My relationship with Zeims began in 1969 and I never left. Paul and Christine are always wonderful and care about the customer. Bob K has been my salesman for many years and his professionalism and friendship are always appreciated. When there is trouble with a vehicle I know the service department will work to make it right. I recently purchased a new vehicle and took a 2100 mile road trip. On the trip I had tire trouble, finally found a place to get it repaired. The technician, it was a Michelin dealership, told me the tire had a hole in it. I paid the bill and I thought the tire was repaired. Last week more trouble, I called Bob and Christine, they worked with Jason in the tire department. It was discovered that the tire never had a hole and had never been patched. The problem was sand in the rim, not allowing a tight seal. I sincerely appreciated and am grateful for such a caring and wonderful dealership, where the customer is number one Always. Thank you Bob, Christine, Paul, Jason, Justin, Dustin and all the other wonderful employees at Zeims that care for my automotive needs.

I have twice had the pleasure of buying a car with Brian Canada at Ziems Ford. I bought my first car, a 2013 C-Max after spotting the car at Earth Day in Aztec. I had been dreaming of a white, hatchback, hybrid car but didn't like what was available from Honda or Toyota. When I saw the C-Max, I thought it was perfect. And Brian made the buying process so simple and painless. He was straightforward and respectful. I like the C-Max a lot because it is the best of everything. It's economical, has lots of storage room, is not too low to the ground and you sit upright in it, like a bigger car. There's lots of headroom. Then recently Brian informed me that there was a plug-in version of the C-Max available, a 2015 Energi, and I could trade in my 2013 C-Max. He made me a deal I couldn't refuse. Again the service was great and Brian was very accommodating to my schedule.

I would rather do business locally but when i made an offer on a jeep they had for sale for Kelly blue book Retail price and low Kelly trade in for my vehicle they told me I was being unrealistic!! Who's unrealistic here. Is blue book trade in value not a fair offer? My trade is in excellent condition w 14000 miles and all service records. Said I'd better be more willing to be flexible. This was not a low ball offer and was more than fair.

Me and my husband bought a new 2016 ford superduty from Scott Barron this last week and not only was the salesman the best I've has but the entire dealership from the sales manager to the finance person it was all a top notch experience. We traded in out fully loaded chevy Silverado and I must say that the ford's overall product is 10x better than the Chevy in every way. I would recommend Scott and Ziems to any and everyone!!!!

I went to Zimes Ford looking for a truck. I talked with Matt Eagle and told him what I was looking for. He showed me a 2011 F150 that just been brought it. He ran through the truck from top to bottom and assured me that this was a great truck for me. I test drove it and I was sold. Matt went through every detail on the paperwork, answered all my questions. When signing the papers I knew I was getting the best possible deal. He listen and came back with a truck in my price range. When I was on the lot it started to rain. I asked Mike if he wanted to go inside? He stated that he will be where his customers are at. I recently found my way into Ziems Ford Corners in Farmington NM on a road trip. I encountered some performance issues with my 2005 F350 diesel. It lost power and was smoking excessively. I called around to a few different shops, however I was pleased from the first contact with the guys at Ziems Ford Corners. My first contact on the ph was with EJ Sanchez, not only was the ph promptly answered, he was very professional, asked multiple questions, and was very experienced in his over the ph diagnoses. I informed him we were 400 miles from home and on our way to a truck show, so we hard a very short and hard deadline. We pulled into the dealership about 45 minuets after my call, we were promptly greeted by EJ and the truck was being diagnosed shortly thereafter. We spent close to 4 hours there while they gave the truck a very thorough and detailed inspection. The entire staff from the cleaning crew to the guys with keys locking up, all in passing, were all very pleasant and overly accommodating. The experience to this point was above and beyond my expectations. After diagnosing my truck for 4 hours the tech took the time to come out from the shop and give me the rundown of his findings. He informed me it was most likely due to an aftermarket tune and nothing is wrong with the truck. And then to make a great experience better he informed me they are not charging me since they could not find any issues. I have owned Fords all my life, I currently own 3 Fords , mustang, escape, and the F350. The experience at this dealership reaffirms my strong passion for this brand. I have told this story many times over to all my friends and family. I hope this finds it's way back to the guys at Ziems, they are by far the best dealer ever! I did not buy from this dealer but would have if it had been closer to me.I was in the market for a 2011 Mustang, but with options most dealers don't keep in their inventory. None of the dealers in Arizona had the exact car i wanted in their on-line inventory, but I finally found one at Zeims in northwest New Mexico.I made inquiries via their internet sales web page but never got a response. I called a few days later and was told I would get a call back but never did. If I had not called again and talked to Rhonda, I would have rated the dealer below average.It turned out they the car had not yet arrived from the factory but was already on a train and would be there within about a week.I told her what I was looking for on price and she got back with me to say they would sell the car for what I wanted. They also offered to have it shipped to me in Scottsdale, AZ for $300 which I thought was reasonable although I planned to make a road trip out of driving the car back (some pretty country in between). I planned to make a deposit but wanted to be more certain the car would get their before the current incentives ended. It would have been close even if all went to plan.Then over the next few days, two local dealers called me to say they had a red and a blue one. The dealer with the red one wanted way too much for it. The dealer who called about the blue one didn't actually have it but knew who did and offered to get it and sell it to me at a great price. So while i did not end up purchasing a car from Zeims, I have to say that their internet sales department did a great job once I got in touch with Rhonda. But it should not take several emails and calls before you finally get in touch with someone interested in selling a car.
