Great customer service. Walked in on a Thursday evening with my parents and Keith greeted us. He listened to what I wanted and found a couple Rogues in my budget. Took a 2019 Rogue for a test drive and he walked me through all the features. After seeing a 2021 Rogue, decided I wanted it. Wanted to test drive but because it was fresh off of the truck and near closing time, the keys were locked up. Keith told us to come back in the morning and he’d make sure it was ready to go. Came in the next morning and met Antoine; told him about the situation. He knew exactly what was going on and had the 2021 Rogue ready for test drive and purchase. He was super helpful, honest, and stayed within my budget. Felt very taken care of and he and my dad were buddies by the end. Highly recommend Nissan Zeigler In Orland. Ask for Keith or Antoine! They did a great job getting me what I wanted and making the process as smooth as possible.

Eddie Marquee!! Remember this name! He made my lease experience by far the best!!! Everything I needed, asked for, I got. No hassle, no haggle. It was smooth! And I hate buying/leasing cars, because I hate dealing with the salesman. I’m telling you, if your in the market for a vehicle, looking for a switch, head over to Orland Park Nissan, ask for Eddie!! This was a very pleasant experience!!!

Ziegler made the car buying experience not only painless but actually enjoyable. They didn't haggle over the little stuff and focused on matching customer needs. On top of that, their customer service has been great after the sale. Ask for Kate Friberg in sales, she was spot on. You can't go wrong buying from Ziegler Nissan. Updating after an amazing service experience. Having an issue with the car and having trouble making it to the dealership on time, Ziegler went the extra mile to help like family would. They offered to pick up and strip off the car, which truly made getting the car fixed possible. When you buy from Ziegler, your not just buying a car, you are joining the family.

The service was above and beyond! I should note I am deaf also but use a app on my phone to pickup what people say but the app doesn’t always work the best and doesn’t pick up to well but the service manager Lee really took the time to make sure I understand exactly everything even if he needed to keep repeating himself or talk slower so I can read his lips or write it down on a piece of paper without looking frustrated because I know how frustrating it can be. He even made jokes with me and made me feel not out of place but accepted and It’s nice to know I can come to a place and get treated like a real person and when people take the extra time like that to make sure your understanding everything and making you feel welcomed you know they really care. Highly recommend! Ask for Lee !
