I purchased a used car from them about 6 months ago. They told me that it had oil seepage, but nothing major that will leave a spot and that “some drops of oil will seep out and evaporate” and that it wasn’t a big deal. I didn’t drive it for a couple days but when I moved it out of my garage there was a giant pool of oil underneath. They covered the cost at 50/50 of the lower manifold intake which didn’t fix the problem. We called back and left a few messages looking to bring it in once again and never got a call back. We finally got a hold of them after the 50/50 warranty had expired and told them about the 2 additional significant leak points were after being diagnosed by a trusted business and they would only take off 15%.

Good service, nice waiting area. Only reason for the 4 star is they always want to sell you more than what you went there for. Otherwise they would be 5 stars. I tell it like it is.

I had a safety recall on my van. They got me in immediately and had the parts ready to go. In and out in an hour and a half. Excellent service!

We were looking at an f250 at this business and were actually going to make an offer on it. As we were leaving my husband went to warm up our vehicle outside while I was waiting by the door. The salesman couldn’t wait for me to even leave the building before making fun of me to the sales manager and the coworkers next to him. You’d think for how old the guy was, he’d know better. They all were laughing. The next day my husband said you should call him and tell him. So I did and he didn’t seem to care except to keep pushing the sale, saying I’ll try to get you the best deal. I know getting a good salesman is difficult, but boy this team was downright low. Even though it was a good truck we are taking our business elsewhere. If I were the owner, I’d send them to some classes on how behave.
