I don't know if this is the right place to write this review for Kimberly West..but we just wanted to express our thanks to her...and for showing us the Sadona Kia(new). She gave us all details about the van to a tee!she was on top of things and got us in & out with no problems...thanks Kimberly..we made a friend/salesperson through you!! :)

I went to Wyatt Johnson in Clarksville to look at a used vehicle they had, Kimberly West was my sales person, she showed me many vehicles that I liked and also showed me a new Kia Sorento, I drove the Sorento and really liked the way it drove. So the process began on financing. Everyone there was determined for me to drive this home. The finance department was wonderful to work with, they treated you as a person, not just someone who was just there trying to buy a vehicle. Kim was a very good sales person, she was very knowledgeable about the Kia and the other vehicles I was interested in . Would I ever buy from them again, In a heart beat, I felt like family while I was there and they treated you like family. I LOVE MY KIA, thanks Kim for a wonderful experience.

I did an online application and was approached by email,phone and text message from several dealerships. The one salesman "Larry" gave me a call and was very professional. He was super polite and tried to get me financed. The process was 2 hours long. I did not feel confident in the process because of my financial circumstances which he was told ahead of time. I understand banks have to have certain information and choose their customers. I pretty much knew that the sale would not happen in the first 20 minutes and that is fine. I will have to wait and save up a substantial down payment to be taken seriously,with that I have no problem accepting. Now with that being said let me explain why I am extremely upset with this process. "Larry" proceeded to lecture me on my past financial mistakes. That was not helpful to me at all. I explained my financial circumstances from the get go. I was embarrassed and felt quite humiliated because I felt chastised in front of my daughter that thinks I am super woman,strong and independent. When your honest and up front with the dealership it would be a much better experience to me the customer to just be told we can not help you,that I understand and respect. Today was my 46th birthday and awful. If I sound whiney and childish that may be. I left your dealership not upset by not being financed but being humiliated by the lecture about my past financial mistakes in front of my daughter. Please have a workshop or meeting on how to deal with people and being respectful.

My husband and I stopped at the Kia dealership not knowing what type of car we really wanted. We were going to test drive a Kia Optima and then move on to other dealerships to test drive similar vehicles. Our salesman, Nelson Bolden, made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. We drove the Optima EX and were very pleased with the roominess and performance of the vehicle. My husband and I were impressed. Not only was Nelson knowledgeable of the product but also very kind and courteous. We met with Chris Crawford, the sales manager. I told him I was spoiled because I had worked for a car dealership for many years and as an employee I always received a good price. Chris made me feel like I was special and back in the car business. Chris was so kind and respectful and did everything possible to give us a good deal. With the money off, rebate incentives and finance specials we feel we got a really good deal. There was no need to go anywhere else. We love the Optima EX and are still trying to learn all the extra bells and whistles. It drives great and is very comfortable. I am looking forward to driving our new car and working with Wyatt Johnson Kia. Thanks guys for making the car buying experience stress free. I will definitely be a return customer and would recommend Wyatt Johnson Kia to others. A Fuller

We were driving to Florida and our car broke down. We had it towed to Wyatt Johnson were we met by Stacey Latham, She was not only kind but knowledgeable and treated us with respect and caring.She made a terrible experience a little better. She always kept us informed and went the extra mile in helping us get through this mess. I understand that Wyatt Johnson recently bought this dealership, with Stacey and a few more like her, this will soon become the number 1 dealership in the area. Thank you Stacey and thank you Wyatt Johnson for having a jewel like Stacey. I informed my dealership back home that we were better taken care of by Wyatt Johnson then we were by them. I guess they need a Stacey. If this dealership was closer they would surely have our business for life.Your only as good as your employee's and they sure have a good one in Stacey she made us feel like family not just customers. Our Mission: To buy an affordable commuter vehicle that was AWD capable for driving anywhere in the country during all seasons and conditions. The competition: Jeep Renegade, Ford Escape Results: After days of searching, test driving, and going over the specifications of several different vehicles and configurations, we had actually decided to go buy a Soul and simply equip it with a set of snow tires that would allow for driving in virtually any conditions during the winter. We had accepted that finding an AWD / 4x4 vehicle of this type would be nearly impossible since here in the South people love their bigger 4x4's so much (admittedly, for good reasons). We test drove the Soul ! (exclaim) and it was comfortable enough, but I wanted to look around the lot one more time. Then I found the one and only AWD Sportage in this region, and it was even the more basic model without all the bells and whistles. We test drove it, and for nearly the same money as the higher end Souls, the decision was clear. Steve, our sales representative, was overwhelmingly professional and without any pressure at all allowed us to work through our decision process on our own. In the short span of only 2 hours from arriving on the lot, I was driving away in my new 2016 Sportage LX AWD. As for the Sportage, it serves the purpose I need it for flawlessly. I work on medical equipment and carry around a specialized and highly calibrated set of tools and test equipment. I also must have the ability to get to work during all seasons of the year, especially winter and spring when snow, ice, and mud are all factors to contend with. While the Kia Sportage isn't the highest rated or best equipped vehicle in it's class, it does several things perfectly: Interior and Exterior styling are dynamic, and every single control within reach of the driver is intelligently placed, creating a very easy and safe car to operate. Body positioning as it relates to every aspect of driver operations was definitely considered in the design process. As far as driving capabilities, the AWD system is NOT designed for the hardcore off road enthusiast, however, it delivers a very safe and effective driving experience. I previously owned a 2014 Sorento AWD and took it into the back woods of Tennessee during very nasty and icy conditions. It made the drive almost effortless, and I am confident the Sportage's AWD system will do the same (ask me later once the winter is over to be sure). I would highly recommend both this vehicle and the sales team at Wyatt Johnson Kia for anyone considering a new vehicle purchase. Special thanks to Steve (sales), Tony (sales management), and Gina (finance), for really coming together as a team to make this an easy, professional, and very positive process.
