Used the Quicklane at this dealership and received fantastic service!! We were passing through on a big roadtrip and several dealerships in previous towns couldn't get us in for weeks. Called for an appt the day before and got in at 2pm the next day. Got there a little early and was out by 220pm and back on the road. I really liked how they text you a video showing the Techs checking items on your vehicle. Dean, service advisor, was very professional!

I bought my Ford Explorer from Kyle. He is amazing! He took his time to help me find exactly what I wanted. Even after I purchased my Explorer he checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied. Everyone at the dealership was awesome and made sure I was will taken care of. If you are in need of a vehicle go see Kyle he will take excellent care of you and treat you like family.

Called 2 weeks in advance to schedule a repair advising of the part needing replacement to verify it would be in stock and scheduled the repair. Arrived and was advised the repair would be completed quickly while I waited. I left the shop and called 2 hours later to check the status of the repair. After being on hold for 5 minutes I was hung up on when the call connected. Went to the dealership to observe 4 gentlemen at the parts counter who were not currently with customers or on the phone and appeared they should have been able to answer my phone call. Was advised that the part needed was not there and would be arriving from the layton shop shortly. Was then told the driver would not be returning for another 45 minutes which suggests the potential that no one had gone for the part yet as you can drive to Layton and back to Ogden in 45 minutes. Who knows how much longer it will take them to complete the install of a few retainer clips on my piece of missing trim. Hopefully you receive a more truthful response so you can make other plans or enjoy wasting you entire day waiting for them to complete a 5 minute repair. Dealership responded requesting I contact them regarding my review. Called the number provided which was their main number and walked through the extensive phone menu and waited on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. Hopefully they will choose to address the issue in house as discussing this with any management staff is not worth my continued time and has no personal or individualized priority of addressing complaints with the dealership.

Young Ford is a great place to purchase a new vehicle online. Our sale was done from 800 miles away. Amy, the online sales manager, spent so much time helping us to reach an excellent price for the truck we were interested in. She made sure we got every possible rebate that we qualified for and worked very hard to advocate on our behalf to help us get a price that was closer to our budget. She sent us an email to confirm all details and made us feel very safe and comfortable enough to put down a deposit over the phone and purchase a plane ticket to get our new truck. Over the next 2 weeks we finalized details and worked with another sales rep, and when we encountered a snag, Amy quickly understood the issue and got us in touch with a manager who resolved it. They picked us up at the airport and everything was ready to go and went very smoothly, including finance. This is the first time we have ever made a purchase like this long distance and would highly recommend Young Ford if you are thinking about buying a new vehicle, especially if you are shopping online. We are retired military, on a tight budget, and this was a big purchase for us. We are very happy with how the process all worked out. Thanks especially to Amy and Travis, who went above and beyond to help us.
