We found the perfect 2016 Elantra GT right away. We went to a couple of other brands to compare mainly because this was the 1st place we went. In the end, the car was exactly what my wife was looking for. We got a good price and wrote the check and drove it home. After two weeks, we are very pleased with it. We didn't want another SUV. It has good cargo room without being too big.

I'm not quite sure why you want this, but here goes. I had a very positive experience at Wolfchase Hyundai. I was the first customer on the lot. I told Mr. Wilder my needs, and that money is a big object. He did agree that a new car would be the best investment for me. He showed mew couple of the lower priced models, and, with his recommendation I chose the Accent. The whole thing took about 4 hours. I don't know if that's normal or not.

I dislike buying cars. I hate the run around you usually get. The back and forth dickering on a price. Buying this car was different! Shannon asked us about the size of the car we were interested in and what features we thought we wanted. There was no pressure to do something on our first visit. We weren't ready to purchase that day. When we returned Shannon greated us as if we were friends. On this visit all we had to do was pick out a color. The price offered was what I thought was fair and the deal was closed. Tony introduced himself and said he was always available if we had any questions. Deniece in finance was also great. No high pressure from anyone at this dealership.

They provided me with the full package... helpful, but not high pressure; knowledgeable, but not condescending; patient, I'm not the most technically savvy individual and Josh never lost patience and explained to me on a level I could understand... all which was most appreciated. I have a 2014 Veloster and went to Wolfchase for a tire problem this week. The sensor showed problem with tire. As I have lifetime nitro refill they filled it up again. I said it had gone low over the holidays and walmart service dept had suggested I bring to the dealer as they looked at tire when it was holiday time. The service dept took my car and brought it back a few min utes later to say they had installed nitro and it was fine. I asked if they had looked why it went down over holiday and they got me to pull in service garage to look. A few minutes later again they said all was fine and if it happened again to go to Gateway tires as they have a dunk tank? there and Wolfchase do not to further check the tire. Well two days later my sensor light is on again and so I go to Gateway and explain what Wolfchase had said and they looked horrified they would lie to me about it. They took the time at Gateway to not only inspect that tire but all tires and found Wolfchase had put in 50 lbs of pressure (Very dangerous to my safety).They corrected all tires and checked all sensors to maintain my safety. I will not be returning to Wolfchase for any service to my vehicle plus the man there did not even make eye contact with me while I was talking to him he was so checked out.To all you who have good experience buying your vehicle I only hope you have good service after.

On Thursday, September 17, 2015 I purchased my 2016 Tucson from Wolfchase Hyundai and I noticed that the power seat was not working correctly. I had taken the Tucson back to the dealership 2 days later to have it repaired, they advised me that they do not have the part and I need to keep my Tucson there as they will fix it the next day. Joe the salesman who had done a wonderful job with the entire sales experience has been keeping me informed of what is going on the entire time. A loaner was given to me and now its been close to 2 weeks and I just today got the call that the Tucson is ready. This was unacceptable. This was NOT THE DEALERSHIPS FAULT rather HYUANDI ISSUE

I had given my dealer, Sayed Salat, a call that morning expressing my desired price range for a pre-owned vehicle. That evening, I met with Sayed to go through necessary pre-notions. Ten minutes later, he and his manger had a vehicle waiting outside. It was new, never owned, and within my desired price point. The fastest I ever purchased a car. The loan process was a bit long because I had to wait on his return, and then do an overview of the paperwork. Overall, I had a great experience.

Every time I bring my car in for service I have a problem with something. Nothing wrong with the car just the people and there so called procedures they have. Whether it's oil changes or recall or just when it seems like the car isn't performing well I have a problem. To the fact it takes longer than stated or when it's done they don't call you to pick up or losing info on the car never having "loaner cars" don't offer something on your website if it's never possible. Especially when you make an appointment online. The new service manager is much easier to deal with than the old one was. Though it may have something to do with the fact I didn't purchase my vehicle from here because I just moved to this city and this is the closest to home. They seem to help more when you purchase from them directly.

Every time I take my car to be serviced the day cashier always has an foul attitude and has poor costumer service. She rushes you out of the door and doesn't deliver a good experience;despite what everyone else does for me. I will not be returning or recommend this service department to any of my fellow Hyundai owners. The service/part(s) center team is not customer focused by any means.

I actually didn't go in to buy a car, but to research. These gentlemen went above and beyond to sell me a car without making me feel pressured. I felt like the most important person in the dealership every moment I was there. They understood my financial restrictions and worked to make sure I felt like I left the lot with a car that fit my needs that I wouldn't regret spending a lot of money on. I am anxious to see if the service department is as customer focused as the sales team.
