Brought my Odyssey in for regular (first) A1 maintenance. They were also able to take care of the crackle in the speakers. I was checked in, checked out and back home in two hours. I used to go to Roseville, but it was almost that long just to drive there and back. Then the wait would be no less than four hours. Pretty sure I'm never going back over 65 for maintenance again!

I will never go back to this dealership. My wife and I looked at a new Honda Pilot there about a week ago. We liked it and the price was fair. The salesman was friendly. We decided to buy it and trade in our truck. This is where the experience went down hill. I was attempting to trade in an excellent condition, late model F150 with only 25k miles on it. They offered me less than $9k for the trade. Blue book on that truck was $38k-$42k. I traded it in at the Toyota dealer later that day for $38k. Just tell folks you don't take trucks on trade. I wonder how many people have been swindled on trade in value by this dealership?

I was on the prowl for my first car. I spent time on cars.com finding vehicles. I visited a few but just never pulled the trigger. It wasnt a comfortable experience At any the dealerships. until I called in at Yuba City Honda and Alex answered. he was very kind and set up an appointment for me to come in the next day to look at the car. when I got there and met him it was so refreshing to see a handsome man that was actually my age. all the other dealerships felt like old geezers who would rather stare at me instead of sell me a car. Alex made the process very easy for me and my fiance. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience but my fiance did get a little upset when I got, his words, too friendly with Alex. ;) too bad I already said yes but I still got Alex's card a got plenty of girlfriends. ;) Thank You Yuba City Honda I absolutely love my car and it has treated me well!

It was my first time buying a car and what initially attracted me to Yuba City Honda was their reasonable prices. I worked with Alex Barrow and he was an amazing sales consultant. He was very friendly and helpful all throughout the process and is not at all an aggressive salesman! He was able to answer all my questions and made my car buying experience a great one. I was out searching for a car for my 17 year old daughter and stopped by YC Honda. Alex was very polite and helpful. Brought my daughter back the next day to look at the car I thought she would like and she did. We asked for Alex and when he came out I could tell my daughter was sold on more than just the car. I recently bought a 2012 Honda Civic and I couldn't be any happier!! It is my first time buying a car on my own and the staff (especially Alex) made the process easy and stress free!!! We found Yuba City Honda a great place to shop for a new car. It is in a convenient location on highway 99. We were greeted by several friendly staff. Alex Barrow was a great salesman. He was thorough and knowledgible. The lady that did the financing part was also friendly and knowledgible. Alex took about a half hour showing us how to operate all the options of the car.

We bought a mini-van from the dealership. Overall the experience was really smoothe and I was very satisfied that even though the dealership is not on truecar website they were willing to match the price and work with me to help us buy the van.The color we wanted was not available at the dealership so they actually went out of the way to get one for us the same day and even brought it to our home the same evening.

I was looking for the best price on a 60K service for my 2002 Toyota RAV4. The Toyota dealership quoted me $450.00 and gave me a list of the things that would be done for that service. Larry Geweke Kia quoted me $895.00 (???!!) and listed the same things. Yuba City Honda quoted me $350.00, but the total bill, tax included, was $326.00. They performed the same things the other dealerships said would be done.In addition, I was able to drop my car off for Saturday service at 7:30 am and only waited 10-15 mins. while Bill prepared a service file for my vehicle. When I picked the car up later that afternoon, it was beautifully clean. There was nothing amiss, so I am assured that the employees are respectful of others' privacy.On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest rating, I would give Yuba City Honda a 10. No kidding. I can't say enough about the confidence I have in this dealership.Thank you.
