Absolutely wonderful experience in getting a car for my daughter! It was my daughters first car that she purchased/financed on her own. Our salesperson Kelly was awesome! Cant say enough great things about her. Buying a vehicle at a dealer can sometimes be a pain but the whole process was easy and fun for my daughter...as well as a great learning experience for her. You have an Outstanding Sales person Jon Cook ! I bought a new 2019 Equinox from Jon and he was very helpful in helping me with the purchase and followed up with me afterwards, which is great customer service. In April this year I totaled out my 2019 Equinox hitting a road block going 55 miles an hour and took out the three large rubber water filled barrels. My equinox bounced off, floated in air and came down so gently in a corn field. We landed so softly my two 11lb dogs who had been sleeping never fell of the passenger seat where they were sleeping. I took out the bottom-of the car Axle and it was totaled and I nor my dogs go got hurt. I called Jon Cook and said "Jon I have to have a new 21 Equinox, totaled my 2019 last night. Jon explained the computer chip situation and said Young had not one on all their dealership lots and said he could help me with a Buick and I said NO I will have nothing but an Equinox, it saved my life. Jon responded and said I will see what I can do. Just hours later he called and said he found one from a dealership in Chesaning MI and I got it the next day at Young in Ionia !! Thank You Jon I highly recommend you to family and friends!!

Had the exact model I was looking for. Kelly Jo was very helpful and since she only had 3.5 months experience she found someone to answer any questions that she was unable to. Kelly Jo spent at least 45 minutes in the vehicle with me going over all the new gadgets. She was absolutely Wonderful. I will definitely use her again. Everyone was Great. Thank You

My wife Judi and I just leased a Buick Encore from Young's Chevrolet in Ionia and had an excellent experience. We were treated professionally and had everything explained to us without high pressure sales techniques. Mark took great care of us letting us take Minnie Pearl (what we ended up naming our new car) for a test drive. My wife fell in love with the car which I fit in much better than the Ford Fusion we had been driving. We had all our questions answered either by Mark or others in the dealership and enjoyed how we were cared for.

Just went in to take a look at what they had new. Didnt plan on purchasing for a month or two, but we found exactly what we wanted for the deal we wanted. Our Sales agent Larry Fedewa went above and beyond for us with little to know sales pressure. The Finance manager Marc O'Brien was able to get us an outstanding payment option through GMAC. The 25 + years that I have been purchasing new and used cars from dealerships, this was the BEST experience I have ever had.
