I had a very frustrating experience with Young Automotive. I found a vehicle on their website that I was very interested in. Knowing that some of the internet inventory is in Utah I emailed them and asked if the vehicle was local. They replied "I believe that one is at the Burley lot" and that they would love to schedule an appointment for me to see that car and others in that price range. I replied that I was only interested in this particular car and no others and would come to see it at the Burley lot. Again, they replied that they would love to show it to me. I drove to Burley and asked to see the car. I was told by another salesman (the one I had been emailing did not come out of the building to talk to me) that the vehicle that I was there for was actually in Utah, but they had another great vehicle in the same price range. I was directed to a vehicle 4 years older with 50,000 more miles. The vehicle wouldn't even start and had to be jumped. The sales-person that I was emailing knew that the vehicle I wanted to look at was not at the lot, but had me show up anyway hoping to sell me another vehicle on the lot. I received no apology for the "misunderstanding" or the waste of my time. I asked for more info about the vehicle I was interested in and my emails haven't been returned. I purchased a vehicle here in 2016 and will never do business here again.

Bonanza Motors worked with us for about a month to find us the exact vehicle we needed. When the pickup was located in Utah, arrangements were made to ensure it could be delivered the next day. A couple of the employees even stayed late to complete paperwork. They even went the extra mile to ensure a trailer hitch would be installed and ready four use in two days when we needed it.

They were willing to come from Burley to Twin Falls so I could test drive the truck I was interested in because I don't have a flexible work schedule. They were also able to make a deal with me right on the spot so I was able to sign for the truck the same day of the test drive. Cameron and Tabatha were friendly and negotiable and they did what they could to get me a good deal. That's why I've rated this dealership at four stars.

I had been looking for a truck for a few weeks. I searched Bonanza's Website and found a few that I was interested in and inquired about. Tabatha was very responsive to me and my requests. So much in fact that I drove from Boise to Burley just to look at the truck. The entire team was fantastic to work with and I got to drive away with a new truck!

Because Bonanza is part of a dealership that has cars in Utah as well as Idaho, the SUV we wanted to look at was in Utah not Burley. Tabatha called and had it brought up up within a few hours, and we were able to go look at it that night. We decided to purchase the vehicle, and she stayed until nearly 8 that night, WELL after closing time to make sure everything was squared away. She also made sure I had her cell, in case she stepped away from her desk. Thanks again!

Robert B. did an excellent job helping me to buy my new 2500 Ram. At first I thought I could get buy with a half ton truck, after test driving multiple trucks I ended up realizing that the 2500 was the way to go, since then I have not been disappointed. Robert was very patient through the whole process and worked with me to find the right truck for my needs.

I usually go to another dealership in town..but they couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. Decided to Give Bonanza a try. So glad I did. Got an appointment within 2 days. Showed up and my oil change was quick. They also told me of recalls that needed to be done and fixed those in record time. Christi Morris and her crew in the Service Department are fantastic. I will be taking my vehicles there from now on.

I was a very nervous car buyer as I have had credit problems in the past and was dreading that whole conversation with a dealership. Robert was very kind to me, never made me feel bad for my bad credit and worked hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted. Robert also really listened to what I was looking for, and did not try to get me into a car I couldn't afford. With Roberts help I fell in love with the first car he showed me, we did up the paperwork and I was happily on my way after that. A hassle free experience. My vehicle also came with a 3 year warranty at no cost and that was an awesome bonus.

I live in Nevada and after being disappointed by our local dealer I searched the Dodge website and found the exact car we were looking for at Bonanza Motors. I requested information and received an immediate response from Robert the internet manager. Long story short this was a no hassle experience that made the 500 mile trip to pick up our new Journey worth it. Robert even picked me up at the airport and was the most straight forward sales person I've ever dealt with. The dealership was clean, and the entire staff friendly and helpful to include the financial staff. Their prices were competitive and the overall experience was great. I hit a pot hole 2 miles east of Burley ID that bent my front passenger rim resulting in a flat tire. The service manager looked at the steel rim and said he thought he could bend it back (He'd been a tire tech previously). When it was all said and done we received exceptional service, the wheel and tire have maintained pressure through our five day vacation. I can not say !!!Thank you!!! enough, Thank you!

I traveled to Burley to Bonanza from Firth Id to purchase a new truck,..... And unlike other dealers I've worked with, Robert kept his word on everything he committed to. This is the first time I've driven 7 hours to buy a car, so I wanted to make sure my trip wasn't wasted, and Bonanza did a great job at ensuring my trip was well worth it! Worked most recently with Dan to get my daughter new tires for her car. He solved several problems and got me a great price on a high quality set of tires. Service was excellent, as always.He even solved a problem with a pressure sensor that no one else had been able to figure out!I purchased a vehicle from this dealership about 2 years ago and have been very pleased with the service.
