In and out in less than an hour. Nice waiting room. Was able to use my reward points to pay for it. The thing that really warmed my heart was an employee coming in and telling me that I made someone's day. The employee who drove my car to the service area was happy to hear my radio playing Christmas music. That was just one little extra step that made my heart warm.

This was my first time buying from a dealership and I went by myself. Jody, Mike, and Amanda made this experience incredible. Jody was so patient, kind, sure to answer every question, and was so honest. Amanda was great at keeping me updated with every step prior to coming to the dealership. Mike worked hard with banks to get the best possible deal. This was the most fun and stress free process thanks to the team. 10/10 recommend and will be back when it’s time to trade in again.

Broke down on my way home to Michigan. They got me right in and fixed up. Treated me great. Michelle at the service intake desk took care of everything. I waited 2 hours in waiting area and she was bouncing around working at a faster pace than anyone. Obviously taking care of all the customers. I saw an elderly couple, veteran, myselt, and others. She took care of everything. As a business owner myself I notice good work ethic. Its hard to find!

The Yemm Chevrolet sales team did a great job getting me into the exact truck that I wanted. The finance team did an amazing job too. Overall, I'd definitely return to this dealership when I'm ready to buy my next vehicle.

I am the customer from "Hell", visit online stating which vehicle I want and how much I am willing to pay for it. (Just FYI 2 dealers before you basically told me this deal could not be done.) Your people, starting with Ms Cooper, all said they would see if the sale could be done at my offered price. And they did it! Thanks to your sales team I am driving a new 2021 Equinox Premiere. I had a 2018 Equinox LT, that I loved, it unfortunately (while someone else was driving), hugged a utility pole!
