May 2021 update - in addition to buying my car here I get all my service done here. They do a great job with my car and have been honest and up front about all the things the car needs and what I don't need to spend money on. They also helped resolve an issue that was technically out of warranty but wasn't related to the mileage on the car. Sales staff was direct and to the point. The service staff was helpful, though a few times I have had to remind them to include the service discount when I reviewed my bill at the cashier.

Most of my family members have Lexus cars and have had wonderful experiences, so when it was time for me to get a new car there was no question that it was going to be a Lexus! My father in law has bought multiple cars from this dealership and I can see why. We were welcomed with open arms, the staff was incredible! We worked closely with Mike and he exceeded our expectations! He really went out of his way to let us know when the car I wanted came in with the outer and inner colors I wanted. He was so patient throughout the process and made sure we were comfortable and happy through and through (if the manager is reading this, he deserves a raise lol). I am so happy with my new ride and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car!

The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Dan was reliable and amazing taking care of me and my purchasing process. I did not feel any pressure at all. Derick was an amazing tech guy. He went over every single details of the car with me with a good sense of humor. Definitely come back for cars and service.

Woodfield Lexus has exemplary customer service. Their staff is very user friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Lexus. When I bought my car for a one-hour service appointment on 08/29, they provided a loaner to me so I can shop at nearby store. The checkout and checkin process is streamlined, my information is already saved in the computer. This consideration is so valuable for my busy schedule. It is pleasure doing business with Woodfield Lexus! Thank you.

Woodfield Lexus IS the best dealership I’ve experienced. Friendly, efficient, honest and an impressive facility says it all. We bought our first Lexus because I knew it was a dependable car and I planned to keep it at least 5 years rather than getting a new one every 3 years. That was 15 years ago and I’m still driving my 2005 ES300. I still love driving it and it runs and looks great. The best part is that I’ve saved a ton of money by not having car payments for the last 12 years. We get it serviced at the dealership regularly. We bought a second Lexus ES in 2011 for my wife and we hope to keep it for a long time too.
