had about the repairs being done to the car. I felt confident that the car would be done at the end of the week like she said. There were still a few things that needed to be done when we came back for it at the end of the week, which ended up making the process take a little longer but the maintenance crew did work very diligently to have the car done on the day that we wanted to take it home so I was definitely impressed with that. The paperwork seemed to take the longest and sometimes I was unsure what was going on with it. The price of the car ended up being a little over our intended price range, but I felt it was the perfect fit for me and was worth the extra amount. Becky gave me a very nice tour of the dealership and I was very impressed with how nice it is! It's very clean and very accommodating! Adam was also very helpful with the paperwork and patient. I felt very welcomed by everyone I encountered at Wissler Motors and felt that it was just a great first time buying experience! I definitely recommend others to come here and to work with Becky if possible! Between her and Adam, I felt that my experience can't be matched anywhere else!

The staff I worked with were all very friendly, courteous, and professional. I had an idea what I was looking for before I went, as I was able to gather pertinent information from the website. If I did have any questions or concerns, James was very quick to respond with an answer. However, I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. The final paperwork was prepared before I arrived, and the purchase transaction was very smooth and efficient. Each document was explained to me. I would definitely recommend Wissler's to a friend, and I will not hesitate to return again in the future!

Brandon Baker was my salesman when purchasing a used truck. The first thing he told me was that he's new and he's a chef. He knew little about the truck, and the process of buying was complicated by his mistakes. I had to return to the dealership several times because of his mistakes, and living about 20 miles away, this became a bit of an issue. First, he told me to show up to sign papers, but never told his superiors, so the paperwork wasn't ready. I had to return four hours later. Next, he left the dealer tag on the truck after I purchased the vehicle, so I returned to the dealership after driving halfway home to return the tag (I found it when I stopped for gas.) Finally, I had to return, on my dime, because he had me sign the wrong line on my old title. That's 120 miles worth of used gas. The truck ran fine for several weeks. Then, problems began showing up. I took the truck in to get the problems checked. Nobody would ride with me to diagnose the problems or at least listen to the problems. A day later I received a call and was told the the problems I was experiencing were not found (the problems that were covered under the 90 day/3,000 mi warranty anyway. I received a quote for the problems that weren't covered.) I then went in to again show them what I was experiencing. Del Wissler pulled my truck up close to the building and as it was running, told me the noises that we both were hearing were normal. They absolutely were not. He proceeded to argue with me. He then left the truck running and got out and came to the front of the vehicle to look at another issue. As he was talking, he contradicted himself. I pointed that out, and he got mad, said he's done arguing and said he was taking the keys and going inside, and that he's done. I approached the truck and took the keys out of the ignition by reaching through an open window in the open door. Del started running over, and wrestled me into the truck to try to get my keys. Suddenly at least five, if not seven men ran from inside and pushed and shoved me and tried to get the keys, in so doing body-slamming me into the side of the truck. They also tried to grab my cell phone as I dialed 911. A large body-sized dent was left in the side of the truck. As I waited for the police, they said the dent is what happens when you try to steal their property. (I had purchased the truck over a month prior. It actually belongs to the bank.) They kept saying that I was trying to leave without paying a diagnostic fee of $159 for the 1.8 hours it took them to supposedly look at the truck, though they never did more than visually look. The didn't even hook up a gauge to see the pressure readings for the air conditioning that is low on freon.) They quickly parked the truck in, careful to do everything out of sight of their security cameras. To be clear, I took the keys, so the truck was not running, and was going to go inside to pay and leave, as my wife and children were waiting for me on the opposite side of the building. After the police arrived, they took both our statements. It was immediately found that they were in the wrong, and I had a choice: Have them fix the large dent or press charges. I chose to be the better person and have them fix the dent. However, I later tried to change that to pressing charges, since the dent was not fixed to my liking. This dealership is run by thugs who use bullying tactics to deal with customers who question their work. They are more than willing to acknowledge problems that are not covered under warranty, but pretend the problems that would be covered under warranty do not exist. I currently have a nice looking truck (minus residual denting on the door) that has a problem with the universal drive, somewhere in the area of the transfer case, low freon, a leaking water pump, a dislodged vent cover in the engine, brake problems, and a crooked, sagging front bumper. Oh, and I forgot... they pride themselves on a 141 point inspection of used vehicles. Well, someone missed the mouse nest in my fuse box. Their solution was to power wash the fuse box. Water plus electronics? Not a great idea. How did they miss that in their inspection? Not the place to go for customer service that you can count on.

What to say about Becky. She was great, had answers, and if not got them right away. Gave up her day off to come to dealership to see us. Patient, saw car on a Saturday did not sign papers till monday a week later. in between that time, was alot of visiting and looking at the car, and phone calls. Great Place to do business. And Becky and Adam great people to do business with also.

We bought a used car from Wissler Motors today. We originally stopped in to Wisslers because we prefer to buy locally and support local businesses. Everyone we met was very helpful, friendly, professional, and courteous. There was no pressure when we were looking at cars, they were willing to allow us to drive several different cars. When we first went to the dealership we met Becky Waltemyer, who was just the kind of sales person we like. Becky made us feel very comfortable, as though we were meeting a new friend. She explained everything very thoroughly, took time to explain everything, took us on a tour of the shop. She even tried to contact our insurance agent (which no sales person has ever done before).

I have bought new and used cars here and brought them back for service since 1994. Everyone I have met has been helpful, friendly, professional, and courteous, spending as much time as needed for each customer. There has never been any sales pressure when I was looking for a car to buy, none of that aggravating haggling that some dealerships and people seem to like. I have always gotten full responses on what work was needed, why, what work could wait for a while, what the best deal was- with either using coupons or saving labor costs by doing certain things at the same time. They have taught me some things over the years about my cars. And because of the free towing program which was offered when you put the Wissler plate on the front of your vehicle, I have gotten free towing when I needed it, due to flat tires. They offer discounts through their cap program and mail out coupons for other services as well. Best of all, they are very close to where we live.

Adam and Becky went out of there way in assisting me and gettin me a loaner car till everything was takin care of. I am very pleased with my experience of buying a car at Wissler with Becky. I have never had a sales representative take as much time and effort to explain the parts of the car that I am purchasing. So, when Becky walked out with me to my car, in the rain, after I already signed the papers and handed over the check and started walking through every detail of the car with me I was very impressed. I felt like she cared about the quality of the car that I just bought and that she is confident that I will fully enjoy my purchase. I WILL be coming back to Wissler for any future car purchases and will refer people to Becky is they are looking for a quality car.

Very clean vehicles with much care put into them. I am pleased with the Jeep I purchased. I did feel pressured by Becky's manager to make a decision to buy. If I hadn't already done the research on this vehicle, I would have said no. Apart from that, they were very friendly and Becky went way out of her way to make sure all my questions were sufficiently answered. Becky made the difference for the sale to me. I drove 4 hours to see this vehicle and Becky e-mailed pics and kept phone contact with me. I rate her very performance as very good.

I just purchased a vehicle from Wissler Motors last evening and was extremely satisifed with the entire experience.Adam Yoder and Devin Wissler were both very professional and friendly. Adam answered all of my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he took the extra step in finding the answer for me. Devin put the car on a lift so that we could inspect the undercarriage. Both salesmen kept the business open after hours to accomodate my schedule.I was also impressed with the Wissler Motors facility itself. The showroom was extremely clean and welcoming. I have been receiving service and purchasing cars at this car facility for over 15 years. I have purchased four vehicles and gotten all my service done there likewise. The major reason I keep coming back boils down to one thing - integrity. I trust these people ! If they give me a price - I believe it to be reasonable and competitive. If they say I need a part or a service done - I believe them. I am not saying they are the cheapest place in town,but they are honest and I trust them. They are friendly and do good work. Why would I go somewhere else ?

I bought a 1987 Jeep and a 2000 Jeep and a 2004 P T Cruiser from Wissler, all purchased new, and have always happy with their service. Now that they no longer have the Chrysler franchise to sell new vehicles, I trust them to keep my car running safe and for as long as possible. When I need to replace it, I will ask them to find a suitable used car for me before going to look at new ones. I want to stay a loyal customer because I appreciate their good, honest, and friendly service over the years.

A very fair dealer. I have taken the same 1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager LE to them for the last 14 years. They work with you and understand your needs. I took my Ram 1500 in for replacement wheel bearings which I provided. Upon their inspection I was told that the parts were wrong and that they could order me new ones. The price would be with parts and labor over 750.00. I declined. I went into pickup my truck and was told by one of the service writers,that they had removed the right side tire and that this is when they had discovered it was the wrong part. I then was handed a bill for for 78.44. Now I understand that I used rack time and fully expected to pay something, but when I asked about labor time, I was told that they had two techs working on it for 45 mins each. 1.5 hours to remove one tire and put it back on? When i questioned him on this the manager spoke up and said they had removed both tires and started disassembling the wheel hub (5 Bolts). I was confused as to why the technician paperwork did not reflect what the service manager was stating. Which also differed from what the service writer was saying. I quickly came to the conclusion that I was obviously being victimized by a company that lacks moral ethics in their business dealings. I agreed to pay,and informed them that they would never receive another dime of my money. This is when my discoveries became amazing to me. Upon entering my truck I discovered a totally soaked front seat. I went back into to question this and was told, "well when the Technician opened the door some ice must have fell in." which was obviously completely false due to the strong cleaner chemical smell that was permeating throughout my cab. Thanks for taking care of my property and being a decent human being by simply removing the ice. I also noticed with the fair amount of brake dust that was on my wheels it was evident that no one had even touched the lugs on the two tires. I took my truck up the street to Hondru Dodge and they put the exact parts that I provided on my truck for a total bill of 300.00. THANK YOU HONDRU, for displaying the courteousness and strong moral fiber that we should all expect from local businesses.

I went in for service. While waiting for my vehicle, I talked with Becky about trading my Jeep for a Dodge Journey. She told me there was one on the lot I could test drive. I liked the vehicle. Becky said they would would work up an offer. The next morning Becky called with an offer I accepted. Pricing for the new vehicle and the trade-in was what I expected after researching pricing on the internet. I was able to pick up the car that same afternoon. Becky and Devin Wissler worked with me to complete the offer and make certain I had a service contract that would give me protection for five years. They sold me only the service I needed, not duplicating other coverage I have. Becky made certain I knew how to operate the car before I left. Everyone was friendly, patient, and very efficient. There has been follow up to make certain everything is going well with the car. I feel confident I have a vehicle that will meet my needs for the next several years. I would recommend this dealership to others.

I was referred to this dealership for its body repair shop by my insurance co. We were originally greeted with friendly service however, that changed when my car was finished. My radio and clock worked fine prior to the body shop work but was not working when I picked up my car. Also I had a cosmetic engine cover that was missing when my car was finished. When I addressed this problem with Wissler, we were told the insurance company may not cover the radio, as if they were not responsible and that my car did not come with an engine cover. I was given an appointment date to bring my car back to have the radio looked at and told that the radio would not cause any problems. The radio flashed on and off even after I turned the car off, causing my battery to die. I am a medical professional so I had to work on Thanksgiving Day. The dead battery caused me to have to take my husband's car and leave my family stranded until my workday ended. I had to contact the insurance company and file a complaint before Wissler would help us. To date, I still do not have the cover that was on my engine.We were treated like we were being dishonest and I will never use this company again.

I was just out looking and I know you hear that all the time.. but, I was truely looking only .. When I walked into the dealership Becky was there to greet me and very willing to give me info on the Jeep Wrangler I saw on the parking lot. I told her i just was lookn and have been looking on the internet she asked if i wanted to take a Test drive on the Jeep I was asking about.. That was it.. Becky is A very informed sales person and A great Asset to the Dealership. I test drove the jeep left with a CarFax and knew if i was making the choice to purchase it was being with Wissler. I called the following day made and offer and Becky Called me back on her day off and we met and completed the transaction. Thats what i like. Thanks for the Outstanding Sales Service.

Wissler has saved me alot of money on my repairs bills. The quality of the jeep commander leaves much to be desired...( Re:electrical systems), but the folks at this dealership are honest and seem to be always looking out for the customer. Even possible transmission issues were taken care of with out getting gouged like i would have gotten at other garages.

In the market for another convertible, we asked them to look for a pre-owned. They found one and Adam Yoder, our salesman, guided us through the sale in a friendly, cooperative, and knowledgable way. Adam couldn't have been more accomodating with being available for us for questions, test drives, etc.! The service dept. has also been more than fair and understanding working out some minor details. We couldn't be happier.

Bought my car there and family has been dealing with them for many years. Have always been satisfied with service. The only negative I have is when I was getting tires, a few weeks ago, and was waiting on my vehicle. The service guys are usually very good with communication and keeping me in the loop, but this time I was left waiting for 3 hours with no word on how it was all going. The extra time was spent replacing bolts that were damaged during the alignment. Wouldn't have been half as frustrated with the wait if someone had said, "Hey this is going on..."

I took my 2001 jeep Cherokee in to check on an oil leak. The staff recommended they clean up the engine area and add a dye to the oil to determine cause of the leak. Once that was determined, then an appointment was made for the repairs and an estimate of cost. They were able to make sure a courtesy vehicle was available for my use (at no cost to me) during the time they would have my jeep. This is a service that is not usually available from other service garages. When the jeep was completed it was clean inside the engine compartment and passenger area. The customer service desk is one of the friendliest and most courteous ones I have had to deal with. I actually enjoy taking my jeep there.

Service Supervisor will inform if they find a more serious problem before they do the work, & the cost to perform the job work.Go the extra mile,receive a discount for having their name plate placed on the car, free car wash, receive coupons in the mail, clean place to stay while waiting for service to be complete, free rental if you drop your car off the night before the scheduled appointment, only have to return the rental with a quarter tank of gas. We have dealt with Wissler's for approximately 20 years, buying/trading new and pre-owned cars. They have serviced those same cars (and others) and the work has always been the highest quality. We have had no problems with any of the personnel in sales, body shop or service. We have been dealt with fairly, received fair value for trades and paid fair price for purchases. The showroom, shop areas, and grounds have always been clean. (You could eat off the shop floor.) We have never been dissatisfied with any aspect of the dealership.

Serviced the new Jeep I bought with them three times and all three of my experiences with Wissler were ridiculous. First service for Oil Change-- I requested a rental car to make a meeting during my service which they said would be no problem accomodating me. Upon arrival they told me they didn't realize they were all out of rental cars, but they did have keys to a recently traded in Chrysler Mini-van. The van was extremely used to say the least; cracked windshield, disgusting interior (stains, not vacuumed, etc.), and horrible paint. What a great car to show up with for a business meeting after I had just bought a brand new Jeep. Second Service for Oil Change-- I decided to wait for the vehicle this time (as my last experience with the rental car hadn't gone so well). So then I waited... and waited ... and waited. Over 2 and a half hours for an oil change. My last dealership had it done in under 45 mintues (Bobby Rahal which is a great dealership by the way). Third Service for Oil Change-- Waited again for over 2 hours! Also had a part ordered in under warranty a couple weeks earlier which was to be put on the vehicle during this service. Guess what... they wouldn't do it b/c Wissler no longer does warranty work on Jeeps. Which is fine if they would have told me this before they A) Ordered the part for me B) Called to tell me it was in and to schedule the service for it and C) When I confirmed the service for the oil change and the part replacement they said everything was scheduled and ready to go. Wissler then had to the nerve to request that I ask another Jeep dealer who could do the warranty work to purchase the part off of THEM so they wouldn't lose the money on the part! They gave me a great deal on my new Jeep, but I'll never service another vehicle at Wissler again. Downright horrible customer service.

The staff treated us from the moment we walked through the door as the only customers that they had. They were very attentive and warm. This dealership is very professional and goes out of their way to please. The staff stayed late to finalize our sale. Their dealership showroom is very nice and clean.
