I took my car into Ziegler for some electrical issues I was having with my car and they did a really great job! Not only did they take care of my issues but my car now rides much smoother than before. It took them all day to do the work. They also have a shuttle service. The shuttle driver will take you where you need to go while you wait for your car and will pick you up when your car is ready. . Jim was my service technician. He was really nice and kept in touch with me consistently about my car. I'm very grateful for his kindness and consideration. Just take note, it's always a good idea to call for an appointment first and the earlier you get in, the sooner you can get out. They do fill up fast. You won't be sorry you took your car into Ziegler Ford for service with your car. And ASK FOR JIM! 🙏🏾

Went in ready to purchase a vehicle Because of the internet true car certificate this Saturday, also car gurus . test drove went well. When it came time to for the purchase I notice used car inspection fee for $1900. He said that they had to pay the service department.... I had to walk out.. they would have had a sale but the $1900 "used car inspection fee. I saw reply earlier that they don't charge that fee. Disappointed

I thought things were going ok until I was made aware of a $2000 complete BS dealership fee just because it's a used car. Hard pass Only reason they got 2 stars and not one is because the sales person I was working with was good. Their facility is old. Dated. Bathrooms smell of urine. Step it up guys.

I had to bring my SUV in for a recall for the driver's air bag. Zeigler Ford employees are polite & courtesy to their customers. I have no complaints.
