Wow first off let me just say everyone who was involved in this was amazing Stacy McDonald! , Did an amazing job answering my questions and the communication was great mind you I was over 6 Hours away !!!! Zack & Scott were awesome as soon as I got there they made that 6 plus hour drive worth it had everything ready for me to go super professionally % Scott was great to have on the test drive answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident in the vehicle I asked for service records and gave me everything I asked for and went beyond my expectations.!!!! And mind you I was from another state and they made it the process feel as if I was living around the corner answered all my emails texts and phone callsamazing job by everyone there

I drove almost 2 hours to look at a car that I was told was available, only to arrive and find out they told me on the phone that it was available even though they knew it wasn’t. When I did arrive it took them at least 10-15 minutes to greet me while I stood in the showroom (they weren’t busy). The dealership setup and customer service at this store is absolutely appalling and I would never even consider purchasing a vehicle from them. As someone with new/used vehicle sales background, I am extremely disappointed in Wright. I drove there ready to purchase a vehicle that they lied about being available, not a good way to earn business if ya ask me. It’s not like it sold after I called, it was sold when I called and they chose to tell me it wasn’t. The used car manager is a sad excuse for a manager, he didn’t even TO me but rather chose to relay a fatal mistake on his part through his sales person because he couldn’t be bothered to speak to me, which is a common courtesy at most dealerships. The salesman had no idea what he was talking about. I DO NOT recommend going to this dealership for sales or service needs, save yourself the hassle and visit one of the surrounding area Hyundai Stores. BEYOND unsatisfied with my experience. 0 stars should be an option. I purchased a certified Mazda 6 Signature from Preston Mazda in Boardman, OH and they are WAY more professional. If you’re reading this do yourself a favor and take a look at one of the many quality vehicles in their inventory. It’s well worth the drive for the service you’ll get.

Am looking for a smaller SUV, nice selection with okay prices. No pressure visit. It was different to drive without the salesman. Appreciate that they trust me to be a safe and vigilant driver with their vehicles. Not a candidate of having to provide my insurance if something happens on the test drive. Will return to check out cars again.

My experience with Wright was just what I was looking for in purchasing a new car. Before I visited any dealerships, I contacted numerous dealerships via their websites. While most send a form letter and then call soon after, their main goal is to get you to come in for a test drive before they will really discuss price. I value my time and price was one of my biggest concerns, so I was very happy when after my initial phone call from the internet department, I quickly received a callback from the sales manager with a very favorable price. I went out that same day for a test drive and was very impressed with the level of service I received. The sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeably answered all of my questions. The test drive was sufficiently long enough for me to get a real feel of the vehicle in different driving situations. As a contrast, I test drove another vehicle at a different dealership after my visit to Wright. At the other dealership, I had to wait a long time before anyone in the showroom even approached me. Once someone did, I was able to take a test drive, however it was very brief and did not include any highway driving. I was unimpressed with the other vehicle and the other dealership so I returned to Wright. Finishing up the deal was straightforward and no more complicated than necessary. When I took delivery, Cory went over all of the features and maintenance schedule with me and the car was very clean and had a full tank of gas. I am very happy with the experience I had at Wright and would highly recommend them.

Salesperson was Rich Wall. I was a little cautious as this was first time to lease. Rich was kind and patient, answered all my questions And did not mind repeating until I had a clear understanding. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He introduced me to other Staff members. I felt very good about my experience and now that I have had my Elantra for a few weeks I know I made the right decision.

Staff was kind, well trained, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I felt very comfortable. They spoke very straight forwardly and gave me all necessary information in an appropriate and digestible manner, and didn't treat me any differently even though I'm younger and female - I feel like some dealers can speak condescendingly to young people and females, and being both I felt none of that. So that was great. I'm satisfied with my purchase!

Going into retirement years, the only approach to upgrade to a newer more reliable car that made economical sense was to lease. Even used Santa Fe's as much as 4 years old have higher costs than our budget can afford.

Inexperience salesman. Periods of uncomfortable silence. He didn't seem to understand the financing component. Also, never eclaimed changing colors changed features. Car bought did not have identical features to car examined and test driven.

After going to many dealerships I choose a sonata because the sales person was amazing very welcoming and clearly enjoyed his job! Not once did he try to push me to make a deal without me being happy . He worked with me and gave me a amazing deal! It's a pretty good deal when you go to another dealership tell them what he offered and that dealership telling me I'd take that don't pass that up.

I had specific requirements for this replacement vehicle (replaces 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe). Sales person found exactly the vehicle I needed. Manual/automatic transmission was particularly important as was the combination of cloth and heated seats.

The purchase of my 2017 Elantra was the least stressful process that I have experienced in over 30 years of buying new cars. Cory Swanberg took me through the process of choosing the right vehicle in a low-key and professional manner. They gave me their offer, I gave them mine, and within five minutes we agreed on an amount halfway between the two. It was a very cordial and effortless process, with no pressure, no muss and no fuss. The service on the Hyundai Accent that I traded in to make this purchase had been exclusively done at Wright, so I knew that my new car would be in good hands in their service department as well. Wright Hyundai went over and above the Northstar Chevrolet GM dealer we have dealt with for over the last 25 years. The salesman at Wright Hyundai, Rich Wall, could not have been more professional and knowledgeable. Also, his manager, John Gabriel, was willing to negotiate. He was instrumental in closing the sale by giving me a fair trade-in value for my 2015 Chevy, Trax. Bill Driscoll, in the Finance Department, explained all the financing and extended warranty in great detail. Due to his expertise, I opted to purchase the extended warranty. All 3 gentlemen are top notch. I have been singing their praises with family and friends.

The sales person, Rich, was very nice and helpful. However the lead sales manager was aggressive and did not offer the published apr pricing in his negotiation. He used the apt tactic as a vehicle to negotiate. I personally feel that the published promotional apr rate is important to start with as this is what drew me in. I was quoted an apr a few times that was 3% higher than the published rate, therefore loosing credibility in the dealership.

I love my car. Still learning all of the features it has. Probably haven't used half of them. My neighbor came running across the street to see what I bought. Her reviews were great. Maybe I'll even let her drive it. My co-workers thought it was a beautiful color(Mineral Beige). The one thing one on them pointed out was the three holes left in the front where the license plate holder was. I didn't want a holder, but since it came from a dealership in Ohio, it required one. That was the only blemish on the car I hate. The car handles very nice, can't wait to take it on a longer trip to really try it out. My dealer did a great job of finding me the car that I wanted, and I appreciate that. They didn't really know what they were talking about in terms of registration, and it was the biggest headache. I would have rather they told me they did not know the answer to my questions then give me inaccurate information and waste my time. I love my car, but I really wish I had bought it somewhere else. They made mistakes and lied about them instead of coming clean and saving me time. I will not buy another car here, and neither will anyone I have told my story to. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.

Everyone was very quick to respond to my questions and try to help me reach a deal. While I didn't get to the price I wanted, based on their numbers and my research they gave me the best deal possible and in a few months I intend on going back to work with them once I have paid off my current vehicle.

Can't say enough GOOD things about WRIGHT SERVICE. John Kurta cleaerly amd concisely explains problems, NO PROBLEMS, and cures for problems, if any. Family owns total of 7 Hyundai products and will buy more based of sevice offered by WRIGHT. Informed of current problem with '03 Sonata, told repair price, am buying replacement at WRIGHT-NO QUESTIONS-NO PROBLEMS!

This service department is a joke we had our sonata we only had for 6 months towed there and right off the bat this guy tell us we did not maintain the car when we have proof of service he keeps trying to find ways to void our warranty he's a ball washer for hyundai and he doesnt care about the people who have done no wrong we put less the 9000 miles on and hand one oil change done in that time when the motor is apparently shot and the wont give us a rental or even look at it til a dyonostic is done which they havnt even look at in a week they just try to screw the customer never service a car here for any maintenance or work!!!!

Absolute horrible customer service. Bought a fairly new/used elantra with a scratch. They we're suppose to call to make a body shop appt, never did. I was suppose to receive my registration, didn't. Had to go out there bc they forgot to have me sign papers for my registration and it was suppose to get to me In a few days before my temp expired, haven't received it. They make their sale and then forget about you. Horrible experience.

I recently purchased a new Hyundai Sonata from this dealership. The salesman Justin was very friendly and didn't pressure me to buy. The overall experience was very pleasant and stress free. I saw the sonata I was interested on their website. I went to the store which is only about 15 mins away from my house. I usually don't like the car process so I was hoping I didnt need to shop at several other dealers. The sales guy was extremly helpful and he knew so much about the car. I had lots of questions and he really knew the product well. I feel like I was well taken care of in the finance office too. The manager made me a good deal on a maintenance package and I was in and out. I've had the car now for a month and couldn't be happier. We were inquiring about a vehicle that was "brand new" with 0 miles. When we went online to do the credit app - the website was not working. Then we got there and they pulled the car up, I took it for a test drive and never turned the radio on but realized there was in fact 7,500 miles on it. After we parked it we looked and there was A HUGE DENT on the back passenger side door that was obviously there for a long time, because of the rust. Most people would walk away but we have a baby and this car had the room we needed at the price we could afford. We finally got all the paperwork done and took our new ride home. When we got home we noticed the car was not inspected, in fact the inspection was expired for theast 7 months! I had to take the car in to get it inspected and the "30 minute wait" turned into 2 hours- then they argued with me about needing the emissions - I said it did they said it didnt - later they said it did. Then when I took it back to get the HUGE dent fixed, I noticed there were new dents in 2 separate places surrounded by paint chipping. Go figure. When I went back the second time to pick it up I noticed they only "touched up"(dropped some paint) a huge dent and didn't buff it out. Long story short the oil was never changed (with 7,000+ miles) though it was considered the demo and never used out of the dealership. We found other peoples mail in the car & a black film on the inside of the windshield. The GM, Rick something, didn't ever ask if anything was okay. He pow wowed in his office the whole time. Then when I asked him to come out he told me a rock hit my car and it was out of his hands. This was easily the worst experience I've ever had in my life. Beyond just car buying, it was the worst experience with a company I've ever had. The only reason I gave 2 stars for customer service was because our sales man was the only sensible person we dealt with and I felt bad for him being stuck in the middle.

Where do I start, I came in with no intentions in buying a new car. I was getting my oil changed when a suave looking gentleman named Mike M came walking through the waiting lounge, I'll never forget the huge black rimmed glasses he was wearing I felt kind of bad for him. Mike came up to me and greeted me with a warm smile and a cup of coffee and told me if I had any questions on the all new Hyundai Elantra he would be happy to show me the vehicle. So I decided to have mike show me the Elantra and what a fantastic vehicle it was. I decided after the test drive Id see what the numbers looked like. The managers John and Bob worked out a great deal for me, the numbers were great and now I have a brand new 2014 elantra!!! Great service from Wright Hyundai!

Everything about Wright Hyundai was excellent. They are courteous and dealt with me in a professional manner and got me a deal. I told them exactly wanted I wanted for my trade in and what I wanted for my car payments and they DID IT!!!!! I would tell anyone to go there!

I had car in for state Insp. 2011 nothing needed done. Three weeks later it's making a grinding or rattling noise in the front end. Wright Hyundai tells me because of rust the rotors are scored . I need new brakes and rotor needs cut. All in three weeks time. You would think they would of looked at the brakes the first time? They said we had a lot of rain in three weeks , I put 45 miles a day on the car it is hard for me to believe that. They also said they were sorry the Teck :40082, missed it. he missed it and I pay $221.40

THEY SOLD ME A 2007 BLACK BMW AND WHEN I WENT TO WASH IT 2 DAYS LATER THE BEIGE COLOR OF THE INTERIOR LEATHER CAME OFF ON MY SPONGE, APPARENTLY THEY USED SOMETHING LIKE SHOE POLISH ON THE LEATHER TO COVER UP WEAR MARKS AND IMPERFECTION, BUT IT GETS BETTER, THE CAR MUST HAVE BEEN WAXED WITH A BLACK WAX (AND I DID CHECK WITH A DETAILING SHOP WHO TOLD ME THAT THEY USE BLACK WAX ON ALL OF THE CARS THEY DETAIL)I WASHED THE CAR ONLY TO FIND ABOUT A HUNDRED TOUCH UP MARKS ON THE HOOD AND VARIOUS OTHER PLACES. I CALLED AND TALKED TO THEM AND OF COURSE THEY DENIED ANTHING LIKE THAT WAS EVER DONE. I CALLED BACK TO TALK TO THE OWNER, BUT WAS TOLD I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK WITH HIM. ULTIMATELY IT IS THEIR WORD AGAING MINE AND TO GET MY HOOD PAINTED IS $647.00. MY ADVICE IS IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY A USED CAR THERE TO TAKE IT TO A CARWASH FIRST.

Charged me $20 for tire rotation on my brand new Hybrid Sonata with 3500 miles. Independent shop verified that tires did not need rotation. Bad experience.
