Josh Morales was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable regarding the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4X4 Limited that we purchased from Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Downers Grove. He answered all of our questions about the vehicle and returned promptly all phone calls and texts during the entire buying process. It was a pleasure to work with him . We will definitely recommend him to family and friends who are in the market for a new car. The Zeigler showroom is well lit, bright, airy, and comfortable. The complimentary coffee (better than most restaurants), refreshments, and snacks were first rate. Definitely an all around five star experience!

Paul in service was great, he kept up with updates and for the work done, got it done pretty quickly. I recommend this Mopar dealer over any other in the area. Initial Review^^^ Over a year later: I had my engine rebuilt on my Jeep when I wrote that initial review, they also put a new steering rack all under extended warranty. I work at a dealer of my own and was doing an oil change when I noticed I had no power steering at all so I dove deeper to find that they never even touched it or replaced it when he claimed multiple times that he did. Just be careful where to take your business, don’t get ripped off. Although I only paid $250 as a deductible, they still did half the work, even though it was free money for them.

2nd time I’ve gone here. Always excellent service! Very efficient & super fast! No long waits; great communication- kept up to speed on everything! No surprises at checkout either-quoted price was what I was charged. Very honest & trustworthy. Wish they serviced Fords, too, because I would bring my other cars here, too. Worth the 30 mile trip!

I really appreciate the quality of service at this dealership. We purchased our vehicle used at a national chain so this was our first experience at Zeigler for service. I have experienced Mercedes and BMW service in the past and my experience here with Jeep was just as good if not better. They were very communicative with text alerts and calls. Our Jeep was fixed quickly and was returned clean too. It was also apparent that their staff teams work well together -- everyone knew their jobs and had a customer first attitude. Thank you!

This dealership customer service is top notch! The guys in the Service Department, Paul and Cody, assisted me throughout a tricky service request that then turned into a true customer service situation. They both went above and beyond to assist and with the most excellent attitude and professionalism! This great service continued on from the Sales Department where Richard further assisted and with a super polite attitude! Thanks to your team and really appreciate all of the awesome service!
