Papa Joe made this experience a 10-star! We traveled from Texas to Colorado for this Jeep, and plan to visit every time we are visiting the area. Great to work with and now good to know for a life-long friendship. Don't be fooled by the small size of this dealer. They are willing to work hard and accept challenges to put you in the best position possible to buy a vehicle. I caught a peek at one of the motivational articles on his desk that said "you can either think of yourself as a car salesman or a helper". Joe is definitely a helper with a passion for car sales. His passion and positive attitude made our experience one we won't soon forget.

Excellent customer service! Took my nephew to look at a car that I found online. When we got there, it had a sold sticker on the window but I thought I'd ask about it anyway! Turns out the person who Joe was holding it for couldn't purchase it after all so we took it for a 20 min test drive. Joe answered all my questions, provided me with the CarFax, and over all was a very pleasant man to work with! I didn't feel pressured or taken advantage of, it was a wonderful experience. My experience with Joe from the beginning to the end was first class. He is truly a rare find in the business of selling cars. He did not pressure me at all and leant a friendly ear to any issue I was concerned about. I am now back in my truly dream car thanks to Joe. I had an excellent experience at Zarooki Motors with Joe. Joe was charming and helpful with no pressure. If you love to talk, Joe will listen. The guy even gave me a ride back to the dealership after dropping my wife's car off. The car is great and price well under the competition in the crazy post/syn-covid market. Would 100% buy from Joe again.

I drove a 1995 Ford for 20 years, and when parts were getting harder to find, I decided it was time to find another vehicle, so in 2015 I bought a 2012 Escape. Great to drive, in mint condition, low miles, and maintenance log to show it had been cared for. After 5 years, I wanted to find a newer car, big enough for my cargo and 140 lb dog, low miles, immaculate shape, and well maintained, probably the last car I'd want to buy and was terrified of having to look for something after hearing about the used car market in the metro area. I checked out Zarooki Motors as reviews were good and location close to home; Loris asked me what I was interested in, and said he'd keep an eye out for one. He did an inspection of my Escape and said he might have a customer interested in buying it, so I knew I could trade it in when I found another car. A week or so later, I spoke with Loris and he said he had a vehicle that would be a perfect match for me! Within a week (just in time for Christmas), I became the owner of a 2017 Rogue that is perfect, low miles, spotless maintenance record, new tires, and new enough I had to learn what all the buttons were for! I feel very confident taking it on a long road trip again this spring after my next scheduled maintenance of the vehicle! Very happy with the car, pleased with my dealings with Loris in picking his brain for info, and with Joe who let me look at all the cars on the lot. Good people, good place, good service! 5 stars.
