If I could give no stars I would! I would recommend not buying from this location. Don’t get me wrong I love our car but the experience working with them was TERRIBLE. It’s been about a year and we STILL don’t have our documents. They won’t return my phones calls. The windshield they put in the contract that they would repair they STILL have not done. I have even contacted other stores to try and get someone to call me back and they haven’t. When we bought the car it was disclosed that it was in an accident with hitting an animal but “it was perfect now”. When we got the car home I noticed the front bumper poking out and after weeks of voicing my frustrations they finally agreed to replace the clips on the bumper. So I had to drive an hour both ways while pregnant and my husband at home with our toddler having to take time off of work to do so. Only to find that it wasn’t the clips it’s actually a bent bumper that is “only cosmetic damage “. Which I’m hoping for our sake it is. It’s just been a big mess. And that’s only part of everything. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

I rate this business a 5 star because the customer service was awesome and they did a great job on my trade-in. I was much happier with that than I thought I would be. Anytime you walk into a car dealer to buy a car and you’re not paying cash, you will be there for 4-6 hours. I was there just shy of that 4 hours and they even gave me a great deal on my truck (purchased here). Only complaint is I had to fight for the DEF to be filled, but that is because they were VERY clear that the manufacturer recommends running ALL the old out first and then filling it completely: due to this stuff crystalizing. I finally talked them into some for the road and they finally accommodated. I got a full tank of diesel, fresh oil (brand new truck better have), and they sat with me to show me how this new 2500 was far superior to other trucks even of the same brand (1500 and other models). I knew why it was better than other models; it’s a dodge. ;) They helped me connect my phone right away and showed me how to move the different apps around on the screen. Billie was one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. He knew the products they sold and how to get the information he didn’t know real fast. The financing they got me was pretty awesome too. I bought a trailer with my truck from Young Truck and Trailer and I would recommend against that. The great job they did at Dodge was a complete 180 spin from the truck and trailer in North Ogden. I would not recommend the truck and trailer. Go elsewhere. This Dodge dealership deserves an extra star. * Great job!

Excellent experience. I contacted this business 3 minutes before closing and they were more than willing to answer my questions and inquiries even though that meant staying a bit late. Elliot, who i spoke with, set aside two vehicles for me to look at the next evening. Between Elliot and Marcus, they were able to get me out the door in a brand new Ram Rebel 1500 Ecodiesel (exactly what I was looking for), for the payment I wanted. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! Highly recommended.

Be very careful here, they will do anything to make a sale and leave you to clean up the mess. Chrysler capital calls me daily about my truck lease. They told me the dealership won’t call them back. I turned in the truck in June, I can only imagine what Young has been doing with the truck under my name. **update March 29, 2021 - Now that I’m trying to sell my truck I’m dealing with US Bank which is what this dealership put me in. I can’t get a payoff statement without a fax machine. There are no online statements or anything online. It’s a huge mess. NEVER LEASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR FROM US BANK!

They agreed to match an offer from another dealership. I forwarded it ahead of time. They said it was fine and to come up. I drove up (about an hour). The people there were nice, but after being at the dealership two hours they said they couldn't match the price. It would be 3500 higher if I wanted the truck. They wasted 4 hours of my time. I would not trust thier promises again. When I asked about it they blamed a "new employee". I can understand if they can't hit the price. But don't waste my time with false promised

Took my 03 Ram 2500 diesel in to see if they could fix what I assumed was a transmission problem. I had $5K set aside to replace it if needed. They were very prompt about getting back to me with a whole list of problems, but said the transmission was solid. I happily spent the majority of my funds to fix these problems, and was very pleased to hear that my transmission was going strong with 160k+ miles. That joy was short lived after I drove over an hour to pick up the truck, and within 30 miles it was having problems. (In their defense, the repairs that they did do seem to be quality work.) I took the truck back immediately and left it there again. Days later they found another issue that was not the transmission, and said the truck was ready. Picked it up, and they had found a wiring problem ( again quality work), but the replacement of the front drive line hadn't addressed the high speed vibration, and they ignored the lack of power at speed. They had missed those, because they only did a 5 mile drive after the repair. I had replaced the front driveline myself less than 3000 miles before this, but they said the part must've been defective. Seeing as the vibration remains after they replaced it, I have my doubts. This time I did not leave the truck there, because it was at least drivable, and I took it to my mechanic genius buddy to see what he thought. Low an behold, from a 20+ years of experience mechanic with a degree in aircraft maintenance comes the verdict of TRANSMISSION! The valve body being the likely culprit. At this point I am less than pleased, and Young Dodge has become more adversarial about getting it fixed. They have said they will "make it right," but I am cynical about that. It is beyond frustrating to take a vehicle in to get the transmission fixed, telling them up front that it has problems, only to have them pull up enough other issues that I cannot afford to fix the transmission problem that was there from the start! (Again, the issues they found were, for the most part, real, but not all of them needed to be done. I could have made the truck drivable and still had money for the transmission if they had actually LISTENED and found the issue in the transmission.) The truck is sitting at their shop now, and I am in a loaner until I hear back to see how they plan to "make it right," but I'm not holding my breath.

Nobody likes having work done to their vehicle. Sitting in a lobby waiting uncomfortably trolling the Internet. These guys are different. It was a great experience at a great facility. Knowledgable staff that helped you understand what work needed to be done and why it cost what it does.

I knew I didn't need a new jeep but really wanted the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee altitude. I had been eyeballing it for quite some time. So I stopped in to take a look and the staff was awesome and I got such a great deal I couldn't pass it up! They were so friendly and outgoing. I live in Salt Lake City and have had service done at 3 local dealers, each time I dealt with poor communication and expensive surprises from the service manager. For my 90k service I made the hour long drive to Young and it was worth every mile. Carson, the service manager made sure I knew what was going on with my Jeep, estimates on cost and time were spot on with what I was charged, and I was treated like an adult. I will be heading to Young when it's time for my next service or my next Jeep.
