Joni was awesome! I dropped my van in the morning and she kept me in the loop all day, regarding the status of my vehicle. The entire staff was very friendly and Joni even had my car sparkling clean when I came to pick it up! Best service I’ve had at a dealership in a long, long time! Our sales person Mark was very professional very well with customer service experience. Knew exactly what we were looking for. Not pushy or demanding to purchase a vehicle. We felt very comfortable with him. That is why we purchased the car with him. Excellent customer service 👏.

I had great experience at the dealership.we really didn't know what we wanted, the salesman was patient with us. But when we figured out we wanted he was not pushy. He went above and beyond what he needed to do And I appreciate that. Also I love my car and I got a really really good deal on my used car.I would definitely be coming back for another car in two or three decades :)

My husband and I searched for a vehicle at Kia New Braunfels and Kia South SA and felt the sales team was lacking at both.. Simon at North Kia was amazing he was so friendly and honest and was the best sales man we have ever had the pleasure of working with while buying a vehicle. The selection of vehicles was also better at North Kia and they got us out of there in a reasonable amount of time with an amazing new vehicle! I would highly highly recommend Kia North to any of my friends and friendly and hope to be back to buy another vehicle from Simon in the future!!

Honestly, I rarely write reviews but I have to say I enjoy the customer service here. I bought my new car here 3.5 years ago and the guy who sold it to me calls me every 4 months or so making sure I'm still happy or need anything. I really enjoy the check-up. I also came in today for a recall and the employee Veronica A. was absolutely kind, helpful, and informative. They noticed my inspection was past due and took the liberty to take care of that as well as replace two lights that I didn't know were dead. They even proceeded to wash my car for me free of charge! With service like this I will continue to be a customer of World Car Kia North! You can bet my next car will definitely be purchased from them!!!!!
