I've purchased 2 vehicles now from World of Wheels. WOW! has been my experience both times. I've been treated with respect and dignity both times. This is a place where a hand shake still means we have a deal. Both vehicles have been clean and attractive when delivered. The service has been amazing, communication is excellent. Recently inquired about a vehicle at a partner location, they got back to me within a half hour with what was and is the "perfect" vehicle for me and my family. I would highly recommend anyone to give them a shot. Talk a little about cars, talk a little about life, talk a little about sports, buy a car. That's how I like it. Purchased 3 vehicles from Brad and Rick now down at WOW, couldn't be happier. No other used dealership in Southern Minnesota has the knowledge that these guys have. You can tell they have been in the business along time. Always flexible to my needs and very friendly. Give honest advice with integrity, something you absolute cannot find the car buying business nowadays.

I was excited to look at the Dodge Nitro. They closed at 5:30 and I went there at 5:15 and asked if I could test drive it, he said no problem I have stuff to do still. I returned at about 5:45. He said rudely" you were gone along time, I thought you'd be back in 5 minutes. Because that's a normal test drive time. I had to change my plans" I said I'm sorry in a surprised voice and left. I thought he was super rude and obviously didn't want to make a sale. My dad's a mechanic and it takes longer then 5 minutes to drive and look at a car. I won't be going here again.

My wife made an appointment at 10:30am to look at a GMC Arcadia, we both drove it and told the salesman we had to talk to our banker and mechanic. We talked to our banker over the phone and took our sons to the doctors. I called back at 2:15pm with approval from my bank and he had sold the car to someone else.

Very good prices and selection. I like that all the vehicles are inspected at their New Car Dealership before going up for sale. Very honest and upfront about their "best price" so you don't have to go through the haggling. They had an amazingly broad selection of cars to choose from for a smaller lot too. I had a great experience and would highly recommend!!
