Purchased my vehicle in March this year. It now needs a new engine. Still within warranty time frame but 400 over milage. Maybe an offer the share the cost or something.....Instead I got,we can't help you. This engine will blow eventually. When it does,it will effect my ability to do many things including making money. Once that happens,I'm concerned about the consequences to me. Praying I can handle it. Now it seems the owner thinks I expect work done for nothing.....? The owner has not spoken to me to discuss anything. Ken, if you want to actually discuss the situation with me,you do that. I never expected work for nothing. I do expect to be able to drive a vehicle longer than 6 months before the engine is bad especially after your dealership received straight cash payment for this vehicle. I would also expect some service other than, oh well we can't help. Taking almost 8,000 from someone and blowing them off when there is an issue is disgusting. While it's all great for you Ken,I will suffer greatly once this car is down. It will affect every single aspect of my life. Nothing can be done? BS. It's your dealership. Make something happen.

Only my second time here. Everything went smoothly and my vehicle got a great wash job--no water, spots or streaked windows. I think I appreciate that the most.

I came in with my parents to buy my first car. I expected it to be a very stressful experience but surprisingly it was not! Our sales person Jason, financials guy Kristopher, and manager Mike were all very efficient + helpful with communication and made the process go very smooth. Jacob and Rod were super to work with. Every other car we have bought from other dealers, the salesman talked to my husband even though the car was going to be mine. Jacob and Rod talked respectfully to both of us. They worked hard for us. They went above and beyond! Very grateful for their positive customer service.

My mother and I went in for a used car for her and we ended up leaving with hers and a new one for me. They worked some sort of financing miracle with her and managed to get me $70 below my current note in a 2014 lease. They were more than fair with my trade-in, staff were very accommodating and so far I'm pleased with my new car! I'm still leary of car dealers but this is my family's third purchase from them so, they mustn't be too bad :)
