Mechanic found several problems on my vehicle but I was never shown the problems. It was only printed out on the report which by the way was in black and white. There is several circles in color on the printed paper that read if a certain color is next to the description, will need attention. How do I know what color is which when its printed in Black and White!? There was control arms needed to be changed for my vehicle, the printed form did not say what side it was, upper or lower controller arms. I had to call and find out which ones needed. I did look into my vehicle later on and notice there was nothing wrong with the spring buckets that was also asked to change. If you are going to tell a customer to replace several parts, at least show the customer what is wrong with a certain part for instance, the spring bucket. What do you see wrong? Where is it broke? What impact does it have if its not changed? Mechanics should bring the customer and show them the problems and provide reasons to back up their findings.

If I could give zero stars I would, they don't deserve the one. There is no way all these reviews are true/real. This is now the 2nd time I have been scammed by their service department. Over-charging me, playing numbers games. My fault for even going back this time. They send me an estimate and then charge me more when I pick my car up. Then when I dispute it I am made to feel like I don't know what I am talking about. Not to mention their staff is so rude. The other review about no smiles, no hellos is 100% accurate. This makes me not want to drive a Nissan for how horrible this place is. Don't let this happen to you. Please take your business elsewhere. Based on their response to me, there was no additional issues that were uncovered. It was a straight forward service.
