My husband and I went to Zed motors this past weekend and were very satisfied with the service we were given! We looked around for about 15 minutes and weren’t bothered by anyone the entire time. When we decided to actually go for a test drive, Jim greeted us very warmly and got us started on the test drive. After we decided to go forward with the purchase, he was on top of everything. He remained professional and friendly the entire time, and made the entire process super easy. I would highly suggest checking out Zed Motors for a good used car, and ask for Jim(bo) to help you out!

I can’t say enough good things about Zed Motors! I bought a used MINI Cooper Countryman from Sam, and he went above and beyond in every way. From no-pressure test drive and sales process to fully handling a repair on my vehicle, Sam and Zed Motors were honest, respectful, and seemed to genuinely care about getting me a quality vehicle at every step. First off, I would like to say that Zed Motors was a nice buying experience. I was able to walk around the lot and look at every vehicle I liked before ever making a decision or being harassed by a salesman. Once I made my decision, Jim greeted me and remained professional during the entire process. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is this. I’ve had the car now a little over a week and found some minor issues (as you would with any used car). The car was kinda nasty during the test drive but was cleaned during the buying process. Being that my cleaning standards are a little higher, I did my own and found that some of the things that were claimed to be done to this vehicle weren’t exactly true to what I was told. There could have been a little more honesty to what was actually done instead of a bent truth. Overall I am still happy with the vehicle and the experience.

These guys are awesome. I pointed out a few minor things with a car I wanted to buy and they fixed it immediately. I also accidentally left my license there and they mailed it to me. Amazing customer service. Thank you!
