I purchased a car from Wyandot Motor Sales this past summer and I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. Andy (salesman) went out of his way to get me into the vehicle that was right for me. All in all it was very pleasurable experience. I have recommended them and will continue to do so!!! Thanks Andy!

I unfortunately was an internet buyer from this dealer. I was hoping for honesty from salesman [Andy] , but what I got was far from the truth. I am from Wisconsin and have been searching for a particular truck and found it at this dealership. The pictures of the truck were acceptable to me and I was able to see most all of the body flaws which I agreed I could live with. I then asked the salesman if the vehicle was mechanically sound and he assured me that the truck was completely safety inspected, all options on truck worked properly. At this time I explained to him that I would be coming from Wisconsin and had to be absolutely sure that this truck was mechanically sound as I would be pulling a U-Haul trailer back to Wisconsin with my Jeep on board. Again, he told me the truck was all ready to go. I am a retired auto mechanic and service manager for 44 years so I've been "Around the Block" when it comes to some sales people. I then asked him several direct questions pertaining to this truck. Was the BRAKE lite on? Answer was NO. Was there any dash warning lites on? Again- NO. WAS SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT ON? Again, NO. At this point he guaranteed me verbally that this truck was great and ran like new. I was not going to have any problems on my trip back home. I left Wisconsin, headed for Ohio to buy the truck. 365 miles and 6 hours later I was at the dealership. My appointment was at 10:00 AM. Paul the owner didn't show up until 10:50. He asked if I wanted to drive the truck and I said of course I do. I jumped in and looked it over and was happy with the physical condition of interior. I then started the engine and that's when I felt a knot in my gut starting. The engine ran absolutely horrible. Miss, sputter, pops when stepping on throttle and worst of all, SERVICE ENGINE SOON light WAS ON.. This is when I began to get angry. Paul told me that I should go ahead and drive it because it has been SITTING and that it had been RAINED ON and that it was not unusual for this to happen. Bear in mind this a 1999 GMC Pickup. I told him I was very upset about the SES light being on and he said FOR ME, NOT HIM, to drive it to the Autozone store about six blocks away and have them do a computer scan to check for fault codes. OK, I did. The scan revealed 9 stored codes!!! 2 were Vehicle Speed Sensor codes and 7 were ENGINE CODES!! I will try to make the rest of this as short as possible. He told me to fill the tank with premium fuel and drive it and he was sure it would be alright. WRONG. It didn't run to bad out on the highway but it would stall at idle or run rough. Went back to store and asked him if he was going to fix the problems and his reply was the truck was being sold AS IS.. I was astounded at the lack of respect and the blatant attitude from this guy. Especially being the owner.. He would not fix anything, he would not adjust the price because of all the problems and then he tells me how great his salesman Andy is.. At this point I had to make the decision weather to go through with the sale or tuck my tail and leave. His way of helping me to decide was his statement. "Either you pay me the balance you owe me or you get in your Jeep and go home." I had a considerable amount of time and money invested in this trip so instead of losing all that I took the chance and bought it hoping it would get me back home. Thank GOD it did, but certainly not by anything Paul did to help. 2 new oxygen sensors, fuel pressure regulator valve, new plugs and wires and fuel filter it now runs the way it should. HERE IS MY WORD OF WARNING!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! IF HE IS THE ONLY DEALER AROUND THEN YOU BETTER CONSIDER BUYING A HORSE INSTEAD OF A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!! GOOD LUCK!!

I was interested in a car there. I lived in several states away so it all was done over the phone, video's, pictures, and e-mails. Paul, the owner, was very good to deal with. He was very down to earth upfront about the car. Treated very good even though the deal just didn't work out on my end. Excellent customer service and a pleasure. Thanks Paul!

I found a car at Wyandot Motor Sales online. I e-mailed about information on the car a few times. I went to Upper Sandusky to see and check out the car. When I entered the business I was greeted by the secretary and the main salesperson. I was shown the car and told all about it, even how much it would cost to repair minor damages on the vehicle. Very impressed.
