We love our new CR-V!!! It has so many cool features. We’re still exploring all of them. (We’ve driven Honda’s for decades and have an Accord at home with over 300,000 miles and it still runs great!). The whole sales team was terrific. Alex, the salesman who helped us, especially was the best! He got us top dollar for our trade in (a 2014 Odyssey van which we loved but “grew out” of). He was so helpful and made sure we were comfortable and felt in control of the whole process of buying a new car. We also want to give a shout out to Young Honda in Logan, Utah. We own three other Honda’s and we get all our service done there. Max in the Service Center is awesome!

I went to Young Honda with the desire to buy a car but not knowing exactly what I wanted. Alex was our sales guy and right from the moment we met him, he was absolutely amazing to us. He was patient with me while I changed my mind many times throughout the process while trying to decide what cars I even wanted to test out. We originally were looking at a CR-V which was over 10K less than what we ended up buying, and even when we were trying to make a decision, he made good points for the cheaper car as well. He was never pushy, never tried to oversell us on something, he listened to all of my concerns and was very understanding to our situation. Alex was incredibly personable and exceptionally patient. He was a huge part of why we walked away buying a car and being perfectly happy with the entire process. I HATE the process of buying a car, usually feeling like the sales people are like vultures, but that was completely the opposite of our experience with Young Honda and Alex. I truly would recommend every person I know that is looking for a car to not only this company, but this human! He was incredible! Can’t say that enough. We are in love with our new Honda Pilot and walked away perfectly happy with the experience start to finish.

I really liked my experience here. Patrick Stark was wonderful. I never once felt pressured by him, he was willing to work with me even though I was taking my dear sweet time to decide if I was actually going to buy a vehicle. It took me couple weeks before I decided to go through with buying a van, which I absolutely love, yet he was so kind and friendly each time I talked to him. I would highly recommend buying a car from here and I would recommend even more having Patrick help you.

So Max Butler in the service department is awesome. He took the time to explain the services recommended by Honda and what future services may be needed, he also checked my alignment for free. I never once felt pressured to buy any upgraded services and liked how well he explained everything. When I got home I checked online for the services recommended by Honda, and Max was spot on with the recommendations and I feel was 100% honest with me. Thanks for the car wash too!

I walked into the dealership off the street and was greeted very pleasantly by the ladies at the front. They helped direct me to where I needed to go quickly and efficiently. I then spent a good portion of my afternoon talking with Patrick about options for used and new vehicles. He was extremely pleasant to work with. We went for a couple test drives after being shown around the lot. I was pretty specific in what I wanted and he helped me find something affordable and worked with my price range. Justin also did a great job financing and finding a better rate not even a week after purchasing. The service department is kind, quick and precise with their work. The entire building and service area is extremely clean. I got my plates within the first month. Proud owner of a 2021 Honda Civic :) A couple of things to note: Certain services are only available on certain days. It may be beneficial to ask and plan ahead for these. There is no courtesy car available, and the shuttle only stays in town. Another thing to plan for, if you are buying from another city. I did not do a trade-in so I have no idea how that option works.
