I rushed over there quickly after work to get an oil change and they were able to get me right in. They are running a special right now, three oil changes for $100, which is a really good deal! I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that they will wash my vehicle and towel dry with every oil change. In addition to the value and perks, their staff was extraordinarily courteous. I use a wheelchair accessible van that rides low and has ground effects so we were unable to use a traditional lift. They were able to troubleshoot what lift would be the best option for my vehicle and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle wasn’t damaged in the process. Even with all of the difficulty with my vehicle, they got me in and out really quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Freddy and everyone at Woodhouse Sioux City made my experience quick and easy. Most people dread the time involved with shopping for and buying a new car. I was able to do nearly 100% of my communication over the phone or via text. The only thing that required my presence was writing the check and picking up my Jeep. It was fully fueled and beautifully detailed. I was in and out of the dealership in 20 minutes. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Woodhouse Sioux City and will continue to work with them in the future. Top shelf experience!

This is the 4th vehicle we’ve purchased from Woodhouse, 4 from the same salesman (Sway). He’s great to work with and Jason, in finance is also extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and efficient. They both worked hard to see that we got, not only what we wanted, but what we needed. I hope they’re both around when we are ready for our next vehicle.

My experience at woodhouse was amazing. Tom took the time to find exactly the truck that worked for me. Plenty of trucks to look at until we found the perfect one. Getting all the paperwork done was seamless and I got to leave with my new truck in a timely manner. Best dealership in town. Stopped at plenty before I went to Woodhouse and wish I would have just started there.

Took 2016 truck in for an oil change. Service manager called and said the technician recommended I replace my cabin air filter because it was very dirty. I told them I would buy my own filter. He called back and said the tech found my rear tire tread to be lower and needs tire rotation so I said that’s fine. He apologized and said his tech should be covering the entire checklist on first inspection. Again he mentioned the only other thing they seen was the dirty filter. Upon arriving to get my truck, I asked to confirm the cabin air filter was behind the glove compartment. Another tech came out to show me how to get to the filter. It turns out, my truck DOES NOT TAKE A CABIN AIR FILTER. I was told that I “dodged a bullet” not paying for that. I was lied to. They tried to sell me a part they claimed to check but really DID NOT EXIST.
