The dealership sold the truck that I ordered, and waited 4 months for, out from underneath me without notifying me in any way. I cannot in good conscious recommend anyone purchase a vehicle here. I ordered a truck in early May 2021. It was an estimated 3 months or so wait time. 3 months later near the end of July I started calling the dealership about updates on my order. The sales Rep never contacted me at anytime. Also, besides the first call mid July I was never able to contact my sales rep, I had to get updates from however else was working. First, they said it was being shipped via train and should arrive to their depot on 8/3 and should arrive at the lot around 8/9. I call again on 8/11, they said it arrive 8/5 and give it 14 days to freight over to their lot, which puts it around 8/22. We are now 3 weeks past the initial estimate but I wasn't too bothered it was a logistics delay. I call 8/24, and they tell me that they sold my truck to someone else. I have never received a phone call nor any notice my entire interaction with them. I had to initiate contact to get any information about my order. So how could this happen? How could such a colossal mistake happen? I quote from the GM "your name on the paperwork was small and these trucks are getting sold before they even hit the lot". The only compensation they entertained was paying for the 2022 model because the factory does not make the 2021 model anymore. A 1000$ difference. My trust and future business is worth more then that.

I bought a used 2014 Jeep Wrangler two years ago with the help of Juan. I originally wanted a Toyota Tacoma with a dream of one day owning a Jeep Wrangler. I had looked a the Toyota Dealership across the street and dealt with the typical salesman. I didn't like my experience there so I drove across the street to look at what the Jeep dealership had. Juan showed me what they had in my price range and took my contact information for when they got a Tacoma in since I was willing to wait. He contacted me when a Tacoma came in. I test drove it, but it wasn't for me. He then had me test drive a Wrangler. I fell in love with the vehicle. I drove home in a new to me Wrangler that day. Juan and the finance team did everything they could to make the process as smooth as possible! Two years later, Juan is still willing to answer questions. He is NOT the typical salesman and has gone above and beyond since the day I met him. Make sure you ask for Juan! I also had to deal with the service department a few times. They were always professional, patient, and understanding.

Had my dodge dart serviced. Sergio was amazing to me. He got my car in and out very quickly. I would suggest going to Sergio because he is the most professional person there and always has a huge smile on his face.

Super friendly and fast. Had to have a recall part changed and they were able to do that in one day and only took a few hours, now we wait for the other part to show up so we can get that fixed.

I am not one to beat down on a place ,But! I haven't had a good experience with them yet. Very poor customer service , Chrysler warenrees suck!
