This was my first time buying a car from any kind of dealership, and to say I was nervous was an understatement. Jose worked with me to get a price that I was comfortable with and definitely made me feel at ease. Karla had helped me with my paperwork and did an amazing job at explaining everything that I didn’t completely understand. My husband and I recently went to Woodbridge Auto Sales and I cannot stress enough how pleased we are with our purchase. Karen and Holly were not only attentive and friendly they let us check every vehicle we liked. Offered keys to test drive it and even suggested options that fit our needs. I felt so at ease and despite being so busy the day we went their excellent customer service was absolutely professional and outstanding. Karla quickly had me fill out a form and get my paperwork ready in such a timely manner I’ve never had such an outstanding service at a dealership before. Holly was very quick and efficient to fix any issues to make sure we were satisfied. If you need a car look no further. We trust this ladies and their team. Top notch we are recommending this place to friends and family and I couldn’t be more happy and satisfied with the services provided. We are ready to return and buy another car for my husband! I called to inquire about pricing and how they obtain it if not from KBB or other well-known vessels. I was told I was being "argumentative" and "rude" by asking these questions and called "honey" and told hung up on. He was a terrible sales person who later in the conversation told me "we treat customers like family". HAHAHAHAHA so I asked "oh this is how you treat family?" and in return was hung up on. He was disgusting. Do not go there where the man named MACK can treat you like an xxxxxxx. He is not giving his business nor sales nor car buying process nor foriengers a good name. Please do not deal with him. He is uncouth and extremely disgusting and has no respect for the Military community that makes up this area.

Would give everything 5 stars except the price. The manager and owner had excellent customer service and was helpful. Only thing is I feel the prices were pretty steep for how old the cars were.
