Buyer beware. I felt like we got a decent deal on my daughters first car. However, I had three issues with this dealership. Number one the light was on for the tire pressure. We were told it was fixed and would calibrate when we drove it. It did not. My error in judegement, I should have made them drive it and then I would've seen this was not the case. It's just a sensor so it's not a huge deal. We had a temp tag, I had to call them three times because our tag was expiring. They had it couriered to the dmv the day before it was expiring. We live an hour and a half away and had to drive there to get the tag and registration as the dmv could not help with the tag since it was purchased through a dealer. The biggest issue is them illegally charging me a fee for using a credit card. I used my credit card for $1200 to pay the car in full as I was paying cash and waiting on additional funds to be deposited into my account. They charged me 5% for using my card. In the state of Florida that is illegal. I told the salesman that and he said he was just doing what he was told. I didn't want to ruin my daughter's day so I paid the fee. After leaving I found the Florida statute and sent a letter to the dealership and registered agent requesting a refund immediately. I was given my refund. I'm gonna bet they are still charging that fee. It's not just unethical, it's illegal and is a 2nd degree misdemeanor.
