We had a wonderful experience at Young Ford! Colby Swartz was very respectful and quick to respond to my emails. We kept in contact through text and email which I felt was very accommodating. At no time were we ever pushed into anything. We were in control of what we wanted and Colby and the other staff at Young Ford made our purchase possible. My wife and I recently purchased a new 2021 F350 Super Duty from Stewart Cantrell. With truck inventory low from state to state, he did a fantastic job helping us work through our concerns and perceptions about own a truck and using it to tow/haul an RV. I bought a new 2021 F350 one ton diesel from Young Ford. With Covid, the dealer had to order it to be built at the plant. There were no trucks in inventory that was anything close to what I wanted. I ordered the truck in March 2021. The plant had several delays for a variety of parts that were backed up in the supply chain. Our professional salesman, Stewart Cantrell, did an amazing job at staying on top of the status of our order. I really believe that if it were not for Stu, and his forty years experience selling Fords, that our order would have never made it through the system. We stopped in while passing through town and ended up purchasing our dream truck! Travis and the whole team at the dealership were so very helpful and accommodating - the whole process was smooth and as promised. Stewart went out of his way to find the F350 I wanted. I wasn't sure that the truck I wanted existed. Stewart and Russ stayed late to help me. It was a great experience. Thanks to Stewart for all his efforts.

Came in contact with Rob Finklea as we have been looking for a newer car. We live 350 miles away but have family in Morgan and visit often. Gave Rob our specs on what kind of car we are looking for and he looks all over and let's us know when a car will be available. Was that a dream? Because I left the car dealership knowing things were on the up'n'up. This sales team is knowledgable, honest and they have the no BS policy. A little hiccup in the process, but Stew, Rick and Jason were quick to resolve the minor issue.There is no one better in the State. If you are going to buy a vehicle, but it from these guys!

I was impressed with Young Fords service dept. Usually I am a skeptic when it comes to getting my car worked on and am always left feeling like I just got worked over, but I did not get that feeling with Young Ford, the service manager was friendly and answered all of my questions and took the time to explain to me what was going on which I appreciated. They also make sure to tell you about specials they may have which I appreciated. It is nice to be informed about issues with my car and given honest answers so I can decide what I need to do and not feel forced into things, they are great to work with. I would recommend them.
