It's my understanding . The car was for your young son , whom after only having the is very nice Volvo for a few weeks . Well crashed the front end , and which created major front end damage . Further more most people would inspect for "flood" damage the carpeting would a time told give away . The Management team at Woods , normally goes above and beyond to help their customers . Including with you folks (by recommended a cheaper auto body shop , too help you folks )

After buying my car, there's water on the floor when it rains. They said, "Just blow out the sunroof drains." So the drains for the sunroof were blown out, and that wasn't the problem.The response was "Well it wasn't there when it was on the lot." So I guess they assumed I go around drilling holes in my cars to put water in them when it rains. .....right?.......

Went in at 10am, met a couple of the friendly staff members who showed me around the lot, and left a few hours later with the registration to my new Honda Accord. They helped me with financing and the whole process was really painless. Would recommend to anyone looking for a used car at a good price.

My experience at Woods was untypical of the stereotypical "used car sales experience". The sales people were helpful, and the prices of the cars were reasonable. Everyone was pleasant and most of all there was no feeling of pressure to close a deal. My credit was not the best but they worked hard to get my loan approved. I am very happy with my car and the experience and would highly recommend this place to buy a car.

Do not waste your time. While initially my experience was positive it took a very sour turn when I told them.i was going with another car from another lot. The owner Eric was rude and very condescending and proceeded to give me a lecture on integrity. Ironic considering all the other reviews I read. Keep driving by ..there are plenty of other car lots.

Bought a car and one week later the car has multiple problems that every mechanics told me that the car should not been for sale.As I meet more customers I realize that I have been one of the many victims of WOODS AUTO. Please if you are reading this , save your hard earn money.

I gave this dealer a negative star rating for selling me a car that is unsafe and refuse to fix it. Multiple oil leaks, bolt join falling out, they said they fix a check engine light and two weeks later same lights came on.

I don't know what the other reviewers on the Dealer Rater site are talking about, because I found Woods to be the best auto dealer around...in fact, they were so helpful and accommodating and took so much time with me over the telephone that I drove from Connecticut to the dealership to finalize the deal. After a thorough search, Woods found the perfect used car that fit my budget, and obtained a great line of credit for me that was impossible to get anywhere else! It was well worth the 100+ mile trip to end up with a beautiful SUV that the family has been fighting over to drive ever since it came home. Kudos to Bill and his staff!
