Rey was great! Turned my vehicle over to him for preventive maintenance at 108,000 miles. Spent a pretty penny ensuring the vehicle can continue to run in optimal condition. Picked up on the promised day and time. There was a sound coming from wheel well after services… Rey stayed late to take a look and fixed me right up. He made my needs seem like a priority! Plan to continue to use World Car Nissan for maintenance as a result of Rey’s customer service and dedication to duty. Oh and he washed the vehicle up as a courtesy upon my request!!!

This was the best dealership experience I have ever had. Service contact Van Evans was fantastic. Van answered all my questions and kept me informed during all repairs. My vehicle was ready ahead of promised time. When does that ever happen at a dealership? Would like to congratulate the entire service staff at World Car and particularly Van Evans. His level of customer service is awesome!

My service advisor Scott was awesome. In todays world, kindness goes a long way. My car was ready quickly after the recall correction, tire rotation and oil change. And it was even run through the wash! Then when I was checking out, the ladies brought to my attention that I had Nissan credit! I wouldn't have remembered that, so it was really appreciated. I would recommend this dealership service to everyone! Thank you.

His follow up to find me a better interest rate than I previously had on my former loan was huge which ultimately lead me to purchase a vehicle through them!
