Went in for a phantom battery draw diagnosis. Techs were able to pinpoint the problem quickly (and it was a tough one!) My service advisor, Danielle A. was fantastic. Kept me up to speed on everything throughout. Couldn't be happier, going to make Woltz & Wind my service dealership from now on.

Salespeople were kind and friendly. My salesperson was so helpful and provided us items which were necessary but not required for the salesperson to take care of but he did anyway. The sales transaction went so quickly and living out of state, we returned home in no time with our vehicle.

Tried to make a deal with the salesman, and never heard back from him. Since I am not in the area, emailing was the easiest. They never even countered the offers or even acknowledged them. Emailed twice, and then he sent a message that the vehicle was sold...Communication was poor, and left me quite disappointed, as I had expressed interest in buying the vehicle.

It was a simple issue that could have been resolved quicker but nevertheless-it was resolved. The fact that I have your most expensive warranty on my explorer and you charge $99 just to look at it is absurd! That is beyond disappointing! It took about 10 minutes for the diagnostic test and as a loyal ford customer, I should not have been charged for that!

The work on my vehicle (replace front wheel hub) was associated with a previous repair (replace front wheel bearing). Not sure if the hub should have been replaced at the time of the wheel bearing, but it cost me another trip to the service shop (both time and money). However, the service advisor (Matt) gave me a discount on the labor.

On an extremely cold day one of my tires was very low (the second time in 2 weeks.) I called and Ziggy said bring the car right down and leave it, which I did, and took the service van home. Turned out the problem was a bad seal. I bought my car only a few months ago from Wolltz &Wind Ford and the biggest factors in my decision to buy there were the convenience of the location and especially the trust and confidence I have in the service department.

I bought/leased my first car from WWF, 3 years ago and had nothing but a great experience with sales, service, etc...my lease was coming up and my sales guy contacted me to come in and see what the 2016's looked like. That was on a Thursday -I told him what I wanted and by Saturday, I came in to see what he had for me. He found exactly what I was looking for and I left with a new car 40 minutes later! I'm still trying to get used to the fact that I walked out with a new car! That fast!!! Great people down there, I would recommend them to anybody who was looking for a Ford or Lincoln -they're the best!

The keypad on the door of our 2013 Explorer could not be programmed. We dropped it off for the 23,000 mile maintenance and asked to have the keypad checked. It turned out that it needed to be replaced and was ordered. Unfortunately, we were unable to leave it overnight while the parts arrived or it would have been replaced the next day. We were able to schedule the work at our convenience and the repairs were completed as planned. We are happy with the results. A job well done.

I could not find my car in the lot after it was serviced. I asked one of the collision repair men and he told me to give him my keys, take a seat in the warm waiting room and he would drive it around for me. That was very kind of him. He could have just told me where to look but he went over and above to bring it right to me as I waited. I wish I remembered his name. I think he was an estimator and was middle aged. Great customer service!

I love my Flex. Everyone wonders why a small widow lady is driving a Flex They call it my bus but I love it The drive is so comfortable and safe. My son set everything up for me at the dealership and got me the right guy to do it. The only thing I did not like was having to listen to those women on the View in the waiting room. I should have gotten up and changed the channel. As for the Ford service it was great. Everyone was courteous and efficient. And I love my new tires. They produce a nice ride

While I was disappointed having to take my 18 month old Focus in for service so soon, I was very pleased with the way the service department handled my issue.Jim, the service manager went out of his way to accommodate my problem and saw that it was taken care of in a timely manner.Sadly to say, I probably would not recommend a Focus to others because of this issue so early in the ownership. I've been a Honda customer for 22 years and will probably trade this car in soon, and own another Honda.However, it was a pleasure working with your service department. I just hope I don't have to go back :) Thanks to the mechanics and mostly to Jim. Awesome customer experience

The problem was a failure to start or even crank, just out of the blue. The "THEFT" light was on in the dash, which pointed in the direction of a malfunction in the alarm system. However, the actual trouble was found to be an electrical short in the starter motor. A new battery was also installed and the fuel injectors were cleaned.

I was at Woltz and Wind for a state inspection, I needed a tie rod replaced. The part was not in stock, so I needed to leave my vehicle overnight. The service representative called Enterprise and arrange for a rental car. He made sure that I was treated very well by the rental service. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Woltz and Wind when I am ready to buy another one.

Purchased 2015 Lincoln MKZ used. Love the car and the speed at which I was able to take possession of the car. However, the car was not as clean as I had hoped. Finger prints throughout the vehicle, sticky stuff on the dash, spots on the door speakers and dirt on the sides of the trunk.

Overall the experience was very positive. The one thing I found that I considered odd was the fact that I was going to have a door sensor repaired and since the vehicle is out of warranty there is a $95 diagnostic charge just to determine what the problem was. From a business standpoint, if it was me I would build that charger into the cost of the repair. Basically, once I was informed of that, I declined the opportunity for the dealer to even generate the additional business.

I knew I wanted to order a 2016 Mustang at the earliest possible time to allow it to arrive as early as possible. I had contacted 4 local Ford dealerships. Only 1 salesman, Dan Trovy, kept in contact and kept me informed. I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted at the price that I was looking for. He kept me informed as to the arrival of the Mustang, called in the info to my insurance company so that when I stopped by to get my insurance changed, the paperwork was already completed, and when I picked up the Mustang he went through the vehicle thoroughly with me until I was completely satisfied.

The service and people were very good as usual. What I was disappointed in was that my 2013 Ford Flex (with only 28,000 miles) had to have all four brake rotors replaced because of RUST RELATED PROBLEMS. It wasn't because of worn out brake pads because I religiously have the "WORKS" service done at the suggested intervals. Although Larry Wind had reimbursed me $200 of the $700 + bill, I thing FORD should have done more to back up the quality of their components.

Every single person we dealt with was rude and not helpful at all. Had my vehicle for three days before it started smoking and the ac broke and a few other minor things. They did get it in the shop the next day. But I was told I would have it back Monday and didn't get it back until Thursday and everything they were supposed to fix wasn't completed. So now I will have to take it back again. And take time off of work because they can't do anything on evenings or weekends. I am so unhappy with this dealership and will never be returning for a vehicle. We were planning to get a new truck in the spring and I know for sure we will not be going to Woltz and Wind.

I have used this service department for 5 plus years, but now I have had it. I dropped my car off this morning for stickers and general oil change, etc. That was 7:45 AM. I was told getting the car back by 4 would be not an issue AT ALL. Even an "are you sure" was in there. After not hearing a word by 1 PM I called to check up on things. Let me go check sir, I will call you right back. An hour later receive call that my car has still NOT EVEN BEEN STARTED! Wanted to keep overnight (I need my SUV for car pooling etc). No solution was provided, no true apologies. I picked up my vehicle after it sat in their lot all day. Forgot to mention, waited 2 weeks plus for this appointment where nothing was accomplished. I will be taking my business elsewhere, where they actually do what they say. I can not understand how businesses like this can stay afloat. Lack of other dealerships in area I suppose.

The expertise and service are fantastic. My only issue which continues to be a problem is the length of time it takes to get a vehicle in for a serious problem. I understand waiting 2-3 weeks for an oil change or annual service, but waiting 2-3 to have a leaking thermostat fixed is 2 long.

ford c-max. The staff, particularly Frank Davin and Ziggy, were helpful in fixing this reoccurring issue with battery in a very quick manner. Frank was particularly helpful. The issue arose on a Saturday and my car was my only source of transportation. Frank made sure that initial testing was done when I finally got the car to the dealership late Saturday afternoon and provided several options for alternative transportation until the car could be properly serviced on Monday.

Their customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Every time we decide to have our vehicle serviced there, it's nothing but a nightmare. Today, for example made a appointment for 730a for an simple oil change and tire rotation. I called a 2p to check the status. Well the mechanic said they are behind and haven't looked at it yet. But there's a good chance it might be done today. He also said if they don't get to it today. That I could bring it back tomorrow. How's that for customer service. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN! Not that you cared in the first place.

I came in at 8 AM for an inspection and oil change. I was told I needed rear brakes so I said ok to replace and I stayed in the waiting area. I was told 1 hour and a half to do the work. After two hours I went up to the window an inquired about my car and the girl said she would check. A couple minutes later she said I have it. Not sure how long the car was ready but if had not inquired I'm guessing I could have been there much longer. My recommendation is when the promised time passes and they know you are in the waiting room they could at least tell you how much longer it is going to be. Thanks, Dennis.

I brought my vehicle in for a routine state inspection, with the additional repairs of a loose speaker and rear windshield washer fluid issue. The inspection found an issue with my 2 front tires, so those were purchased as well. I felt that the tires were a bit on the pricey side. I have a F350 that was brought in for a normal oil change, rotation of the tires and the service was great, however, the low pressure tire came on and I brought it back and they put more air in the tires, and the light is still on and that was two weeks ago and because of my work schedule haven't taken it back. I do know that it's not the tires because they are fairly new tires. But othe than that, the service and the staff was great.

I brought my 2011 Ford Escape Limited in on a Wednesday night for repair work on Thursday to: 1. a leak in my back window 2. a bang in the front 3. a loud rear wiper motor 4. a broken speaker Brian called a hour or so after the shop opened to discuss the work. He had looked up my history and was aware of my extended warrantee. He explained that the leak to a window seal would not be covered and offered an estimate for the repair. I decided against the window repair and he told me he would be in touch after he checked out the remaining item. He called again approximately 5 hours later to let me know all items were covered under my warrantee but that he would need to get the replacement parts shipped in. We decided to set up an appointment for the following Tuesday to have the repair work done. The work was completed on Tuesday as planned, without a hitch. I always worked with Brian and I felt very comfortable with his care of my vehicle. He was very professional and courteous.

I contacted Ziggy regarding my oil leak and exhaust leak on my 2003 F250 Superduty. After discussing the problem we scheduled the truck for a week I would be out of town on business. He called me an update on the repair and had it completed before my return. My flight was delayed so I couldn't pick up the truck until after 8PM however the cashier was open until 9PM. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Ziggy is the best.

Because the customer service and buying process is horrendous. Found a vehicle that I liked and was highly interested in and received nothing in return from their customer service. Was in contact with 3 different individuals trying to get information on the vehicle I was interested in for several days. However none of them were that interested in trying to help me............Then, after the car was sold to someone else, they contact me and inform me that it was sold and to have a nice day! Not professional in any sense of the word and a total waste of time even attempting to purchase a vehicle from them. Highly not recommended!

Main issues I have with service at the dealership are hours of operation and length of service time. For minor items and regular maintenance, it's tough to give up a large block of time during the week to have service done. I had to take the afternoon off work to have this service completed.Weekends would make it somewhat better, but having to wait for an hour to get an oil change and tire rotation is a bit much. I was satisfied with the quality of the service, just not the hours and length of time.Thanks,Don

I had an appointment for an oil change and new wipers. The staff alerted me that I needed new brakes and they showed me the wear. Since I was already at the dealer for service I requested four new tires and a new battery. The also cleaned the fuel line. The staff was very kind and kept me up to date on the status of the service. They were gracious to fit all this in so I could drive away knowing my Escape was road worthy. I trust Woltz and Wind Ford 100% for all the service on my Escape.

this trip was ok, however, I noted that while the car was serviced in january for state insp, oil change and tire rotation, the oil was never changed. It did show up on the bill though, and was covered by the warranty on the car. I wouldn't have known that, except that in march, (after taking a trip from pittsburgh to myrtle beach and back in january) the old window sticker for the service due was still on the windshield, AND the "Change engine oil soon" alert came on. I immediately called for service and, no wanting to make waves, said no more about it. I have no way of knowing whether the oil was changed in january or not, but I'm strictly going by the window sticker and the change oil alert. I did have the oil changed at this visit. I have always been extremely satisfied with the service at woltz & wind, and this is the first potential problem I've had.

Were able to complete my 2 recalls, and oil change in a timely manner. Great service. Staff is helpful too. I had to get a rental and the one service advisor escorted me over to the rental department since I had not been there before.Always call to let you know when your vehicle is ready to pick up. Also, they provide good feedback on the multipoint inspection with the works package to let you know items that might need addressed in the near future (ie. tires, brakes).

My 2011 F-150 Lariat wasIn for state inspection and emissions. Everything passed but it was recommended a new battery and some other preventative maintenance (ie Air Filter, clean another part for better efficiency due to the truck having 45000 miles). When I drove my truck off the lot, I knew immediately it was running much better than it did on the way in and after using a half of tank of gas, I can tell I'm getting much better gas mileage. Prices were actually completive to local garages and other larger repair facilities. Thanks Very Much

My service to my Escape was done to my complete satisfaction. I do not take this vehicle anywhere but Woltz Wind for servicing and in between it's regular maintenance it really has had no major mechanical problems. It has been a wonderful reliable vehicle. I feel that it's ongoing reliability has had much to do with the service checks competently done at Woltz of Heidelberg. Matt Schumacher has been my service advisor for the past several years. He along with the rest of the servicing staff are very courteous and respectful.....and I can't forget the courtesy van, what a wonderful perk!

After a less than ideal experience a few months back(mostly FORD related not W&W) my brake rotors needed to be ground at just 15,000 miles. My concern was that this premature maintenance would lessen the life of the rotors. During this visit at 28,000 miles the rotors needed to be ground again. My service rep informed me that the rotors were still with in specs and FORD would not warrantee the item. He then informed me that W&W would cover the replacement from a fund they have for special situations. They have restored my confidence--thank you. I am still not real happy with FORD -- This is my 3rd F150 and I hope maintenance issues do not pop up for this one as my first 2 were pretty much maintenance free (Both around 200,000 miles at replacement)

I had a flat tire, called Jack and he told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. I had to call Eric Hamilton Roadside Service (the Lincoln emergency contact), they put the spare tire on it, told me the original tire was not reusable (said it looked like dry rot. I highly recommend Eric Hamilton's service. They are prompt and easy to work with. The old tire was put in my trunk, I had an extra tire at the house, so the guy from Eric Hamilton put that one in my car, and drove to Woltz and Wind. Jack greeted me, I waited for less than an hour and my new tire was balanced, mounted and placed on the car. I always tell everyone how great Woltz and Wind is.

Service was fast and done professionally. Spent a lot of money I think for brakes and rotars and f150 raptor only had 34000 miles. Would have been nice to get pro rated on that. Or when I got it serviced before that they would have changed the pads before they messed up the rotars. All in all. Satisfied.

Very friendly and attentive employees. Service was done on time as promised. Only recommendation i have is when car was finished, i was told to go to settle bill with cashier, cashier had no clue where my car was. Due to the massive size of this dealer the search can be a challenge. I found my car parked in a lower parking lot amunst about 100 other cars. I had to walk down a road about 100 yards to get my car. Thank goodness it was a fairly nice day. If the weather would of been bad this would of been unacceptable.

As always I was satisfied with our service at Woltz Wind. We did not have an appt the day of service but Matt Schumacher and techs were able to get our Explorer Sport Trac in for diagnostic and servicing. That servicing required several follow up calls from Matt and I was kept thoroughly informed of what was being done throughout the day. Also Matt arranged for shuttle pick up for me from my home to take me back to the dealership. The shuttle drivers are always courteous and the service is so convenient! Our vehicles are serviced only by Woltz Wind and we feel fortunate to have them so near our home.

What an excellent organization. The scheduler understood my issue and made the correct response by setting up a convenient appointment with information that a shuttle would be available. The service man, Jack Kowaleski, is just right for the task of getting me handled when I showed up for the scheduled appointment. The matter was promptly taken care of and a shuttle was arranged to pick me up to come for my car. Keep that wonderful service department.

Every time I brought my car in for service I was kept up to date by the service manager as to what they were doing and when my car would be done.I was pleased to learn that if I took their shuttle to my home while my car was being worked on I could ask them to pick me up at my home and take me to pick up my car at the Ford dealership. i have a 2006 gmc cannyon . that i had to bring to your garge to have the right front rotor cut because were i bought the truck from did not cut rotors on the truck . i call service to make a appoment i ended up talking to ziggy . i made my appoment with ziggy then i remember that i had two drocotr appoments for the day that i had my appoment . so i had to reecel my appoment ziggy was very nice about it and under stood . i told ziggy that i only wanted terry to work on my truck . the reason for that is terry has worked on my wifes ford explore in the pass . terry is a really nice guy and he nos what he is doing . terry always seems to be in agood mood when every i stop in to see him thats a very big plus on my end . thank you very much for having such nice people at your shop

The facility is modern, very clean, and provides a comfortable waiting area with coffee, water, and restrooms. Service on my vehicles has always been performed within the times specified and explained fully to my wife and me. We are confident that any and all repairs completed addressed the problem and ultimately extend the life of the vehicle.

The warranty just expired on my 10' Crown Vic Police Interceptor and my heater broke. Woltz and Wind paid for some of the expenses and Ford payed for some of the expenses. This helped greatly and my service adviser went above and beyond getting those rebates for me.

My service advisor, Jack Kowaleski, was very efficient and friendly;as was the person when I checked in when I pulled in at the garage; and so was the clerk (not she what her title was), when I check out. Mr. Kowaleski apologized to everyone in the waiting room for the length of the wait because of so many people requiring service, which I thought was great - he is very good!! My car was in a very good spot to pick up when it was finished and there was a mat to keep the floor clean on the driver's side. I was impressed with everyone I came in contact with.

I needed to get new tires for inspection. They called and informed me that I would need more than 2 tires and that the cost would likely exceed $1,000. This was shocking but inevitable. To soften the blow of such a high cost, the service department made accomodations to reduce the installation costs. The Woltz Wind Ford Service Department is very nice and willing to go the extra mile to make getting my vehicle serviced at a reasonable price for quality service.

Brought my 2010 Mercury milan in for inspection...worked with Jack in service department. Service was great and Jack kept me advised of what would be needed for inspection. Very satisfied. PA State Inspection, Tire Rotation, Oil and Filter change and replace headlamp. Everything was mostly good except I thought the time to replace the headlamp was excessive. Someone had to go off site to get the lamp when the mechanic went to replace it. I felt that since this had been scheduled two weeks prior, the lamp should have been in stock.

We bought our town and country at the end of May from Woltz and Wind. When we began to hear a whistling noise, we weren't sure why so scheduled a check up with the service department. Jack helped us and was quick to get back to me when he realized they needed to keep it an extra day. The next day he called early in the day to let me know the problem. Before I could even discuss the charges, he quickly explained he already talked to used cars and they agreed that they should pay for the repair. My 2014 Transit Connect Wagon is the third vehicle I have purchased from Woltz & Wind Ford. I travel almost 25 miles each way to get to the dealership for both sales and service, but it is well worth the time and travel. My sales consultant, Brian Struzynski, is courteous and professional, and I never feel that I am being pressured. My service advisor, Jack Kowaleski, is courteous and accommodating, and he makes every effort to meet my service needs. In general, I have found the environment in the dealership to be courteous and welcoming. In addition, I feel that the vehicles are priced reasonably. I have referred many people to Woltz & Wind for the best price and service.

I own a 2014 mustang. This was my first visit to your dealership. The service work (Pa. Inspection & emission) was good. I feel better knowing a ford dealer did the work. While i appreciate the washing of my car I wish you would have asked me before doing it as I would have declined it. I was glad to see the paper floor mat to help keep grease and dirt off the carpet,hopefully the seat was also covered. All in all I was satisfied with my visit and will return in the future.

The service performed was excellent, except that it created a major inconvenience for us that required us to rent a car when we were called at the end of the day (after leaving the car there first thing in the morning) that they needed a part that would require them to keep the car overnight. They knew the part was defective at the beginning of the day because we told them so. We asked about a vehicle loaner, and they said they had none. So the repair effectively cost us another $125 because we needed to rent a car. Another frustration was that when we called to set up an appointment, we had to wait nearly three weeks. So bottom line - service quality was excellent, but timing was a problem both in making an appointment and in getting the work done.

I had my 2011 Taurus towed to the dealership, the car would not start and could not be jump started. I spoke with the mechanic and was pleased with his knowledge and eagerness to repair my car as quickly as possible. It turned out that it was only a dead battery. But, he tested all of the electronics and ignition parts to be sure that all were working properly.

My daughter tells me that in Charlottesville, VA where she lives, the dealer emails her when her car is in for service, letting her know when it will be ready and how long it probably will take and then notifies her daily on its progress. I think that's a great idea. More work for you, yes, but it would've saved me a lot of calls to Jim wondering what was going on with my Focus.The car looks and drives great.

My vehicle was brought to you because of a factory recall on the power steering. My vehicle was taken to be repaired within 15 minutes after I arrived and was done within 95 minutes. Realized that I had a broken window switch on my MKS. Called and made an appointment for repair. Took car in and got a phone call from Ziggy my Service Rep, asking if I realized my car needed inspected in a few weeks. Told him that I wasn't aware and thanked him for this reminder and he stated he would get it done while it was there. In about an hour or so, got another phone call that I had broken a belt on one of my car tires. I asked Ziggy to have service check all the other tires also. Realized they all needed replaced (AWD) so he made it as painless as he could for me. Took 4 days to get the part for window. No problem, he called Enterprise and got me a car to use in the meantime. I think this is my 8th or 9th car that I've bought at WWF, and I will continue to come back. Jon Kirks took us on as customers after Video left. We are driving two WWF vehicles at the moment and are very happy.

Second time in for another recall on my 2004 Ford Escape. Possible rusted out sub frame by right front wheel. Upon inspection, Jack, the service manager, called to say is was worse. The entire front frame needed to be replaced! He said of course we'll cover that too as part of the recall. I never got to meet him in person, but Jack the service manager called me four times to keep me informed of what was happening with my ten year old SUV. $1,600 worth of work done free and they treated me like I just bought a large fleet of trucks from them! When this SUV goes, you bet I'm buying at Woltz & Wind Ford!!!

My 2013 mustang gt 5.0 conv is a great car. Fun to drive dependable. I have been a ford fan all of my life and in that timeframe I have had 17 new fords of various styles with a total of 5 more used for 22 Fords. I have had great service out of all of them and have never let me down. As for the last 3 mustangs I purchased at Woltz Wind I have had great sales service and excellent customer service any time I have been there. I phoned dealer for an appointment related to possible throttle body warranty replacement, An appointment was arranged for THE NEXT DAY! This was most helpful since I was reluctant to drive the vehicle for fear of causing powertrain damage. ZIGGY quickly arranged for diagnosis and appropriate repair. A new throttle body was installed and recalibrated, and I received Ziggy's "work completed" phone call within two hours, a much shorter timeframe than was estimated or expected. A comprehensive statement of work performed was provided when I retrieved the vehicle.

I was in the market for a 2012/2013 Ford Explorer and traveled from Winfield, W.Va. to this dealership because the inventory was attractive and plentiful and Mr. Hallstein was great in promptly returning my calls, verifying availability of vehicles and checking the condition of them. I applied for financing the day before, drove up the next day and test drove the few I was most interested in. Mr. Hallstein was very helpful during my test drives as I did not know the area. After I made my choice, I was given top dollar on my trade, the paperwork was processed quickly and my 2012 Explorer Limited was cleaned up and ready to go. After car shopping for many months for a family vehicle, Mr. Hallstein made this quick, easy and stress free, I highly recommend his friendly services and the dealership.

I liked that everything was set up prior to my arriving -- rental car was ready, drop off and pick up were very speedy and efficient. Service staff also kept me informed about progress at the end of second day called to let me know it would be completed on third day.

I left my car with you and took your shuttle to my house, which was expected. The driver was very nice, as was everyone I dealt with. I was called and told what needed to be done and what the cost would be and then picked up by the shuttle to get my car. All very good.

I've liked dealing with Woltz & Wind from day one. I am amazed at how efficient their service department is. They always go the extra mile no mater what work is being done to my vehicle, by topping off fluids, checking tires, etc. And they are easy to get to and from the city via PAT bus, which I like. I highly recommend Woltz & Wind for service and sales. I bought my van there and it's the only place I take it to have it serviced. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

When purchasing my 2013 Mustang Shelby last year Ron Fabic was very helpful in fulfilling my dream to own a car like this. The banks would not finance the loan probably because of my income compared to the price of the car even though I can easily afford the payments with money left over every month. I want to thank Ford Credit Company for financing my loan for my new Mustang Shelby. The service I received on 3/24/14 was great and the service department performed everything I wanted.

When we decided that we needed a second car in the family, I started doing some research online to try to narrow down what kind of car we should buy and where we should buy it. That really didnt work very well. We were out one day and decided to stop at Woltz & Wind just to look around and see what kind of selection they had on their lot. We walked around for awhile and eventually were approached by a salesman named Joe Simbari. Even though we told him we were just looking and were not ready to buy a car yet he took the time to show us several cars and was able to answer all of our questions. Joe really knew a lot about the different cars and didnt seem to mind spending time with us even knowing that we were probably not going to buy anything that day. He even took us on a couple test drives just so we could see how the different cars compare on the road. Joe was well informed and very funny. We have narrowed our decision down to two different cars and when we are ready to make our purchase we are definitely going back to see Joe. I never thought I would say that I actually had a good car shopping experience but I did!! If youre looking for a car I would highly recommend going to Woltz & Wind and asking for Joe.

My husband and I went to Woltz & Wind to look at what type of used cars they had to offer. We were greeted by a very nice gentleman, Joe Simbari, who was anything but the stereotypical "used car salesman". He was knowledgeable about the cars the dealership had available (and we looked a quite a variety), he was patient and had a great sense of humor - even on the fourth test drive!!! We ended up buying a BEAUTIFUL Lincoln MKZ that was fully loaded - and we got a great deal. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the car and when I am ready to trade in my car I am definitely going to call Joe. The only reason I did not give a rating for "Quality of Repairs" is because we have not had to have any work done on the car since we purchased it. When we do take our car in for repairs, the service person we deal with is going to have pretty big shoes to fill to match the positive experience we had with our salesman, Joe. If you're looking to buy a car, but you dread the thought of the "typical car buying experience", go to Woltz & Wind and ask for Joe - you will not be disappointed.

I am looking to purchase a car in the next few months, I went to a few dealerships before I visited Woltz & Wind, it was my first visit to your dealership, and I have to say, I was very impressed. I am still deciding which model I want, but it will be soon. Joe Simbari is the person who helped me, he is very knowledgeable with all the different models I was interested in. He answered all my questions, and the best part, there was NO pressure from him. Joe gave me his card, and told me to call if I have further questions. I will definately buy a car from Joe.

When I walked into Woltz and Wind Ford, I was able to look around without someone breathing down my neck. When I was ready, an extremely nice salesman approached me. I explained to Steve Siegel what was important to me and he was able to get me exactly what I wanted. Steve made my purchase of a used car as effortless and stress free as possible. I would not recommend this dealer for out of warranty service. The service advisors are compensated based upon the repairs they SELL! I have needed front ball joints (per the service advisor) for over 4 years. The mechanic at woltz and wind says they are fine, my regular mechanic said they were fine, now 4 years later they need replaced. Don't use them for service unless you have to.
