My name is Kim Town and my husband John and I recently bought a 2004 Ford Mustang convertible at Y2K Auto Sales Inc. My dear friend Missy is letting me use her account to post our great experience since I don’t have a google account but was so impressed by our interactions, I wanted to do something! You’re the best Mis!!! From day one, when I called the dealership, Zack B., co-owner, was nothing but exceptional. He answered my numerous questions and went out of his way to take extra pictures before we drove 2 hours one way to see the car. He took extra steps to do some things we requested prior to making the final purchase that I know was truly above and beyond, but made our experience one to remember. We were out of state, so he assured us he’d assist with that as well. And did. He continued to be easy to reach and responsive even after our sale. I truly felt valued as a customer and 100% trust Zack and his dealership. We will definitely look to them again the next time we are looking for a car. Excellent customer service. They were super knowledgeable and got me the right information in buying my first truck (F150) which is the perfect fit for me. This is my 5th vehicle and by far the smoothest process ever and the fastest! No waiting for hours like other dealerships. I highly recommend Y2K and would purchase from them again.

2 months after purchasing vehicle never received title. Spoke to owner who was very friendly and told me if I didn’t receive in another week he would “file for a duplicate.” When I called to explain we didn’t receive it they told me it was basically my problem. The whole reason I went through a dealer and PAID additional processing fees was so I would not need to deal with the MVA. I also took this car to a mechanic a half a mile away from the location of the dealer where he told me there was no way the truck would ever pass Maryland state inspection. I explained this to the dealer and they did fix some of the issues, but not all. I purchased a second vehicle at Bayside Chevrolet in prince Frederick Maryland... what a difference! Everything came when they told us! Our vehicle had no issues whatsoever when we took it to get checked at our mechanic.

Bought a beautiful work vehicle, they were great to work with, and were quick with paperwork and processing. Will buy more trucks from them when I’m ready.
