I was browsing the website around 8:30 pm Sunday night looking at cars trying to see what I liked and didn’t like. I came across a Honda that I loved so I filled out the quick online application within minutes I had an email letting me know they are closed but will get in touch with me when they are open. I got a call 9 am the next morning and only had to give 5 min worth of information. Called me back an hour later and let me know I was approved! I was able to go to the dealership on my lunch break and get the entire deal done within an hour! This was the fastest I had ever purchased a car. They were very quick and courteous of my time. They were thorough and made sure we tested everything on the car before any paperwork was signed. Best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle

I requested an online quote on a truck I was interested in. I had a response from Jessica Kelley the next day. Right after, life got busy and I couldn't with them. Jessica sent a few very professional follow-ups without being pushy. I brought my wife's car in for service and arranged to speak with Jessica. She introduced me to salesperson Rachel Myers who was outstanding to work with and very knowledgeable on the Canyon. Bottom line - I got a great deal on the exact truck I wanted and had a very positive experience throughout. I recommend Young GMC enthusiastically!

Young Buick GMC is a great place to purchase a new or used vehicle, I was worried about having a high pressure salesperson trying to force a sell on me but I was lucky to have Rachel Myers walk around with me looking for the perfect car to meet my needs, after a few test drives she took me across the street to Young Chevrolet to look at the inventory over there and that's where we found my 2012 Honda Civic. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. We visited this dealership looking for a GMC Canyon. After visiting the dealership once, we couldn't agree on a price of the truck. They continued to call us the following week and promised that if we came back up and visited they would give us their best price and make it worth our while to make the drive from salt lake. We explicitly told them where we needed to be price wise and monthly payment wise and they said it was possible to get there and they wouldn't waste our time if we visited again. We made the drive back up and they still didn't budge on price. They flat out wasted our time and lied to us. I highly value trust and honesty and the gentleman at Young GMC are anything but that.

I have bought several cars from this automotive organization. Brad Green has been my sales agent for the last 15 or so years. I can honestly say brad and these guys are amazing. Brad has never used any pressure tactics, he knows my time is valuable and has always treated me accordingly. Brad has done everything to make a deal go through, and if it can't be done he tells me that as well, but he keeps his eyes open for vehicles I may like and fits my needs - I really respect that. He knows what I like to drive and he knows my family, I consider him a personal friend. I would recommend this sales group, and Brad, without hesitation to any and all my friends - in fact I have done this for years.

After driving an hour to get to the dealership it took the online sales assistant, a salesman, and a sales manager almost 30 minutes to figure out which trucks I was there to look at even after being assured by the online sales manager that the trucks I was coming to look at would be ready to go. After they figured out which ones I was there to test drive it took another 10 minutes to find it and get it ready to test drive. After the test drive the salesman brought the numbers to start negotiations and the price was a thousand MORE than the online price! I dont play the back and forth game so after giving the salesman the price I would pay (Kelly Blue Book value), it took another 15 minutes before he came back. Not wanting to give a RETURNING customer a good deal (Kelly Blue Book Value) they instead showed me they could sell the truck for the same price at auction and would not lower the value as they stated they had that much into the truck. Needless to say I walked.The next day I noticed the online truck price had been LOWERED and the Carfax was removed. This truck just happened to have two accidents on it. I thought this was odd and checked a few other trucks I had looked at and they ALL still had their Carfax posted. Sorry, but this is flat out shady business to me. I received a call a few days later by a different person from the dealership stating she wanted to make things right so after explaining the story she told me I would be contacted. When I was contacted and told them the price I would pay (Kelly Blue Book value) they went back to the sales manager. When they called back they stated they couldnt go that low because they had a certain amount into that truck- which just happened to be $1100 MORE than they stated the previous week! Needless to say I walked again.This terrible service and shady business is the exact opposite way I was treated at the Young Kia dealership in Kaysville by Heston. Dont waste your time at the Buick dealership in Layton, they obviously dont have integrity or else the figures they give potential buyers wouldnt vary by $1100 in a week. Terrible customer service, terrible organization, terrible/dishonest sales managers, no sense of loyalty to returning customers.

best dealership I've ever ben to!! first of all i was sent an email about the service clinic that was taking place this past weekend from diana medina. when my wife took our vehicle in she said how everyone was so nice and helpful. they even had a play room for our kids to help keep them entertained while we waited. diana also offered them complimentary hot chocolates and was helpful while waiting. also they had good prices and selections in their vending machine that was conveniently placed by kid area. we even got free windshield wipers and they put them on for us!! I'm bringing my car here everytime.

I found a coupon for an oil change so I called Young Buick GMC and I was directed to the scheduler Diana. She was able to schedule me for the specific date and time I wanted. I own a Honda but still decided to take my car in because of this coupon. When I got there they took my keys and I was in and out of there in a timely and efficient manor. The waiting room was very nice they had WIFI and offered me hot chocolate which was excellent I will be coming back for my next oil change because of the excellent service and friendly atmosphere. Best service department I've been to yet.

After extensive research and searching for the right car for a busy college student like myself, it was nice to be welcomed by honesty and integrity. JAMES LASATER, a sales and leasing representative who has been with the company for three years, was simply incredible. After sitting down with my father and I and helping us find numerous options at both their dealership and other Young dealerships in the area, he personally drove us to view some cars all the way in Ogden. Throughout the day, James kept great communication with us while finding more information to help us make a decision. He ended up calling and pulling some strings to get my Hatchback driven over for us to see from another dealership. He was busy when we returned to view it, but kindly lead us to CHRIS CLARK, another leasing and sales representative who took us to drive it and ended up helping us negotiate a GREAT price. A sales manager stopped in to say Hi and make sure all was going well, which I thought was great customer relationship for such a large company. They also gave my father a great military discount in honor of his service which was really kind. We seen a 2015 Buick Enclave online so we went to Young Buick GMC in Layton to see the vehicle. The Enclave had the same sale price on the windshield as was online. I offered to purchase the vehicle for the sale price and was informed that price did not include "Extra's" such as dealer added paint protection, window tint, etc... Mike Pappadakis (Sales Manager) said the actual price of the vehicle would be $1200 more than the price online and as stated on the windshield. After a short argument over false advertising, Mike said we could not make a deal, stuck his hand out for me to shake - I tossed the paperwork in the air and stormed out. I have since filed reports with the BBB and the Utah Consumer Protection agency. These guys are crooks to the fullest extent. By the way, to this day (A week Later) the vehicle is still online with the "False Sales Price Advertised". Stay away from this place. We ended up going to Salt Lake City and getting an Enclave and we were treated with respect and the price was very comparable to the Young Buick so called sale price.

I originally called Young Chevrolet in Layton Utah because I needed to receive a copy of my purchase paperwork that showed that I purchased gap insurance. When I called them I had to call three different times and kept being transferred to a voicemail and never received a call back. I decided to call Young GMC across the street to see if they can help me. Are young lady named Diana answer the phone in the service department and she was more than willing to help! She was very kind and courteous and was able to get me to the right people so I could receive a copy of my sales paperwork. She didn't have to do any of this because this is not the department that she worked in nor was it the correct dealership but she went above and beyond to help me and I will remember this the next time I choose to buy another vehicle. Diana Medina will be my first point of contact when thinking of buying. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!

Diana medina was such a wonderful polite employee. She helped me schedule my oil change, tire rotation, and other maintenance I needed in a timely manner that worked with my work schedule. I had to reschedule numerous times due to my schedule and she was so helpful and polite in making sure I was fit in their schedule when I needed.She also has kept me up to date on my cars needs in future scheduling with email reminders so I don't have to worry about it on a daily basis. Her and young gmc have continued to make my love for Gmc grow thanks to their friendly employee !

I bought a 2014 Regal GS. Before purchasing we noticed there was not a spare in the trunk. We requested that one be included in the sale and we were told that the car had run flat tires and it didn't need a spare. The car now is ready for new tires, with only 10,000 miles, and I find out from a tire dealer that they do not make run flats in the size of rims that come stock on this car. We take it back to the dealer and they make us a quote for tires that they claim are run flat. After a quick call to the tire manufacturer we find that the quote is a lie, because the tires quoted are not run flat. After bringing the false advertisement to the manager's attention he says he will provide me with new tires at his cost to apologize for the trouble. His quote at what he claims was cost is actually $100 more than a local tire shop! More lies! I am currently considering the potential for a lawsuit, as I still have a written quote for falsely advertised tires that don't exist. I would not recommend these guys to anyone looking for an honest dealer with integrity.

Called about the red 2014 Denali... we were told it was in pristine condition, I asked several times if it was in good shape and was told it was perfect. We drove 4 hours with money in hand and lets see half way there they called and said the car was not at the lot and then they called back and said it was there and they would detail it and get it ready... We get there as promised after a 4 hour drive, it is not even washed scratches everywhere stained carpets, broken cup holders and damaged seats (hole). It was far from perfect and nothing like advertised. We were promised a tank of gas and the lagoon passes are a joke all they were interested in was trying to sell us a trashed 2014 Denali my 2000 Denali was cleaner and in better shape. They just try to get you there and make a sell. They do not even have the cars on the web site on the lot..??? Not this girl this trick made this girl run like H.... Do not waste your time with this dealer. NO INTEGRITY

I bought a Volvo XC90 from this dealer in February 2014. Since I have had this I've have had to fix something on it every month for the last 6 months. When I bought this, the salesperson guaranteed me there was nothing wrong with it. I bought it out right, so I didn't expect the warranty. They allowed me to drive out of the lot with no fixing anything and also no 30 day driving tag, which they said was one of the reasons why I could buy it so reasonable. They did agree to put on a 30 day warranty. They said buying this SUV was like buying from an individual. An individual wouldn't have passed it on inspection and emissions. I have had my transmission and check engine lights on constantly. I later found out from the Volvo dealer when doing a diagnosis on the XC90, the problems that were registering at the time in February 2014 was wiped off and removed. He also said that much wear and tear doesn't happen in six months time. It had numerous things wrong with it, which I felt I should have been told about it before buying it and yet, when I confronted them about what I had found out, Young Buick GMC tells me their service people didn't look at the vehicle. If they didn't look at the vehicle, why was it passed on inspection when there were numerous things wrong with it, yet failed to disclose at the time of sale. I would never refer anyone to this car lot. Their salespeople were smug and ignorant and after the purchase, they said if anything went wrong, to let them know and they would try to help me correct the problem since it had the 30 day warranty. I have transmission issues, ball joints, electrical and coolant system issues and when I asked them about it, they told me to bad, so sad and wouldn't even work on it (not expecting them to pay). I would have to take it to Salt Lake. I hate them and would never go there for any car or for any reason! If they are going to sell cars on their lot, they need to know about their cars a bit better.

Young Buick GMC is about 45 minutes from my house and I pass many dealerships on my way there, but I would go all that way again to work with the people there. The guys at Young Buick GMC are awesome. I first spoke with Stuart when starting the process. When I was ready to buy I came in but it happened to be his day off. Johnny took over right where he left off, it was a seamless transition from a well run facility . From working with the sakes guys to the finance guy they are all knowledgable and don't try to "Hard" sell you on anything. They explain each package and process so you know what it is but than let you decide without pushing you one way or the other. They are also great after the sell, they truly care about you and your vehicle. These guys are the best and I'll be recommending them to friends and family any time ones looking for a New or Used car.

I just wanted to express my gratitude for how wonderful Gift was to my boyfriend and I yesterday. We went in hoping to look at the 2002 Sequioa that was listed on cars.com, when we got there it had been sold. He put us in a car and took us to 4-5 different lots to look for something in our price range. His dedication to finding a car that was RIGHT for us, was outstanding! I got exactly what I was looking for, a salesman that I know I can trust. I have no doubt that Gift will find me the car that is right for me. We took our vehicle to be fixed here. We were quoted $852. When we picked up the car our bill came to $1162 after $100 coupon was used. We were told that was not the full quote that was for labor. The manager actually said we should have known how much the parts would be. My response if I was a mechanic and knew about parts, I would not be bringing my car to them. We had quotes from two other repair shops, both under $900. Save your money go somewhere else where the manager is not condescending to the customers. None of the Young owned properties will ever receive our business again.

We LOVE Young!! We had taken our car in to be serviced for minor issues. They found a crack in the steering column which was a much bigger problem ($$$) than we were expecting. Debbie in the service department worked her magic and was able to get GM to cover most of the costs even though are warranty was up. The folks at Young were super friendly and had us taken care of quickly.

The used car I bought had a warning light come on even before I left the parking lot. They were reluctant to fix the issue. Then in the next few days several things went wrong. They did not honor their warranty, and refused to fix them. I took the car to two other garages who were amazed that they wouldn't fix these things, and speculated that they hadn't checked the car much at all (even though they told me they'd given it a thorough inspection) to not uncover these things. Since buying the car I've read other reviews that said they don't honor warranties and won't stand by their products. I wish I'd paid attention to those before buying.

I will never deal with these guys again! When we were shopping for a car they would only deal with my husband, not me. It was insulting. After we bought the car they said they'd provide an extra key (car only came with one) but it took 10 weeks and a dozen calls to get it. When something big ( $3k) went wrong with the car after 2 months, they first said it was under warranty, but then said it wasn't (two other mechanics thought it should have been covered). Then after having the car in their shop for a week they said they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the right tool. I think if you buy a new GMC you might be okay, but stay away from buying a used car from them.

After a year of research we had decided on two vehicles. The only thing left to do was now go to the dealership. I will be honest I was not looking forward to the process of buying a new car. At Young we were greeted by David Hale and we started the process. THIS YOUNG MAN WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH! David was knowable and honest with us on every level. More important he listed to us and was so helpful in making our final decision. We were at the dealership twice to test drive several vehicles and each time David greeted us but more important he remembered us and our needs. After several hours we decided on a car and EVERYONE at the dealership went out of their way to make sure we satisfied and taken care of. DAVE HALE at Young Buick GMC was AWESOME!We recently bought a new Buick Enclave from Dave Hale at Young Buick GMC in Layton and we could not be happier with the entire experience. My wife had been driving her minivan for 17 years, and with both our kids out of the house now, it was time for a new vehicle for her. We came to Youngs because she was interested in Enclave. I consider myself a "major car guy" but was hesitant and dreading the actual car buying process. My fears were quickly pushed aside after just spending a few minutes with Dave. He was relaxed, genuine, knowledgeable and best of us he LISTENED to our needs and wants. He was in no way pushy, but also wasn't afraid to suggest something to us if he felt it was in our best interest. Buying a new car is a major decision and purchase, but Dave made us feel so comfortable. He really and truly was one of the best salespeople I've ever worked with. The dealership as a whole had outstanding customer service. They stand alone in my book in terms of their standards and how they handle their customers. Brought my car in because the tire was making an unusual noise. The tire had a large screw in it and even though it was lunch time MG found someone to remove the screw and patch the tire. There was no charge for this service. This is the third time I've had a minor problem and this dealership was very quick to have someone evaluate and correct the problem at no charge. What a great peace of mind knowing there is a caring, capable staff readily available.

I am absolutely excited and really impressed with all of the staff at Youngs!! My salesman, Jonny was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what to put me in. I went in looking for a truck and couldnt get financed for one, but they worked with the banks and made sure i got some financing for a new ride. I just absolutely love my new car and had a lot of fun while we were going through the process. In the very few and brief waits, the staff constantly made sure i was comfortable and offered me drinks and refreshments. Buyer Beware!!! I purchased a 2006 Toyota Sequoia from this dealership last month. The service and friendliness when making my purchase was great, so much so that I was sold on the Resistall treatment as well as the Toyota Extended Warranty. The appointment for Resistall was two weeks out, no big deal. During the time from my purchase date to my Resistall appointment (2 Weeks) I found some problems with my Sequoia. The rear window when trying to roll it down fell off the tracks, my seat warmer didn't work and my lumbar didn't work. Since I had a warranty (30 day Dealer Warranty as well as a Toyota Extended Warranty) I contacted my salesman and he said he would let them know and they would check it out when I brought my truck in for the Resistall treatment. I dropped my truck off and I spoke to Devi who had sold me the warranty and she said it should be covered and provided me loaner car stating I should have my car back the next day. This was how long the Resistall treatment would take and there "seemed" to be no issues with fixing the my recently purchased Sequoia. Marty was my contact in service and Nate was my salesman. I called Marty the next day and he didn't know if they were done with my car or not. He found out and contacted me very quickly yet informed me that they were slammed in service and therefore he couldn't get to my car until after the weekend. No big deal, I understood and contacted him after the weekend. When I contacted him he hadn't had a chance to see it yet and I waited another day. Next he had to contact my warranty company to find out what they covered. I thought this was odd seeing how I just purchased this car. When I called him again he acted surprised and said someone was suppose to contact me about my warranty. Apparently NOTHING was covered. When I inquired about he "Young Buick GMC 30 Day warranty" he said "Oh that's just for the power train." He said he would see what they can do and he would have Roger Young call me. He never called, some guy name Jake call me and said there is nothing they can do however he will work with me on pricing to get these items fixed. No call from Marty to inform me about pricing. I tried to contact Debi who was the service manager and left her a message letting her know how dissatisfied I was with the purchase of my vehicle and SHE never called back. It has now been 2 they've had my truck and when I called Marty yet again he finally checked on pricing and told me the window would be $800 the seat warmer would be $1574 and the lumbar would be a $500ish. Again I discovered these issues within the first week and told my salesman figuring they did a "72 point inspection" and there should be nothing wrong with my car. I bought a two year old car from Young Pontiac-Buick-GMC. The car was missing a trim part and the salesperson, Alex, stated that they would either take it off the price of the car or order it. After completing the sale, the part price ($1200) was not taken off the sale price but assured me they would have the part when I picked up my license plate.Fast forward three weeks and Alex pretended not to remember the conversation and no part was ordered. I emailed Spencer Young directly, but basically only got a shoulder-shrug. Do not buy from any Young automotive dealer, you'll get ripped off and lied to, like me.Ironically, I've had my eye on a model in stock at this dealer now. I think I'm going to go "tire-kicking" and test driving just to waste $1200 worth of some poor schmuck salesperson's time.

It turns out i was very pleased with there workmenship and service. The service department was very friendly and answered all my concerns and i was in and out in a timely manner. We've been customers of Young since 1996 when we bought a 2 door GMC Jimmy (we put over 250,000 miles before the vehicle was handed off to our son, who put at least another 50,000 miles on it!)We have had the service department work on most of our vehicles since. Last year I purchased a 05 Chevy Colorado from Young GMC. The salesman helping me was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and listened to what I was looking for in a truck. Jake walked me through the entire process from start to finish and got me the best deal possible that I could afford since I'm a broke college student for now. I have been back to the dealership several times since them for service and maintence for my truck and have been treated with respect and kindness from all of the staff members there. They offer great incentives to their customers and are more then willing to go the extra mile. What has impressed me the most, however, has been the customer service I have received AFTER my purchase. On several occasions, Jake (my salesman) has called me to make sure that I don't have any questions and that I understand all of my car's features. I feel that Young Buick GMC is committed to a long-term relationship with their customers. Because of the level of service I received, and continue to receive, I would be happy to purchase from Young Buick GMC again.

I purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave from Young recently and extremely happy with the vehicle as well as the very professional, salesman that I worked with. I walked into Young Buick GMC expecting to get denied for a car loan. After some very hard work by Heston Young, Ryan Albert and his loan team, I walked out of there with a car! I was very satisfied to say the least. Heston and Ryan were very attentive to my needs and showed that they wanted to make my happy not just sell me a car. I have been back in a few times for payments and services, and have been greeted by name by Ryan or Heston. They always make sure I'm taken care of and call to check in from time to time. I have been into Young Buick GMC several times. Everytime I have been in, their employees have gone above and beyond to help me and make sure that I am happy. They are always so easy to work with. I have taken my car in for service a few times. Their serivice department is the best I have even been to, definitely the most honest. When waiting for my car they are always so good to keep me informed on how things are going. They also have a great shuttle that will take you anywhere and pick you back up when your car is done. This has been so helpful for when I have to be at home or have other things going on. Young Buick also has the best prices on serivice than anywhere else I have ever been to.
