I had the best customer service experience at WIZ leasing auto dealership. Fernando was there for me from the minute i reached out to them. I felt very comfortable talking with him and he made me feel that i mattered as a customer. The gentleman from finance (forgive me if i selected the wrong name) went above and beyond to get my loan approved and was just as excited as me that it was a success. Wiz Auto, was a great help to us. Gabe helped us find our first car which was a Mitsubishi Eclipse. A couple of years later we needed a new car due to the birth of our son recently. We went back to wiz and asked directly for Gabe. Unfortunately Gabe was out that day, but no worries Tony stepped right in to help us on behalf of Gabe. Tony did an outstanding job, very kind, people person, and efficient. The next day we got a call from Gabe saying we can pick up our 2013 Kia soul. Even with being out Gabe caught up quickly and was just as great as Tony was with helping finalize everything. All in all w3 had a great experience once again. Thank you for helping us Wiz.

I would like to express my gratitude and thanks to my sales rep Freddy Omalley. My husband and I bought a BMW three years ago from Wiz. It was a pleasure that when we decided to buy another one we got the same professional and courtesy experience.Freddy was very very patient with us as we did visit the dealership about four times over a two week period. He was able to answer all our questions on all the vehicles we test drove, so when we finally made our selection we felt confident. When good costumer services is given it makes us the costumer very happy.The finance agent Mayor was also very pleasant and easy to talk too.He was the one that found us a good bank with our first BMW and he did it again. My salesmen Freddy was on the ball called in am said I might make it their at some point today he went out of his way to have the car ready for test ride. We took a nice long test ride so I can get a good feel for the car and on the car ride we chatted about cars history. When we got back to dealership he came out with a car fax report and didn't even have to ask for it. Our initial visit was to investigate a BMW X5 to replace my wife's car. We test drove several different models, then we drove the MB E-350 Wagon and we were hooked. Our Salesman, Freddy, was great fun to spend time with. Freddy truly listened to our needs and our feedback + he never tired of my requests. He funneled us into a car we are thrilled with - ZERO PRESSURE! I have always hated buying cars prior to this experience. In fact, we had so much fun that my wife said I may get one too. I didn't need one, but, again, it was so much fun and I felt we received such good service + fair pricing that I couldn't say no. I bought a MB C-300 and love it. Everyone we were in contact with was super friendly, professional and clearly know their jobs very well. Both cars were detailed prior to delivery to my extremely high standards + I couldn't find a single flaw in my experience with Wiz. Again, amazing people + first rate dealership!

If I could give 6 stars for an overall rating I would ! Came in looking to trade in my 2008 C300 that I purchased for Wiz for a newer car with lower miles. Worked with Fernando who went above and beyond while delivering exceptional customer service. I was able to get an AMAZING deal on a 2013 335i xdrive. I had such a great experience I recommend my father to trade in his 2013 Equinox and he was able to get a 2014 BMW 328, we both worked with Fernando. After only 1 year of purchasing a car from The Wiz, my radiator, water pump, and thermostat went on the car. I got the car back and 2 weeks later my head gasket blew. They service department stated they did not have a loaner car at that time even though I know they have plenty of cars they could have given me. My car has been in there a week now and they still dont have a loaner car, which they said they would have as soon as they diagnosed what was wrong with the car, so I can at least get to work. They keep giving me excuses. Horrible customer service and horrible quality cars!

Freddy was awesome sending me pics via text because my cars photos were not on the site. He was an A++++ salesman. Meir was aggressive i wasn't aware that a 3 year warranty was put on my car without my knowing to the tune of $2800. he pushed the warranty i have bought over 30 cars i KNOW i do not want or NEED a warranty. Felt rushed as he put me ahead of another customer. Not such a great experience with him. Freddy smoothed that over too he was soo soo great thank you freddy

Buying my used certified BMW. Was one of the fastest and easiest processes I have ever experienced. The dealership made my life easy because they processed all the paper work including recommending an insurance agency and providing plates for the vehicle in two hours. Avoiding DMV alone makes my experience with WIZ autos a pleasure. Fernando was wonderful and I will definately recommend more clients to him, I am being asked questions about where I purchased my vehicle because others are interested in purchasing as well. This is the first dealership that I walked in and felt very comfortable and positive that I was going to walk out of there with a new car. The salesperson was very assuring and confident that I was eligible for a car. The second thing I liked, unlike other dealers, they gave me a wide variety of options in seeing different kind of cars. They had a lot of beautiful cars and trucks. Everybody there was very pleasant especially our Sales Rep Hector Diaz, he was very patient and kind to me and my husband, very informative and honest.

I was looking for a BMW X3 and I found two cars that met my criteria at Wizs website.When I called for information, the salesman (Gabe) informed me that one of the cars was just sold but the other was available for a testdrive. That same day my wife and I drove up to Stratford and we were welcomed by Gabe. The car seemed in good condition so we took it for a testdrive. Gabe turned out to be a very nice, easygoing guy, and an excellent navigator. The car drove great and was a huge step up from our old car.Of course we tried our best to pay the lowest price possible, just as Gabe did his best to get the highest price. Its the usual second-hand-car-sales game, but Gabe played it nicely and professionally without being pushy. In the end I think both Gabe and myself are satisfied with the result: Im happy with the car, Gabe is happy that its sold.After a couple of days, I noticed a noise from the trunk. I contacted Gabe and he told me to bring in the car so that they could check it. When I picked it up two days later, the car was repaired perfectly (something with the lock) and during the time in the shop I was provided with a loan car. All this at no extra cost. (Did I already mention that Kim, the lady that does the intake for repairs, is really friendly and has a good sense of humor?) All and all: Dont expect suits and ties, a fancy shop, shiny marble and a triple A location. Do expect nice people in a well run, used car center that provides a triple A service and offers a wide selection of cars.

Bought a 2006 cadillac DTS from Freddy. He was a very good salesman and helped me out a lot. They stand behind their cars! Even though it was sold as is I realized one headlight wasn't workin right. Freddy talked to his boss right away and made sure it was bought in the next day and they replaced my headlight assembly brand new (which wasn't cheap)for free. Also Kim in service was great and very helpful also with the service end. I would definately recommend buying a car from Wiz if you are in market.

It is very rear that anyone ever use enjoyable to describe a car buying experience. Mine was indeed one of those rear incidents I have been looking for a Subaru Tribeca for the past months. I used various car search sites that led me to various dealerships non of these dealership would touch me because of my credit rating. My last search brought me to the Wiz Autos in Stratford CT. I said 'what the xxxx one more dealership won't hurt, so I took the plunge and fill out the credit application online. Prior to this I had seen the car I was lookin for on their web page. I received a call form a gentleman named Jared Witham who went over my application with me and promise to call me in an hour with a credit decision. He assured me it may not be good, but it is worth a try. He called me in forty five minutes with an approval at an excellent interest rate, which I could not believe. I sent him all the documents he requested with a deposit and the car was mine, this was Saturday June 4. I did not set foot in the dealership until Monday June 6 2016 at 5:00 PM to pick up my car, There I met Ralph Gamboin who complete the paper work most efficiently explaining all the small details. At 6:00 PM keys in hand I was driving my Tribeca to Long Island. Great Experience Great Staff, Great Dealership.

I purchased my 2011 Suzuki SX4 from Wiz, and my car buying experience was great. Tony Danzey was my salesman, and he was the best person I had dealt with. He was very honest, and warm, and answered my boyfriend and my questions honestly. At previous places that we had looked, I felt rushed and as if my questions were weird. Tony reassured me multiple times that there's no wrong or weird question. We test drove two cars, and overall the entire staff was friendly and warm. Tony was able to work around my and my boyfriend's hectic work schedules whether it be with the test drives, or the actual buying process. After the purchase of the car, an issue arose with the passenger window, and I called immediately and talked with the service department, and they were able to get me in the next day with minimal wait time at the actual time of service. Unfortunately, I can't remember who was working in the service department on that particular day, but she was really great. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience, and will be recommending Wiz Autos, but especially Tony Danzey, from here on out.

The cars are priced right and the sales team is great to deal with. Everything went smoothly for me. Where I have a complaint is that they push the GWC extended warranty on you for an additional 2k. It sounds good on paper but in reality the warranty is pretty much useless, they only cover things that are unlikely to fail. I had to call them 4 times for issues that are common with my car like a belt tensioner, oil housing gasket, etc... and none of it was covered. So far, I spent close to 1k on repairs, none of them covered. I should have saved the warranty money and put it towards repairs. Just my 10c.

I walked into WIZ after seeing a Mercedes online. Gabe Rios was my salesman and he made feel comfortable throughout the whole buying process. He also gets points for calling me back with an issue that was later resolved. I put a deposit on the car after test driving it and Gabe assured me the deposit was fully refundable which made me even more comfortable with the process. After sleeping on it for a night I called Gabe to let him know that I wanted to move forward with the car. I told him I wanted to pick it up Friday and he said he would have the car clean as a whistle and ready to drive off the lot on the day I wanted. After meeting with Gabe and finalizing my purchase with business manager Meir I drove home my beautiful Mercedes Benz and I love every inch of it. I would highly recommend working with Gabe Rios if anyone is interested in looking at a car from Wiz.

This dealership is a bunch of crooks. Before you go there make sure you realize that there is a $1000.00 charge added on to the price of the vehicle and also a $595.00 dealer conveyance fee. To put in perspective a $20,000.00 car is really a $21,595 dollars off the bat. Also if you do not finance with them they literally throw you out the door STAY AWAY!!!!

I seen a car online that I was interested in so I went to the dealership. I was immediately greeted by a sales person which I informed him of the car I wanted to look at. Unfortunately the car battery was dead and that day they was not able to jump start it so I could test drive it. I came back a few days later and it was ready to be test driven. After I decided to purchase the car the process from there went smoothly and quick. The only problem I had was went I picked up the car the dealership did not take down the car information stickers that where in the car. I had to do it myself which left a big sticky spot on my front window. Also their prices are not negotiable unless you have a wholesale license. I had a issue with my battery dying on me about 3 weeks after I purchased the car, but the service dept. replaced it since it was still on warranty.

I had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle at Wiz. Hectar gave me a fair and honest assessment of the vehicle and brought me on a good route for testing all aspects of the car's driving experience, and Meir was incredibly helpful with ironing out all the financial details. They were both extremely personable and helped me out with understanding where I lacked it, as I had never purchased a vehicle or gotten a loan before. All in all, it was a smooth experience, I didn't feel like I got scammed (they in fact had a price that was incomparably better than all others) and I love the car!

After reading the reviews from the dealer I decided to visit this dealer , wow big mistake !! Went to the dealer looking for 2008 Buick Enclave sales person was Fernando, After giving a deposit to hold the car , called a few days later so I can stop in and finish the sale transaction only to find out that the car was SOLD . Not one person from the dealer called me to update me on what was going on . I never received a phone call from the dealer or are sales person Fernando to return are deposit since they sold the car while it was under a deposit . Bad customer service , very bad experience buyers beware !!

Recently went to Wiz Auto to inquire about a vehicle I saw listed online. Within the first 2 minutes of speaking with Fernando Cortinhas, he assured me he could get me into a car the same day. I'm more than elated to say that was exactly what he did. The process was simple and he listened to my likes and dislikes regarding the vehicle and monthly payment. He was calm, fair, honest, and was very genuine. I did not feel pressured or hurried, and Fernando even had some great conversations with me about life! We greeted and welcomed by almost all the staff members we encountered but Federico was our salesman. Federico was super friendly and honest. My fiance is the inquisitive type and asked many questions, Federico knew all the answers to the questions and if he was unsure he made sure he went to the correct source. We ended up purcasing a BMW 3 series and we ended up meeting Meir (business manager). Meir was funny, witty and knowledgeable. Meir gave us the entire break down of all of the finances. So I called this place after seeing good reviews. i was interested in BMW's my credit isn't the best but its pretty decent and I explained that to them. I talked to Hector and he was going on and on about how great the cars were which I really didn't care I would rather find out myself. He gave me his cell number and told me he would be in contact with me. A couple days went passed and still nothing. So I took it upon myself to reach out and he tried to say that he doesn't know if I would get approved. I just graduated college paid bills and my loans on time never had a problem with that why would I not get approved for a $13,000 loan? seemed strange so I told him to run my credit and then get back to me. A week passed this time and still nothing. So I called and asked to speak to someone else Walter came on the phone and we had a nice conversatinon. I asked him about my credit and he said it was never ran but he had one of the guys run it and I was approved.Then he asked when would I be able to come down I explained to him that I was working more than usual because of the holiday but the following week I would make my way down. Everything seemed cool and I was really excited so a couple days before I was going to head down I called Walter and he explained that he was dealing with a customer and would call me back thats understandable except he never called me back. TWO DAYS passed and still no call back so i called again and talked to someone else and they were no help they wanted me to put a down payment on a car that I never even test drove which is really bad for business and made no sense. So I got tired of getting the run around and decided to go to BMW of Greenwich. There I was treated well excellent customer service and the process took all but two days to complete. I got 2013 with a 6 year warranty which covers everything except the glass and tires. And I also didn't need a co signer, how is it that I would need one at wiz but not a top notch dealership. I'm sorry to say that I would never look to go to Wiz again or refer a friend. You guys need much better customer service and actually keep your word!

This was my 3rd purchase from Wiz Leasing. I worked with Fernando and he was not your normal salesman, no pressure, easy to work with and a great guy but all the folks that work there are a pleasure to work with. You dont get that feeling you are getting taken or buying a lemon. All of the vehicles i've purchased from them have been a please to drive. Seems like they only get good cars and the lot shows. Nice not to have to haggle as they are already at rock bottom prices for year and mileage. The sales manager also did exactly said he would fix a few things after the new year and sure enough it was in the shop and a loaner provided. Great service, awesome place for great cars.

Fernando and the staff were very courteous, attentive to every little detail, and my wife and I really appreciated the laid back vibe we felt the minute we walked in the door. There was no pressure too sell you anything, and Fernando was one of the nicest dealers I've met. I used to sell Toyotas in Westport for a living and he reminded me alot of myself when I used to sell cars. The finance managers were helpful as well, explaining every detail as we went over everything. We also were introduced to the service manager, should we ever need anything. In think it's very professional to introduce you to the whole staff. Really felt like they weren't just selling you a car, but were also making sure you knew your business is appreciated! All in all, overly impressed and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family, and we will definitely be a return customer. Glad to now be a part of the Wiz family! Thanks guys!

That jacked the price up $1000, and then he said their prices are non negotiable. So I left without even giving an offer. At least he didn't waste too much of my time.

This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. I purchased a used 2011 Grand Cherokee from Wiz, and had a very interesting but rewarding journey through the whole experience. First of all during the time that I was buying was right around Thanksgiving, and in the heat of everything going on, they drove an hour out of their way to complete the paperwork at a hospital for my personal convenience at the time. Next, they hand delivered the car once emissions testing was completed and the car was registered. When I first got the car, there were a few problems with it that I could tell right when I first drove the vehicle, and although I was a bit upset in the first place, after speaking with the manager Ralph who is rarely unavailable, they sent someone else out to pick up the car and service it. After having a registered jeep fix everything under warranty, I went to pick up the car, yet there were still some problems I began to feel that Jeep themselves couldn't fix because they were not covered, so Wiz said "No problem" and took my car in and fixed the problem I had issued, as well as found numerous other problems and fixed them as well free of charge. All in all I could not have been more impressed with the service at Wiz, and not to mention the smile on every single persons face that works there. BUY FROM WIZ!!!!!

Having never shopped for a used car, I was to put it lightly very nervous. Don't get me wrong I have purchased used cars but always from a specific brand dealership. I didn't have a bunch of money to throw around and needed a car quickly. A friend recommended Wiz to me and after having read all of their reviews I decided to give them a shot. I spoke with Tom on the phone and he was very professional and not pushy. He basically said stop down when you have a chance and we'll see what we can do. I told him about a specific model I was interested in and he told me to give him a call when I was on my way down and he'd have the car outside and ready to look at and go for a test drive. Sure enough when I got there the car was outside waiting for me. Meir and Ralph did a great job with the financing and warranty. Meir actually took the time to get me a better warranty then I had expected. One other thing, everyone was super friendly at this place. It was a nice environment to buy a car at. There where no "SURPRISES". Just friendly down to earth people. I'm very happy with my purchase and will return.

I walked into Wiz Leasing after reading the reviews left by others and I want to share my experiences so that others can benefit from a great dealership. To start, Tom is a great guy who took seriously my concerns and expectations. He was not at all pushy or over-eager to make a sale. He allowed me free range of a handful of cars after we narrowed the list down a bit and let me come to my own conclusions about each, even when he knew my biases towards certain things may have been misplaced. It made me feel like he would be happy if I was happy and that is a great feeling at a car dealership. Meir worked very hard to make sure I wasn't set up to fail when it came to financing and warranties. He knew my situation and he went to bat for me with the bank. He didn't just take the money and run like a lot of other business people do these days. I feel that Meir believes in quality over quantity which, again, is a great feeling to have when making a big purchase like a new car. Wiz Leasing hit a grand slam for sure and you should strongly consider their services when looking for a great deal on a great car.

I have been to this dealer twice and both times I left angry and disappointed because it was a bait and switch each time. They advertise the price of the car and then when you arrive it's $1000 more, very sketchy. The first time I went they appraised my car for one price and said if I got a few things fixed they would give me a higher price. I came back a few weeks later with more than what was needed fixed and they appraised my car at an even LOWER price than they originally looked at it. I called specifically before traveling 2 HOURS up to the dealership to talk about if it was possible to get the car I wanted in my price range with my trade in. I was told "absolutely, no problem, we can definitely get you to that price". The value of my trade in they offered me was insulting and thousands lower than every other place I had been to. They then raised the price of the car by at least $1000 than what was advertised online. They said there was nothing they could do even though the monthly payment was well over $100 more a month than what was discussed on the phone. This is clearly a bait and switch and was a complete waste of my time and money. Obviously I'm even more upset that I drove 2 hours each way to go to this dealer. Then left empty handed after being deceived about the price of the car and my trade in value after I called specifically about it before going all the way there.

This is my second satisfied experience with Wiz Leasing over the last 4 years. They just keep getting better and better! My salesperson was Fernando. He was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable about their extensive inventory. I was looking for an AWD or 4WD vehicle better suited for the winter drive. After I found a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee and we agreed on a fair price, I was helped by Meir who was able to secure a car loan for me. At the moment, I dont have the best credit but Meir was able to find me reasonable financing within minutes. Meir was very friendly and explained how their extended warranties work (which I purchased). The final piece of the transaction was my trade-in. They bought back my Saab that I had purchased from them 4 years earlier! They gave me a fair trade-in price. I guess it helps to be a repeat customer. I bought my new Jeep on a Thursday evening. I wanted the new car for a trip I was taking the very next day to Pennsylvania right after work. The vehicle needed the emissions tested so I could not drive the car home that evening. This was not a problem. Fernando offered to take the vehicle first thing in the morning for testing and then deliver the vehicle to my office where we swapped my trade-in car. Talk about door to door service. The Jeep runs great and Im very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership. All the staff is friendly and helpful. All the vehicles I looked at and test drove were very good quality. When its time to buy my next car, I will be back at Wiz Leasing! Thanks guys!

Bought a used car at the Wiz. Good price for the car, basically I got a 2009 for the price of a 2008 everywhere else. The really outstanding factor was my salesman, Freddy. He went way beyond what was required. First of all, he knew a lot of technical details about the car that other salesmen could not tell me about. What he did not know, he researched instead of making it up. And finally, he went to pick me up at the New Haven train station on his day off. Great job, Freddy!!

We were looking to buy a new-to-us vehicle and spent a lot of time online looking at different cars and dealers. I had seen this car but at first thought the deal was too good to be true. My first reaction was to dismiss it, but i called anyways and spoke to Fernando. He said the car was still available and he'd be happy to show it to us. We hadn't made an appointment, but decided to randomly stop by one sunday morning. Fernando was there and he was happy to see us. He walked us over to the car, explained the dealers process in procuring the cars, and left us to look the car over without any pressure. When we were ready, we went on a test drive. We were sold. The car needed some cleaning and an A/C repair, but otherwise was in great shape. We put a deposit that same day and picked up the car the next weekend. Fernando worked around our schedule to pickup and even offered to stay after hours so we could pick it up. This was an easy and pleasant experience, and we didnt feel pressured into buying the car at any point. The car came with free car washes and a free oil change which is awesome. We purchased the extended warranty and will be servicing the vehicle here as well. Thank you Fernando for your help and we'll see you next time we need a car.

I was shopping for a fuel efficient used SUV online and i finally came across Wiz leasing. I made my first visit on Sunday 2nd August 2015 and spoke with Tom(Salesman). He was very professional and honest. We test drove a toyota highlander hybrid. Because he was so great i promised him that i would make a decision within a week, he also reserved the vehicle for me and with the help of Ralph (Sales Manager) we were able to close the deal. Now i'm an owner of a hybrid. I would recommend those guys any day, no harassment, no haggles, just genuine service.

My wife and I spotted some cars on the website and wanted to take a look up close. When we pulled into the lot, Walter came outside and immediately befriended the both of us. He seemed more concerned with our well being than he did about selling us a car. He was so helpful and polite in assisting us with the cars that we wanted to look at. Without feeling pushed, we eventually landed on a used Toyota Camry. The whole office worked like a team and managed the process in a timely fashion. During the closing, the dealership recognized a clerical mistake and immediately cut us a check for the difference. I probably never would have noticed the error. I still have yet to get an answer from them. Luckily discovered a BMW VIN decoder tool which helped me figure out the car wasn't for me. Not sure why dealers list cars with minimal information and weeks later still no pictures.

I had a very good experience buying at Wiz Leasing and dealing with Jared Witham. I bought a 12-year-old BMW that was in spectacular condition, and that had relatively low mileage. I was worried that the beauty might only be skin-deep, so I wanted my mechanic, who was pretty far away in New Haven, look at it. Jared was very patient and professional in bringing the car to my mechanic, who pointed out a few things that needed to be done. Jared agreed to have the Wiz take care of them without any fuss at all. The car was listed at a very fair price --though I do think the Internet pricing is deceptive ( thus the three stars in Buying Process) -- and I was relieved that there was no haggling. Since I just got the car two weeks ago, I can't really speak to the quality of repairs, but everything seems fine. I would definitely buy another car there.

I've been turned down several times trying to get my fiance a car / truck he wanted for a while now, he went online. Called ahead several days in advance on a vehicle. They Confirmed it to be there. Called the day I was car shopping in the region, salesman said it was ready to drive. Show up, salesman was standing out front smoking a butt and on his cell phone when I said I would be there in 15 minutes. Took me to his desk and bragged about how many cars they sell while checking his phone 5 times. Left to go find the car for 20 minutes. Supposedly the car was "getting some work done". Told me I was the only customer he was dealing with right now, was going to give 100% attention to this, but bumped into another customer in the show room and disappeared outside with them. Not impressed, still has the vehicle I wanted at a great price, but I'd rather spend more somewhere else. The tough-guy attitude from the salesman in the building was a great finishing touch as well. Good luck on those " 20-30 cars per weekend" you sell. I know who one of them won't be sold to.

If you're in the market for a used car, this is where you want to go. I initially inquired online about a vehicle we were interested in, including a value on our trade-in. After seeing all of the great reviews on here we decided to come and look at the used car inventory. Not only did they have a great selection of cars, but the sales people were awesome. We worked with Hector who gave us as much time and space as we needed to look at the cars. After deciding on a car the dealership worked with us on making the payments what we wanted. We had a deal with another car dealership fall and needed a car badly for my wife. I quickly began searching the internet and found the car I'd been initially searching for. It was literally dropped off a day or so earlier and they were in the process of prepping the car. A gentleman by the name of Ralph Gamboian helped us, and I can not tell you how helpful, professional, courteous, and kind he was with helping us. Purchasing a car can be a maddening process. Most of the time I've found that either the salesmen are unrealistic in the price of the car, or they are just out and out mean with their sales pitch, completely lacking any concern for the process, the purchase, or how vulnerable I believe a lot of car buyers feel when purchasing a vehicle. The car business is such a crazy business, it's amazing that people have the time to even shake your hand or get to know your name. My wife and I both found The Wiz Leasing to be warm, inviting, extremely helpful, and everyone was just smiles all around. Honestly, I can not recommend enough purchasing a car through them, they are FANTASTIC!!!! Especially with purchasing a used car, you never know what you're getting. But I have a philosophy, if you're kind to others, more than likely they'll be kind to you. I honestly believe that the people are The Wiz Leasing go out of their way to make the experience go smooth, and that the car you're purchasing is as reliable as they can make it. Freddy at Wiz Leasing is the best there is. I always search Cars.com when looking for a new vehicle and this time I was lucky enough to not only find the exact vehicle I wanted, but I also met the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Almost immediately after submitting an "I am interested" email, Freddy called to see what he could do to help. I live 3 hours away in Vermont and explained to him that I was hoping to drive to Wiz that coming weekend. Unfortunately i was unable to make it for a few weeks but Freddy never gave up on me. Every time I called he took time to answer any questions and update me on the status of the vehicle I was interested in. Never at all pushy! I did finally make the trip and Freddy was right there to assist me. After putting a deposit and discussing the terms of my trade I figured I wouldn't see Freddy again. Fortunately this wasn't the case. I received a call a couple of days later from Meir, and I was very disappointed with his tactics for trying to force me to purchase insurance and warranties that I didn't want. I Then received a text message from my good friend Freddy asking when I would be making the trip to get my new car. I explained to him how uncomfortable Meir made me and Freddy told me he would take care of it. Freddy brought my concerns to the sales manager, Ralph, and between the two of them I wasn't subjected to any more pressure about the "extras". We came to an agreement and I was able to go that same afternoon to get my new BMW. I told them however that I was going to be cutting it close to closing time and they stayed late to help get me on the road. I truly felt that Freddy had my back on this and didn't just leave me to fend for myself. Coming from so far away it was important that things went well and thanks to Freddy, they did. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Wiz as long as Freddy is there. My only complaint would be of Meir. Other than him, my whole purchase was very pleasurable.

I spoke with 3 different salesmen on the phone abut the same car and all 3 told me completely different stories and information. Personally I don't know who to believe and decided to steer clear!

Deserves less than 1 star. I was looking at a 2007 mazda3 online. I called and spoke to Anthony and was told the car was there and ready and I could come test drive it. After driving 45 minutes I get there and am told I can not drive it because it was getting ready to be serviced. A few days later I went back drove it decided to buy it and scheduled an appointment to fill out the paperwork and pick up the car. Upon arriving to my appointment not only was the paperwork not ready but while filling it out I noticed an extra $2000 charge for an extended warranty that I had never asked for. Anthony claimed he thought I spoke to the financing people and agreed to it with them. Never happened. Then, a month later my brakes were screeching so I had to bring it in to get serviced. I waited for over an hour for them to even bring my car into the shop. They said Jen the person who was incharge of that hit a snow bank and wasnt there yet. As if that was my problem or like she would be the one working on my car. If they couldnt look at my car until she got there a phone call would have been nice so I didnt waste half of my day just waiting. Then 3 months later I had to put $600 into it for new struts because the ones their mechanics put on the car were missing parts and were not properly installed. The ignorance of everyone that works there and how sneaky they try to be will be there reason I will never go back and would suggest everyone to stay far away from wiz leasing and Anthony the sales man.

My boyfriend and I just financed a car through Wiz and let me tell you, EVERY single employee, from the mechanics to the sales associates, we're extremely friendly. We went on a Saturday to look around and by that Thursday we drove away, registered and insured, in our vehicle. Gabe was extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgable in every aspect of our experience at the Wiz. If Gabe is not available, definitely ask for Jared. When it came to financing and signing papers, Meir was just as friendly and helpful as Gabe and Jared. If you want a stressful car buying experience, then come to the Wiz. My son needed a car so I had him do the research on-line. He saw a car he liked on the Bargain News website and called Wiz Leasing and was immediately connected with the best sales rep they have by the name of Gabriel Rios. Gabe assisted my son (several times), via phone, and even though he was very busy, he was patient in answering ALL of his questions. He suggested he come down and walk the lot to see other great cars Wiz offered. My husband and I accompanied our son to Wiz, walked the lot, and saw several we liked. At the time, Gabe was assisting another customer and could not see us, but within minutes, he returned my son's call and met us at the lot. Gabe was not pushy and didn't even tag along behind us as we went from car to car. He quickly took us to the car my son was really interested in. He walked us through every inch of the 2007 Toyota Corolla. He explained the types of services done to all the cars at Wiz before anyone purchased them. He made us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable. He took us back to the office and went over the Carfax, financing offers, etc. We test drove the car, and loved it immediately. The car looked and felt like a brand new car straight off the assembly line. We purchased the car on the spot. The entire team at Wiz are wonderful! They walk you through all types of services they offer and make you feel less anxious about purchasing a car. As a mom, I felt safe and comfortable. The mileage was great and the price even better. I found a car I liked online at Wiz, I called and Gabe answered the phone. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, Gabe was not pushy at all. I waited two days and called back to see if the car was still available since I was going to be driving an hour to their dealership. Again, Gabe was friendly, I went and saw the car, drove it and fell in love with it immediately. Gabe was great, he never made me feel like I was wasting his time, he left me alone for a little while in the car so I could decide if this was the right car for me, (which I already knew it was). I asked him if we could take it for another ride, he said "absolutely", so very patiently he got in the car and I test drove it again. I purchased the car that day and asked when I could pick it up, which he responded "today", I was excited but I knew I couldn't because I needed to have someone with me, since I couldn't drive two cars. I went back 3 days later and picked up my Chrysler 200 convertible. It's the exact car I was searching for and in the color I wanted. I love my car and my experience with Gabe at Wiz Leasing was so smooth and not the typical frustrating car shopping. Go see Gabe!!!!!

Over the past year I have researched many dealers for a used BMW and after calling and visiting many places and faces and being really disappointed I made a decision to go to Wiz to see the place and meet the people. On May 20,2014 my daughter accompanied me to Stratford to walk the lot and meet the staff. After we arrived we were graciously greeted by Gabe who immediately encouraged us to walk the lot and digest the large inventory that was available. We casually walked without any pressure from the staff. We saw the car that we researched over their website and it was in good condition so we met with Gabe to discuss a purchase. Gabe explained the philosophy of Wiz and answered all our questions regarding costs, financing and service. His insight and knowledge of how to get the deal done was clear and concise. What really convinced me that I was in the right place and dealing with the right person was the fact that Gabe never hesitated in conversation and made eye contact during our first meeting. Both my daughter and I were comfortable with our first impression. We made an appointment to return 5/22 to review a purchase for the 325I BMW we liked. We returned two days later and were greeted by Gabe upon arrival. Gabe was prepared and had all the paperwork ready to get the sale process started. We were introduced to the finance person Meir who was prompt in reviewing my paperwork and secured financing within 45 minutes. We reviewed the deal upon approval and it was within our budget so we closed the deal .It was professional and Meir was empathetic to our needs. We met with Gabe and he told us the work that would be completed so that we could pick the car up with registration and plates after all the required services were performed. Three days later we arrived and the car was ready as promised. After driving the car for a few days a few issues surfaced and I called Gabe. He connected me to Jen, the service manager, who was nice and told us not to worry that she would get the car taken care of immediately. We dropped the car off and the four issues were taken care of as promised. With all work documentation was provided by Jen so that we would see the finished work. Jen also explained ongoing service that they provide and the complimentary 1st oil change. Jen was really great to deal with. So I sit here four days after the car was serviced and want you to know that we have had a really great experience with all the staff at the Wiz. I commend Gabe, Jennifer and Meir on the level of professionalism and the knowledge and care we were extended One really can never know what is going to happen with a vehicle however I feel comfortable that the staff at Wiz valued our business and hopefully will help us maintain our investment. This dealership has some of cleanest and nicest cars that I have seen in one place. My salesman Jared was great. Please look for him. We bought a 2006 Mercedes E350 in very good condition. He was honest and straight forward about the price. There were a few things that needed to be repaired to "seal the deal" so we had to bring the car back the following week.. I was little worried about how that would go once we bought the vehicle but then we met Jen. She was the service manager and was very professional, warm and friendly. The quality of their work was outstanding and they did most repairs at no charge to us. They really stepped up at a time when service in used cars dealerships is almost non-existent. We were very pleased with the service I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE not just because of great prices but because of a Superior service dept. After all once you buy a vehicle you want to be sure you can rely upon that same dealership to maintain or live up to the agreement that got you to buy the car to begin with. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I had searched a lot before buying from these guys. Give them a try you wont be sorry.

I purchased a 2006 Toyota Rav 4 limited. The salesman Gabriel was very patience because we were back and forth looking around for best deals. Took me like 4 weeks to decide which car. After looking in the internet and going to different dealers. The Wiz Leasing was the best offer with lower miles. Everything with finance went fast and smooth. In my opinion they are very organize, when I got there everything was ready to sign and the car was ready to take home. Gabriel is amazing and is a plus that he speaks Spanish. I've been looking for a car for several months. Beware of used car "mills" in the area that buy lower tier autos needing major work - watch out! I went to 3 used dealerships but researched several others and the last one I went to was Wiz Leasing where I found a car I liked. The showroom/office area was clean with comfortable chairs and TV if you need to wait for anything. Gabriel walked me through the sales process including some questions I had about financing. I received a good interest rate even though my credit on paper was questionable. Their cars don't come from auctions but dealerships where they have been traded in for new purchases. The price I paid was below book value and the car is in excellent condition. My experience with Maier (sp?) and another young women in financing was great and I would definitely recommend Gabriel on the sales side. It was the first time I bought a car there and I would definitely go back.

Bought a 2009 BMW 335i - fair price for purchase of vehicle and amount offered for my trade in. Exceptional staff and service. Brougt it to BMW dealer for service / checkup and all was well - quality vehicle. Only issue is the battery needed to be replaced, but they made it happen without issue. My stepfather also purchased a vehicle from them years ago. Highly recommended.

I just bought a Ford Escape Hybrid. Because of the mileage it was an "as is" purchase. Frank was very nice and took care of any problems before I bought the car. After driving it off the lot I realize the alignment was way off. I called Frank and he spoke with Jen and they took care of it for me for no extra charge. They really didn't have to because I did buy the car "as is". I've already spoke with some of my friends about my experience. I will also be back for my next purchase.

I purchased a car for my daughter from Frank Lewis. I found him to be engaging...and honest. We bought a car with high mileage at a wholesale price. As promised, Wiz fixed a few a issues and even performed some extra work at no charge. I would suggest this dealer not only for an inexpensive older auto, but also for a near new, low mileage car. The dealership location was easy to find after driving four hours. Just from the short time there it seemed like they had people from all over browsing and picking up cars. I would say it is worth the drive. If you are not sure what vehicle you are looking for I am sure you would find something there. The staff was friendly and casual. Typically, my experiences have been with very formal and more conservative car dealerships but this staff had a comfortable and casual way about them. The vehicle I purchased was as described( looked great) and the four hour drive home gave me a chance to see how the car really performed. I purchased the volvo xc 90 6 years old. It was visually in excellent shape despite finding gum in the back seat pouch:) Gabriel did a nice job cleaning that up and with a smile:) It is a used car dealership and the facilities are not impressive to the eye but once you are inside and dealing with the staff you realize they are about volume and service. My salesperson was Gabriel Rios. Most of the dealings were through pictures, texts, and emails. He was organized, followed through on all my requests, and had a very nice personality. The other staff members were very friendly inside- Anthony and Frank to name a few. I would recommend anyone who has a specific vehicle in mind to look through their inventory. Used is used but I do feel like they try to put the highest quality car at reasonable prices. It was stated to me that the cars were not auctioned cars but imported through other dealers? After spending time there I do think they are putting things on the lot that there is a demand for and draw you in with slightly lower prices. The staff inside while making my payment was friendly(despite some of the reviews I have read). Bottom line do your research when buying a used car. Know your product, and recalls or issues, the current pricing so you can compare, and do a significant background check on the car. The owner wandered around and was very visible and present in a friendly way. Obviously, the bottom line is making money but there was a sense of pride from the owner that gave you a confidence that he values the customer. It seemed like he let the sales people do their job but definitely knew everything that was going on. Thank you for a pleasant experience. It was worth the drive and I hope the car lives up to my expectations:) If the car is as nice as it seems I would make this trip again in the future and would certainly tell anyone looking to try you first:) The distance from saratoga was definitely a long one but a car is a big purchase so you should not settle for something based on the proximity to your home. Branching out gives you a more fleixibilty. I appreciate Gabe's customer service.

RUDE! LIES! Makes promises in writing to fix things then backs out! Says BRAND NEW TIRES that are really USED! Every tire has a code that any tire store can read, the code says these tires are YEARS OLD. When presented with these issues WIZ promptly told me car was sold as-is. Well, guess what? This is second time I bought a car from Wiz leasing. Salesman Anthony was so helpfull and patient. Definetly ask for him first. I had a very big problem with Bank of America during payment, took hours, Anthony was patient enough and also supportive. The lady from finance department was helpfull. The car had overheating problem 5 days after I bought it. Jenn from service department was great to take care of the problem. She really made it easy for us, thank you Jenn!. They fixed the car same day. To be honest I was worried, they would give me hard time or the problem wasn't completely fixed, but neither of them. They were helpfull, and car is fixed. Today I received a response from Anthony about an inquiry I made about one of their vehicles on Cars.com. He said the vehicle was still available. I told him I would head up to Stratford to look at the vehicle, with every intent to purchase it. I was not offered any chance to reserve the vehicle with an over-the-phone deposit, so I assumed the vehicle would be available when I got there. So I put aside every thing I had planned to do in order to drive 55 miles to this dealership. When I get there, Anthony is nowhere in sight, no one knows where he is, and the vehicle that I drove all the way from Yonkers, NY to see was being sold. I would have reserved this vehicle with a deposit if given the chance, but instead I wasted a whole day, and drove 110 miles round-trip, and wasted a whole tank of gas to just be turned away empty-handed after being told "come on up, the Jeep is still available". To make matters worse, a man at the dealership said to my girlfriend and I "Well, that's just how things go sometimes". Really? No apologies? At last fake being apologetic. Very unprofessional. On the long drive back home, felt comfort in the fact that I am better off not doing business with this dealership.

Perhaps the worst car experience of my life. Bought a used car from this dealer and within 4 months it needed a $3900 transmission. Salesman will not return phone calls and the owner said " sorry but that's how it goes" They buy junkers and fix them up with snake oil and polish. Take your money and RUN to a reputable dealer elsewhere

From the get-go, Wiz made the car buying process super-simple and satisfyingly superior as compared to my initial experience with other local car dealers. My salesman Jared was the absolute antithesis of the stereotypical "in-your-face" obnoxious car-salesman character; admittedly he did have an effortless job in "talking up" the vehicle, a gorgeous and immaculate 2008 Buick Enclave CXL. Having done my homework, I came prepared with Carfax in-hand and a folder filled with my extensive Enclave 2008 research, which helped to make the test drive and follow-up with Finance Manager Meir a smooth sailing scenario, and even my ueber-critical hubby couldn't find any fatal flaws associated with the beautiful Buick. Having made the purchase yesterday, I am thrilled beyond belief and can only say a big "THANK YOU" to all at Wiz who worked efficiently expertly and effectively as a team to put my worries to rest and consequently I truly feel I drove off with the BEST!

This is the best dealer ever. The customer service is great. As soon as I entered the dealer, I was helped immediately by Andrew. He led me through the car buying process. He did not pressure me or hurry me as I switched back and forth. When I finally selected the car, Meir was the best. My credit score is bad and he was able to pull all the strings to get me financed. Meir is great at what he does and he treats everyone like family. He will work his magic to get anyone approved just give him a chance. This is the best dealer ever. the staff is super friendly. Meir and Andrew are both excellent at what they do. My credit score is not the best but they pulled strings and got me an awesome deal. Meir is excellent with the financial aspect. As I entered the dealer, Andrew helped me right away. There was no pressure and no rush like most dealers. He answered my questions and had lots of patience while I went back and forth on the car that I wanted. Then, Meir toke over and treated me just like family. He explained all the details and gave me a great deal. It really was a pleasant experience and I think everyone should buy a car here. I went in first thing in the morning. I was greated by the entire crew. When I sat down with the salesman I told him right off I didnt have great credit. He told me not to worry and they would take care of me. I wnt in knowing that I wanted an X5 but the question in my mind was which one. After showing me around I finally made my decision. He did all the paper work and handed me over to the Financial person. With his do not take no for an answer attitude I was approved in a matter of minutes. I got the car that I longed for and I have never been happier. Thanks WIZ

I went to look for a nice used car, but had credit issues and thought no chance will thy get me apporved. My salesman was Andrew! He welcomed me to Wiz leasing and the process began. I received a referral to The Wiz from a family member of my boyfriend and was very happy with the services received. I had my heart set on a convertible, and after reviewing their inventory online, found my dream car, a BMW 328i convertible. The pricing was competitive, and the condition of the car (despite being a 2008) was like brand new. I noticed the only (slight) damage was under the bumper, which was fixed along with a total tune up prior to me picking up the vehicle. The overall purchasing experience was effortless and convenient. I was also able to purchase my insurance at the same time, which added a sense of immediate security so I could fully enjoy the ride home. The staff is knowledgeable and provides a family style level of service, something I do not think is found in every dealership. Meir and team couldn't have been more helpful, especially when I experienced a hit and run shortly after my purchase. My insurance requested photo's of my car prior to purchase to ensure the damage was recent, and Meir was very responsive, sending photos the same day I requested them. I highly recommend this dealership, not only if you are looking to lease or purchase a car, but also for their auto body shop!

I saw the 04 Acura TSX and fell in love! My fiance and I were hesitant on this purchase because we have little to no credit, but the incredibly helpful dealers at Wiz Leasing took their time and put in extra footwork and helped us get the car that we wanted. Our sales rep Andrew gave us all the information we needed on the car. Along side Andrew, senior sales rep Meir was INCREDIBLE! I have purchased many cars over the years, and NEVER had I had the experience I had with this dealership. When I purchased the car, I told them I was leaving for Florida later that next week, I was told No Problem, car will be ready for pick up on Tuesday. I was told to pick up my car on Tuesday at 4:00pm, after not hearing from my salesman Anthony for days, I happened to call at 2;00 Tuesday to make sure everything was OK well good thing because the car was NOT ready, it needed a part changed, No one bothered to call me to tell me, What if I didn't call and showed up expecting my car? I was told that the next day I could get the car, well the next day again I had to call them in the afternoon only to be told that the part never arrived. When I told Anthony that I had a problem with the lack of communication on his end, I was told to just cancel the deal and go somewhere else, After speaking with the manager who did get me to the right person to talk to in the service dept. And I was told maybe Thursday it will be ready, It never was ready Thursday, So I did ask for my deposit back, I'm glad this happened as this truly shows how this dealership treats it's customers, better to know ahead of time, I can't imagine if I had an issue with the car, how it would be handled. I wanted to buy a car in my hometown for what I thought would be easier for repairs etc. Guess I will look elsewhere, I can't help but ask the question, is the car business that strong ij this economy where a customer who PURCHASED a car would be treated with such lack of concern by a dealership

If you are interested in purchasing at car at this facility, you won't be disappointed. There are a wide variety of options and the prices are reasonable! I even got a great deal on my trade-in! Ask for Drew's assistance, his interpersonal effectiveness is intriguing and his will to satisfy your needs and concerns are priority. I was dealt with in a professional manner and even as a female was not intimidated by this process (helps that I know my stuff). However, as always, do your research, ask questions, and to avoid concerns of mechanical issues have your mechanic take a look at the car! Otherwise, you won't be led astray by Drew, a man I sense is of great integrity, strong morals, and virtuous.

I just want to scream, I am so so happy. I got my dream car 2011 BMW 328XI, and all the credit to Meir the business manger who miraculously got me approved for a loan, and I know that was not easy, as my credit is not the greatest to put mildly. I wanted to recignize the efforts of Freddy our salesman in particular since he was so helpful and patient throughout the entire process of us buying our used Honda Accord. Freddy not only treated us with respect and professionalism, he was honest about what the dealership could do to get the car ready for sale and made sure it was done timely and completely. He even to half a day out of his day off to drive the car to our mechanic to be looked at prior to the purchase. The service is SUPERB as they HONOR what they claim. I'll start with the service dept. The guys in service work hard to assure your issues are resolved efficiently and timely. I had the pleasure of working with Salesmen Gabe and Andrew who assisted me in purchasing my 2010 BMW FULLY LOADED which I am in LOVE WITH. Thanks Gabe, It was great working with you! The MEIR himself shed sweat and tears to get the LOWEST interest rate I have ever gotten in my history of car buying. My car payment is UNREAL, even with the inclusion of a great full warranty, which leaves me with a peace of mind. I don't know where to start with referring friends and family. Meir spent a nice chunk of time working hard to get the best interest rate for me. I was treated like family and received FREEEE entertainment hosted by Meir HIMSELF (the songbird of the century). The car itself is GREAT. I myself, my friends and family members do not believe the good deal I've gotten on MY 2010 BMW with navigation AWD, Push to start ETC. I was searching on the web for a nice car on cars.com i came upon wiz auto leasing and decided to look on there website. i instantly fell in love with a Bmw X5 and seen that the price was not too Pricey. I called in and soon later made an appointment to come in. salesman andrew took his time with me and he showed me the cars on the lot. (great guy) really! Took the Bmw for a test drive and brought a mechanic to look at it too. when it was time to do paperwork Jared was patient and stayed with me one more hour for paperwork even though the shop had closed, i had a problem with my money....I was 200 dollers short, but thank god FOR MAYOR who take a chance and lend me the money that same day. I walked out with my car, a good warrenty, and outstanding experience. not to mention low meilage on the vechilce. Thanks guys for making it possible for me to drive a nice car.

I purchased a beautiful 2007 Acura TSX. Gabriel was my salesperson. I must admit I gave them a hard time! I was back n forth with the price, the warranty and what car I actually wanted to settle on, I even checked around at other dealerships...but I always came back to the Acura because I knew based on ally research and exploring, that it was the best value for my money. The staff was very pleasant and professional but Gabriel was especially patient with me, no matter what I threw at him. Mayor in the finance dept was also patient and try to accommodate me in terms of the warranty offers. He was funny and they both never made me feel forced...but gave me room to breathe and make the choice myself. He def works hard to get the buyer what they want in a warranty, n getting you approved. There customer service and car sold itself. GABRIEL was very informative and gave me several scenarios so that my mind would have enough info to help me decide what was best for me. Wiz made my first car buying experience very pleasant. After visiting many dealerships, Wiz was very refreshing. I was initially reluctant about buying a used car but after seeing the quality of cars it was not hard to make a decision. We walked around the lot with Gabe Rios and he was extremely helpful. He was honest and upfront about all of the cars I was interested in. He was also very knowledgable about all of the cars we looked at and made the process much better. My first day there I found a car I loved and the buying process began. The finance department was also really helpful. I worked with Meir and he could not have been more helpful. This dealership was fantastic. First off, I was an out-of-state buyer. We had already negotiated a price, and they picked me up from the train station. My flight was delayed, amongst other hold-ups and I arrived 3 hours after the dealership had closed. It did not matter, they still picked me up, and did not rush me at all. I had visited many dealerships in different states and Wiz leasing was the company that got me accepted with the rates that I wanted. I came in with a car that i wanted and they did not stop trying to get me approved for the car. I worked with the sales man Gab and he did not rush or pressure me in anything like some dealerships have done. He took the time to make sure I was sure that this was the car I wanted. Then after Meir in the finance department worked nothing short of a miracle on getting me the most affordable loan he made sure I was comfortable with it. It was like he was up against everything wrong in my credit report and did everything to find the one thing right. I went to Wiz leasing after seeing one of their vehicles on the lot. I have lived local for a few years but never went in because I thought they were only a lease company. When I did finally go in, I was amazed at their selection as well as my dream car is which was why I went in. From the purchasing process, to my salesman Fred, to their finance department, everyone went above and beyond to help me purchase my vehicle. Their selection is huge with the best cars available from every price range. A few years ago, I had a lot of family losses that caused my credit to drop from paying for funerals. They got me the car that I wanted, through a major lender when all of the others could not that not only gave me the car of my dreams, but an opportunity to rebuild my credit. They look out for their customers, and are all about loyalty. I would like to especially thank their salesman Fred who jumped through hoops to help me out and that really says a lot about character. I am looking forward to doing business with them in the near future when my wife is looking to purchase a newer vehicle. I would like to say I was very nervous at the thought of buying a new to me but used car. I searched many dealers online and in person for an Odyssey and finally came across Wiz Leasing. I called and spoke with Gabe Rios and asked him if I could come in and take a look and take it for a test drive, he said he would have it ready when I came in. Sure enough when I arrived it was right at the front door. In the wind and pouring rain Gabe came out and I took a look and took it for a drive. Gabe answered all my questions without hesitation and really is a people person. I put down a deposit that day, and told him I would be back Saturday to have someone check it out, he had no Problem with that. When it checked out to be a good purchase we set up to come back in a couple days to seal the deal. I picked up my van today and everyone at Wiz are friendly and welcoming, especially my new found friend and salesman Gabe Rios. I will absolutely go back to Wiz and refer friends as well. Very clean facility, and (mostly) professional sales staffs. Mr. Gabriel Rios is an extraordinary sales consultant, without his highly customer oriented handling of inquiries, I would not have purchased the Mercedes-Benz 2004 C230 there. Mr. Rios makes me feel comfortable and at ease, and explained things of my concern in a manner that gained not only my, but my wife's trust. The purchase turned out to be a highly pleasant one, with the only minor issue resolved at pre-delivery service as Mr. Rios promised, the vehicle checked out with 0 fault in the most stringent system check at Mercedes-Benz after the purchase. I called about a vehicle I saw on their website to see if it was still for sale. Someone answered the phone and was like "um, uh, I guess you want to talk a salesperson..." Yeah... So the salesman gets on the phone and says he'll call me right back after checking to see if a deposit had been put on the vehicle. How long that takes I wouldn't think but a few minutes, but a waited almost an hour and nobody called back. So I called back, got in contact with Andrew, and this time gave the exact stock number of the vehicle so it would be easier for them. He read it back to me and verified the vehicle model and said it was still available. Well, the dealership is NOT nearby, so I jumped in my car and drove there right away. When I got there, I was almost like nobody seemed to who or where Andrew was(?) and introduced me to another salesman who indicated the car had been sold like days ago. What a bunch of clowns. I wasted half of my saturday and was very displeased.

I just purchased a used Land Rover from this dealer, and I must say I was a bit wary going into the deal as I was buying from out of state with NO experience with this dealer. I was pleasantly surprised by not only the salesman I dealt with, the quality of the vehicle, but the manager I finalized things with. They gave me a fair price for my trade in, and a fair price for the car I ended up buying. I tried to haggle the price, but as a last reviewer stated, there wasn't much room, which is okay because their price was VERY good for the car I was purchasing. They detailed the car from top to bottom before my pick up, and even repaired some items. The 60 day warrantee was key for my confidence level as well. I'd buy from them again. I completely disagree with some of these posts- there is usually two sides to every story, and I would love to hear the dealers side.

I have bought every used car from them since I have been driving and have had nothing but great experiences with Jason or Guy. I have sent my family and friends there as well and everyone has been satisfied. They are not the 'typical used car salesmen' that you get at most places. I suppose that is why they have been in business for over 30 years.

Go here only if you want to buy a lemon and then be insulted and otherwise mistreated. The two owners, who are the only salesmen, possess all of the qualities that give used car salesmen a bad name, only they combine these skills with the maturity of middle school students. Forget about poor customer service, you surely will not find that here. But you will find plenty of disservice. To top off the fact that the owners/employees acted inappropriately, they car they sold me was a lemon. It broke down literally one week after purchase. I highly recommend that you find a different dealer.
